I was just notified day of my appointment in office that the provider change, for the third time, and that if I wanted to continue with my appointment, my co-pay would be higher because the new person was not my PCP. I asked why I wasn't notified so that I could make the change before my visit and was advised "we didn't know". Problem is that I literally called this morning to confirm my appointment because I did not receive a reminder... I understand change happens and I also expect that when mistakes happens, accountability is important. I should not have to pay extra for their error. I have appreciated the ease of available appointments and now also understand why it appears this office has very few patients, the people who run this organization suck and do not care about their patients.

I saw Jennifer Walker for the past couple of months and I was so relieved to find someone like her that had the knowledge, care and compassion to help me with my chronic condition that causes everyday pain. I cannot say enough amazing things about this practice. Jennifer Walker is an incredible NP and the best practitioner I have had in a very long time. She is so kind and listens and takes such good care of my husband and I every time we come in. I cannot think of one bad thing about this office! From the front desk receptionist to the CNAs that you see before you see Jennifer, everyone is just incredible! I know my health is in good hands when I come here! I started coming to Health Xpress in 2020 at the original location on Eastern in Henderson but I now drive all the way from Lake Las Vegas to come here because this office is WAY better. My experience at Health Xpress was extremely disappointing.

I scheduled an appointment for an allergy issue. When I entered the exam room, the so-called doctor told me the visit would cost $125. However, after asking just a few basic questions, the price suddenly changed to $150. The entire billing process felt very unclear and not transparent.

What was even more frustrating is that no examination, testing, or treatment was performed during the visit. The provider simply asked a few basic questions and then told me to wait three days for an email follow-up.

Three days later, when the email finally arrived, it did not provide any help for my allergy problem. Instead, it instructed me to:

• Get a heart X-ray, which seems completely unrelated to my allergy symptoms.
• Go to another allergy specialist clinic.

When I called the clinic listed in the referral, they told me they do not accept my insurance, and they could not find any referral record for me in their system.

In other words, I paid $150 just to answer a few questions, with no testing, no treatment, and no actual help, and was simply sent somewhere else — with a referral that apparently doesn’t even exist.

The whole experience felt very disorganized, unprofessional, and absolutely not worth the money.

OH LORD ! this place is a mess !!! they gave me a Monday appointment , but I had to move to a different location cause their doctor wasn’t there . apparently she switched her schedule. I get it . but then they tried to call “my number” but come to find out they typed it in wrong. they could’ve emailed me an update, but they didn’t even think of that. The only way I found out about all this is because I called them for the forms to fill out, cause they never sent it to my email . atleast that’s where I was told they were gonna get sent. but nooooo, they sent it to my phone number. I told the lady when I was initially doing my appointment that i was doing all of this for school, she didn’t warn me about the $75 payment . If I tell you it’s for school it should ring a bell ! doctors are pretty okay , but front desk staff are bad ! & they should be better trained. all of these hiccups are small when you divide them, but experiencing them all in one go just makes the business look bad ! I’m putting this out there so there can be improvement !! better your staff please !

I called this facility to make an appt for my husband since his PCP has moved. I specifically asked them if they can write for his current prescriptions identifying them by name. She said they were licensed to write pending the doctor's approval. Well, I guess that was just a scam to get him in there as they refused to write for either, wanted him to join their "weight managment program" for a substantial monthly fee and refer him to yet another doctor. When I called to confront them about this they told me it was a miscommunication and HUNG UP ON ME!! It's no wonder they are marketing so heavily for new patients with service like this. Health Express is excellent for essential and easy services such as bloodwork. The entire staff is welcoming and friendly. Gabe is always Jilly and accurate, but Emily sets the tone for the customer service experience. Emily should really be named Director of First Impressions. I’ve been using Health Xpress as my primary for several years now. I like that Cristy makes sure each location is ran well, the clinics are very clean and modern, and staff is friendly. Having a clinic open on a Saturday is very convenient! On my most recent visit, I was seen by Jennifer Walker. I am extremely pleased with how thorough she was in going over options that I was inquiring about. She sat down by me going over bloodwork results. I didn’t feel rushed and she answered my questions. I walked out of the clinic happily satisfied with the care that was provided. Jennifer made me feel reassured on the next steps to take on a healthier journey. I've never seen an office go through employees so quickly (doctors, nurses, even medical assistants and receptionists constantly turn over). Making me come in every 3 months (copay required) for medication refills that I've been taking for multiple years is unacceptable. Every other doctor around refills for at least 6-12 months. It's "owner's policy" - meaning $ is more important than providing healthcare. Health Xpress just feels like a gross money grab and seems like even employees aren't happy.

