I found LVGastro from their reviews. I was looking for help because I was diagnosed with gastroparesis. I went on their website and submitted my information. At first they responded promptly regarding getting my personal info, insurance info, health history.
Where they earned the 1 star review is at actually seeing me. They asked me to get my medical records faxed to them which I gave them all possible information, I even got some of the records myself and I even called to make sure they got the records and mentioned I didn't mind helping them call the places they needed to get the fax from just so I can finally be seen.
They have (Christine their senior scheduler and Cecilia OPs Manager) now ignored my calls and messaged ever since I helped them get the records faxed.
I am not going to beg them to help me because no medical office should have to be begged to help someone seeking for treatment.

Plan on spending the entire day here. 10:00 am to 3:30 pm for a 20 minute procedure. This was the worst clinical experience I have ever had. Also, no water and the magazines were 5 years old.

One of the worst experiences ever! This place and the doctors are horrible. They don’t care for their patients. I’ve been contacting this DAMN place since Dec 2025-current! I was getting treated, (which by the way, they take your money real quick!) I developed a terrible reaction (emailed them about it, they said to stop the medication immediately and the doctor would contact me . Guess what! It’s been 3 going to 4 weeks and no follow up from them) I ended at the hospital and lucky it was life-threatening. I emailed them and texted to get a refund. No response!! This place is unbelievable!!!!!

I’ve been seeing Alex Lapasaran since 2021. He’s my favorite doctor! And I’ve had quite a few. Takes his time with you and has great bedside manner. I see him every 3-6 months. It’s always been good. I’m about to get my first colonscopy and will update my review after!

Should have the option for 0 stars. I encourage anyone reading this with a similar experience to file an official grievance with your insurance. It takes maybe 5 minutes and helps everyone else. This company will continue to provide subpar treatment to Las Vegas patients until they are held accountable by the insurances they accept because they refuse to listen to their clients.
I went to & listened to NP Lapasaran based on my 2024 results and findings. I was told to stop NSAID use immediately (despite being prescribed by other doctors, who he would not communicate with) and my gastritis would clear up. I came back in 2026 because it didn't despite dealing with my pain without any pain killers for over a year. I had been informed by my nutritionist, PCP and my rheumatologist to look into gut dysbiosis with my gastroenterologist. I came back and mentioned this specific issue during my "virtual appointment" (read: they called me, didn't look at my info, and said he'd call me back when I asked about prior information. No return call received). He brushed off these comments and concerns from other practitioners and told me to concentrate on my symptoms. I described my symptoms and asked how we could get to the bottom of these issues once and for all since it's been 2 years of these issues. He told me he'd call me back. Once again, no return call. I did however, receive an email that he ordered a CT scan with contrast on my abdomen. I asked for a SIBO, breath test, colonoscopy during my "appointment" - nothing. I reached out 2 days prior to my procedure to let them know of concerning new symptoms. No response. Went to the procedure. Guess what? No results on my CT Scan. Reached back out to office, no response. Left VM. Texted. Emailed. Set texts to send every hour on the hour during business hours until I got a response. Finally received one on Thursday afternoon. Good thing it wasn't a life-or-death emergency - but it was urgent and they completely missed the window. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility for their inattention and poor care, or even discussing the issues with me, I received a return email from Alex 2 days later asking if they could schedule me a follow up. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The offensiveness to not only NOT APOLOGIZE, not show any level of care, but make sure to give me your link to schedule more appointments you can bill me and my insurance for!
An official Insurance Grievance was filed and I encourage anyone reading this to do the same. This company will continue to provide subpar treatment to our valley until they are held accountable by the insurances they accept - because they obviously don't care about their clients. So maybe a hit to their income will remind them of the Hippocratic Oath they took and continually ignore. "benefit the sick, do no harm, maintain confidentiality, TEACH RESPONSIBILITY and UPHOLD THE NOBILITY of the profession, EMPHASIZING PATIENT CARE OVER PROFITABILITY and avoiding harmful drugs or procedures, especially those related to life and death, while also respecting patient privacy and recognizing limitations"
I have yet to see this office show any personal responsibility, let alone teach it. There is no nobility of the profession shown here. And there is DEFINITELY not an emphasis on patient care over profitability. Do better.

