My son's visit couldn't have gone any better. The wait time was very minimal. Their advanced equipment kept everything thorough and fast. X-Ray, cleaning, and a few crown removals was fast and painless. My son is extremely impatient. He didn't even have time to act up because he was done so quick.
The staff are very friendly and such a calm atmosphere. Keep up the excellent service.

This was my first time at an absolute dental. The dental assistant and dentist were phenomenal and thoroughly explained what my treatment plan was. However I cannot say the same for their I'm going to assume treatment coordinator. Instead of going over my full treatment it was focused on what my insurance doesn't cover and that I needed a CareCredit which is a credit card for those who don't know what that is and he didn't even properly explain what the card was. After telling him I wanted to be a cash pay patient he basically laughed in my face and told me that no place does cash pay anymore.. Little do they know I work in an oral surgery center and I see plenty of patients that are cash pay coming from a regular dentist. Do not accept the Care Credit that they are pushing on to you because they are not fully explaining what exactly it is and that's not fair to patients especially the elderly.... I wasn't going to write a review but after talking to several people that I work with we have all come to the agreement that this place is shiesty and probably get some sort of payment cut from CareCredit. PLEASE BE AWARE

I’ve been coming to this office for years for both myself and my kids, and I’ve never had an issue, until today. This experience was completely unacceptable. My 17-year-old daughter had a 1:00 PM appointment. We arrived on time, but she wasn’t called back until about 30 minutes later. After waiting over an hour, I stepped out to my car with my 7-year-old. I informed the front desk and asked how much longer it would be. They checked with the back and told me 20 minutes, and specifically told me to stay in the parking lot because they would call me if needed.
After waiting those 20 minutes, I returned, only to find the doors locked, lights off, and the front desk completely empty. No notice, no communication, nothing.
At this point I was panicking. I couldn’t reach my daughter, the office wasn’t answering calls, and no one was responding to my knocking. I had no idea what was going on or if my child was okay.
I went to the pediatric side, where someone finally opened the door, but even then, no one helped me locate my daughter. I had to walk around calling her name myself. When I finally found staff, they weren’t even aware the front office had been left unattended.
Meanwhile, it was already past 3:00 PM, and my daughter still hadn’t been seen. When it was finally her turn, the appointment took less than 15 minutes.
So what exactly was the point of a 1:00 PM appointment if she wasn’t seen until 3:15?
I understand offices can run behind, but locking doors, turning off lights, and leaving patients without communication is completely unacceptable and unprofessional, especially when a minor is involved.
This was a very upsetting and stressful experience. The lack of communication and basic responsibility from the front desk is inexcusable.

Was not happy with the wait time. My appointment was for 11am and constantly reminded to be on time. About 15 minutes of the time waiting was my fault as I did not have the paperwork filled out on lone. I do not like the idea of putting a picture of my driver's license and insurance card on the Internet. 20 minutes later I was called to go on. , I waited 20 minutes to the dentist. Her time with me was about 20 minutes. Then was informed that the financial person would be on shortly to review the charges for the work that needs to be done. Again, I waited 20 minutes but no one came. So I found a nice lady who went to check on things for me and was told that he had one person ahead of me and would see me then. I asked if the charges could be emailed to me and when she spoke to the person again she has me wait at his desk. Again, more waiting time. Then I had to wait for the charges to be figured out. Waiting time again!! In a 2hour span I only was treated by the dentist for about 20 minutes. That was ridiculous! I may be looking for another dentist soon.

This network of dentists is jam packed with an amazing team to help with anything. I needed emergency treatment and everyone I encountered was immensely helpful and compassionate. Dr. Mir saw me for an urgent tooth removal and it was the best experience of the worst pain I've ever sat through. I like this location. New to the area. My first appointment I was seen within 5 mins. Short wait. The second time I came to pick up my night guard I only waited 3 mins to get seen. The dentist Dr. Spangler was VERY professional and compassionate. I went through a very horrendous experience with one of their surgeons. Which I am still traumatized from. She did everything I believe she could to make things right. She was almost as upset as I was about my experience. Thank you Dr. Spangler for treating me with compassion, respect, and dignity. I walked in to address an immediate, painful issue—needing a tooth pulled. Instead of focusing on my problem, the staff completely bypassed it to pitch upsells and try to uncover other problems they could charge me for. They even pushed me to have my gold teeth removed immediately.
It felt entirely like a pushy sales environment rather than a caring dental office. If they had shown actual sincerity and taken care of my initial issue first, I might have considered future treatment plans. Because they prioritized sales over patient care and made me incredibly uncomfortable, I walked out. Avoid this place if you want a dentist who actually cares about your health instead of your wallet.

The staff at absolute Dental are so warm, comforting, helpful, professional and thorough. My Dentist extracted a molar that was causing me extreme pain for months in less than 15 mins. There was a female dentist who talked with me before the extraction relieving any concerns and fears I had. The admin staff found me the best cost effective solutions to the treatment I needed. Going to this place is all been a nightmare, I'm still considering killing myself after what they did to me , they kept saying PARTIAL PARTIAL PARTIAL but when i woke up ALL MY TEETH WERE GONE , that's not a partial what are they gonna do ? They can't put them back . I woke up and walked straight out actually stumbled out the front door got in my car drove it and crashed into a gate . They didn't give me any instructions , follow ups , nothing they didn't even say goodbye. And the surgeon was just a jerk kept saying I am a drug user is why my teeth are in the shape they are in even after I told him no he still kept saying it. And when I complained the IV hurt he then said I was on opiates and he was saying to the same thing to the patient next to me . I can never eat food again it's mashed potatoes and jello for the rest of my life If I would of known it was gonna be like this I would of thought twice they could of done a little work on my remaining teeth then I could of got a partial like I was told we were doing but I guess he felt like pulling all of my teeth out I just can't get over what partial means and what I woke up to if your considering dentures don't do it don't it's not worth it keep what you have believe me it's a mistake don't do it

Seriously needs work on communication, very poor service.my daughter expandor fell out and so I scheduled an online appointment for an emergency to get it fix like they said.then the appointment was at the wrong location (something never explained) then I said okay I’ll take her to the location that did it and they said oh but they don’t have anyone until Thursday, could not do Thursday. So came Saturday and the lady clearly had her issues already,”well they will fit you you when they can and I have no idea how long it will be” and it was busy but for the front receptionist to have no idea how long it would take to fit her in is ridiculous and shows they lack education or how petty they can be because clearly I expressed the fault in their systems and of course they could not be bothered by it. if you can choose another dentist you should.

