Sholom Nadler attributes his initial interest in medicine to caring for his grandfather as a child. His grandfather would fall and frequently scrape and bruise himself, and Sholom liked helping him managing these injuries and felt great joy in helping others heal. Also, growing up in Brooklyn, New York, Sholom was a part of a tight-knit community that stressed the value of helping others. It was these experiences that contributed to his desire to help others through pursuing a career in medicine. Before becoming a nurse, however, Sholom was a rabbi. He worked in an assisted living facility and enjoyed spending time with the seniors there. He eventually went back to school to pursue a healthcare career and receives great satisfaction work...

My husband and I just joined the Humana network. This complete office is FANTASTIC!!! From the front desk staff to Melina and especially to Shalom Adler. Shalom is awesome!! Friendly. Outgoing. Great sense of humor. Most importantly, he takes the time to speak to you. He is not in a rush He listens when you speak. Compassionate.

My follow up appointment was great! I shared my experience with the dermatologist & showed the results of the procedure (freezing). It was not good! Also, I explained the HS I was experiencing and was prescribed a cream for itching! Overall, a great visit. Shalom listens to all of my issues and looks for a solution.

Excellent services at My Generation Clinic today!! Sholom Nadler NP-C is awesome!! He listens to what I say and need. We work together to enhance my healthcare!! Ivy the medical assistant s knowledgeable and provides excellent care to me. I love this office location. The staff is very kind and courteous. Dr Shalom is kind, patient, a sincerely caring physician. One of my favorite things is that the staff keeps an are where you can find brain exercises, mazes, word searches, and sudoku puzzles.
Better yet, they will take your blood draws right there so one does not need to go to an unfamiliar place. They give a copy of tests to you so you may follow your specific areas of concern in my case, thyroid levels, tri- glycerin, all those measures that indicate overall health. It is a "My Generation" office. Annual assessment of ADLs and Mental acuity gives a patient an picture of general function to plan for possible changes in independence. Love the care I receive there.
