I've been coming to the Look Medspa since they opened 5 + years ago and before that with Hayley at her prior location. I've been seen by Hayley, and the last 3 years by Pam and they are true experts in their craft. Now living in utah, I happily travel to vegas for my tox and lip appointments because I refuse to go anywhere else. So many other places (esp in utah) use a "one size fits all" method and they don't take the time to listen or to tailor to your specific needs and study your features to achieve the best results. This was my first visit to The Look Med Spa, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. From scheduling the appointment through checkout, the entire experience was seamless.

I arrived early, and was cheerfully greeted and invited to have a seat. Within minutes, the receptionist brought me an iPad to complete my information and forms. As soon as I finished, Jade called me back.

Jade was incredibly friendly, cheerful, and professional. She clearly explained everything, made sure I understood the process, and talked me through each step. She made the entire experience comfortable and easy. When we finished, she walked me to the front desk and warmly handed me off to the equally pleasant checkout receptionist.

The spa itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and smelled wonderful. Even the snack corner was a really cool touch.

Despite arriving 40 minutes early, I was completely finished and walking out by 9:35. The Look Med Spa is a well-oiled machine staffed by amazingly kind and professional people. An excellent first experience!

Pam is amazing! If you’ve been thinking about getting your lips done, make the appointment—you won’t regret it. I had been following her on social media for a while and finally decided to book, and now I’m only disappointed that I waited so long.

I have a lot of fine lines around my mouth and had become too self-conscious to wear lip liner. Pam is incredibly talented. I am beyond thrilled with the results. I actually got emotional in her chair because I couldn’t believe how beautiful my lips turned out.

The facility is gorgeous, and everyone there is so friendly. You can tell customer service is a priority. One thing I especially appreciated was that my appointment started right on time—they don’t keep you waiting. They ask you to arrive 15 minutes early for numbing, which makes the whole process run really efficiently.

I’ve been seeing Diana for microneedling as part of my wedding prep and have done two sessions so far with my third coming up. She’s so knowledgeable, makes the whole experience comfortable and my skin has improved so much already!

I also recently saw Hayley for Dysport and to dissolve a small amount of old lip filler/lump from another injector that needed a little correction and now they look perfectly balanced. She is hands down the best injector I’ve ever been to. She’s so precise, takes her time and really has an eye for natural, balanced results.

Just terrible. She told me in a disrespectful way i need to dissolve my previous work, even though i really liked how it used to look but she said i should. After dissolving i came in to try and get back the shape she dissolved (about 3-4 times) my lips looking terrible with lumps since i came in this place and have to keep doing corrections since then! Also did some of the pigmentation removal peels that absolutely didn’t remove anything! Save your money and your face and stay away from this place.

This was my first time getting lip filler and Jess made the entire experience so comfortable from start to finish. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and explained every step along the way, which helped calm my nerves. I have had two previous BBL treatments, one in January and the other in February. I am 71 and had the usual age spots and sun spots from being a beach person most of my years. It is now April 13 and I had a BBL and HALO at the same time. My before today picture shows, I think, a lot of skin improvement. Most of my spots are gone. Niki was my aesthetic nurse practitioner who did all four procedures. Niki was great!! Her knowledge of the services and professionalism were top notch. She was very caring and explained what she was doing every step of the way. That comforted me since I did have a bit of anxiety about the HALO when I got there. Backstory - I have always had a very “expressive” face with lots of movement in my forehead, leaving creases that seemed almost permanent. At 34 years old, I had zero desire to look older. My wife has been seeing Jess for preventative Botox and I always thought it was not necessary, but happy wife, right? Well, I tried every lotion, serum, etc that Instagram would try to sell me with no progress, and finally made the call to Jess since my wife already worked with and trusted her.

I have autism and need information in different ways to others and so I do tell people in medical care this so I can get a bit of extra help or support sometimes.
I Was very surprised to see how rude the staff were on instagram. I tried to get a price and book in, I was getting drip responses which took 5 full days over all. Every message would get an unbothered response from the company. I felt like I was not wanted there and so I told them I’d just go elsewhere as I thought they had a personal issue against me. (Baring in mind these came recommended and I’d never spoken to them before so there was no need for them to have an issue with me)
They didn’t even reply to my last message which was stressful for me. I am sad by their actions and regardless of their good reviews I would consider looking somewhere else to avoid being hated on for no reason by the staff there. Very uncomfortable feeling.

Jade is fantastic. I went for under eye EZ gel and While I was very excited, I was a bit nervous as this was the first time I’ve ever injected underneath my eye. Jade made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She was super gentle when injecting and walking through the entire process. I got a bit nauseous halfway through and she brought me water and ice pack, water, and a fan and was very patient with me! Immediately after I had some swelling but after a few hours it was already starting to reduce. Jade was also super knowledgeable during the consultation. You could tell it was clear she knew what she was talking about! The office is really nice as well. The lounge is super cute and they have snacks and water if you need while you wait. I want to share my personal experience—not to discourage others, but in hopes it helps someone else make an informed decision. I received Botox here at the start of 2025. While the practitioners were kind, professional, and skilled, I unfortunately didn’t have a good experience this time around.

Shortly after the injections, I began experiencing daily headaches on the left side of my head that persisted for nearly six months. I also noticed my face felt more unbalanced, and emotionally, I didn’t feel like myself. It’s hard to explain, but it felt like something shifted—and not in a good way.

This was my second time getting Botox (the first was good), but this round felt very different. Again, I’m not saying Botox is bad or that this will happen to everyone, but I do want to urge others—especially those with preexisting or lingering health conditions—to do thorough research and listen to their bodies.

The providers here are good at what they do. My review is not a reflection of their skill, but rather a cautionary tale of how individualized the body can be when it comes to aesthetic treatments
