Absolute Dental on Rainbow &:Charleston is the best dental care office in Vegas and here's my opinion why.

The staff as a whole treat you with sincere care once you come through the door until you leave. The Dr's are only concerned on giving you the best treatment you can get through professional treatment plans that give you the patient confidence everything is going to be alright.

I've been going there for years and I was on course to having very bad gum desease but now all is a zillion times better as I go 3 times a years for tooth cleaning maintenance.

Don't take my word for it go and see for yourself.

I went in same day for an extraction. They got me in and explained everything to me, they were very patient with me and nice. I go to different locations depending on where the dentist is for that day. The dentist is always patient with me and pretty laid back. I’ve gotten a lot of work done by him so far and he’s always cheerful and patient. I say patient because I am afraid of needles. Overall I’m very satisfied and I still have more work to go.

Very good experience from the very beginning. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident about my treatment.

I still have two treatments to complete, but so far everything has been excellent. The office is clean and well organized, and the care has been outstanding. I definitely recommend this dentist and look forward to finishing my treatment with them. Excellent care!

Long story short, my search for a dentist out here continues. Long review: I moved about a little over a year ago and have been over due for a dental check up and cleaning. I booked an appt on Zocdoc for a specific dentist that practices at this location specifically. I did my due diligence in researching and reading reviews just for me to not end up being seen by this specific dentist - I got someone completely different. So I get there at my scheduled time, I confirmed in advance and did the whole check in on line to be prepared. I get there and understandably there’s already people waiting. I think I waited nearly 45 minutes, that’s a long time. I did my X-rays, then waited what felt like another hour for a dentist to come in - who was not the dentist I scheduled for! I don’t even think he was in and no one communicated this. And this other dentist, she RUSHED through explaining all these things I ‘needed’. Ok fine. Now I’m like okay, I need a cleaning because I put that as my primary reason over checking up. I waited in that chair for ANOTHER 30 minutes to the point I got up - went to the girl at the desk and had to ask. Then I get up charged $314 for a cleaning?! Yes I paid for it because I did not want to feel like I wasted nearly 3 hours for doing almost nothing. My appt was set for 9am - I LEFT at 12pm, is this the norm out here around Vegas?? I got my EOB back from the insurance today and it does not match what I should’ve paid (which looks way less than that $314). All in all, awful. I won’t be back and won’t recommend. I should’ve known better not to go to a chain dental practice. Only positive experience was the hygienist I got. I forgot her name, but she was a really nice Filipino lady.

I am so ABSOLUTELY elated with this Absolute Dental location. There is one that is just down the street from my house and their customer service is horrible. I decided to try out this location and every single member of the team I came in contact with was so friendly and informative. I had to get a dental plan in place so I can schedule both of my hip replacements and Dr. T was so helpful I wanted to cry. I have a huge fear of dentists because of my past encounters and I just had to make sure this location knows how much it means they’re kind and also very efficient! Thank you team… ❤️

I had three teeth extracted today at Absolute Dental Rainbow & Charleston, and the experience was much better than I expected. The dentist and staff were very professional, kind, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They explained everything clearly and helped calm my nerves before the procedure. The extractions went smoothly, and the team checked on me throughout the process. I really appreciate how caring and attentive everyone was. I must say my experience here was delightful. I wasn’t in the office more than 10 minutes before I was caught in the back then I was greeted by a young lady who took great care of me made me feel welcomed comfortable and sometimes going to the dentist, one will feel uncomfortable and Insecure, But once I met her, I felt that ease she handled me with care. Shortly after the young lady took the x-rays I was agreed about the Dentist Mr Trong And he was even more delightful, even the staff at reception desk Were nice. However, when I called back to clarify things, well, I went home and I felt a little insecure about the visit, not because of the staff because of my own insecurities, but when I got on the To call back the young lady who answered the phone wasn’t so pleasant. I was talking to her about something, and she instantly started to yell to prove that she was more dominant and for me to be quiet so I already said to her on my hey I feel like you have an attitude is everything OK? She said yes and put me on hold , when she got back she confirmed the information that I had given her was correct . I guess the procedures that I have to have done might not be covered by the insurance company and coming from a professional background. It’s all in the way you word things And your tone. she says well, just to let you know They might not approve it even if that’s the case a more professional way to save this would be “ Well, I’m gonna go ahead and run this through. We can either get an approval or a non-approval but we will get back to you with more information. I didn’t need to hear just so you know I understand we all go through problems in our lives , but at work that is where any issues or problems you have stays home … I understand that she might have dealt with a lot of problematic situations, but I wasn’t trying to give her a problem and I didn’t need one as well. However, other than her and her rudeness, my experience was a great one thank you to the doctor and the staff that I did encounter. I really appreciate you for making me feel welcomed and comfortable.