DO NOT GO HERE. They seem to take in too much patients that they can handle. No sense of urgency of informing someone they HAVE CANCER after and EGD and BIOPSY. I went in Nov 26 fully expecting my results would be slower during the holidays. BUT THE TIMESTAMP ON the biopsy results that WAS DEC 3. I HAD TO REQUEST BECAUSE I WAS HOSPITALIZED Dec 8. I WAS LUCKY the receptionist sent me the results thru email because Spring valley hospital needed it .AND STILL have not called me to set up an earlier follow up.

I heard of a $25,$50 even $75 but $200 cancelation fee, cmon! I refused to consent to that high of a cancellation fee and they refused service. Also phone service is terrible. No one ever answers the phone you have to leave a message and they will call you maybe a few hours and even a day later.

Very bad experience my appointment was at 1:00 :00 p.m. at 2:30 PM I was still waiting and I noticed at least six people came after me and they were seen before me so I went up to the receptionist and asked her how much longer it will be and she looked on the computer or whatever and said I will be called next so at 2:33 PM. I noticed another person went to the back so I took all my belongings and I left. I will never go back to that location on Maryland.

Terrible experience. It’s almost impossible to speak to someone. I was sent out for an MRI and they never called me to provide my results. I left several voice messages regarding this and finally after 2 months they returned my call to schedule an appointment. I pay all my visits and services at the time of my appointment so I don’t get bills and I’ve been struggling on getting a hold of someone for the last 3 months to question a bill Ive been sent several times and till this day nobody has returned my calls. I’m going through a lot of health issues and dealing with them makes it so much worse for me.

I scheduled appointment with Dr. Noel, but the appointment was with the nurse practitioner, and I was told that Dr.Noel only does procedures and doesn’t meet patients for consultation.
First of all I was requested to come 20 min earlier, I managed to come 10min earlier but I only met the nurse practitioner 40 min past my appointment time.
I was disappointed that he didn’t read the medical history report that I have sent a week earlier and never received it ( although I got confirmation on the phone that it has been received) I tried to ask him to read it during the appointment but he was not interested and insisted to do a CT scan before checking any blood or stool tests which he thinks are unnecessary! I think CT scan is an extreme test considering my symptoms and condition are mild ..
I completely hated the approach and not taking the time to understand my symptoms or medical history. So I am not going ahead with any other treatment in this facility.

I am SO disappointed with the service I had a telephone visit and they canceled and 'rescheduled' because they messed up and new appointment day comes and I did NOT get a call, tried to go to the portal and they marked me as NO Show! I left 2 calls and a message request, not to mentioned that they keep disregarding my concerns, I've been going 2 years and still have no clear answers after 2 endoscopy and 1 colonoscopy, would not recommend to see them!
UPDATE: I FOUND OUT THIS OFFICE OVERCHARGED ME BY AT LEAST 600 DOLLARS BOTH TIMES FOR PROCEDURES BOTH INSURANCE AND INHAVE BEEN CALLING FOR REFUND AND NO ANDWER AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO SEND ME ANOTHER 200 DOLLAR BILL THEY ARE OUT OF THEIR MINDS I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THR MEDICAL BOARD!

I should have read the reviews before visiting this crappy office. The customer service is horrible; they never return phone calls. Np Castro ordered some labs and imaging for me. I texted Theresa, her medical assistant, to schedule an appointment to review my results over the phone. She scheduled my appointment for Thursday, 2/27 @ 12:45, and everything was planned via text message. I was surprised when I received a phone call from them stating that they were calling to confirm my appointment for Wednesday 2/26, initially I thought it was a mistake, I called back and left a message that my appointment was on Thursday not Wednesday, someone called ED texted back and said, your appointment was on Wednesday, I don't know what you are talking about. I request a phone call to clarify the misunderstanding. No one has called me back till today. This office is not organized at all. I would not recommend it to anyone. I advise anyone going to this office to read the review first! They are horrible!!!

