I got hurt at work and my employer is contracted with this facility. I ended up picking this location and was seen by Dr. Patel. I am grateful because he was pleasant, knowledgeable and informative. The attentiveness, bedside manner and my overall experience from the care staff was great considering I was in sooo much pain. I took my mom into concentra for a work injury and the staff were so kind. The wait time was longer than expected but the front desk girl Elizabeth made sure we didn’t feel like we had been forgotten. I had physical therapy to be followed up by a doctor's appointment. The reason I gave three stars is because Physical Therapy was awesome. The therapist I've been working with was great. The issue was after my physical therapy I was placed in an exam room, told someone would be with me soon, and I sat there for over an hour with nobody coming in. I went to the front desk I told them I was leaving due to nobody showing up for an hour. No questions were asked of me, no apology, no desire to find out what happened. I was just told to have a good day. No consideration that some people leave work to make these appointments.

Physical Therapy review:

Receptionist are top tier, the smiles I get when I walk in help give me peace before my agony through therapy. (It's not that bad)

Emily is probably the best part of this location, no offence to the rest.
Concentra management made the right choice picking someone like her to be at the front desk of this Physical Therapy.
She is engaged and treats every patient with kindness, respect and direct attention.
She interacts and assists the PT crew in perfect sync. Employee of the year, or month at least !?

PT Romanenko is legit a stud, can't thank him enough for the patience and help he has been throughout my recovery. You'd think he owns the place with his demeanor.

Mikale, amazing PT such a peaceful and beautiful person to be around. She really does care about your recovery.

John is definitely also an awesome PT, witty sarcastic and shows attention to detail.

Duane, assigned as my first PT, even though she was helping out around different Concentras she helped me realize I'd see light at the end of the tunnel.
I am starting to see the light.

I do recommend anyone here to be your PT,

I did an MRI and it showed nothing but my knee still hurts and it’s swollen instead of the doctor figuring it out the doctor told me I’m OK and put me back to work full duty and when I get to work, my injury gets worse so I get sent home instead of the doctor trying to figure out what’s wrong with me coordinate with the Workmen’s Comp. people and now I’m on the verge of losing my job because of the terrible job the doctor did. i’m not sure about all the other doctors, but this doctor is no good instead of trying to help the workers Compensation people helped the patient get better. I think it’s time to reevaluate how they’re doing work there

I was here first time. My experience at this place was very disappointing. The front desk representative was extremely rude and unprofessional. She barely acknowledged me, didn’t even make eye contact, and made me feel as though I was being ignored. There was no greeting, no “please,” and no “thank you”—just a cold and dismissive attitude.

Good customer service starts with treating people respectfully, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking during my visit. The interaction left a very negative impression and made me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrived.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I hope management takes customer service more seriously and provides better training so future visitors are treated with the courtesy and respect they deserve.

The person that helped me with almost my entire pre employment screenings was great I believe the name is Cyril. I had a great experience after the check in process. A simple good morning or hello can brighten a day. She was short when asked questions. I set at the section right by the front desk. Once I noticed that she was pregnant the rudeness made sense. Still no hi, good morning, welcome in. Several minutes later she shouts my name. As I'm getting up before I've reached the counter she asks for entire waiting rm to here my DOB. So I await till I'm at desk & tell her info. Look, everyone else from the nurse who called me back & took vitals to the doctor & then the guy who discharged me, were amazing. They greeted me, smiled, laughed, spoke to me & were professional. I'd go back to that location bc of them. The original woman needs a hug or to pop out that baby. Cuz whew she has zero customer service positive qualities. Another patient that set next to me said same thing... but hey no one is perfect. Maybe I caught her on a bad day. Nevertheless, I received my DOT 2 year info & would go back.

Fast forward 2 years. Everyone from the front desk to in the back was great. Professional & had a pulse. I did have to wait longer than expected. But that is no one's fault. The doctor I came to see had some emergencies & was needed elsewhere. I ended up seeing a different doctor. The staff informed me of the potential wait. So it was no surprise. I passed my DOT with flying colors & had a much better experience than the first time around.

Emily at the physical therapy desk makes my day whenever I come here! Being injured and out of work for any amount of time is a really tough situation to be in, but I always know I’ll smile getting to make small talk with her. She is insanely personable and radiates positive energy which is beyond helpful given the state being in constant pain has put me in mentally. I never feel like just a random patient, and she always goes out of her way to check me in ASAP upon arrival. Dr. Michel Joffe is also incredibly lovely at this location and also makes me feel equally seen and heard during my appointments. Incessant pain and struggling with mobility is hard enough, but it’s healthcare workers like these that make you feel like you completely aren’t alone in it.

