Either someone doesn’t know what they’re doing or they’re trying to scam my estimate of my dental work doubled. I believe they forgot they actually gave me my treatment plan. They asked for money upfront. I questioned it looked like it was more than the estimate that I saw, but I don’t have the estimate in front of me. I left it in my car when I returned home I saw that the estimate had doubled when I called to ask them around 2:30 about my treatment plan they said oh sorry I can’t answer any questions we’re closing. I have copies that I’m going to upload. It was the same treatment plan, but the price had More than doubled

Let's start with the good (everything has two sides) when it was over my teeth did look whiter definitely appreciate that, got a free toothbrush/toothpaste, always a plus, they mentioned a machine to help flight plaque I think, very knowledgeable people, and VERY thorough with x rays that made me feel safe and comfortable 😁

Nice people, but here's the bad, this is the first time I've went into a dental office about pain in my teeth and left with pain all over my mouth, I won't be going back, again nice people, seem pretty thorough, but as far as patient care, concern and quality, 1 star, it felt rushed, no concern for the pain I was in, (LITERALLY trying not to cry, good thing he was talking, so I can hold it in, I just really wanted it over) and I got a cleaning I didn't ask for which is where all the pain came from, I floss everyday but the woman was so aggressive my gums started to bleed which made the other guy think I didn't, they both said it was because I didn't floss, but it was actually because she was pressing with INCREDIBLE force, I didn't bother correcting them, I couldn't imagine how much worse it could get if I upset then, also couldn't say much because there were objects in my mouth, sharp objects and with the way they were going in I just was praying it was over soon, never in 35 years of going to the dentist have I ever felt so much pain.

I have good hygiene, few cavities, and of course filling like most people, as well as all of my healthy teeth, and I still left with bleeding gums and pain I didn't come in with, I'm a "it'll heal" kind of guy but this is the first time I've considered taking drugs to ease the pain 🥺.

I have been a patient of NLDG for about a year now, I have to say. the girls up front, the dorctors are top notch. very professional. they explain the problems in detail, they do not rush you or force you to get treatment when you do not need it. I am glad I found them. they are very flexiable when it comes to appointments even on saturdays for us that work during the week. they also have (Sunbit Dental, is a Dental Fiancial company that if qualify. it pays everything upfront while you pay back the minimum. which are too very felxiable with payments).

once again the office is clean. the stations are well equipt, everyone is amazing. recommend it!. cheers

This dentist office is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to! They are very understanding about scheduling. When I came into the office it is very clean, the staff is friendly. The office visit is fast and the dentist is very informative and helpful, always makes sure you understand what’s going to happen and takes the time to answer any questions. Absolute best dental care I have ever received in my life! I had some bad experiences that have made me afraid to go to the dentist but this office has definitely changed that! The entire staff is so kind and welcoming! The provider I was seen by had excellent bedside manners. Explained everything to where it all made sense and I understood it. I never got the feeling to need to question it or second guess anything. Offices like this make it so much easier to stay on top of yearly check ups and such. I will definitely be coming here from now on and recommending this office to all of my family and friends.

I was hesitant to go back to the dentist, I have major dental issues and had 9 teeth removed a year ago.I had an appointment a month later but had emergency open heart surgery.Thank God everything went good so now I actually just went back and was blessed with Dr.Lex and Christina helped me figure out what to do next and made me feel comfortable. One step at a time I'll keep u posted on how it goes so far really good👍

These guys will try to give you a incredibly expensive (and permanent) cap on your tooth instead of just drilling and filling your cavity.

Unless you're absolutely sure what kind of treatment you need I'd void these guys at all costs!

The worst dental office I’ve ever been to. Very small and cramped waiting area. Parents leaving their children in the room despite me having to sign a paper about not leaving children by themselves because we are in a dental office setting. Appointment took 2 and a half hours for the ACTUAL dentist to come in for less than 5 minutes to tell me what’s wrong with me and leave after that. Office staff is very dry.

I have a severe anxiety of the dentist. The first time I went in. I cried hysterically before I even walked through the door because I was just so scared. They were so compassionate and so sweet and the dentist I am horrible names. He was amazing putting me at ease, they fixed the dentures that I originally got that were horrible. They fit better. They look better and I am extremely happy with the way they came out.

Just completed 2 implants here and everything went as planned. The staff always makes me feel comfortable especially when anxiety seeps in on a dental visit. Dr. Trinh is great and Daisy is amazing, Freda as well. Highly recommend this place.

Staff is nice just always rushing and always having me to reschedule my cleaning and then they are lack in informing each other as the receptionist couldn't find one of my kids paper work so all she stated was ill have to talk to my manager and will have them call you back in regards of her paperwork especially when she needed something simple done and they told me oh will be pulling her back and then tells me oh no will have to reschedule you to bring her in at this point I just rolled my eyes walked out

Office manager rude sent all pre authorizations with wrong code. when I called to discuss she told me she would not work with me. I wonder if the owners know that she is turning away patients because she does not know how to communicate. Will be contacting the owners as well as the dental board. I have the appeal letters showing that they sent on incorrect codes. Regardless on not being covered no need to BE RUDE to a potential patient. Got them all covered with another dental office that had an office manger that talks to patients and insurance to figure out issues. Reports have been made will post information (reason for denial wrong codes etc.) since the office manger insist on winning not good customer service. You have right to refuse service you should have done that instead of taking me through all this for over a month. PHOTOS show covered services that incorrect codes were submitted preauthorized for. Cleaning was denied because it was preauthorized for visa 2/1 I was in office 1/30.

I really trust the doctors at this office. I’ve been coming since they open around 2001 from regular dental cleaning to root canals and implants. They have always treat me like a family plus they always help me out with payment plans every time my insurance doesn’t cover. Husband had a really bad tooth ache and they were the only dental office that could fit him in that day. He hates the dentist, however, he said that they were the best he has ever had. They were kind, seen him right away, and even started the process for his partials the same day. Also, he had no pain when they stuck him with the needle to numb him and pulled his tooth with no pain.