Definitely not coming back to this location whatsoever. The other location was a lot better on Lake mead and rampart. They explained to me everything what to expect. I came here because the other location referred me for a surgeon to get my teeth extracted. But the moment I came here I was on time for my appointment got called back within 15 minutes but once I was in there I was bombarded with things I didn’t want to do at the moment and was constantly harassed about their payment options. I only wanted what my insurance was going to cover which I needed to use before end of the year. And these guys constantly was pushing things I had said I’d come back and do but they kept insisting. So finally I got annoyed and just left. I work in the auto industry which my profession is frowned upon because mechanics arent trusted at all or they said we’re not. But by far this office have the biggest push over of finance people or whatever they are. Can you just let the people decide what they want to do? Not just throw a $3000 bill that they can’t pay upfront and considering it’s two weeks before Christmas. Good job to this location because they’ve for sure lost my business.

This has been the most unprofessional and worst dental office I have been to since l moved here 33 years ago. If I can say one thing do not go to this dental office look at the other reviews they have the same issue I had. My appointment was for 2:00 they do not send a reminder, they do not send your paperwork. Then I waited for over an hour and a half after the x-rays were done for the doctor to come in and give me an evaluation. An employee named Louis, not sure what his job was but he was useless. I asked him when I would see the dentist and he said between 5 and 25 minutes. This was after the 1 1/2. He didn't even ask the doctor. He just said that without even asking. I asked him to ask the dentist how long it would be because I said I will go ahead and leave and come back another day Dentist said he would come in 10 minutes. He came in started naming off every tooth saying each one needed a crown or a partial or this or that and was gone in 5 minutes. At 4:30 He said that someone would start my deep cleaning. So you know that I would have gotten a quick deep cleaning as it was going to be half of it and they close by 5:00. After telling me that he walked out of the room. Very unprofessional. Louis and the office manager (Woman who would not give me her name) were talking about me at her desk 7 ft away from me, and they were speaking in Spanish and it was very obvious they were talking about me. When I brought it up to the office manager that it was unprofessional to be speaking in a language I couldn't understand about me she said that they could that speak Spanish as long as they weren't in the rooms.There are no rooms at a dental office, there are partitioned areas I could clearly hear them, and I could clearly see them. She was the most unprofessional, obnoxious, Self-important person I've come across in a long time. She said "I've worked here for years". She did not want to give me my copy of the paperwork which they will charge my insurance for, so I should be entitled to a copy of it. So I can use it at my new dental office. She kept making me ask her please, because she didn't hear me say it the first time. I said "can I have a copy of my results please". I said please at the end not at the beginning. This was just a power play on her on her little office position. When I came home and looked at the other reviews about how long each person was there, it makes it very clear that this office is terribly run. I went out to the parking lot didn't even drive home, and I called my insurance and told them what happened and that I wanted to file a complaint about the staff, and the unprofessionalism of the dentist Dr Miri? He was not there long enough to be introduced to him.
If you are going to make an appointment at this location, walk away, run away, reschedule with a different dentist somewhere else. You will not be happy with the level of service you receive. And you will waste hours of your own time. I will say that the young man Emmanuel that did the x-rays was very gentle, also Sydney who helped with my paperwork was very helpful.

I wish I could give negative stars. This office uses bad business practices. The W Lake Mead location... Dr or tech in scrubs was outside the office conversating with a group of people about using/selling nitrous oxide, which was very unprofessional. They severely overbook. There were 20-30 patients waiting to be checked in or called back with only 15 or so chairs in the lobby. We were all just sardined in that tiny lobby standing room only. Also, I didn't get any pre-op instructions. All I was told is that I might get the surgery that day. This place is shady as heck. Please do not get dental treatment here.

Oh buddy. The exam, xray, and cleaning was $70. That's fine. But then they show me the pictures of these tiny little cavities on my kid's teeth 4 cavities 4 teeth. Dentist tells me "you can have it done or you can wait. They are his baby teeth if he flosses once a day he will be ok. It's just once a day but you have to do it. I'll have the staff bring you an estimated treatment plan". Receptionist walks in with a $2,900 plan for 4 Tiny cavities and sealant for 4 permanent teeth that were healthy. I'm not even joking. I told her I only wanted the sealant on the permanent teeth and she looked at me sideways like she didn't understand. She said "other parents usually want the treatment plan" and I chuckled and said I wouldn't pay $3,000 for something the dentist told me we could wait on. She then Gave me the "discounted" treatment plan and it was $800 off for someone on self pay. Even than was outrageous for this service. Holy cow. I laughed and laughed I couldn't believe it. She told me she knew it was a lot and when I got dental insurance it would cover more. I then paid $320 for 4 sealants on 4 permanent healthy teeth. Walked out paying $390 for the entire visit. But this is why I won't get my own work done with absolute dental. They scammed me in years past and I was able to prove it with their own records and they had to eat the cost (different location where Alba is the GM) I keep coming here for my son, but yeah that time is over now too. $3,000 for 4 tiny cavities. Nothing else. No thanks. Save your money. Do your research. This is not normal pricing.

Went in 2 weeks ago for tooth ache thinking it was a cavity & hoping to get a cleaning. Was there for 3.5hours. Since was new appointment had to do X-rays & ending up getting fillings. Was told to schedule a root canal due to my symptoms… billing came in to schedule my appointment & said 4k, after I said, no, I have no money & I just wanted to do my cleaning and fillings, they said well if you sign up with care credit no APR for 2 years. extreme money grab i feel like others have commented. But of course being naive & scared for my oral hygiene I unfortunately booked & payed for the root canal. Fast forward to today, my appointment for 1:30 lasted until 5:10pm almost another 4 hours appointment. I feel it’s inconsiderate to schedule an appointment at a certain time & to just have your patient sitting there for endless hours in between getting “worked on”. I was waiting for 40 mins for the dentist to come back after the hygienist had put the bands on, not only was it extremely uncomfortable to have my mouth gapped open for 40 mins without even being worked on & it was extremely hard to breathe/swallow. My experience today & prior has made me weary to come back. no hate on anyone in particular just frustrated 🥹

Highly disappointed with the wait time for a scheduled appointment. I waited over an hour after my appointment time before being seen. Then multiple X-rays were taken as if this was my first time visiting the clinic. Granted, it had been little more than a year since my last check up, so I can understand the need for X-rays again, but it was still slightly annoying because what I wanted was a cleaning. However, what’s difficult to understand is why it took an additional hour to be seen by the dentist afterward. Wow! This place is shadier than a palm tree on the beach! They will do almost anything to sell you a root canal, up to putting in an oversized temporary crown to injure you! Stay far far away and pray for these people! Had a temporary crown too large cause me agony for 2 weeks while my permanents were made i went in and asked them to fix they shaved it down but not in the spot i asked them too. I had to force them to just put the crowns on when i came back cause they wanted to sell me a root canal. Two days later im healed up fine. They lied about needing a root canal and intentionally injured me with a faulty temporary crown in order to sell it. Just wow.

