It’s only been about a month since we started here, but we’ve already seen so much improvement in our son. He sees Ms. Kendal for feeding therapy, and it’s truly the highlight of his day. He goes in happy and comes out smiling every time. We’re so grateful for the positive impact she’s had in such a short time.

I can't say enough about the care and support shown from this facility! The front office helped me so much above and beyond their duty! (Erica) showed such understanding and compassion when at times I felt completely lost in this whole process. She has been a light in darkness for me. Her knowledge helped me jump through numerous hoops while feeling empowered rather than lost. Having a child on the spectrum is something not many people relate to or even try to. The therapists are amazing and actually care about the children and their needs. If I could give ten stars I would! Great job on putting together such a wonderful group of people for these kids.

I can’t recommend more this place, has been life changing for us. I had my twins for over a year in another preschool and they cried every single day and here after only 1 week they just go inside running! They keep telling us how much they like their school 🥰 My daughter is also taking PT, OT and ST, thanks to Erika (she’s amazing!) we were able to get the evaluations so fast! I applied to another center and after 2 months and half I’m still waiting to get an appointment just for the evaluations 😤. The convenience to just drop your kids and go to work and not worry about pick them up and drop them off for the therapies to a different location, we both work and is so hard to do that. Speaking of great staff, after 2 weeks of enrolling my kids we had to change our insurance, the facility had so many issues with them and were not able to bill them, but after many calls, it was very exhausting for over 2 months! But thanks to Nancy we were able to set up the insurance and move on with my daughter’s therapies!! I can not express how happy I was today when I saw the claim completed. I wish they could have elementary school as well!! ❤️

Amazing! My daughter has grown so much since starting here a few months ago. I love the small class sizes and the attention she is receiving. I’m impressed with how organized everything has been from the start with this being a new preschool

The first thing I want to say is that the staff they have seem to be effective. They seem to do the therapy well enough. My complaints are more to do with the business itself and organization. First they require a referral before you ever see the place or meet the staff. This seems to be an industry wide issue. They think that they are good enough for your kid. That's fine. But that is for me to judge. Second, they want you to send hipaa information in an email unprotected before you ever set foot in the facility. That is a terrible insecure way to send information. An obvious hipaa law violation. Next, they don't offer any office support. There was no front desk person to handle paperwork, ask for medical cards or intake paperwork. Next, they will not answer your email asking any questions about the information they would like. If you want to accept insurance have a medical coder on staff to handle the insurance. They handle said paperwork. Or at least put me in touch with the right information. The facility they are sending me to is not close to me. They don't offer a way to reserve the place that is close to you. The rest is more just weird decisions on the business side. The building is backwards on the lot. They have a gate that lets you into the back of the facility. The staff let me in the back. Without understanding the disorientation of building they kinda snipped at me in front of my daughter about using the right enterce next time. Even though they let me in. Without any ID or asking me anything. Which kinda makes me wonder about the safety for the kids that go there. They shamelessly will try and get all the referrals they can to get max funding. Again. The professionals that actually do the therapy seem ok. But in order to get customers from this century, make the process more streamlined. Offer a secure online way to fill out the paper work with a form. Add consent for online contract signatures. Offer an open house type visit to let people check out the program before you try and ask for money/insurance information. You don't use bureaucracy to make money unless you like wasting your customers time. The building needs signs to guide you to your "front" door/parking lot. Always inquire about people's business there. Don't ever assume we will love the place just because you exist. Remember you are dealing with our children. Our pride and joy. Make it feel like a school if you plan to open the pre school. Make the whole process feel professional or you get reviews like this. This was after a month of research and finding this place. Getting the referrals done right despite their staff. I bet they think that will keep the retention. Probably not this family unless you fix everything. One more thing. The link being used for their website seems like a total scam. It was a you won type scam link.
