I have had two previous BBL treatments, one in January and the other in February. I am 71 and had the usual age spots and sun spots from being a beach person most of my years. It is now April 13 and I had a BBL and HALO at the same time. My before today picture shows, I think, a lot of skin improvement. Most of my spots are gone. Niki was my aesthetic nurse practitioner who did all four procedures. Niki was great!! Her knowledge of the services and professionalism were top notch. Backstory - I have always had a very “expressive” face with lots of movement in my forehead, leaving creases that seemed almost permanent. At 34 years old, I had zero desire to look older. My wife has been seeing Jess for preventative Botox and I always thought it was not necessary, but happy wife, right? I have autism and need information in different ways to others and so I do tell people in medical care this so I can get a bit of extra help or support sometimes.
I Was very surprised to see how rude the staff were on instagram. I tried to get a price and book in, I was getting drip responses which took 5 full days over all. Every message would get an unbothered response from the company. I felt like I was not wanted there and so I told them I’d just go elsewhere as I thought they had a personal issue against me. (Baring in mind these came recommended and I’d never spoken to them before so there was no need for them to have an issue with me)
They didn’t even reply to my last message which was stressful for me. I am sad by their actions and regardless of their good reviews I would consider looking somewhere else to avoid being hated on for no reason by the staff there. Very uncomfortable feeling.

Jade is fantastic. I went for under eye EZ gel and While I was very excited, I was a bit nervous as this was the first time I’ve ever injected underneath my eye. Jade made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She was super gentle when injecting and walking through the entire process. I got a bit nauseous halfway through and she brought me water and ice pack, water, and a fan and was very patient with me! Immediately after I had some swelling but after a few hours it was already starting to reduce. Jade was also super knowledgeable during the consultation. I want to share my personal experience—not to discourage others, but in hopes it helps someone else make an informed decision. I received Botox here at the start of 2025. While the practitioners were kind, professional, and skilled, I unfortunately didn’t have a good experience this time around.

Shortly after the injections, I began experiencing daily headaches on the left side of my head that persisted for nearly six months. I also noticed my face felt more unbalanced, and emotionally, I didn’t feel like myself. It’s hard to explain, but it felt like something shifted—and not in a good way.

This was my second time getting Botox (the first was good), but this round felt very different. Again, I’m not saying Botox is bad or that this will happen to everyone, but I do want to urge others—especially those with preexisting or lingering health conditions—to do thorough research and listen to their bodies.

The providers here are good at what they do. My review is not a reflection of their skill, but rather a cautionary tale of how individualized the body can be when it comes to aesthetic treatments

giving discounts for reviews, you have to show your actual review before they will give you the discount. If you want to tip less than 80$ on Botox you have to manually write your tip in. I’m not sure if asking customers to tip 80$ for 15 minute medical injection is appropriate. Got bruising round both eyes with Botox, which I’ve never had happen before.

I see nurse Niki for my HRT and she is the best. My health has significantly improved through her treatment and suggestions with vitamin supplements. Wow! When I tell you this is the place, I mean it! I had my second appointment for dysport today and everything was perfect. The office is beautiful, the front staff is incredibly sweet and Hayley (my injector) is so kind and professional. I don't like needles and she walked me through every step and checked on how I was feeling numerous times. There are a ton of med spas in Vegas but I will forever choose this one.

I have extensive experience with med spas and this one has been such a headache. I just moved here from San Diego and was looking for a new provider for hormone replacement therapy (which I’ve been doing for two years now). Niki professional enough, however she messed up the labs that were put in and I had to go do the labs twice because she did the order incorrectly. She also forgot to put literally hormone testing on the lab which was the main thing I was getting tested for. This was the second lab mistake, not the first.

After all this, they canceled my appointment last minute a day before I was supposed to go. I canceled with my previous provider in order to get the pellet with Niki as I was already three weeks late so this was super disappointing.

Overall, I feel like this place was very unprofessional and kind of gave me the runaround and was a bit of a headache. I definitely will not be returning.

I also did Botox for my lips here and I thought the results were OK but not great, especially for the price.