I’m thank full to have an oral surgeon. I’m not happy about the 3 hour wait to get in a chair. The standing room only waiting room. I questioned the Dr and asked why is there such a long wait. He says he’s the best at what he does. I wouldn’t know. We waited 3 hours for what they turned into a consultation. Now we have to wait for an additional referral and go back and wait again for 3 hours. My child was told to fast. We get there. They did nothing. 9 hours of fasting. An additional 3 hour wait there. My 15 yr old hadn’t eaten in 13 hours total or more. Poor planning. Poor communication. Doesn’t seem to be ran very well at all.

I had a good first impression with this dental office—everyone was kind and professional. However, I was scheduled for an evaluation with the dentist, who recommended a regular cleaning. Unfortunately, I was told that the final decision would be made by the hygienist, and that appointment had to be scheduled for another day.

This means I now have to come back just to find out whether I need a regular or deep cleaning. If it turns out to be a deep cleaning, my insurance won’t cover it, and I simply can’t afford that right now. It feels a bit unnecessary to wait for someone else to possibly override the dentist’s initial recommendation, and more importantly, it leaves patients in the dark about their out-of-pocket costs until later. Transparency and efficiency would make a big difference.

Always a pleasure to come visit especially when I beat the crowd to my appointment. I’m enjoying the new system which I’m able to check in when I arrive at the parking lot. Nice touch. Front desk is very patient while multitasking with phones, scheduling, computer work, and even helping me check in and available if I may have any questions. The Doctors here are very nice with us. Definitely made me feel more comfortable as I came in anxious to get my extraction done. This time I went for a cleaning and it was in and out. Great execution. Nice and simple, everything looking good too! I will say this, the more I come in for a visit, the more comfortable you feel with the staff and it makes that much more of a better visit.

Absolute scam is what this place should be called. I already had a consultation at another location which then they told me I had to show up to this location to get my procedure done. I had already filled out a bunch of paperwork and had already gone through my insurance and as they told me, everything would be covered. They also told me not to eat for eight hours or drink anything so I can get my procedure done. As I show up, there is about 30 people inside this tiny office all waiting to get procedures done. I check in and wait for three hours when I am finally called. They tell me that I am not there for a procedure that I am there for a consultation.. I witnessed them do this to about 10 other people. Top of that they wanted me to pay money upfront after my insurance had already stated that I did not need to pay anything that it was all going to be covered .Sometimes it’s not what you know, but who you know believe me when I tell you they are gonna get investigated.

My friend, who uses a power wheelchair and has limited hand function, faced significant obstacles simply trying to schedule and receive dental care( Deep cleaning, and X-rays)

After confirming that the office accepted his insurance. He traveled to the office, only to be turned away and referred elsewhere. This was incredibly disappointing and showed a lack of understanding of the challenges faced by people with disabilities.

The referral also proved unhelpful, leading to more phone calls and dead ends. What's most upsetting is the lack of clear communication. A simple explanation about their inability to accommodate his specific needs or insurance limitations would have saved him considerable time, effort, and unnecessary travel. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of consideration for patients with disabilities.

Every time we go to Absolute Dental we are there for HOURS, 3&4 hours.seems.to be the norm, for each of the locations. We've had to reschedule 2 times. This has been going on for month's. Today we thought we were finally going to get my son's wisdom teeth extracted. The doctor that was supposed to do the surgery had us reschedule in order to see the doctor that originally evaluated my son. Now we have to wait until the end of September. This has been going on since April 2025, 4 months of run around, ugh 😑

Not to impressed with absolute Dental , I had an appointment for a cleaning at 5 PM on a Tuesday. I got in the office right away. The gentleman took my x-rays and that I continue to sit in the room until 6:30 PM and finally the lady at the front desk came in and said the Dentist is behind due to something Taking longer than expected.
She asked me if I can come back the next day I said yes she scheduled me at noon went in at noon to find out. My name wasn’t even on schedule and then also found out that there wasn’t even anybody in there that day that could do my Cleaning . So now my appointment is rescheduled for two more weeks out ! Hopefully, I can get my cleaning then.

I hadn't been to the dentist in a really long time. I was terrified to go actually. The staff at Absolute Dental made me feel relaxed and comfortable. They went over everything for my treatment and gave me options. It was a great experience and I'd recommend this office on Lake Mead and Jones to anyone looking for a good dental practice.

The X-ray technician was really nice and the dentist seemed nice and professional, but their pricing analyst was very pushy about me paying out of pocket for a very expensive procedure (bone graphs) that I have never needed before. When I told him I couldn't afford $500 out of pocket for a payment plan of $1400, even though I have insurance that covered the procedure he looked disgusted and still was trying to push me to pay pay pay. I ended up just leaving to look for another dentist elsewhere. This place will try their hardest to make you pay out of pocket for SOMETHING no matter what

As a first time patient, I was very disappointed with this office located on jones and lake mead because one it’s very dirty, there shoe prints on the floors and lobby was not pleasing to sit in and there costumer service was not great. They take long and they do their same routine with their other patients instead of asking what you are visiting for or what’s wrong. They don’t explain you things with patience and just give you forms to sign. As a first time visit it wasn’t pleasing or helpful so I do not recommend this location.

Was a first time patient. Went in because I have a rough corner on a tooth. Silly me thinking I chipped my tooth and needed sealant. Nope the "solution" was, I must need braces. I don't. My teeth are straight. Unnecessary upselling to the extreme.
Not even focusing on the actual health until you question what's going on and see an itemized list at the end.
The new patient packet is sent ahead of time electronically. It's invasive. Send front and back pictures of your ID and sign away your likeness while a patient. Then furthermore you pull up for your actual appointment and you get a txt to check yourself in while still in the parking lot. Upon actual entry in the building, the person at the desk is going to ask for payment upfront before any service is performed.
The staff was on-time but that's about my only pro. The room I was in had dirty rolling cabinets in the corner with splatters of whatever on the front, old tape left on cubbords, and no building sound system. Just one radio on blast in the back of the building.
The whole experience was garbage, I won't be back. There's a reason there's so many negative reviews.