He was rude from the start when he told me to turn my music down. Mind you I had cheap headphones on from the dollar store which barely gets loud 😅😌. But ok cool that was fine but his tone and lack of care is what pushed me to refuse any kind of service done by them. The assistant was friendly though she had braids didn’t catch a name 🥰. My panic attack started the second my name was called, but Jelana (forgive the spelling) was so amazingly kind and patient and gentle that I was able to have all my X-rays done in 1 sitting! Dr. Truong made me feel safe in his expert hands. The girl at the desk (forgive that I don't remember her name) gave me a few words of encouragement with her beautiful smile before I left. The entire experience was harrowing, but I am grateful they were all there with me.

My name is Jenny Cordero and I went in for a routine dental cleaning recently. Liany is the best dental hygienist! My teeth are always sparkling when I leave. They tell me it’s because I go in for cleanings regularly, but I believe if it weren’t for her skilled expertise, I wouldn’t have a chance. I credit my excellent dental health to the dentist, dental assistant, dental hygienist, and the whole helpful administrative team at the Rainbow Charlie Absolute Dental. I am a wheelchair user and they always welcome me and patiently help with transferring me to the dentist chair. This all helps with the anxiety I would normally feel at a dentist appointment.

These people are rude and wasted my time I was told one price on the phone for a cleaning. The price went up $300 for the same exact service. They did not care that I was told another price on the phone. they had me sitting in the chair waiting for hours just to tell me they didn’t care I was giving the wrong information. Dr also recommended me getting extractions on teeth that did not need to be extracted .. Save your money and go somewhere else they will try to pile up charges for service is not needed

Always a great experience! On orthodontic side, Mia front desk staff, Farah manager, and Dr. Girri orthodontist were able to see me on a same-day visit for some wiring issues with my permanent retainer. I had never been a patient on the orthodontic side and they were able to help me greatly and also with an easy pick up of a new retainer. Would recommend both the orthodontic and general dentistry side!

Absolute nightmare, do not go to this dentist ever! Without insurance, the manager Blanca will treat you not like a patient or even a person, but like a parasite! I was told I needed to hurry and find a way to pay for my needed services immediately after I was told about them because other people who had insurance needed the room! Then Blanca made fun of me and condescended down on me that “I should have managed my credit better” when I explained to her that a broken leg had caused my credit score to decline. They made me feel like I had no value since I’m not playing their little insurance scam game. No human compassion, no empathy, no professionalism and no courtesy whatsoever. I asked to speak to the owner or person in charge but Blanca at the Rainbow blvd branch said she was the top person in charge. If that is the case, this businesses will be doomed to failure. Remember, do NOT ever go here for any reason or service whatsoever, they will rip you off and treat you like garbage, especially if you are not insured!

I went in for an exam and cleaning. The dentist said I have very good dental hygiene, but advised a cleaning not covered by my insurance. Said he didn’t see any cavities, but advised three crowns. Just a money grab. Find a better dentist. His rave reviews from the staff is for his contributions to making to company money. Spoke poorly about other dentists, very unprofessional. Manager had to come and point out “dark spot” on x-ray to explain the $5,000 dental quote. Avoid this office and Joseph Mir.

Oh, my cleaning appointment was canceled when I requested the cleaning paid by my insurance. They claimed my insurance wouldn’t cover the “covered” cleaning since the dentist advised I have the paid treatment.

