Update: After speak to the doctor herslef, I am even more disgusted. Do NOT trust this medical practice. Even the doctor lies to cover her own staff's horrible, unprofessional treatment of patients. Charges $120 for 10 minute phone call to refill prescriptions that you can't stop taking even if you wanted to. I was quoted $100 in Feb 2025 when I warned them I was losing my medicaid. When I went back in October the price already went up to $120? When I was on medicaid I was only required to come in once a year, now that I am paying out of pocket it's twice a year?! You clearly do not care about taking care of your patients when all you care about is the money.
Update after your lame response: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! You can't even hold yourself or your staff accountable and apologize for YOUR STAFF'S highly offensive behavior! You have treated me like a cash grab NOT a patient. Your staff is extremely disrespectful as are you. How dare you pretend to care about your patients health and well-being when you act the way you do and treat people the way you do. What you provide is certainly NOT worth $120 for 10 mins. Doctor's like you are one of the biggest problems with our Healthcare system. I will never be back so you and your staff celebrate.

I love it here! I came in for medical weight loss and IV therapy and reached my goal with the weight loss program! Since it was across town, it became a bit difficult to make it to every appointment, but the nurse was amazing and taught me how to give myself the injections at home. I also tried an IV to give my body a boost and had a consultation for a facial tailored to my skin type. I’ve recommended this place to many people and will definitely continue coming back for more services!

I rarely leave reviews, however, this is one business that is most deserving of one!
I saw Dr. Dizon and her team for some of the services they offer, by far the best experience I have had at a doctor’s office.
Dr Dizon is very personable and professional. She explains everything clearly and also very compassionate. You can tell she really cares for her patients.
Right from the moment I walked into the clinic, everyone was amazing.
I will definitely be coming back, and referring everyone I know to this place!

The doctor has no idea how to help! I went in with a rash on my arms and for an rx for my insulin an insulin pumps supplies. I told her I think the rash is from m boyfriend's dog, and she was like oh so you're allergic to dogs? I don't know. Maybe run some tests. The second she found out I needed pump supplies she told me she would refer me to an endo because trying to get the authorization is difficult. Well ... ay least try. She wasn't going to until I made a big deal out of it, and thn she submitted it to the wrong insurance so it got denied. Instead of trying to help she said, sorry there's nothing more I can do for you. I just went to pick up the insulin Rx (that I had to ask several times for because the endo she referred me to is booked until Novmeber) and it's not even the right kind for my pump. They're insulin pens. Which I won't be able to use because she prescribed the pens but not the pen needles. Thankfully I have some extra supplies or I'd be dead.

Update: I disagree that the provider takes the well-being of patients into consideration. She gave me 3 minutes of her time and spoke over me the entire time. How can she take my care into consideration if I get 3 minutes of her time? She told me I should look elsewhere and I definitely will. She didn’t take the time to discuss what was appropriate for my care. I raised a concern about the medication she wanted to prescribe and she told me “I don’t know your body or how you’ll react” and disregarded everything I tried to say to help figure something out. Not educated enough and horrendous bedside manner. But hey, at least she can prescribe Benadryl for anxiety!

Really poor. I can twice for the results of my X-Ray. They said they never received it and would call radiology. I understand this once but twice is just not following up properly. They also weren’t clear on what part of the body when they sent the referral to the radiology group so I had to go back twice after waiting in the waiting room for 30 min.

Please don't waste your time coming here. They get as many patients in the door for billing, and make you come back over and over instead of providing medication. Questioning whether the doctor even went to medical school, she was so misinformed and pig headed. Horrible combination for a physician. Take your chances and try essential oils, they will be more effective.
