the only problem that I have is that I had attempted to contact the office for important contact and was not able to reach anyone but a person who said something about at home and there was a rooster crowing in the background. The individuals said they would transfer me to the office but nobody answered. I never got through to anyone. this occurred 3 times and again, I never got to speak to anyone in the office.

Very poor communication. I've been waiting over 2 wks for office to get back with me regarding a Ins denial issue. I was Told Siera assistant manager would get back with me? I went to the office in Henderson and saw Vikas Sayal and made him aware of situation and he said Siera would handle it and get back with me. I double checked with girl at checkout and was told Siera would get back to me by the end of day. Nothing never happened this was at least a wk ago. Dr Sayal deserves 10 starts for his competency in his profession. He solves problems and gets things done. However I have a terrible time accepting the consistently excessive wait times to be seen. My appointment was at 11:30 today and I was called back by 12:10 and that's actually considered a good day to me and the shortest wait time I have ever had with his clinic. I think overbooking clients and excessive long waiting times isn't a Sayal issue it's a southern Nevada healthcare issue. His clinic is one of the many always running unacceptably behind. Best doctor worst office in town. Ive been without my portable oxygen tanks for over a week. They keep sending the wro g prescription in and will not send the right one in. Ive had to cancel vital doctor appointments as i have no portable oxygen to travel with.They mishandled prescriptions. Do not send them in. No matter how many times you call and try to talk to them no call backs. They send the wrong prescriptions in and dont fix the issue. This has happened multiple times. Do not go here if prescriptions are important to you. They cant handle pre authorization right. They cant even send the right scripts in. Dr.sayal is the best. But his staff is the worst I've been hung up on when simply asking for the right prescriptions. Its a violation to my health as a patient here. TEN STARS for both the office and medical staff at the Henderson location -- literally everyone I've encountered there has been exceptionally kind, professional and efficient; you can tell they enjoy their jobs. I really like Dr. Sayal and his NP. However...

ZERO STARS for whatever (outsourced?) technology the clinic uses for answering calls and making/confirming appointments. It's literally impossible to get a simple question answered. Phone calls are not answered in the clinic, voicemail messages are not returned, and the answering service guy (Brian/Ryan) is difficult to understand and clearly out of the loop. The telehealth system is just as terrible -- they expect you to open the link and check in at 4:00, then STAY LOGGED IN FOR UP TO TWO HOURS while you wait around for a doctor to pop in. I was sent confirmation for a clinic appointment and had to request the link.

Book the morning/ first thing or you may wait for hours. Check your billings every single time before you pay and keep track as they may forget you paid for something already and you may accidentally get charged twice. If they suggest a new medication go over in detail where you are at with your mental health and any potential side effects/ risks, you have to advocate for yourself.

Dr Chemplavil is. Totally different office and business. STAY far away from here! This company is a scam. My mother was a regular patient, and recently she wasn't admitted for her appointment, even though we had scheduled it, because the receptionist said we had to pay $50.00 penalty fee because we supposedly didn't cancel a previous appointment, which is untrue because we did attend that appointment. So I said we needed to reschedule the appointment. I recently received a message saying that the penalty would now be $100.00 because we didn't attend the second appointment. This is ridiculous, since they themselves suggested rescheduling the appointment. Well, they've lost a patient. Good luck greedy scammers.

1) Waiting time was excessive
2) I was there for a 20 minute test, but after 1.5 hours, they told me I need to schedule another appt for the test!
3) I tried to schedule the test - but the semi-rude person at the counter told me they didn't have an appointment for another month.
4) Two separate people at the counter were pretty rude. Reminded me of visiting the motor vehicles office on a bad day.

in 2021 I was looking for a Dr. to get PFT tests done.I found Dr SAYAL on the internet. I called and made an appointment I was told to make an appointment by my otolaryngologist Dr from LA. Dr. Karla O'dell for pft tests only. when I went in for the appointment all I wanted was a pft test instead he diagnosed me with upper respiratory disease. He did not even do any tests on me b4 hand. He prescribed me a bunch stuff like inhalers and nose drops. I told him I did not need medication that I did not have upper respiratory disease that I had tracheal stenosis. He did do some test on me for the next visit and said all tests came back clear. I have no clue what tests he took. I only needed a pft and it was hard to get that. finally I got my pft test and I asked if they could fax it to the number I gave them for Odell they said they did that. Dr Odell said shed never received it.
I never had upper respiratory disease.

I'm not sure what's going on with This office I visited to get a sleep study approved and it wasn't at first but a different insurance company I had picked it up and approved it I tried communicating directly with the office and they don't answer the phone or return your messages.

Well a few months later I've received another call now that says my allergy test has been approved. I said what allergy test? I've never requested an allergy test She said oh so you don't want to do it no more? I said I don't understand how you think I wanted to do it in the first place who's the doctor? She said some name I had never heard of before and told me that I seen him back in June I told her the only thing I've been to your office for is a sleep study She said oh I'll go ahead and cancel your allergy test...