Don’t go here. They say they are the cheapest dentist. I called and explained I just got X-rays and had a treatment plan and I wanted a second opinion. They said sure no problem bring the copy and the treatment plan and we will do a consult. I said perfect. First time I went to one location. Sat there for an hour and they said they forgot to put in my insurance so they’d have to reschedule me. So I rescheduled to a different location to give them another chance. I called to verify they had everything they needed and they said sure. They wouldn’t even look at the other X-rays or the treatment plan and said they wanted to do their own. The girl I got that did the X-rays was the only good part she was SO sweet and SO thorough but she was new so it did take awhile. They wanted to do WAY more work then the first dentist I went too, I said I wanted to start with a deep cleaning and they wanted to do that last. I said no first. So she said it would be almost $500 a side with my insurance with the other place which has WAY better reviews only wanted $100 something each side. I wasted my time there. For the love of god find a different dentist. God knows what they charged to my insurance for this POINTLESS exam and extra X-rays.

They were late on their appointment time. I couldn't understand the first nurse that helped me. There was no 30 to 50% off of cash price. I called for pricing and they gave me one price and after the exam the price was more than double. The dentist was informative but I feel like there was a bait and switch. As far as you Doc, you have a real talent for disarming the negative tensions that confront you, as you walk into a Dentist office. I and my sister felt right at home. My brother was scheduled to have extractions done just for us to show up and be told the dentist doesn't feel comfortable doing them. Which we understand but they definitely could've called us to let us know. Referrals to the surgeon don't need to be handed over in person and if that were the case, we could have gone into a closer office to get the referral vs drive 20 minutes across town. The ladies response "we are busy" isn't acceptable. A quick phone call could have been made by anyone in the office.

Appointment was at 11am. I got there at 10:30, checked in and they asked for my copay. I confirmed the copay of $135, then she proceeded to tell me that their prices had gone up, I asked in 2 weeks they went up?, I asked her how much, she said to $219, I said nope, then I showed her the text of the confirmed copay of $135, she went to the back to speak with some one about it then they agreed to the $135, I took my card to pay, as I slid my card, and confirmed the amount, she asked me if it was debit, I said no it's credit, she says oh, there's a 2% charge for credit, then I said, oh, you tell me AFTER it gets charged? She had nothing to say. 11:35 came around and I went up to the reception and asked when I was gonna be called, she goes to the back once again and then says, oh you're next. Had my X-rays done and some other lady came in and said, unfortunately the doctor can't see you because she had a surgery scheduled on someone else, asked if I can come back in an hour or reschedule, of course I had to reschedule. I will not go back to this location on Rainbow and Charleston.

So the doctor aka dentist was super kind . Once my tooth extraction started he gave me a warning for everything that was being done including when numbing the area however the inside had to be done twice since I could still feel it so I let him know so he numbed more then got my bad tooth out . I also didn't know that their is a certain way to do it so it doesn't cause bruising around the area. This is day 3 and I am still in recovery still in pain and the area has bruising but I am doing well and am blessed. This doctor is real kind faith based man who is great at what he does and genuinely cares for his patients and the community

Last year I had really bad pain in my right front tooth; I came to this location after being referred from a different location from being overly booked. I thought it was going to be another location that was closer to me than this one, but I was instead sent to the one on Rancho and Charleston which is permanently closed so I had to reschedule yet again but it was at this location. So when I got there the staff was extremely friendly, especially the receptionist. After going back they told me I had an infection in my right front tooth so they told me I was in dire need of a root canal but they told me it was going to be over 5 grand, pure insanity for a root canal so the office manager came in telling me I could do care credit and was overly pushy in trying to sign up for care credit while I was in a tremendous amount of pain. No one should ever feel pressured into getting a credit card regardless of any reason whatsoever, shame on her for stressing me out on my situation instead of even mentioning the discount/savings program they offer. Please take your business elsewhere.