Very bad dentistry stay away from the two locations the worst one is Jons and Lake Mead they pull your teeth without putting you to sleep and they don't clean after pulling the teeth they almost broke my jaw I have lots of pain and can't eat anything the dentures were made very cheap. The denture were made in Bufallo and Lake mead location . Shout out to Francisco with the call center, they were AMAZING!! I spent over a month trying to get an appointment and with 1 call they took care of all my issues plus booked me an appointment with the provider I preferred over the one I was (supposedly) stuck with.
When I started my dental and orthodontic treatments, I kept getting straddled with 1 doctor who often cancelled his (1 day a month) appointments. Sometimes I went 3-4 months without a check up for my braces due to this odd policy that you can only see the dentist you start treatment with.
3/5 recommendation for braces with Absolute Dental, but 5/5 for regular dental at all locations I've been to so far. Billing is a 1/5 though, they didn't accurately bill to my insurance for over a YEAR, which took me an entire year to get them to adjust...so I wasn't able to get a check up or cleaning despite having TWO dental insurances.
I'll be visiting this location next week for a dental check up, I'm sure that experience will be fine/good, but with this company there is always a bad experience looming in the shadows. The staff is almost always excellent at every location I've been to but the behind the scenes staff, not so much.
That's why I wanted to give a shout-out to Francisco for being so amazingly patient, understanding, and helpful.

I’ve been terrified of the dentist, due to some Traumatic experiences with past dentists. To say I’m absolutely shocked at how well I was treated here is an understatement, besides the last minute hundreds of dollars in procedure costs. I’m amazed. I have never had a dental visit where I wasn’t in insane pain the whole time, I had a simple extraction that turned into needed a bone graft, and with all that was going on in my mouth to say that hours later I’m only sore is crazy. Horrible experience every time I go here. I left work early for my appointment. Went for an exam and cleaning this time, scheduled my appt back in Nov, 6 mos ago! I got there and they told me I was being seen for an exam and cleaning, even had me sign a consent form for the cleaning. After the dentist completed the exam, the treatment coordinator came in and told me I had 5 cavities that the dentist did not explain and then proceeded to tell me that the hygienist could not do my cleaning anymore because she left (even though I saw her in the room across from me). Following that, I went to speak to the office manager to express my concern that I had waited over an hour and half (my appt was at 3p, it’s now 440p) and all she said was “hmm that’s weird you were on her schedule for a cleaning, I can reschedule you.” When I asked her what happened she said I don’t know but if you want your cleaning I will have to reschedule you. No I apologize, I understand you’ve been here a while already, absolutely no remorse or empathy for the fact they messed up. This was my 5th visit, and everytime I go here, aside from once, I have had an issue with this office. The customer service is poor, they are very disorganized, when you ask a simple question nobody has a direct answer, and everyone tells you something different. I am VERY displeased with the service received and I would not recommend ANYONE to this office. The only reason I gave this a 1-star is because there’s no option for 0-stars. Do yourself the favor, take that extra 10 min drive to a better office because this office is not worth your money.

Not good, they schedule me for a 4pm visit. I'm expecting my daughter to get her x-rays,exam, and her cleaning done. I waited for nearly 1 hour in the lobby. The Dr called me back, and she had a rude attitude. Then they tell me she needs a cleaning, filings etc. But that o have to schedule to come back!? Smh! Absolute worst experience at the dentist. I had an appointment at 12pm. 2.5 hours later which included a 5 minute exam by the dentist consisting of the dentist telling me my teeth are great no cavities but recommended several cosmetic procedures. I am then told I have to come back for my cleaning on another day after I declined the cosmetic procedures. Despite being told by the scheduler over the phone and several office staff members during my visit, that I would get my exam and cleaning today. I felt completely taken advantage of and disrespected. No concern or apology was expressed for the excessive time it took to see me or the fact they couldn’t do my cleaning today. The entire interaction felt like I was pressured to do unnecessary cosmetic procedures and make money off of my healthy teeth. This will be the last time I come to absolute after over 8yrs with them. This was perhaps the worst experience in an Absolute Dental I have ever had. The schedule was overbooked, the waiting room was FULL - at least 25 people waiting without enough chairs. I had to stand for over 90 minutes in 85 degree heat, standing in the back of the room (air vent in back was not working). This office is completely unorganized, scheduling 5 people for the same time slot. Two loud arguments happened while I was there, one with staff lying to a patient's father. I waited 3.5 hours before I was brought to the back and then did not have the procedure I was there for. The staff in the back was very kind and professional, but most of the front office staff was stressed and had an attitude. There was one person at the front, and I did not catch her name, although she said she normally did not work there, that was kind and kept checking my chart for me to see what place I had in line. I wasted over four hours there with no resolution, and I am okay without doing the procedure, however waiting 3.5 hours to be told that was just a complete waste of my day. I missed 4.5 hours of work and pay to deal with this. I am currently looking for a new dental office to take care of me and my family.

I need to go back in and dispute a charge. I paid for fluoride and didn't receive any. My husband got it. Apparently all they did was polish my teeth before the cleaning. There was not any brush over of fluoride at the end of my cleaning. I'll have to make the time to go back in, with an already busy schedule, just to get my money back.

Yesterday was my first time going to this Absolute Dental location. They accommodated me for a weekend appointment, which was great (but unusual) for me, and there was just a few minutes of wait time because I’d done all the preliminary paperwork online.

A lady named Teri (or Terri) did a deep cleaning for me and obliged me by only using numbing cream rather than injecting me with numbing medication into my gums. That alone made it a much better experience than I thought it would be. She was a delightful person and very efficient at her job.

I withheld one star for two reasons. I’ve noticed a trend with medical professionals here in Vegas who don’t introduce themselves when they first see you. I’ve always found that an odd thing. The other is that the waiting room could used some sprucing up (but the receptionist was very nice)..

Overall, I’d highly recommend this location because of the job Teri did with my dental work.

