I Love this Doctor! Although I was forced to be treated by this office, I must say that everyone here is polite and ethical where real injuries are concerned. If you’re faking it, you will be exposed! Lol, thanks Doc for your service and great care. If we could only get Sedgwick and Ms. Brittney Hemphill, Claims Examiner to be more transparent and ethical! Maybe then I will be able to finally get my treatment started! This lady as well as the insurance company that she works for are truly the worst, so beware of the evil that goes on here where injured employees are concerned. Make certain that you lawyer up, when dealing with Sedgwick. FYI, I love everyone in all of the departments (Hi, Ophelia🤗 “The front desk employees are the best🤗🤙🙏🏼

Everyone in this office is professional, efficient and friendly. They were very good at explaining the tests that they were giving me and Dr. Evangilista explained the test results in a way that I could easily understand . The office does get crowded on certain days so be prepared for that. Overall I was very satisfied with this medical office.

Dr. Evangelista is very attentive, no other doctor of mine has gone over the ACTUAL images from an MRI with me. In the past everyone has just gone over the radiology reports but Dr. Evangelista goes over the actual pictures and explained and answered questions right then and there.

My experience with this neurology office has been excellent. I was seen promptly at my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Evangelista is knowledgeable, kind, and attentive, and he takes the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me comfort and confidence that I am receiving the right care. Moises, the neurology technician, was helpful and professional. The staff, including Jacky, Dunia, and the entire team, are friendly, courteous, and well organized, making scheduling and follow-ups easy. My personal injuries attorney’s had made an appointment for my youngest son. My mother Wendy Mazaros called and asked to reschedule my youngest son’s appointment. Thereafter I called and somebody at Edgar Jay Evangilista’s office alleged my mother Wendy alleged to have custody of my youngest son. I talked to my youngest son and also my mother Wendy and no such allegation had ever been made on October 29, 2025. I can’t fathom why some doctor’s office would make such an allegation without asking for any documentation from my mother Wendy. My youngest son even called and somebody at Edgar Evangelista’s office began yelling incoherent allegations even though couldn’t answer simple questions but instead was more interested in listing off alleged titles and even went as far to falsely allege I kept calling and never have except to authorize the appointment change on October 29, 2025, and to see the time of the appointment on November 12, 2025. I worked as a family law paralegal many years and couldn’t believe the unprofessionalism Evangelista’s office demonstrated since knew shouldn’t have ever made such slanderous allegations during calls, especially since I have been all over the news screaming how my youngest son was jumped and brutally beaten.

They will cancel your appointment if you are late but when you come early they are never on time. They are very rude and make false statements in their paperwork. They said I was non compliant but I am suffering from an injury

The plan yesterday was to see Sonia, the PA who really was giving me empathetic, insightful care in the past. True, I never actually saw Dr. Evangelista as a patient, but I didn't care as long as I was seeing her. But she left, and maybe under HIPAA laws, they couldn't tell me where she went, and then Dr. Evangelista would not come out to see me and hasn't called me at my request up to this point. So, yes, I don't feel like this is a place where you will now get good care or a path to recovery, unfortunately.

I’m very disappointed with the way my sister was treated by Dr. Evangelista. From the moment she walked in, he was rude and impatient. Instead of offering compassion or support, he brushed her off and even chuckled in her face when she struggled to answer one of his questions. That moment was not only unprofessional—it was humiliating.

He repeatedly cut her off, spoke to her in a snippy tone, and showed no signs of empathy throughout the appointment. My sister left the visit feeling disrespected, dismissed, and worse than when she arrived. A doctor’s job is to listen and guide, not to belittle or mock. We will not be returning, and I would not recommend him to anyone seeking thoughtful, respectful care.

The actual dr is good. The service in the front is horrible The ladies are so rude with attitude. They are never on time always behind schedule they want you be here 15min early for them to have you wait a darn hour no apology or nothing. Find some where else to go.

Dr Evangelista is one of the best neurologist in Vegas. He truly takes his time with patients and is thorough. He tries hard to ensure all your treatment is done correctly and within insurance limits. It's amazing to know there is a genuine physician in Las Vegas. He sees you as a person to help not another price tag from insurances.

If i could give zero stars i would. Not regarding the Dr though. To the front desk supposedly manager Paula. We had a scheduled appointment from over 10 days ago. Husband took day off (unpaid time for this appointment. We show up on time. Check in. See poster on wall stating if you don't show up they will charge you $100. We laughed. They call husband up and said his appointment was cancelled for today. And she (Paula) admitted she forgot to call him to reschedule. I said who is gonna pay him for his missed time from work? She said sorry it was her fault and she can give him a note. And reschedule. She was very nonchalant about it. And when i called to speak to a manager, i got Paula. She then said she had wrong phone number listed. Quite the different story. Then she calls the adjuster and tells a different story. Very very unprofessional. But yet if we didn’t call them to cancel, we would have been charged $100??? Something totally wrong with that.