Great staff! Katie, the front office receptionist was so bubbly, all smiles and made a point to carry on a conversation with me while I waited. My dental hygienist was an absolute angel. She made sure to let me know exactly what was happening throughout my procedure. Dr Paik was just as gentle as could be and kept asking me if I was ok. I haven't been to the dentist in years. My mouth has become so painful! For some time I was able to hide what was going on inside my mouth because the damage was all in the back of my mouth, however it rapidly became visible as all my front teeth started to decay. I suffered from drug addiction for the past 15 years of my life. I can honestly and happily say I'm 2 years clean as of February 6, 2025. The wreckage of my past had me shamefully covering my mouth and literally not smiling at all. I'm a happy person and this just tore my self esteem to pieces. So finally I got the courage to show this ugly mouth and get help. The staff here at Absolute Dental on Rainbow and Charleston here in Las Vegas, NV, made me feel so at ease . They were so non judgemental. I'm so excited about getting new teeth now. If your putting off going to see a dentist, I urge you to try this office. They are the best. Although all the staff seemed friendly and accommodating, it’s just a facade for the scam they try to sucker you into. I had called in advance to ensure they would accept my insurance & when they said they in fact did, I scheduled the appointment. They did the X-rays but then had the receptionist come in to tell me that was the extent of what my insurance covers and that it would be over a grand to take care of all the things I need done. I have not been to the dentist in a while so I know this is an absolute crock because my insurance does cover at least one cleaning a year and one filling. They were saying it covered none of that. This is a despicable way to operate a business. On top of all of that, this place didn’t even seem that clean. They just want people to pay out of pocket so they don’t have to bother going through people’s insurance. What’s the point of even having dental insurance if they can’t even cover a single cleaning ever? They’re just lying to people to get their hard earned money and drain peoples bank accounts. Go anywhere else! If you’re going to be paying out of pocket anyways, go somewhere else! These liars don’t deserve a single penny!

They don't tell you if you have seizures you need to get a medical clearance to get a tooth pulled from your neurologist that you haven't seen in 4 years and I also have a seizure in 9 years so that's crazy I've had teeth pulled before I should have never even mentioned about my past seizure when I was a child.... Just check no on every box to get your tooth pulled. I am now getting my tooth pulled from celebrate dental. Also I had my appointment set for 2 weeks called made sure everything was clear for insurance and what paperwork I needed to bring for them ... they've pulled two teeth within the past 8 years also a bridge put on.... and they never cared about a past seizure when I was a child in the first place all of a sudden it's an issue. I broke the clipboard and I'll break it again.

Went in for my broken tooth. Had an appointment at 3p, thought I would be late so I called ahead. I actually made it 10 minutes before my appointment and realized they changed my app time to 3:30p. Then I sat there for over an hour waiting to be seen and that was very upsetting. Once called to the back and after x-rays they told me my options are to pay $3200 or extract my tooth because my insurance didn’t cover the services I needed instead my insurance covers extractions. My tooth doesn’t need to be pulled. Total waste of my time. Ended up leaving this place at 5p! What’s the point of insurance?! What’s the point of a dentist if they’re going to be lazy? They didn’t even attempt to do anything to help me. Went to another dentist and they took very good care of me.

Went in for an appointment in May and they said they had to get a pre-approval from my insurance to get my wisdom teeth removed. One month passed and they never submitted a claim to my insurance. I Requested 2 call backs, never got one… I called again today, finally got to speak with someone who said they’d submit the claim… still nothing has been submitted. I’m taking my business elsewhere. My husband and I had issues with 2 different locations. These people definitely don’t care about their patients.

This location is an amazing place to take your children to get their dental work done! I have 3 autistic siblings and they work with them excellently. They have the patience and understanding and are very great about it. In my personal visit, Dr Mir was very thorough and held a great professionalism and attitude, though it was clear they had a long day. My hygienist Liany wanted the absolute best experience while she works on your teeth, she asked often if I am okay and she keeps a smile. I had a few questions in how I could further keep my teeth clean and healthy and she helped me understand by grabbing a mirror and showing me how I could brush better. Again She wants the absolute best for you. And my DA ( dental assistant) Jennifer was very interactive and patient while we worked on x-rays. She was friendly and joyful in her work. She was thorough with what she did. The people in the office presented the Dr very well with thorough work, big smiles and professionalism. They are a great office!

I’m so glad I was sent to this location for my extraction! The other absolute dental I was at on Maryland /flamingo was the worst experience I ever had at a dentist office! They were rude, cold, barely spoke English & put me down.
I’m sure many people can agree with me that a trip to the dentist is not usually pleasant.
When I arrived at the Rainbow/Charleston location, I was treated with respect & genuine care. Dr Pietry, Diana & the rest of the staff made me comfortable & did not judge me on my dental health. I’ve struggled with dental issues most of my adult life & am always embarrassed about it. Especially when I was sent to that location for an extraction of one of my front teeth. They did everything they could to make me feel welcomed & comfortable. They even called the other location to tell them I am NOT going back to the Maryland location.
They figured out what is best for my situation with ease & comfort.
I absolutely recommend this office for your dental needs. I can’t thank them enough for the best care I ever had at a dentist.