I recently moved to Las Vegas and chose this medical center based on its positive reviews. Upon arrival, the concierge forgot his name was very friendly and attentive, and Dr. Cara seemed understanding and assured me l would receive the prescription I needed.
However, the follow through was extremely disappointing. I was told my prescription had been sent to the pharmacy but when I arrived, nothing had been submitted. I called the office and was told to wait a few hours. Still, nothing. By that time, the office had closed, and I had to wait until the next day. After multiple calls and assurances that they would contact the pharmacy, I was eventually informed that the doctor was no longer available and my case had been referred to another clinic. This back and forth went on for four days, including visits and repeated calls between the pharmacy and the clinic. The lack of clear communication and follow through made this experience incredibly frustrating. If this had been a critical medication, the delay could have had serious consequences. I hope the clinic improves its communication and prescription process for future patients.

Went to this clinic while visiting Las Vegas and they were fantastic! Pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful - treated a really bad ear infection for my daughter. Reasonably priced if don't have insurance (or visiting outside of insurance coverage). Made my first appointment 2 days from when I called. Got in and they had me getting labs and booked me to come back a week later. Thoroughly discussed treatment options, prescribed meds and scheduled a follow up. Loved Dr. Rosas. She really spent time listening to me and talking to me. If you know what you need and are able to advocate for yourself it’s fine but don’t expect the staff to do that, even though they were mostly kind. This definitely felt like a place where money was the priority not the patient. I wanted to like this place but they have the most unfortunate billing practices and zero follow up for results. Wish I had seen the reviews before going as there were similar posts. Also, I noticed in other reviews that the owner responds defensively and invalidates the persons experience. I made an appointment online and got an email confirmation with a link to register (for a Saturday appointment) I arrive and doors are locked and there is also a couple waiting outside as well. We call the office phone and no answer. I decided to try calling one of their other locations and was told this location is closed Saturday and they canceled my appointment. I was never notified. The sign on their doors and their hours online per their website and google say Saturdays they are open when they are not. Very disappointed because I came for an appointment that didn’t even happen

This office is the absolute best!! All of the staff have been amazing. From scheduling over the phone, to the front desk, to the MA’s down to the providers, everyone is so prompt and professional. A breath of fresh air compared to many doctor’s office in Las Vegas! Jamie is the best! She is very attentive and you can tell she truly cares about all her patients. I’m not sure how they are able to keep their wait times so low but I am always in and out of an appointment in less than 20-30 minutes which would be half the WAIT time at other offices. I would recommend this office and Jamie to everyone!

I came here for blood work and was given a prescription. They told me if symptoms continue to return for follow up. Dr. Ebnother told me to follow up if any issues persisted so I did.

They want to charge me another $250 plus office visit cost, to test for the same illness they already know I have to prescribe me medication they have already given me.

$250 for a rapid test, $20 for the antibiotics and then told to come in for another $250 rapid test or wait a WEEK with a regular test while still experiencing symptoms so they can write me another prescription “just to be sure” as the unhelpful lady who answered the phone said.

I wish I had just gone to my regular doctor. This place just wants as much of your money as they can get. I should have checked the reviews. THE MAJORITY OF THE REVENT REVIEWS ARE 1 star.

I wish I had checked them. It would’ve saved me a lot of headache and money.

I came here once and saw a provided named Cherie little who totally overlooked my pulmonary embolism and sent me home saying I was fine, if I didn’t go to the hospital they said my oxygen level was so low I could have died. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because she was alway so nice, patient and understanding. However I went back to get a pre opp clearance and I seen Jaime EBNOTHER she told me to bring back my chest X-ray and everything would be good to go. I should have read the reviews because it seems like she is unprofessional and nasty to multiple people according to reviews. I went back and forth with the staff for 2 weeks trying to make sure they got my chest x ray before I wasted a trip down there for a apt and they kept giving me the run around saying they didn’t get it and they would reach out and get it and ir took me to finally be at my end of kindness and 10 calls later to get them to get my results after paying them 150 for the clearance . So then I go to my apt and Jaime comes in and tells me she needs another paper that she NEVER told me she needed! Saying she can’t clear me without it when my surgery is in 2 weeks and they need clearance. Now I understand there are procedures made by law but there’s also a lack of communication because had she told me I needed that paper I would have had it. She lacked empathy and professionalism by just being so cold and not apologizing for the run around I had to do with her staff and even her. You can understand why I would be frustrated at this point and she just looked at me like “ so what” and walked out the room and sent someone in who showed me the empathy and professionalism I expected. If you want a provider that will make you feel comfortable and caring do not go to Jamie, she does not care about her patients. I don’t recommend this clinic neither. However the front desk worker Hayley was nice and professional along with the gentleman who works there as a manager.