Leaving me dumbfounded still thinking I never requested an allergy test.. Don't think I feel too confident in trusting them with my sleep study if they can't even figure out what I went to their office for to begin with

If I could give this practice 0 stars, I would. Most unprofessional healthcare experience I’ve ever had. My husband was seen in July of this year, he needs a sleep study as he is having severe sleep issues that is affecting his physical and mental health. They told me that they would submit for insurance approval and it would take about 2 weeks. 3 weeks later and still no call, I contact the office in which they told me they were still waiting for approval. I then called my insurance to find out that actually nothing had ever been submitted for authorization and due my PPO plan it only takes 7 days, at most, to get authorization. I called the clinic back and they told me that they actually submitted to BCBS of CA, and we live in nevada. My husbands insurance was on file so I’m not sure how they would submit to a completely different state when we don’t even live or are being seen in CA. The girl I spoke with tells me that they will resubmit and she would personally call me once approved. She never called. It is now October and I have been calling every week and getting no answer. I have also left several voicemails and none of them have been returned. It’s a very disappointing situation and this clinic is actively contributing to the overall poor health system not just in this state but in this country. No one is ever held accountable for their lack of care when it comes to other peoples lives. Do yourself and your family members a favor and go literally anywhere else.

This place is a SCAM! I went twice and all they wanted to do was make another appointment. I was gasping for breath and had a CT scan from the ER saying I had inflamed lungs. The doctor filling in said, “that means nothing to me.” So they wanted 4 appointments for 1. Pulmonary Function Test, 2. 6 minute walk test, 3. An at home sleep study (I would need to come in to download the app), 4. Follow up. I explained to them that I have been sick for months and begged them to do the tests right then and there- they refused. I also explained that I live an hour away and can’t drive so that means I have to get someone to drive me and this is very inconvenient. They didn’t care - just kept saying that insurance wouldn’t pay for it. I called my insurance and they said that is not true. Dragging care into multiple visits that can be done in one appointment is not proper care for patients - just a way for them to make more money.

Not one but two signs on the wall at check-in, both sound quite threatening about charging you if you are late or miss an appt. And yet the Dr. can keep you waiting as long as they want and you must just accept it as reality. Not sure how my time is less valuable. If I must be on time or take a tongue lashing from a rude receptionist then shouldn't the Dr always be on time? Just a smidgen of kindness goes a really long way

This being my first visit with Dr. Sayal I must say my experience was wonderful. He is a thorough Physician with a very wonderful personality and smile and concerned about my health.
I have to also mention the front desk personnel that were there were friendly and courteous and answering any questions I had.
His assistant was as equally pleasant who took my vitals prior to seeing Dr. Sayal and when Dr. Sayal came into the exam room his nurse was just as pleasant and courteous
I truly appreciate a Physician who takes his time to know about you and your health.

Trying to reach Pulmonology Group LLC by phone is near impossible. I needed to reschedule my appointment and it took nearly 2 weeks of daily calls to get through. After choosing an extension the phone just rang and rang. Very disappointing.

Having to fill out 3 pages of health questions at every visit is also annoying.

I really enjoy seeing Sam, the PA and will continue to ask for her

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at Pulmonology Group LLC. Unfortunately, this clinic is severely lacking in both equipment and staff. For instance, they only have one room and one technician available for breathing tests, which causes major delays and inconvenience for patients.

What’s even more frustrating is their strict and unreasonable late policy. They do not inform you in advance that being even 10 minutes late means they will refuse to see you, regardless of the circumstances. I arrived one minute late, after trying to call them twice to explain my delay. I selected option 6 (front desk) and option 1, but no one ever picked up. When I got there, I was told I had already been replaced by another patient who had arrived earlier, even though I had confirmed my appointment the day before. The manager told me that since I was slightly late and they weren’t sure I would show up, they just gave my slot away.

Adding to the poor service, there appears to be only one person answering phone calls, and it is nearly impossible to get through to anyone. This is incredibly frustrating when you’re trying to communicate important updates or ask basic questions.

Also, I observed what looked like a focus on ordering and receiving food deliveries at the front desk, rather than attending to patients. It felt very disrespectful and unprofessional.

On top of all this, they charge for everything, even when service is poor or incomplete. I expected a much higher standard of care from a medical facility.

Overall, I would not recommend Pulmonology Group LLC unless they make serious improvements in their staffing, communication, and professionalism.

I made it clear that I wanted an in person visit. I even checked twice and was assured it would be in person. It was not until I was in the exam room that I was instructed to sit in front of a computer for a telemedicine visit.

Is Dr. Sayal is too busy to drive to the office to see patients? (He had a waiting room full of them.) Then why should patients take time to drive to his office only to sit in front of a computer?

I expect a lung specialist to listen to my lungs just as I expect a cardiologist to listen to my heart and an opthalmologist to look at my eyes. That's not possible with telemedicine.

Also, if this practice wants to know my height and weight they should invest in a scale and a height-measuring device.

I have even more concerns that I voiced to the doctor and his office manager. Time will tell if I was wasting my breath.

On my first visit, Sam did a very thorough exam of all my breathing/coughing issues, ordered appropriate exams & recommended possible medications for me.