Absolutely horrible!! No doors on any of the rooms, went in for a broken tooth. they acted like they could give a shit about anyone. They just start shoving the xray stuff in my mouth and not gentle at all, Had to wait 1/2 just for a medical release form since I have to have a surgical extraction of said tooth. Teeth are too loose fitting. If I sneezed they would fly out of my mouth. The last set was so thin I would need to be extremely careful that I do not crack them even with normal wear.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this location of absolute dental. The staff is always welcoming and that gives me a sense of comfort and puts me at ease. Dr Spangler has done all of my fillings and she’s great! Never feel a thing. Dr Mir has pulled my wisdom teeth and he also did a wonderful job. Worst dentist office ever!!!! When I first walked in the waiting area was so tiny and crawling with infants and little kids everywhere (and no it’s not a kids dental) with no where possible for me to sit. When I approached the counter to check in for my “appointment” there were 3 people at the front one Mexican female receptionist on the phone whom didn’t even acknowledge me for 10 minutes and 2 Mexican males sitting behind her talking laughing and giggling amongst themselves and again none of them acknowledged me for 10 minutes. One of the male staff finally broke out of personal time and decided to sign me in and provide me with the proper paperwork. Mind you I’m a new patient and I knew I had to do new patient paperwork so I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment. Upon finishing paperwork it was exactly at my appointment time and I seen them continuously take in patients before for me and every time I inquired about my wait time I was told one more person before me and I again would witness them take in people before me. I untimely walked out after an hour wait when I had a set appointment. The office is very loud and unorganized. I will be finding a new dental office. I would never recommend this location!

I used the provider search on my dental insurance app to find this dentist, and I wish I would have done more research. I initially scheduled an appt for late June but needed to reschedule. I tried calling their office but couldn't get through. I emailed their office letting them know I needed to reschedule my appt and asked what their availability was. I never heard back. On the day of that appt, I received a call from them asking if I was running late. I told them I'd reached out days prior asking to reschedule and never heard back. I was told that they received no such communication from me (although I have the emails to show for it). Fast forward to present - against my better judgement, I rescheduled my appt for yesterday. I received a lengthy new patient packet to sign and submit before my appt, and it was honestly a contract saying that I understood the cost, spoke with the dr about my treatment plan, and waived my right to arbitration, etc. None of that was true so I filled out the necessary info (including that I am 6 mos pregnant) about my medical history and insurance, and declined to sign the rest of the contract with a note that my appt was set for the future and I haven't been seen yet, so how could I sign consent stating that I had? I got a phone call shortly after from the office to confirm my appt, and the gal I spoke to said that they already had me in the system as a previous no-show. I, again, explained that I didn't no-show, and offered to forward her my call log and emails showing my communication efforts. She then confirmed that I was set up for an "emergency appt" instead of a new patient intake appt. I corrected her that I didn't schedule an emergency appt, which costs more, and just wanted to be seen as a new patient with one problem area I'd like looked at especially. She then confirmed the appt and disconnected. Over the next few days, I received several text msgs from the office claiming that I never submitted my new patient forms or confirmed my appt. I replied to each message with screenshots of my call log and confirmation email after I uploaded my new patient forms showing that I did follow through on my end. They didn't reply. Upon arrival to my appt yesterday 7/12, I was informed that I needed to fill out my forms all over again and I stood there at the desk and filled out "a shorter version". This version didn't allow me to include medical history (such as my pregnancy) so I told her then that I am currently pregnant. When I was finally seen, I was walked over to an x-ray area where the tech said "before we begin you're not pregnant or anything right?" to which I replied (for the 3rd time) "I actually AM pregnant, 6 months along". The guy looked immediately flustered & said he'd be right back. When he came back, he took the x-ray smock off of me, but didn't say why or what was happening. He led me over to the exam chair and said that because I didn't have a certain form signed by my OBGYN saying that I could get an x-ray, they wouldn't be able to see me at all. I wasn't told that I'd need permission from my OB to receive care from the dentist, or I would have taken care of that ahead of my appt. I told the tech that I was just there to be seen as a new patient and didn't need x-rays necessarily, just to be seen about the one painful tooth I mentioned. He told me that I'd have to reschedule my appt when I was able to do x-rays, I couldn't waive them. Again, I'm 6 mos pregnant and didn't even want to do an x-ray. He said he'd print the form for me and would be right back. I was left there for 20 mins before I got up and walked out. I have not received any follow up communication from them. All in all, this whole experience was a complete waste of my time and I would not recommend this practice if you have other options in your network.

The office manager carol at this location performs her job in a very unethical way. She claims to send out my authorization for my dental work and never send them out, she do not return phone calls and she have a balance on my account she can not tell me what the balance is for and I can’t see no other dentist until the balance is paid but I have got nothing at all done to even have a balance. I am about to take this to the news because I cannot get anyone from a regional office to return my call. I went into the office and was there for 3 hours carol the office manager refuses to see me. Absolute Denial is the worst. My initial consultation was $5000 in which I paid in full. After my treatment was completed (braces) all these random bills start coming. Now it’s June of 2024 and I was just told today that I will need to paid an additional 2,000 to finish my treatment. When I asked for a break down of my treatment plan the manager became very disrespectful, then called the police. At this time my dentist asked her to hang up the phone and she refused to do so.

Im currently still in need of treatment and no one from management will return my calls about this matter. Even when I got to my appointment today I was hit with another bill and management said paid or go.

The stress behind my treatment not being completed is taking it’s told on me mentally, I just want to smile again.

I went there for my son. they took him to the back and didn’t let me go in. Receptionist was short with me over simple questions. I was told we had to come back to pick up his brackets for his teeth and I would receive a call. I found out later all the paperwork I filled out wasn’t even put into the system. She probably didn’t even put it in. 450 bucks and three months later and nothing to show for it. Not good for business to have ladies working that treat you like a dead bug on the wall. Zero stars!this was the absolute worst experience in the world!! My appointment was at 12:00 I arrived at 11 with no food or water in my system and I didn’t get seen until 5pm that day!! I was so dehydrated and Hungry!! When I woke from surgery they was wheeling me out without my teeth or a mask! I didn’t get pain medication it took two days to get someone to help me. I won’t get my permanent sets from this place the work is bad.

Had an appointment to have my wisdom teeth extracted at 11am, days prior to my appointment I received texts stating my appointment was now for 5:30am. I filled out my forms online, I fasted and stopped drinking water past midnight, didn’t take my meds, had my husband take the day off work to take me.

Got up at 4:30am and drove across town to this location. I get there and there’s no cars in the parking lot, doors are locked, cant reach anyone by phone because all locations are closed.

I call at 8am as soon as the offices open up and they tell me they actually needed to reschedule my appointment so they put me in a 5:30am slot instead of informing me they needed to reschedule.

Normally I’d be understanding but this is actually the 5th or 6th time I have had this appointment booked a month out and they cancelled me days prior. This time I actually drove all the way out there first thing in the morning and wasted my time.

It’s been 6 months back and forth with them canceling my appointments and needing to reschedule. My wisdom teeth are killing me and I’m in excruciating pain. They’ve booked me out a month from now again and I guarantee they will cancel. I’m going elsewhere.