Dr. Troung was Outstanding! There were some changes in my treatment plan from last August. Which can happen with time. He explained everything to me about those changes and why. When I walk in, there was two receptions at the desk neither one of them greeted me. After I signed in, I was never talk to you until someone called me from the back after waiting almost a whole hour. I am currently using a knee scooter due to some foot surgery I had when I was told to go into the room and sit on the table. The dental assistant had not noticed that the table was so far up. I could not get up onto the table with my non-weight-bearing foot. Ended up, breaking a nail trying to scoot up the tall table. I was there for a loose crown. I had lost the night before. But unfortunately, could not afford to proceed with the procedure Because I had to pay almost $600 out-of-pocket for a new crown which after just having foot surgery and paying for those funds i couldn't go ahead and proceed with this crown, so I am seeking a second opinion. After looking at some finance options, I probably could have went with it, but after being there for almost 2 hours and really nothing being done I was kind of sick of it and just decided to seek another opinion somewhere else. This will probably be the last time I ever go to absolute Dental.

The worst absolute dental!!! My daughter had braces for about 4 months and I decided to cancel due to the service we received from front desk and the waiting time was ridiculously long. We were cash patients and they’re still taking payments when they had told us we would be refunded. We had a great deal for braces but I rather pay more elsewhere with better service. The front desk staff was not very attentive in greeting us and the waiting area leaves much to be desired, random uncomfortable chairs and 2 small TVs playing garbage. There were what seemed to be Valentine's Day decor and it was mid-January! My first visit, I waited over an hour to be taken back to a room. Then another 10-15 before services were started. The staff that performed the dental work were nice but it seemed to take a bit longer from what I have seen at other offices. I was also instructed by the staff on better days for them for services to be rendered. Honestly, they need to tell their staff that and not make it a customer burden to know their business workflow. On another visit, it was scheduled on a Saturday. When we showed up, the door was locked! I called customer service and mentioned that I wasn't notified. Their response was that someone left a message. I checked my phone to find I missed a call but there was no message. This location is not close to my home so we won't be visiting again.

Made me pay a $125 “consultation fee” for the procedure I was already consulted, x-rayed, and scheduled for. When I questioned why because my insurance covers consultation/x rays, I was told the dentist was a “specialist” and their consultations are not covered, and that I had to get another one from him to be serviced.

When I got to the parking lot, I called my insurance and was told the “specialist” (I gave his name) is in network an Endodontist, and covered. I was then told Absolute Dental owes me a refund I’ll have to fight with them for it file a grievance to get back. There were several other issues, including rude staff as well. I ended up not getting my procedure done. Maybe they were having an off day, but I wouldn’t recommend this location. I’ve never had a bad experience with any other Absolute Dental.

First, the the atmosphere in the clinic is so light. Clinic is very clean and organized.
Staff are very friendly and accommodating you’ll forget that you are there for a procedure. They will not make you feel like a patient as they actively engage in conversation. They are not just friendly, they are very knowledgeable too.

This is the best dentist office I’ve been too, as someone who absolutely hates getting my teeth worked on, the staff gives off such a warm welcoming atmosphere. I’ve gone in a few times so far, and had teeth cleaning and a filling redone.

My mom had an infection in her mouth. And needed antibiotics and extraction done. When arriving we were greeted immediately with the front desk staff. And from there we waited 30 minutes before going back and from there was given X-rays cause the other location didn't take clear ones. Dr. Pitre came in and examined my mom and told us what she needed done and at the time her insurance doesn't fully cover everything and my mom is disabled with a fix income so out of pocket we didn't have the monetary funds to get what she needed out of pocket so she recommended us to apply for dental credit which we at first had no clue about. So I went to the office manager Diana whom is amazing as well as Danielle who helped my mom get approved for dental credit so she can obtain all of her dental treatments and was explained everything to a T what was going on and what will be expected. I "absolutely" appreciated their help,time,effort and patience with me they really exceeded and met me and my mom needs. So once approved they took my mom back for a second time and did a full examination so we can get started on getting my mom dental health back to par. I would "absolutely" recommend this location if you would like a great dental experience from start to finish. Gratitude to the staff their on rainbow and Charleston!!!!!

