I have been to several Spine and Pain centers in Las Vegas over the last 30 to 40 years. Innovative pain clinic was wonderful! They are amazing, I am so happy I switched from Valazqez pain to Innovative Pain institution , they take thier time with you and go over everything. Make sure all of your medications are good and correct for you. The office staff are all great ladies. I love that they followup with the prescriptions via text and offer an addition discount card if needed. The doctor is truly excellent — very patient, attentive, and takes his time to listen and explain everything carefully. I felt well cared for during my visit.

Unfortunately, the front desk and scheduling staff need improvement. Calls are often not returned, especially for new patient appointments, and communication is very poor. I’ve been waiting over three weeks to schedule a follow-up injection with no response, which is very frustrating.

If the office staff improves their customer service, this practice would be outstanding.

I was sent a release of records form, filled it out, and returned it the same day. Ten days later, I hadn't heard anything. I called, was shuttled back and forth, left messages, and none were returned, not even by the Office Manager. I cannot make an appointment, because the Schedular, Laura, has not returned any of my calls. The front office staff has no compassion or people skills. Beware: this office over bills you. It has the rudest and most incompetent staff. They're constantly making mistakes. They're incapable of scheduling appointments correctly. Management doesn't return telephone calls or emails.

They will charge you for three visits for one TPI. That's right! They are charging you or your insurance $800 per visit. This has been brought to the attention of my insurance and doctors Wu's office attempted to double bill me. Unbelievable. BBB has been contacted with proof of payment.

They will try to push you off on the PA. PA will not require the 1st of the three visits, however Dr Wu does. How can there be two different procedures?

Former staff of this office have even complained about the manager and rude employees. In one indeed review, they said that the doctors don't care about the patients here.

I have always had a positive experience with the staff and Dr. Wu at the surgery facility of Innovative Pain center. When I go to the Henderson office Dr. Jones, Sabrina and the staff are always kind and helpful. Dr. Jones always listens to my concerns too. The staff at the Cheyanne location is terrible!!! Very rude! The Doctor I saw was very nice and friendly but I was treated so poorly by the staff I ended up canceling my future appointments and contacted my doctor to refer me to a completely different pain clinic. And the new clinic has a very polite and professional staff and the doctor I saw was also very polite friendly and professional.

Dr. Wu is the worst doctor I’ve ever consulted. He humiliated me and, instead of greeting me and inquiring about my well-being, his first question was why I was certain medication. Unaware that I was grieving the recent loss of my mother, he made an assumption that I was a substance abuser. He stated that he was not the right doctor for me, and I concur. I would never return to his care, even if I were compensated. The humiliation I experienced will not soon fade. Dr. Wu is one doctor whom I have formally reported and to his staff. I feel sorry that they have to work under his supervision.
