They are amazing, I am so happy I switched from Valazqez pain to Innovative Pain institution , they take thier time with you and go over everything. Make sure all of your medications are good and correct for you. The office staff are all great ladies. I love that they followup with the prescriptions via text and offer an addition discount card if needed. On Thursday September 10 I called the office hoping to make an appointment with Dr West. I was a new patient recommended to Dr West by my PT doctor. I hit 1 because I am a new patient. Then I left a message and the recording said I would receive a call in 48 hours. Today is September 18 and still no call from the office. I even called and hit 2 for appointments and was told that they couldn’t help me because only this 1 person can book a new patient appointments. This is unbelievable. I’ve been a patient of IPCC since the late 90s.The very first visit Dr Burkhead explained things a the layman’s level so I could understand what exactly was going on with me. The time and care this organization takes to ensure its patients receive the proper care always astounds me since the rest of the world is doing the quick in/out dr visits. Dr Burkhead has a great beside manner during his injection procedures he’s always on point and talks like we’re family. Dr Jones has a truly gentle and friendly bedside manner to his visits as well. I hate going to drs. But Dr Jones has always put me at ease and always ensures he’s doing the best for me and always always asks if I understand everything and if he can help with anything else. I tell everyone they need to go to my pain management people. The entire office from front desk to back office are always professional yet very friendly. A GREAT GREAT Organization. What a great first impression. Dr Wu and the staff were on point. Dr Wu did my initial consultation and establishing me as a patient. He took his time. He let me tell my story, background and medical history at length and in detail. I never felt rushed or interrupted. I felt HEARD for the first time in a long time about how this pain is effecting my entire life. He came up with a plan and assured me that the plan is just to get us started and we will go from there. I’m highly satisfied that I found the right doctor. He listens and has compassion. They always get me in very quickly. Everybody is very courteous and conscientious about my privacy. The only thing I question is that I’ve been on the same dose of 5/325 mg of medication for years. I’ve never asked for any more than that. I am required to give a sample every single month when it is to be a random sample I would say that every single month is not random that is my only question. Why must we do the drug testing every single month if it is supposed to be random?

Upon arriving to the office on Cheyenne I met with the receptionist that checked me she was professional and was quick at getting me checked in. I didnt wait very long to be called back to a room where the gentleman was taking my vitals, he was kind. Here is the best part Dr. R West came in. Dr. West has a Great bed side manner he is very through when explaining what is going on, he uses his spine model to show you where the problem is and tells you the plan, basically the process and a QR code to watch a video. Leslie schedules the appointments for the procedures even tho is was time for her to go home on a Friday she stuck around to schedule my appointment. She was kind, made sure I understood the things I needed to do before my procedure. I recommend this office great atmosphere, nice staff and good Dr's.

Innovative Pain Care Center isn't just a regular doctor's office it's a family like atmosphere, once I started going to this office for horrible pain I was treated with the up most care from all, starting from the front office to the back of the office (doctors) It's so hard to pick a favorite nurse or doctor because they all are very friendly and they take up so much time with their patients, or shall I say that I take up most of their time with so many questions about my health and believe me that I never leave this doctor's office without any of my issues or concerns explained to me. If I was just rating the doctors here, I'd give Innovative more stars, but the *single* person who handles procedure scheduling is seldom actually there, and no matter how long I wait, I never get calls back. I was just at an appointment on Friday, but I couldn't schedule a procedure because the person was once again absent. Because I wasn't expecting a call back today (Monday), I contacted Innovative in the afternoon, only to find out that the scheduler won't return to work until *Wednesday.* By then, I'm sure they'll have a massive backlog of patients to deal with, so I'm even less likely to get any kind of response.

This isn't a new thing, either—I've been dealing with it for a few months.

I feel like I shouldn't need to say this, but medical care is extremely important, and for a practice that deals with pain management, it's irresponsible to only have one person on staff who can schedule procedures. If that person cannot be present to do their job, then whatever company owns Innovative should hire additional staff. I struggle to perform daily tasks because of pain, so waiting an additional week, or two, or three, is a huge blow to my quality of life, and I think it speaks to significant negligence on the part of Innovative.

Beware: this office over bills you. It has the rudest and most incompetent staff. They're constantly making mistakes. They're incapable of scheduling appointments correctly. Management doesn't return telephone calls or emails.

They will charge you for three visits for one TPI. That's right! They are charging you or your insurance $800 per visit. This has been brought to the attention of my insurance and doctors Wu's office attempted to double bill me. Unbelievable. BBB has been contacted with proof of payment.

They will try to push you off on the PA. PA will not require the 1st of the three visits, however Dr Wu does. How can there be two different procedures?

Former staff of this office have even complained about the manager and rude employees. In one indeed review, they said that the doctors don't care about the patients here.

I've been going there for at least 10 years. They're always very attentive and concerned with your pain issues. I've had quite a few procedures through them and they have all helped with my issues. Neil Jones is excellent!!!

I have been a patient of this Pain Care Center since 2010, and have received good care. Like all medical centers, doctors and physician assistants may retire or leave, so having a new person attending to a patient is normal. Each Doctor or P.A has been qualified and always helpful, listening and trying to make a plan suited to patients needs. The office staff is professional and kind

The staff at the Cheyanne location is terrible!!! Very rude! The Doctor I saw was very nice and friendly but I was treated so poorly by the staff I ended up canceling my future appointments and contacted my doctor to refer me to a completely different pain clinic. And the new clinic has a very polite and professional staff and the doctor I saw was also very polite friendly and professional.

Dr. Wu is the worst doctor I’ve ever consulted. He humiliated me and, instead of greeting me and inquiring about my well-being, his first question was why I was certain medication. Unaware that I was grieving the recent loss of my mother, he made an assumption that I was a substance abuser. He stated that he was not the right doctor for me, and I concur. I would never return to his care, even if I were compensated. The humiliation I experienced will not soon fade. Dr. Wu is one doctor whom I have formally reported and to his staff. I feel sorry that they have to work under his supervision.