I think we can all admit that we don’t look forward to going to the dentist. I was no exception until I needed to get dentures. My insurance covered absolute dental so I got the process started. From day one when I met Natasha Petrie DDS, and Jorge Costa Martinez, they were so incredibly kind, compassionate and reassuring. They both made the process so much easier and as painless as possible. They treated me like a friend and not just a patient. I am eternally grateful for their gentleness and professionalism. The office staff was also very personable and a pleasure to work with. I do not recommend going here. My first time going here for a cleaning I arrived 30 minutes early. They had me fill out a lot of paperwork and I paid my copay to find out 35 minutes later that the dentist that takes my insurance does not work on the day I was scheduled. The receptionist took no responsibility and tried to blame the call center for me being scheduled on that day which I get but why make me fill out all the paperwork, pay the copay and wait so long to tell me. I tried to remain calm and rescheduled for the following week but as I was driving home I realized I do not want to go back to that office. I called for a refund and was told I had to go back with my card for a refund. I'm pretty sure the charge could have been voided. I asked for a manager and was put on hold for at least 10 minutes to then be told the manager was not available. How convenient. This office does not care to waist your time. Resolution: I will be disputing the charge with my bank.

My appointment was at 2pm. I didn't even get called back into a chair until 3:15pm. Then I sat there for another 30 minutes just to get X-rays. And then another 30 minutes just for the dentist to come and do an exam. THEN I was left there for another 45 minutes thinking I was waiting for a cleaning for them to check me out instead. It took 45 minutes just to even be checked out. No communication. Completely understaffed or just forgot about me entirely. Over 3 hours later just for X-rays to be done. And to top it all off the dentist that saw me was rude and unpleasant. Awful experience.

I gave the two Stars for only the lady (Radiology technician). I have an emergency appointment on 4/8/24 at the location of 945 South location Blvd. The Radiology Technician was super nice and gentle to me since I have extremely tooth pain and my face started swollen for 2 days. I seen the PA (I am not sure) she never greeted nor she didn’t introduce herself to the patient. I work in the medical field specialists here in NY and first thing I’ve always do is to greet the patient and introduce myself, but anyway the lady that I was saw she checked my xrays and explained what was the caused of my pain and she said that she will be back with the doctor to explain to me more about. 30 minutes passed and they were never came back and no one in the office to inform me that my visit was done. I asked the front desk if I will still seeing the doctor because I need to catch up my fight at 230pm going back to NY. The lady in the front desk spoke the lady that I was seen and all I heard from the background was give her the prescription and thats all my visit. Not a good recommendation to all and If I have a chace to visit the Las Vegas again and need a dental emergency I will never and ever go back to this place. They don’t care about the patient not unless you have a business with them. Nope 👎🏻 for me!!!

The only thing I didn't like was filing out the forms on your phone which it wasn't picking up signals in the office...and their pad was no chardged...and putting in information it say it didn't get it have to do over again and again...wasted time should have a options for filling out..technology is not always good and better for the elderly and everyone like me..information can be paper and optionable ...visit waiting time was long and that made it longer ...but the Dentist was nice and explain my options of what I could do for my insurance plan..

It’s been over two months & the manger still hasn’t fixed my account. I am being overcharged $3,250 & that’s not including interest that’s building up in my account. I’ve called, went in person & they keep telling me that the manger is busy! I have left my phone number & no call back. I even tried reaching out so the regional manger can call me and nothing! No call back! The regional manger & manger both lied to me & said they would fix my account! To me this is very bad customer service. I am very disappointed, because I could’ve gone anywhere else & I chose to go here! They won’t even answer the phone. I’ve had an appointment card before & gone in & they said I had no appointment! It’s been a couple of times that I can’t even sit down on a chair because the room is overfilled! I am paying thousands of dollars & this is how they are treating me! I advise you guys to go somewhere else! Save yourselves! I wish I would’ve known! Yesterday I went to my dentist office for a denture consult. My regular dentist had been replaced by a new dentist, who was much more engaged with my concerns. We throughly discussed all options.
I am now be able to do everything I want.

