Dr. Rebecca D’Silva is amazing. She’s attentive and patient and genuinely listen to my concerns. Before coming to Intermountain Health for care, I had been with two other offices in which I felt like my needs were not met and they didn’t take my concerns seriously. Here they were addressed and now feel confident with my health and got the medication I needed. I am very disappointed in the medical industry as a whole! Medical Professionals that see us have no time for us! After vitals, I sit waiting in the room for the provider longer than the provider spends time with me! The provider was in the room for literally 5 minutes before grabbing the computer to leave! Provider throws out a medication name & is walking away! Me No, I have questions about that medication, another name, no, I’ve tried that one & don’t like how it makes me feel, All while standing with computer in hand to walk out the door! Very, very frustrating!!! I deserve more than 5 minutes!!!

They actually make you make different appointments to keep coming in… I needed a document and was at the office doing my blood work and let them know what I needed and they said ok you need to come in and talk to the doctor we’ve done this before for patients. Well they lied just to get me back in and they knew that it was very time sensitive and now I have no where to live. Besides this incident they’ve been ok, this particular visit didn’t sit well with me and seemed like the doctor didn’t even care about my circumstances and I wasted time relying on that visit for help.

I moved to Nevada from Denver recently and I had a bad experience at a different doctors office. The staff wasn't friendly at all, the waiting time was super long and when the doctor finally come into the room she was rushing the visit.
Rebecca D'Silva is the best! She's very easy to talk to and she listens and care for her patients. That's exactly what I'm looking for when being seen. She's never in a rush and explain things where you fully understand.
I would give 10 stars, thanks for being so friendly, knowledgeable and caring!

Front office Great very helpful and attentive.
The nice Gentleman taking vitals was very pleasant and patient.
However my appointment was not what I expected I was rushed and overwhelmed with not being heard Was told I would get a medication sample for one of my concerns and it was not given to me and I was unable to get a follow up appointment within the suggested time. Overall I will give another visit hopefully with a better experience.