It has been a pleasant experience with few minor hiccups throughout the process but that is too be expected with the amount of work I was needing. But overall it was a good experience and I was well informed throughout the entire process from start to end. I would recommend absolute dental. Friendly and informative staff. I was at the Lake Mead office for well over an hour, and a half getting payment information. It took too long to find out about what was covered, what was covered, how much credit I had still available from another office. I had to work too hard to get this information that should have been already available. By the time I got into the inner office, it was another hour, and fifteen minutes before I was seen by the doctor, and had to ask the staff if the doctor was coming. Total time spent at this office was just over three hours. Not good.

They should be named Absolute Scammers. They told me my insurance would cover everything they needed to do, a couple months later they sent me a bill in the mail. I call my insurance and they say that they don't cover any of it. I asked the lady at the front desk why I owed money if I told them NOT TO DO ANYTHING MY INSURANCE WOULD NOT COVER. And she sat there and said "I don't know." I am so disgusted and disappointed these people TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME. They probably filled cavities that weren't even there!!!!

Let me start by saying, th staff was somewhat nice when I got there ,after not being able to find my appointment, after waiting for this process. I then finally got to see a doctor. After waiting about hour and a half I finally saw the doctor which took about 5 minutes. I then waited about another hour to get my teeth cleaned. Well at this time the reason why I came in is still not solved yet. And now I have to wait for yet another person. Well after waiting for another the front office lady comes and ask for payment. She then informs me the the person is coming. She takes payment and no one shows up. I waited almost a hour before I got up and went to the front desk. At this point I was mad and ask for payment back of services not rendered. She then said I needed another card to charge again.🤔 I thought then you charged my card for services never recieved and your asking me for another card. I wouldn't be so mad if someone from that office had given me a call to come back to complete my dental work. Let's be clear to the reason to went there never got taken care of. And I still have a absces that no one has given me antibiotics for. I have a infection in my mouth that can cause a severe eye, nose and throat infection. I'm out money and options

WORST EVER NOT HAPPY
My appointment was at 12 noon it is now 2:52pm and I’m told it will be another 30 minutes to an hour. An hour into my wait the receptionist decided to give me a new patient form. An hour after that she informed me that they did not have my referral or know what procedure I was getting done and my dentist didn’t answer so I had to drive & get a written referral and come back. I got no instructions for before or after the procedure I just decided not to eat or smoke the night before which sucks because now I haven’t eaten in almost 24 hours and I’m sitting out front in my car smelling Burger King because there are no seats inside. My tooth is beyond hurting me because I haven’t had an ibuprofen or antibiotic at all today in prep for the procedure. Haven’t been able to drink water. Somebody else has to pick up my child from school because I did not carve this 4 hours out of my day when they told me it would take about 30 minutes. I’m in pain, irritable, thirsty, starving and this is my second time being told “it’ll be about another hour, you’re next”. If I had an option I would not let these people touch my mouth but since I’ve waited a month for this appointment I have to stick it out. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED

This place is awful. An Absolute Money Grab is more appropriate. Seriously, this place is awful. They refused to clean my teeth if I didn't get a full irrigation!! The first time I showed up they told me I wouldn't be called in until 2 hours after my appointment time. When I came back another day, they didn't call me in until 45 minutes after my appointment time. They were very aggressive with the x-rays, took forever to do everything, and then sent the insurance lady in to tell me they wouldn't do anything unless I paid $300.

The staff is absolutely awesome! Come here for ortho and I love that on Wednesday they open @7am which is before school/work time and I can come get my work done. I do appreciate the new office manager for orthodontist, Priscilla, she helps you with a sooner appointment than what the call center can offer. She is nice, friendly, and very understanding.

They told my husband he needed several things done but that our insurance wouldn’t cover it. I called them back because my insurance told me they would cover most of the treatment they suggested for my husband. The girl at absolute dental in lake mead and jones said my insurance didn’t know what they were talking about and they need better training. They didn’t even bother trying to get pre-approval from my insurance. Looks like they just wanted to get easy money from us rather than submitting claims…. Definitely won’t be returning

My husband ended up finding another dentist and when he got his exam done they said he had NO cavities, NO root canal was needed and his wisdom teeth didn’t need to be extracted. Absolute dental gave him a completely WRONG diagnosis. It is a scary thing to think that they could be doing unnecessary procedures on people just to take their money

The worst experience EVER, do not go there because they will rip you off of your money and if you still not convinced with this go to the first visit and you will learn that their recommendation will be to extract all of your teeth. I heard other people complaining about it and if you don't stopped it they will leave you toothless and sell you the partial or the implants but it doesn't stop there because if you choose the partial they will give you a temporary and then you will have to wait months until you get your permanent partial denture, to the point that you will have to drop the procedure or wait with discomfort for months. This place should be shut down permanently because they are ripping people of. They are a bunch of dishonest people.

FYI….PA IMAGING IS GONNA COST YOU! This is what they don’t tell you, depending on your insurance due to some companies covering this procedure and a lot do not. They will tell you it is required but it is not!! Regular bite wings are sufficient. I paid $3,000 dollars for some work, and the work still isn’t completed. At the last appointment I went to they tried to charge me another $2,000. They said they would figure out what went wrong but they did not finish the work. I am still missing a tooth that I paid for, and they already billed my insurance so I can’t even go somewhere else and get it done without paying full price. I’ve called three times and each time they say someone is going to get back to me and they never get back to me. This place does not care about their patients they just care about the money. Now I’m in danger of losing the tooth below because it is growing up into the space where my other tooth should be.

Since moving to NV I really hadn't found a good dentist that I wanted to use... Absolute Dental was recommended by my retirement group CALPERS... so glad they did 😊 as a child I had a dramatic negative dental experience... the Absolute Dental staff was very caring and concerned about my first visit with them... So far i havent had any issues with this office, they are very flexible schedule wise, as i have an adult son and minor daughter they put them both at same time and i like that this location sees both. This has been my daughter’s dentist her whole life but I won’t be coming back… They made me feel really uncomfortable when they tried to separate me from her. She’s barely 4 and I don’t let her go to appointments by herself… They also gave me a bunch of attitude because I denied the X-ray. This place isn’t designed for kids at all… They even sent her home with adult tooth paste. We are going to switch to a more kid centered dentist.

I am extremely happy with Dr.Kim as my daughters dentist. We originally came in because we noticed a tooth growing through the gums , after him and his assistant (who is also so amazing she really went above and beyond to make my baby comfortable) when they did the X-rays and found an extra set of baby teeth he removed them so effortlessly and again was so gentle with my 4 year old! They took the time to consult me and show me what’s going on through X-ray pictures and their knowledge of their skill I definitely felt very informed so I could make the best decision. I HIGHLY recommend THIS office , all of their staff was more then friendly and welcoming for our first time in a dental office with the circumstances and how everything happened! AND most of them are parents themself so they give you that sense of they know what it’s like to be on the other side of things !! 10/10 for sure !