This place is just old and dirty. You can tell by the moldy spots on the ceiling and dust all over . on top of that it is extremely hot in the waiting room , the a/c must not be working properly or they are just cheap about it because there has been a large fan in the waiting area the past few times I’ve been that’s not even turned on. The dentists are ok, but I personally feel like there is no urgency whether you are in pain or not, I waited over an hour past my appointment and watched several other people walk-in and be helped before me . That same day I made an appointment with the Flamingo location and was helped in a timely manner in a cleaner place with people who were professionals!

I first came here over a year ago as a walk in when my wisdom teeth had been causing horrible pain. They got me in and were able to remove the teeth very quickly. I didn't have insurance but they were reasonably priced. I have been continuing to go and the staff is very helful and kind. I feel very welcome and they take great care of me every time.

They did a great job to day. Customer service was right on point. Took my little girl in today for a cleaning. The two girls smiled and sayed hello made us feel welcome. The Dr was very friendly and helpful. she talked to my 7 year old and listened to what she had to say answered all her questions so she can understand them. Good to see that every customer counts. -You’ll make an appointment just to sit there for 4 hours. Everyone is treated like a welfare government assistance abuser even if you’re paying 100% out of pocket. All they care about is how many patients they can go through a day. That’s how they make their money. So don’t make any plans for the day you visit them. Also, no one cares about your pain/uncomfortableness.
- The bill for everything is $13k. Why would I want to have such an expensive procedure done by dentists who favor quantity over quality?

Incredibly rude and entitled!! They miss-placed my daughter’s crown causing her pain and discomfort, once we went back to have it fixed all we got back was rude remarks. The doctor didn’t even check her tooth, he gave us two options and both I had to pay out of pocket for THEIR mistake.

Had me waiting for hours to find out about my insurance (didn’t do it days before I booked the appt) then informed me i’d have to pay $200 for a cleaning and said my next cleaning would be free with my insurance, but then again failed to talk with my insurance. I’ve asked them to call me back when my insurance was approved (never did and I had another appt booked a month later) When they called to confirm I asked about my insurance again and they said they’d called the following day, never did and I had to cancel my appt same day. Also never called me back about a quote on my wisdom teeth. Terrible place, also extremely run down inside !

Dr. Pitre, the red-headed dentist, is an absolute godsend. I'm very self-conscious about my smile, but she was kind and so knowledgeable that I felt comfortable every step of the way. I have to deal with high-level clients every day so it's important that I have a great smile, and there is no other dentist I trust more than her. Even though I'm currently working on the east coast, I still make the effort to fly out to Nevada to see her. Her extraction technique is amazing. I didn't feel any pain! Fully recommend this practice. It's good to know there is a dentist I can rely on.

I am Terrified of dentists due to a bad experience when I was young. Dr. Mir is the nicest and Best dentist. He did a Fantastic job. I had 8 teeth pulled and 2 weeks later, he pulled 9.. I was not in any pain, and he made me very relaxed. Dr. Jorge made my dentures and did an Excellent jpb. He made sure they fit and I was comfortable with them. And All the staff is Very Friendly. Amazing experience! I had a badly infected tooth that needed to be removed. Dr. Mir prescribed antibiotics and had me return in 1 week. I was so nervous because I was still in a lot of pain. Dr. Mir was so gentle, even the numbing shots were less painful than anticipated. I didn't even realize he had extracted the tooth! I was in and out in 30 minutes. Thank you Dr. Mir - I would definitely recommend this location! All staff very professional and friendly!

Dr. Mir was exceptional, skillfull, honest and compassionate general dentist. Recently I had a complicated molar tooth condition and after explaining to me the technical information in an easy way, he made me feel at ease and comfortable during and after the extraction process. Liany, the dental hygienist, was excellent. She was very gentle and caring. Jessica, the office manager, was excellent. Lita, Ruth and other staffs were friendly as well. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Walk ins are accepted so it can get very busy at times. Be prepared to wait up to an hour and a half or longer. However, they have 2 TVs to entertain you while you are waiting. I was treated by
Dr Feldman. She is an experienced and caring dentist with a great bedside manner - and so is her assistant Irene! Jessica, the
Office Manager will work with you and take care of your needs.