Horrible office!! Never returns your calls, and no one ever picks up the phone. Automatically, you are sent to a voicemail. Continue to leave a message to get a call back for the right information to be sent to the surgeon and oncologist. They will not make an appointment without the right information so I've been calling and calling and no one calls back. Left two other voicemails and msg's through the website for our refund on an overpayment and needing copies of our reports ( office notes, colonoscopy, and pathology ). This is a horrible way to treat your patients who have cancer. A situation that needs to be taken care of right away, and no one will return your calls. Driving down to the location is not my idea to do every time we need something. Especially speaking to Andrea at the front desk, who will disconnect your call, not call you back when you have a tele visit.. so then you have to drive 30 minutes to find out what happened and reschedule your appt..We also requested our records in person with Andrea and still haven't heard anything. We do not recommend getting care as the office staff have no compassion or common sense when it comes to having a new cancer diagnosis.

UPDATE: received a bill today stating that my endoscopy’s claim was not approved. The claim wasn’t approved because it was not medically necessary. The bill states that there is no doctor’s note stating that I had any of the symptoms needed for the procedure to be deemed necessary. However after looking at the symptoms, I in fact had a few, and definitely told the DR about it…. Why weren’t any notes provided to my insurance provider? Why would the doctor send me for a procedure that wasn’t medically necessary? I will be getting this sorted out!

They NEVER pick up their phone and I took me 3 months to schedule follow up appointment and I it was online call. They call me to collect the payment and after 30-40 min they call one time I missed the call and they didn't call me again also they never answer the phone!

Después de una semana esperando para programar mi cita, finalmente me llamaron hoy por teléfono. Tengo colitis ulcerosa y al parecer no le ha gustado al supervisor que esté embarazada y han decidido no admitirme en el centro, según ellos, porque al estar embarazada no podrían hacerme las pruebas (colonoscopia) que ellos quieren, o con otras palabras, no van a poder sacarme el dinero que ellos quieren. Tengo la conversación grabada, en cuanto pueda dejaré el enlace donde la colgaré para que se les caiga la cara de vergüenza a todos y cada uno de los médicos poco profesionales como los de este centro.
Les he repetido varias veces que no quiero que me hagan pruebas, simplemente tener un médico digestivo que conozca mi caso por si en algún momento tengo un brote. Hasta mi ginecóloga me recomendó asistir a un doctor digestivo durante el embarazo.
De nuevo gracias a los profesionales de la salud que tenemos en EEUU. Vaya negocio tenéis montado!!!

Dr. Cremonini and his team were fantastic—very professional and attentive. Unfortunately, the billing department was a nightmare. I was overcharged twice for a simple doctor’s visit, and despite reaching out multiple times, my emails were ignored. The claims submitted didn't match the amounts quoted by my insurance, and nothing was resolved. Great medical care, but the billing issues make it incredibly frustrating.

I visited this place about 2 years ago and I did not get the treatment I needed at the time. I also never got my results on an ultrasound they wanted me to do and the lady I spoke to over the phone stated that the doctor was on vacation for 3 weeks and she cannot release any information to me, until you hear back from your doctor. Are you serious??? Since then I have not been back but now out of random I am getting statement balances along with a balance on how much I need to pay. All my visits have been paid right there and then. I have tried calling and calling and all I get are voicemails and that someone will contact me back. Nobody has contacted me back and its very frustrating. This is by far the worst experience I have had within any medical facility and I do not recommend this place.

This place does not feel like a medical facility, the hygiene is pretty bad, they have termites all over the edge of their waiting room….unbelievable.
They also did not pick up calls when I called.

LVG has proven to be incredibly difficult to work with in my case, and I regret coming here in the first place, as it is evident that they are just focused on making money and not patient care.
I came here in November because I was experiencing symptoms. They refused to help me unless I got multiple tests including a colonoscopy and endoscopy, regardless of the fact that I am young and healthy besides those minor symptoms.
I did a breath test with them in December, and it took a full 3 months before they gave me my results, even after calling multiple times.
In March, when I finally received my results, I asked for a doctor’s note that I needed, and they refused.
In short, they were an inconvenience, and refused to help me medically in any way and refused to write a simple note.