When I made an appointment, I asked them if I can use my insurance for cleaning. He said "yes". I didn't want to take X-ray because I just wanted cleaning. But they forced me to take one & tald me I need to pay $2500 even I don't have any cavities lol. So I asked them if I can do regular cleaning because I just did deep cleaning 3 months ago. They said no. Totally waste of time. They are trying to make the money as much as possible!
On February I went to their different location. Dr told me I need root canel $5000. So I went back to Japan & see Dr. He said differently no need. He just fixed a l cavitie & have no problem after that.
I will never go back to absolute dental.

This is the most disorganised dentist office I have ever experienced. Firstly they did not actively communicated and advise their patient before dentist procedures. Secondly, an appointment date and time was only given when we called to stay updated. Thirdly, on the day of appointment patients are told that appointment time does not matter, it is a first come, first serve service. Ridiculous and lack of concern for patients. I watched elderly people waiting in their hot cars two hours after an appointment because of their disorganisation. Tip!! You should not be overbooking patients in a health facility. Another point to note is that there are front desk staff members who is doing a disservice to your organisation. They do not have customer service skills and should be better trained in the handling of escalated incidents. They should never be rude and disrespectful to paptients who have sat waiting hours in their cars to be seen. One clerk in particular was lazy just to check the chart to determine how long a patient had to wait to be seen. Another thing to note is that people who are undergoing surgical procedures have been fasting 12hrs prior waited for hours without even water. We will never return to this establishment again and I do not say this lightly.

Horrible!!!!!! My daughter's initial appointment we waited and 1hr just to get x-rays and exam, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt even after another person who was waiting in the waiting room, specified she had been waiting for her brother to get done and his appointment was at 2pm at that point it was already after 5pm. After we finally got in. We were told what work needed to be done. Upon leaving the office billing told me she would call me the next day to discuss prices. I received no call the next day or the days after that. So I decided to call back after it had been exactly a week to find out why I haven't heard anything. They pretended to have concern. Anyways I finally got the pricing of what everything would cost. A few weeks later I scheduled my daughter to get her deep cleaning. I needed my mother to take my daughter because I could not take anymore time off of work. Well when I called to get clarification of the price of the deep cleaning I told them my mother would be bringing my daughter. The receptionist called me back to tell me that I needed to fill out a Authorization form to give my mother permission to bring my daughter and act as legal guardian for that day. She said she would send me the form. This form was nothing but a piece of paper that said I the parent of the patient give these people permission to consent to oral care etc.....So I printed it out I filled it out at work, so happens my boss who is also a notary saw the release form and commented on it, so I asked if the note needed to be notarized she said no because there was not at place on the form indicating she needed to notarize it. I said okay. Mind you even the email did not indicate it needed to be notarized. Needless to say appointment day comes and they will not see my daughter simply because the form which is super basic like they created it themselves was not notarized. I told them to give my mother the records and I took my business else where.

I agree with a Gentleman who wrote a review saying place is horrible. We have had the same experience , you can schedule for a certain service and when you get there they are high pressure sales. Way I see it is the customer my self is requesting a service why can't I get what I am asking for instead they want to push other treatments and won't do what you ask them unless you do something they want to do which is of course more money.
I also witnessed absolute dental telling an older lady after she paid for lower partials that she needs to get 20k implants , all the lady wanted was to get what she paid for correctly. This lady has been in there 3-4 times before to have her partial adjusted and they worked on it each time and sent her on her way, seems like to me once this lady paid , absolute dental didn't take care of her properly and then proceed to high pressure sales the lady. Tell you if that was my Mom you can bet I would be in that office.
I will be filing a complaint to the BBB.
Absolute Dental you should realize people choose to come to you to have work done. People spend there hard earned money to get teeth fixed it's a health hazard if you. Realize we are the paying customers , give us what we ask for and stop trying to up charge at every corner.
My recommendation to the public find a different dental office not named Absolute Dental

I had a painful wisdom tooth and needed to be seen for an emergency appt. I called a few other absolute dentals near me and no one even picked up the phone. This location did and the office manager Jazmine was so kind and informative. Told me to come in as soon as possible! Got in at 9am was greeted with enthusiasm and a smile. Got in within 15 mins and Dr. Polonus along with the dental assistant were so nice and sweet. Made me feel so comfortable, asked about my kids, and reassured me when I seemed a bit nervous for my first extraction ever. Which took only 5 mins to pull. I was in and out in an hour and a half! I’m used to unenthusiastic staff but everyone I encountered today was exceptional and I may just start coming here from now on.

Absolute worst experience. I got there within 7!’ins of my appointment. It took 45 mins for xrays and I waited another 45 mins and no dentist in sight. One gummy came in after 20 mins to say the doctor would be in shortly and that never happened! As I was walking out, three employees, I don’t know if they were dentist, assistants or what but they were standing there laughing and having a casual conversation and one girl was showing them items on her cell phone and laughing.

I should not have to wait 1.5 hours for X-rays and not to be seen by a dentist for a cleaning and check up. I left work early to go get my daughter to be on time.

I hope for excellent service and to not have my time wasted. It’s not ok to treat people that way and if you are understaffed; which you weren’t because employees were just standing around, but if that is the case don’t overbook dental patients.

Highly unacceptable, I will not be back. I expect a call and I do not want to be billed for this!

This is the first dentist office that my daughter was able to go to and be treated so nicely! I went into the office today 3/23/2021 had my daughter with me and they said she had to wait in the waiting room and could not come in the office with me so I asked if they would keep an eye out for her and the girl at the front desk said NO! Shes 11 and is nervous being away from me she gets anxiety so if they won't let her in the back with me for a consult and they wont keep an eye on her while I'm in the office what do they want me to do I drove from Pahrump for this appointment for them to act that way! I could not even believe it! I had several appointments too for a lot of work I need and canceled every appointment now I'll find a better place! I can not believe how this office runs! Worst dental office experience ever, hands-down. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. One small, old filling fell out so just needed replacing.

First problem was the lobby. It was hotter than Hades (the A/C was out), with about 3 plastic lawn chairs, so I had to sit on the floor (back problems, can't stand too long). There were also 3 receptionists, all of whom ignored me for quite awhile after I had walked in.

Second problem was the wait. It was more than an hour past my appointment time and I asked how much longer it was going to be because I'm a diabetic. They took me into the back about 45 minutes after reassuring me that I was next.