Diagnostic Technician didn’t know how to performed examination. During vision examination, the technician placed the chart way above my head and forced me to look up. Also, the technician was trying to performed a depth perception test but provided very unclear instructions and kept telling me something is different, it turned out she gave the wrong slide chart therefore I failed miserably. Another technician noticed that since I failed miserably she re- performed my dept perception test and provided me the correct slide and long beholds I passed with a 100%.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the level of professionalism and treatment I received at this facility. I arrived to my appointment on time, was called back for vitals, and then sent back out to the lobby where I waited an additional 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, only to then be told I would “probably” have to wait another hour. That is completely unacceptable.

What makes the situation even worse was the attitude and lack of concern from the front desk receptionist. Instead of being understanding or accommodating regarding something as simple as documentation, she chose to respond with sarcasm by saying, “I can give you a sticky note.” That level of disrespect toward patients is unnecessary and unprofessional.

If I had arrived anywhere near this late to my appointment, it would have been canceled without hesitation, yet patients are somehow expected to sit and wait almost two hours due to the facility’s poor scheduling and lack of organization. This is not even my first negative experience here. During a previous visit, I was left sitting in an exam room for over an hour after completing physical therapy with no communication or consideration for my time.

At this point, it is clear this facility does not value or properly accommodate its patients when mistakes are made on their end. The repeated excessive wait times, lack of communication, and rude staff behavior have made this an extremely frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this facility to anyone expecting professionalism, respect, or efficient care.

My health insurance wanted me to go to this location for urgent care. I walked in at 5:38pm and was told by the front desk that they stop doing urgent care at 5:30. Even though their hours online and on the door are listed until 7pm. They told me to go to their other location that is open 24/7 and they confirmed it was an urgent care.I called the other location while on the way to see what the wait time was. I was put on hold for the entire 15mins it took for me to get there. I walked in to that location and was told that they are not an urgent care. They also told me they could see me but it would be a four hour wait and I would have to wait there in the lobby the entire time. They also tried to tell me they don't accept my insurance -even though someone else went and checked. That person confirmed they did in fact accept my insurance. I was too sick to wait in their lobby for four hours so I left. Would rate zero stars if I could

I had an appointment at Concentra for a work- related injury, and I'm very disappointed with the experience. I waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment time with no updates or communication from staff.
If the clinic is running behind or too busy , they should at least inform patients or offer to reschedule. Sitting and waiting after work, without any explanation ,is unacceptable.

There is absolutely nothing exciting about a pre-employment drug test however the staff that administer the test can make all the difference in the world Elizabeth AKA Liz informed me that she only steps in when absolutely needed when they're overflow cuz she's normally does the front desk well without asking I believe she stepped up and saw the office crowded and called the next member or next to next PeePee Donor which just happened to be me and added a level of pleasantness I can honestly say I've never experienced at a pre-employment drug test thank you Elizabeth.

Me visit to CONCENTRA URGENT CARE WAS VERY FAST IN AND OUT ALL EMPLOYEES WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE NICE POLITE, RESPECTFUL WELCOMING I WILL BE VISITING ANYTIME THAT I MAY HAVE TO DO ANY TYPE URGENT CARE OR URINE ANALYSIS FOR MY COMPANY. No appointments for physicals/ drug testing. Those with appointments for other needs will be seen before you. It's also an urgent care. Plan accordingly. Eat or bring a snack. The Wait after checking in was almost an hour. Showed up an hour after opening. Once called to exam area process moved fairly quickly. Was told they were short staffed and staff apologized for the wait and appreciated the patience, also gave a snack 😉

Cyril was awesome, usually I get poked 4-5 times and he listened to what i said about prior appointments jot being able to draw blood and where they usually find it. I didn’t even know blood was being drawn, quick, easy no pain. He’s legit!!!

The nurses are nice and informative but the doctor gives you a diagnosis without even elaborating you. He forget to order physical therapy and MRI until you’ve asked after multiple visits. They care more about company fault than it’s patients.

The customer service here is kind & familiar. I enjoy seeing the staff. Although it’s not a place for kids they make my kids feel welcome. & they have been taking care of me. And are most pleasant.