NEVER STEPPED FOOT IN THE OFFICE NEVER USED A SINGLE ONE OF THEIR SERVICES I HAD A 3 MINUTE OVER THE PHONE CONVO WITH A DR THAT SAID I AT 30 YEARS OLD NEEDED A COLONOSCOPY BEFORE EVEN HEARING MY SYMPTOMS OR SEEING ME IN PERSON WHEN I DECLINED THE SERVICE THE PHONE CALL ENDED THEY GAVE ME A 200$ BILL FOR THIS. THIS OFFICE WONT ANSWER PHONE CALLS AFTER 1 WEEK OF LEAVING MESSAGES. I will be reporting this business to the BBB I cannot stand when people like this go into the medical field in an attempt to squeeze every cent out of someone. I don't use to write reviews but today I'm gonna make an exception because it is important for people to know.
My colonoscopy procedure went well. After waking up from the anesthetics, the doctor took the time and told me that everything looked fine and two polyps were extracted and sent to the lab.
A week later I got the results saying that "the analyzed polyp was negative" Great! Ummm wait a second, where is the result of the second polyp?
I called the clinic and requested clarification and a copy of the procedure, where the doctor describes what he did. They sent me all the paperwork, minus the requested document.
I did insist several times with the same result. I even asked another clinic to request my records, but Las Vegas Gastro never sent a copy of the procedure.
So out of frustration and uncertainty in order to make sure everything was OK I repeated my colonoscopy a year later, obviously at another clinic where the communication was better.
The story doesn't end here, 3 years later LVG calls me to collect money for a Telehealth consultation with one of their doctors that apparently was pending since then.
I told them that for their lack of communication and accuracy I had to repeat the colonoscopy a year later, they didn't care at all, customer satisfaction is not their concern, be aware and best of luck out there.

Haven't even been seen yet and I'm already tired of this place. Everything digital download an app we will call you can't get through to anybody for your digital appointment for to ask any questions it's always just leave a message we're too busy for you and I'll call you back 2 and 1/2 hours later how you supposed to pay your bills if you got to sit around all day waiting for them? Some people have to work and then there's a clause that says if you missed the appointment they can charge you $75. How you supposed to make your appointment if they don't answer the damn phone in the app don't work... Healthcare in this city now is a joke.

Trying to work with this office is an absolute nightmare. Initial visit was virtual, which was fine, but trying to schedule followup appointments and getting a billing issue resolved has been impossible. Similar to others, I found there is no way to speak to anyone in the office, automated texts come through promising someone will call after leaving a voicemail, and emails appear to go nowhere. Not good.

I’m starting to believe this place is a scam or something. I was impressed by their website and what they offer, called and emailed via the website to make an appt — surprisingly I got a quick return call and the lady had made me feel very comfortable to sending my husbands records over to them and since then I haven’t heard from them. I had an over the phone consult with the Dr on Friday morning. He told me he would have his staff call me to set up 2 appointments. I waited until 3 pm and left a voicemail and they text me back, or I should say “Ed” and he told me through the text that someone will call me in a few. No one called. I called Monday at 4 pm and left another voicemail. Got another text right after stating “a vibrant young man named Sean will call me”. I do not care how vibrant he is, just call!! But guess what? No call from Vibrant Sean. Called again today, Tuesday and left yet another voicemail. This is not good business. I will go somewhere else.

Their hotline always goes to automated voice messaging on all their options and will say “they are currently experiencing high volume of calls and leave message” unable to talk to person when trying to reach them. They need to consider that some people are only available at the time they are calling and yet it goes to an automated voice messaging. I’ve never been to a doctor’s office or called a doctor’s office that always goes a voicemail. Poor customer service.

