Meghan, the audiologist was really great. Very friendly, informative, and helpful.
The front desk, however, was the exact opposite. She was argumentative about every little aspect, and not just towards me, but towards other patients as well. She would talk negatively about people waiting in the lobby right next to her while talking with another patient. It was unreal. She was extremely difficult and unpleasant, which sucks because Meghan was so great. But, I would never come back here if that person was still there.

I had an appointment with Dr. Nicole Franco to adjust my Hearing aids and was not scheduled to do the Hearing Test and would probably have had to come back another time to do it, but she went ahead and did the Hearing Test to save me a trip back. Everything went smoothly and I've never had any Hearing Aid that I have owned work so well after she did the Test and adjusted my Hearing Aid. Dr. Franco was pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional. I would recommend Dr. Franco to Everyone!

My experience they make you feel like family, waiting time unbelievable it’s the only Dr office I’ve visited where I didn’t have to wait all day before being seen. The professionalism excellent office environment very inviting and comfortable Dr England and Harley are the best. My mother has been a patient for many years and these guys are keepers we appreciate your service thank you keep up the good work.

If you are looking for anything audiology, stop here. Dr. England is one of the doctors that really truly cares about his patients. He listens! I went to him because of having 24/7 LOUD tinnitus. He was so compassionate and the first doctor that I talked to that said "yes! there are things we can do". He fit me with hearing aids that also have white noise. He set up my Iphone to control the aids - and patiently showed me how to use everything. He is kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. I honestly cannot think of one negative to add. It sounds dramatic, but he really saved my sanity. I could go on and on. His office staff is also VERY helpful and VERY kind. This is your doctor.
