Dr. Shepherd has been my primary care physician for close to 10 years and there is truly no one like her. She has the best bedside manner, always takes time to listen, and makes me feel cared for and understood. She is accessible whenever I need her and consistently goes above and beyond to help. The staff at Melford Clinic is also welcoming and professional, which makes every visit a positive experience. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Shepherd as my doctor and would recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate and excellent care.

Whoever is the medical assistant for Dr. Shepard is very very rude. I work at another facility and was trying to get our patient a referral from her PCP as a courtesy. The assistant was very nasty to me each time I called and would interrupt me saying "Dr. Shephard will get to it when he can get to it". The patient has also called to try and receive a referral and it has still not been uploaded 3 DAYS LATER! Patient's appointment was unfortunately canceled due to the medical assistant's lack of urgency or cooperation. Dr. Shephard should probably hire someone else who cares about their patients.

Terrible customer service. They won't answer the phone and when you do get them (rare), they are rude. The doctor was friendly and the place is pretty but they lost my business with terrible service.

The best care provider I have ever had in my life. Dr Sheppherd is kind, helpful, listens, and actually cares. She has helped me so much and I don’t know what I would do without her as my dr. The office is gorgeous and clean and everyone that works there is absolutely wonderful. Can’t recommend her and this places enough! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Had a great experience for my appointment today. It's beautiful inside the office and the provider Shepherd I seen was very professional and helped me with all my issues. I didn't have to wait long to be seen and the lobby has nice massage chairs while you wait and fill out paperwork. The front desk girl Katie was very sweet and welcoming. Will definitely be going back and recommend this place to everyone.