First, I must talk about why I ended up here so you have context. I get chronic migraines (2-3 times per month) my previous doctor stated that's one migraine away from where neurologists prefer you NOT to be. I was on Medicaid and for whatever reason they kicked me off even though my income still fit the parameters causing me to be unable to afford to see my previous doctor or the neurologist he referred me to. On top of that, when I did try to reach either of them- no response. The neurologist was just a giant money grabber who prescribed me medication that cost over $1,000 WITH insurance.

So, that brings me to this location. I need a new primary care physician because i can't get a hold of or afford the other two and I need an ADA filled out. It's $100 per visit at this place without insurance.
The ADA form is for work which allows me to not accumulate attendance points whenever I have migraines since they happen so often and it also allows me to leave work early when one occurs on the job. I called this location ahead of time to let them know this is what I needed and asked if Jaime would be able to fill it out. The girl at the front desk did not make me any promises and she wasn't sure but when I arrived to my appointment she showed another nurse in the back and they told her that Jaime would not be likely to fill out the form for a new patient without knowing their medical history.
I offered to have the previous doctor send over my medical records - which he did. So, fast forward to the first visit where I meet Jaime after paying $100. She looks over the ADA form and tells me she can't fill it out because she's not my PCP. I told her that was why I was there because I need a new one. Then she said she didn't know me well enough yet because she doesn't know my medical history. I asked her what the point of having the neurologist send that information was then? I explained to her that I can't afford several visits, I don't go to doctors for check ups or colds and all that I only come if I absolutely have to. So she told she would be comfortable being my PCP if I took a blood test and that afterwards she'd be able to fill out my form or POTENTIALLY get me an fmla. Mind you, I don't know how that works at the time I'm thinking she can call my job and request FMLA for me.
The blood test cost me another $106.
I come back to Jaime, pay the $100 visit fee upfront. So, mind you, this has cost me $306 so far which I actually needed for my car insurance and ended up being late on the payment after this fiasco.
Jaime comes in, goes over my blood work and says she can fill out my form. I hand her the form and ALL OF A SUDDEN, she tells me it's the incorrect form. It's the same form she's already reviewed TWICE. Now she tells me she "doesn't do" ADA forms, only FMLA. She lies to my face and tells me I declined medical treatment when she never offered treatment. She said she "wrote down in her notes" that she wanted to do an MRI and I declined it.Never happened. I don't care what her notes say we never discussed treatment options. She never even asked me probing questions about my migraines like the other doctors did. She didn't ask about symptoms nothin'.So then she proceeded to tell me that she won't fill it out because she doesn't know if I actually get migraines. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I called her out on it stating that I paid $306 for her to decide this and was baffled that a doctor couldn't read my medical history which clearly states from the neurologist that I have chronic migraines and what medications he prescribed for it. She ends up saying she'll "try" to fill it out so I pay an additional $50. But I came back, took the form back, and my $50 because I had a feeling she was not going to do it.

This place has gone extremely down hill in the last couple months. The providers they’ve newly hired are completely incompetent. Jamie Ebnother has been completely unhelpful even just refilling meds my husband has been on for years stable prior to her treatment. He is needed to schedule several follow ups to get meds refilled instead of just refilling at the first visit. They make you come in for all results (even completely normal ones) only to get another copay out of you. They have sent prescriptions for my husband under my name several times. I was previously sending all my patients to them as a provider myself and never will I do that again. Find someone else who actually cares about your health.

I have proof the wrong meds have been sent in my name instead of his. Meds were not refilled since she was “uncomfortable filling”although the treatment guidelines recommend that as treatment. Also referrals were sent back 12/15 at 3:19pm since they were incorrectly filled out and when we called to check on them this office said they were sent and did not look into it further. Being in practice one year does not mean she is not incompetent.

