I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the level of professionalism and treatment I received at this facility. I arrived to my appointment on time, was called back for vitals, and then sent back out to the lobby where I waited an additional 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, only to then be told I would “probably” have to wait another hour. That is completely unacceptable.

What makes the situation even worse was the attitude and lack of concern from the front desk receptionist. Instead of being understanding or accommodating regarding something as simple as documentation, she chose to respond with sarcasm by saying, “I can give you a sticky note.” That level of disrespect toward patients is unnecessary and unprofessional.

If I had arrived anywhere near this late to my appointment, it would have been canceled without hesitation, yet patients are somehow expected to sit and wait almost two hours due to the facility’s poor scheduling and lack of organization. This is not even my first negative experience here. During a previous visit, I was left sitting in an exam room for over an hour after completing physical therapy with no communication or consideration for my time.

At this point, it is clear this facility does not value or properly accommodate its patients when mistakes are made on their end. The repeated excessive wait times, lack of communication, and rude staff behavior have made this an extremely frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this facility to anyone expecting professionalism, respect, or efficient care.

My health insurance wanted me to go to this location for urgent care. I walked in at 5:38pm and was told by the front desk that they stop doing urgent care at 5:30. Even though their hours online and on the door are listed until 7pm. They told me to go to their other location that is open 24/7 and they confirmed it was an urgent care.I called the other location while on the way to see what the wait time was. I was put on hold for the entire 15mins it took for me to get there. I walked in to that location and was told that they are not an urgent care. They also told me they could see me but it would be a four hour wait and I would have to wait there in the lobby the entire time. They also tried to tell me they don't accept my insurance -even though someone else went and checked. That person confirmed they did in fact accept my insurance. I was too sick to wait in their lobby for four hours so I left. Would rate zero stars if I could

I had an appointment at Concentra for a work- related injury, and I'm very disappointed with the experience. I waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment time with no updates or communication from staff.
If the clinic is running behind or too busy , they should at least inform patients or offer to reschedule. Sitting and waiting after work, without any explanation ,is unacceptable.
This kind of service shows a lack of respect for patients' time and well- being. I expected much better , especially when dealing with a work injury.

I recently visited the Concentra urgent care in Las Vegas Nevada for a drug screening for my job. I give it 4/10 rating because a nurse who drew blood from my right vein in my arm didn’t do a good job. The first attempt no blood was coming out and I can say it was 5-10 minutes of nothing coming out, She insisted another nurse come in and help and she did and then blood started to come out which she did a great job. After my visit I have been feeling pain in my arm every little small gesture my right arm makes I can feel a very sharp pain in my entire forearm I don’t know why and it’s been a few days since it’s been happening and it won’t stop, the feeling is something sharp stabbing my skin on the inside which occurs through out the day almost everyday so far.

On 12/05/25 I took my dad to go see Dr. veronica Allen, and we had the worst experience ever from the Medical assistant to Dr. Allen both were so rude and unprofessional. The medical assistant put her hand up to my aunts face when she call my dad back to the room, and asked who are you? my aunt told her she was my dads sister ,and she let my aunt and myself to go back, 5 minutes later another medical assistant came into the room and he said only 1 person is allowed to be back, their approach was unprofessional and rude . Then when the doctor came in to see my dad her attitude was rude, and not compassionate about my dad’s medical condition. I received paperwork from CCMSI it was my dad’s first time to file for workers compensation so we were not sure about the forms, I asked Dr. Allen if that was something she needed to fill out and her response to me was that the paperwork didn’t say Concentra and that I had to learn how to read. we did file a complaint with the supervisor at and will not be returning to that clinic.

A location i frequently visit for a physical for a physical simply for convenience and a Farley quick process, this time was different, 2.5 hours after called to the back, receiving normal readings on blood pressure, sugar levels, and everything else. A 2 year physical was reduced to 3 months. Due to the doctor deciding because of my age, I need to pay for and attend a sleep apnea program. And then pay the clinic again for another physical. All totaling to the average of $757 out-of-pocket for both physicals and the sleep apnea program. In which I had no symptoms of it was just a suggestion from the doctor.

I came into this urgent care thinking I was just going to get in and get out, but the staff had me feeling like I walked into a five star hotel. The service was crazy good. Everybody was helpful from start to finish and they moved with purpose.

I was a patient at concentra paradise road on 10-10-25. The Dr was great and took care of me . The nurse that took care of me was excellent. Her name was skyla!!! I'm scared of needles and she made me feel safe. It didn't hurt at all. She took extra special care of me. Attended to my needs and made me feel special. I recommend concentra paradise road to everyone. If your ever a patient there, ask for skyla. She left a great impression on me that I will never forget...

The entire staff was warm and welcoming. They were able to see me within 10 minutes. The dr was kind, understanding, patient and sympathetic. I was extremely impressed. The dr followed up personally to give me my test results as soon as he received them.

Got blood drawn and the person that drawed it missed twice. I have good veins. I am now bruised and in pain.