Horrible experience. Made me undergo an endoscopy and colonoscopy within the same month for vague reasons so they could charge me $800 x2 and I have no diagnosis, no medication, and no treatment plan. Now I'm being surprise billed from a third party (US anesthesia partners) for $800x2 for anesthesia for the procedures about which I absolutely was not informed. Stay away.

This was my first colonoscopy. The preparation as you know is tough to get through but of course very nessasary. I was nervous since it was all new to me.From the minute I entered Dr Cremonini"s office I knew that I was in great hands. Everyone from the person who checked me in to the whole staff were so experienced and reassuring that I was put at ease. They were all great. Dr Cremonini's bedside manor was incredible. He did an incredible job before and after the procedure. A great experience meeting and working with Dr Cremonini. Thank you for taking care of me....

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is one of the places you wish Google offered negative stars. I had an appointment booked and was 10 minutes late. I called several times letting them know I was running late and left voicemails saying I was on my way - I didn’t get any response and couldn’t get ahold of anyone one the phone. When I arrived 10 minutes late, their parking lot and front door was all gated up. I managed eventually to flag down a front office worker and she blatantly lied to my face saying she gated up the property 15 minutes after my appointment and that I wasn’t there. This was entirely false - I had records on my phone showing I called asking to open the gate 10 minutes after my appointment time. I get that you are lazy and want to close early - just don’t lie directly to my face. I honestly am thankful that I dodged a bullet - if they hire such deceitful and unprofessional employees to run the front office, I can’t imagine the quality of the doctors. Avoid avoid avoid

To the best of my knowledge, Dr. Cremonini and outpatient staff did a good job on the colonoscopy. I was very disappointed with the service I received from LVGastro. Nearly all of my calls went to their voicemail. Sometimes I would have to call twice to get an answer to my questions or to prompt them to answer my emails. LVGastro tried to light-pressure me into paying upfront for the colonoscopy and light-pressure me to make an appointment to for the doctor to review with me the results of two autopsies which were normal and legible by a high school student. They gave in and stopped the pressure when I became mildly assertive. LVGastro did not have a dressing room for me to change into a gown prior to the colonoscopy. Instead, I had to use a RESTROOM (where people defecate), and which had no locker or chair.

Totally Unprofessional, they do not care about people, I wasted my time and put at risk my health trusting that they will see me. I made an appointment early June and gave them all my insurance information, they assured me they accepted it. I’ve been having terrible digestion issues with many secondary symptoms, 1 day before my appointment which was 5 weeks after I made my appointment they called me to tell me they do not take my insurance. I called in between many times to see if someone else could see me but nothing was ever mentioned. There you can see how much they care about the patients. If I was you I would never go to them, there are many other doctors in Vegas that will care about you and your health.

Absolutely ridiculous trying to get a hold of this place! First, my husband is the patient & they call my phone every time!! Then when he tries to return the call it’s just a constant carousel of of voicemails & never answer the phone no matter what department you push!
He hasn’t even had his surgery yet. Considering canceling. Will update if & when the surgery happens!!! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING.

I found this place because it had pretty decent reviews, it is a nice office. They call you into a waiting room to wait in another waiting room then you get seen. They did the tests I needed to do but if you expect to get in soon then don’t bother coming here. I had a follow up at 1PM, it is now 1:23PM but I have yet to receive a call, which is unprofessional because they expect us to be there on time yet they are not. I will not be returning since my time is not respected. I won’t even bother rescheduling because I know it will take a month for a simple phone call.

I have had three procedures at the Las Vegas Gastroenterology office. The most recent was an endoscopy performed by Dr. Fajardo. The entire procedure took less than 2 hours. Upon awakening Dr. Fajardo clearly explained the results. Everything in the operating room was very professionally done. All who participated were happy and helpful. Thank you, Dr. Fajardo!!

Complete lack of communication on how to accept payment. I was told it’s my responsibility to ask about payment. That they don’t offer this information unless asked. It’s 2022 send a link like the rest of the world. Do better for your patients. These places make me believe it’s all about the money and not the patient. So I have to drive into the office to make a payment to be seen online. This makes perfect sense (not)!!!!