Third problem. After the exam, and telling me how many more problems I had, I told them all I wanted that day was the filling, and I wanted to schedule a cleaning for later. The assistant tells me the dentist won't do my filling without a cleaning first. And, naturally, they want to do the deep-pocket one, which costs more. I begrudgingly tell them to just do it, hoping to move the process along.

Fourth problem. After at least another hour being cleaned, I am moved back to the room for the filling, and I am stuck waiting for the dentist for almost 2 more hours! By this time, I am feeling my blood sugar getting low, I can't eat or drink because I'm numb, and I tell the assistant I have to go, reminding them that I'm diabetic, yet again.

Fifth problem. The dentist FINALLY comes in, and is COMPLAINING about being late to go to a different office - and BERATES ME for having my teeth cleaned first!!! I tell her what the assistant told me but then the dentist CHASTISES me for, get this, NOT GOING IN SOONER! As if I knew ahead of time that my filling was going to fall out!! And, to make things worse, she started prepping a tooth that I knew was going to need a crown. I had NOT asked for that to be done at that visit, but before I could even speak, she began stripping the tooth!! I was numb, exhausted, and had no choice but to let her finish and put a temporary crown on.

After SIX (count them, 6!!!) HOURS, I was done and, by that time, I was getting sleepy and confused from my dropping blood glucose level. I was afraid to drive home. And, the cherry on top?? When I got home, and the numbness wore off, I felt something sharp on my tongue - and I discovered that one side of the filling had not been filled in!!

I am disgusted beyond words with this experience and I'm afraid to return to have the permanent crown put on and the filling fixed. After that next visit, I am never returning. They don't value me as a customer and they certainly don't respect my health.

Went in on a Saturday, wait was not long but the dentist moves like a sloth and just chit chats with staff about stuff and gets to you when he feels like. The first impression is not a great one here and the overall staff does not appear to be a welcoming one like my previous dentist office Abbey Dental where everyone smiles and makes you feel comfortable. Only one employee was welcoming but he lacked sophisticated manners although he was a nice person. I think I will be looking for another dentist only because I don't feel comfortable here. I cancelled my Saturday appointment with them.

P.S. tape was used for some of the machinery there and the dental tools were not bright and shiny, they appeared to have a residue on them, could have just been tape residue though but they did not appear to be updated and looked old.

Everyone is very nice. Even though I keep crying. They were very kind and helpful and made me feel comfortable. I got my wisdom teeth taken out and they didn't put me to sleep, but I didn't feel a thing. They are great. Dr Harry Golnazarian is amazing.

UPDATE: it has been over two weeks since I reached out to office no follow up from your staff . Prior to you ever responding with you pathetic attempt to have me reach out again I emailed your email and it has been over a week with no response. As I stated below this company only wants your money and lacks customer service. I refuse to ever go back to this company.
If i could give the office zero stars I would. I called to setup a biannual dental cleaning as a new patient. I made sure my insurance was covered and my appointment was set. The day of my appointment after getting my x-rays done they state the do not do cleanings on this day and I would need to reschedule. Angered as I was I rescheduled with office. My cleanings and x-rays are always covered in full but to my surprise I received a bill in the mail. I called my insurance and they stated they were actually out of network after I had verified with the practice they were in network. I have been contacting the office for over a week and only get the call center reps who can not help. This is the worse customer service ever! Do not go to this place they only want you for your money.

When my amazingly painful upper molar needed a dentist that would fit my Anthem blue cross insurance plan I was absolutely astounded and pleased that a dentist that would help mend my poor tooth was so close to where I live, even within walking distance of about two miles! Hurray! I couldn’t wait until I could have the simple pleasure of eating ice cream bereft of that achy breaky tooth that for the past month or so really throb. A few days later I I had my appointment set for that day at one even though a more appropriate dental time would of course be 2:30 ergo tooth hurty or tooth dirty . I also heard that the dentist as a joke likes to dress himself as Dracula because he said he has bat breath. Just joking. Actually the dentist named Dr Mir was very pleasant and abundantly compassionate to help me with my dental related needs. Dr mir was really super applying just enough novocaine so I wouldn’t feel hardly any pain whatsoever in what would ultimately be needed in that aching tooth to be yanked like a lawn mower. The entire time yesterday April 9, 2024 was around three hours and was being there ever worth it! I’m very gracious and pleased that I will be able to once again enjoy those simple pleasures like eating a snow one or ice cream without that harsh painful throb. Yikes! Thank the good Lord for Dr Mir and his spectacular staff😊😊😊

Came here once before it was close to the our house so it was convenient... it was kinda of eerie because they are almost like the only one in the whole strip mall... we got there a little early and there was no one there... well there was a lot of parking... nice and clean front office... my daughter and i both had appointments and we didn't have to wait long to be called... the staff was all pretty nice and helpful... the dentist was was so nice and very friendly... the dental hygienist was just as nice and friendly... and they both were very efficient... when i read some of the reviews i was unsure about this place but so far we haven't had any issues... plus they take the insurance that we are covered under... one thing that i liked is that they give you options to what you want to do as treatments and payments...

I had an appointment earlier today (10/17/23), for teeth extractions and immediate dentures. I wasn't in a lot of pain up until Dr. Amir got to a certain tooth. I needed another shot of the local anesthesia. While doing so, he and another dentist (the assistant) were making jokes.. trying to get me to laugh. Which it worked. Lol obviously their way of making me feel more comfortable.

I go in for my appointment today thinking that they're going to work on getting my partials ready from the mold of my teeth that was done months ago. No! More unnecessary x-rays and telling me that I need a root canal and a deep cleaning before I can get partials. All of this after getting angry with me earlier this year because I refused sedation. So they sent me packing way up to the Simmons location to have needed extractions. The lady dentist refused to listen to me and got huffy because I asked questions about my teeth, which they seemingly want to take all of them. Once again I'm in limbo dealing with this dental office. I'm beyond frustrated. They also try to pressure you into applying for funds for certain dental work. I will be reporting Absolute Dental to my insurance company and the BBB in that order.

The dentist was very thorough, informative and quick. The staff members are very polite and treated me like family. I will continue going to this place as long as I am a Vegas resident and will definitely recommend this place to any and everyone I come in contact with who's looking for a good place to have dental work performed. Thank God for Absolute Dental!!!!

I didn't like the fact that I wasn't allowed to be w my son during his exam n cleaning, he's only 7, I sat there with anxiety not knowing what was going on and where he was n if he was ok, I asked several times to be able to go with him n they denied me , he is a child, I disagree with this most definitely