I was nervous about selecting a primary care, but I have no regrets! The appointment process is the best part, all online and no waiting on the phone for hours. Amanda Keirn was the provider I saw and she was thoughtful, caring, & listened to all my concerns. She made sure to explain everything and made sure I left with no questions. I am excited to have a place I can visit without hassle. My only suggestion is figuring out a good phone system. 5/10 Update: my husband went there for treatment for a bad cough, sore throat and respiratory symptoms 2 months ago.They took a strep test and advised they would call in a few days with the results. We called back numerous times and were told a Nurse would call back with the results. We are STILL waiting for a phone call back. Will never go back again! Very unprofessional. If they lost results man up and tell us so. Don't lie and never call back.
Place was clean, neat and the employees could have been more helpful. I felt each individual was thorough and answered all my questions. will definitely be back.

Cherie Little is a great provider! She treated my health issues when my primary Dr couldn't. I've had an awesome experience from the front desk, to their Medical Assistants and to my provider. **Edited- this is my primary care physician and it started great! Now, not so much. They go through doctors so often! I had 3 really nice doctors in not even a years time already and they are gone but now you got someone who just seems like she does not like people at all! And the new front desk lady is rude! Like how did we go from that to this.

*No longer the happy experience-I have searched high and low for a good doctor and staff for not only for myself but my son as well, for the last 7 years I have lived in Las Vegas. I have had an unnecessary amount of terrible experiences with the doctors out here as well as their staff. THAT BEING SAID I AM TOO HAPPY TO WRITE THIS REVIEW!!! I could tell when I scheduled the appt that this experience would be different and my son and my self established care this past weekend. I was a few minutes late and they still were just so nice to us and professional. The entire experience from entering to leaving was so good! They are an Urgent Care as well as provide Primary Care, the building and office is so nice and clean. The medical staff and the doctor are AMAZING! Highly recommend this location!

Made an appt, came in, didn’t wait to long, the Medical Assistant Ryan was very kind and took my vitals and drew my blood and was happy to have a short chat once I struck up a convo with him.
Cherie was great, she did my exam, was calming despite a couple medical worries I had and I was in and out fairly quickly.
The space was clean and they were playing some good music that wasn't too loud.

The provider was very knowledgeable and attentive! My visit was precise and ticked all the boxes for a great medical experience even though I felt like I wanted the truck to come back and finish off the job. Start to finish I was in and out within 20 mins as a walk-in and received a text from my preferred pharmacy before I left the parking lot! Great facility! Great Providers! Great staff! I usually dont do reviews, but this place was so AWESOME, I feel the need to share lol. The staff and doctor were both so friendly! they did an amazing job making me feel comfortable. The place was very nice and clean also. I dont have insurance and that was no problem here. They was VERY affordable and I went to get stitches taken out, the doctor took her time with me and I literally felt no pain. This will definitely be my go to medical center from now on.

This was my first visit with Health Express and Dr. Little. I was very pleased with the experience. When I called to establish a new patient appt, I was greeted on the phone by very friendly and helpful staff! Throughout the visit again, each staff member I needed to see or talk to was friendly and thorough. I did not wait long at all to visit with Dr. Little and found her to be, again, friendly, open and easy to talk to. She took her time and I felt that she genuinely cared about the issues I came in for as well as other things that needed to be addressed. I am in between insurance and thought the cash price was very reasonable, in addition she understood the situation and prioritized the tests I needed done until I was back on insurance! This is one of the best Dr visits I have ever had and actually look forward to coming back. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone.

As a first time visitor I am impressed with this business and the staff. From the receptionist to the tech assistants to the practitioner herself, everyone was friendly, helpful and calm. Cheri took time to talk with me about my concerns and requests. She explained the results one week after having blood drawn. And let's not forget to mention how quickly I was able to get in! I have been to a few doctors and each I was unhappy with. Either they didnt listen and rushed me out, or never made me feel they actually cared. UNTIL NOW! I truly had the best experience with Dr O'Connell. She listened to my jibberish (medication withdrawls) and cared for my health. Helped with all my questions and made me feel she really cares for her patients. Over 15 years and never had a Dr be a human and not a robot to the medical $$ of things. I walked in worried of the same ol stuff of get med refills and confirm medical history , but I walked out so confident and ecstatic I found someone I feel so comfortable seeing and will have my family see her as well. She was very warm, comforting, well spoken and really personable. So HAPPY !