I love this office, Jessica is a sweetheart made things easier for me. Dr.Mir is a fantastic dentist. Jorge is wonderful and I thank him for his beautiful work on my dentures. Was quoted 260 for an extraction with an additional 120 for bone grafting as a non insured patient. I arrived for my appointment at 9:30 to be told they didn't do extractions at that site (would have been nice to know even after I spoke to an employee over the phone confirming my appointment.) They moved me to this location for a 10:30 appointment, as I'm typing this in the chair it's been over an hour and a half. They gave me numbing shots 40 mins ago and still not a single dentist to help me. Oh but the front desk lady needed me to pay now and told me the bone grafting is now 500. So you want my money before you even do the procedure and you tell me the price is no where near what I'm quoted after I've been given 4 shots in the mouth? This is a clown show here.🤡

Absolute dental? More like absolute scam. Beware of this place. THEY OVERCHARGE AND COMMIT THE INSURANCE FRAUD.
First of all they don't value their clients time. Had an appointment scheduled in
3:30 and waited for 2 hours for them to call my name. But eventually I got my exam and x-rays for which they billed my insurance. Then I paid
"20% copay" for dental scaling, which was divided in two appointment. First time my "20% copay" was $144, second time - $129. Imagine my surprise when I went to my insurance's claim center and saw my EOB: the copay that I was supposed to pay was only 35 dollars each time, not 144 and 129. In addition to that they double charged my insurance for the x-rays and oral exam that I never received for the second time. Called them and they said their billing department will call us back and never received the call from them. Instead they called my dad twice early in the morning about my future appointment (I’m 26 and don’t live with my dad). Gonna go ahead and write a complaint to the Office of Consumer Healthcare Assistance to get my money back and get the double charge cancelled if they don’t do it themselves. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere. Rip off place with terrible ethics
PS: Also learned that they charged me for procedures they didn’t do. During the cleaning I was asked if I want irrigation and fluoride treatment done and I refused because my insurance doesn’t cover it. They still included those procedures in my bill even tho they didn’t do them!

I had 5 lower molars extracted on 3/1 was sent home with no aftercare instructions.. So far I have spent way too much time at the dentist. 1st appointment I was in his office a total of 5 hrs, 2nd appointment was an hour and now I have a 10am appointment was told Dr was running late and will arrive around 1030am. Other patients had appointments at 9am and were still waiting. At 11am I'm told another 45 minutes.
I have spoken with Dr Mir and I understand the circumstances behind the delays. He apologized for his office not giving me aftercare instructions and will make sure that doesn't happen to any patients again. He is very compassionate and was very sincere. He admits my first day was super busy in his office as they were switching over a computer system which slowed down insurance verification and patient processing. He is trying to communicate with his patients any delays and offer to reschedule as needed. I appreciate the time he took to explain these things to me and look forward to my next visit.

I went to the rainbow and Charleston location for a check up and I was just in wow with the service they gave me. The check in staff were so nice and helped me fill out my paper work. The treatment coordinator explain my insurance to me like no one else had. The hygienist went over my hygiene with me and explained why it is so important to your health to get cleanings done on a daily basis. The dentist answer all my question to me and took his time with me. At check out the made a sane day ortho appointment and I saw the orthodontist the same day and started treatment as well. I’m so happy I found a place that are nice and have all specialty in one building. I recommend this location!!!!

After being bounced around from many pediatrics dental offices around Las Vegas Absolute Dental on Rainbow and Charleston was it. This dentist office is AWESOME!! My niece needed to have some major work done on her teeth after not seeing a dentist for nearly 11 years. The whole TEAM was GREAT!! The receptionist, Tundah was more than a receptionist. She took the time to explain to me how my nieces insurance worked concerning the procedures that my niece was expected to have! Dr Natasha Petrie and assistant Jelena was very gentle with her and explained every step of the way what she was working on. Great friendly staff. Check in was fast and easy. Before i knew it, Tenisha called me in for X ray and exam and was quick and thorough. I was prepped for crowns and feel very confident with the work Dr Mir has done. I also had the best cleaning with the sweetest hygienist Lahainy. I will be back! We love seeing DR. Mir and Dr. Feldman at this location. They are both so patient and caring. They are accommodating to our worries. Jessica is the best office manager.
