This is a well run medical clinic. They have really good personnel, including Robin, Kim, and Emily, Dr. Pliagas performed a radiofrequency ablation on my veins in both legs and did a great job. The procedure gave me great relief with stopping reflux in my ankles and feet. Fred Calixtro recommended the procedure and helped me to schedule the procedure. I highly recommend Fred to get things done I was always impressed with how clean the office was. I highly recommend ACV for your vascular issues.

I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Pliagas and the entire team for truly changing my dad’s life. For over 20 years, no one could figure out how to properly help him with his legs, and we had almost lost hope.
Dr. Pliagas took the time to really listen, understand, and care in a way we hadn’t experienced before. His level of attention, compassion, and expertise is exceptional. Thanks to him, my dad is finally getting the help he needed after all these years.

I had a kidney transplant a few years back at Mayo clinic I received what I considered the finest level of medical Care available to anybody in the world. And I want to say that everyone at this facility from the time you walk in the door you are their priority. The level of care and the professionalism of every single individual in this office is far above anything you will ever experience at any other medical facility in Las Vegas. Unfortunately I've had to be in a lot of the medical facilities and a lot of doctors in this town and these guys and their office are incomparable and if you have circulatory issues you will not find a more caring or competent provider to take care of your needs. And if you go on Thursday you get to me the doctor's dog scrubs LOL

Today I had my first appointment at this facility. Honestly, I haven’t had a procedure done yet and it has been the best experience I’ve had at a vascular center thus far! All staff members were friendly and informative. If you have vascular issues, this is the place to go!

Loved Dr. Pliagas and the entire office staff! So glad I found them. He was so wonderful with my elderly dementia-ridden mother... He also was very proactive about getting her procedures done asap. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone in the office was very nice. It’s a beautiful office with lots of windows and light in the waiting room.. The Dr was kind and easy to talk to. He explained things in a way that made sense to me. I left with my future testing dates already in place. I walked out feeling much better about my situation than I had walking in. Overall just a really great experience over all.

This was without a doubt, the best Dr appointment I have ever been to, and that's coming from someone who has nearly 40 surgeries and other issues spanning the past 10+ years.

Initially I thought the almost all 5-star reviews on Google were maybe fake, but after a single visit, I understand why this facility is rated so highly.

The Dr. reviewed the records I brought from the hospital before coming in the room. When he came in, we spent the first 20-30 minutes discussing my medical history (it's pretty complex) and what brought me to the point of the visit that day. Never once in my life has any other doctor asked to hear the background on my medical history beyond the specific item they specialized in. Not only was this Dr. listening, he was taking notes. After we finished discussing the details of the history, then he went through and gave his opinion on what potentially caused the issue, on how to proceed, and even reassured me that if there were any issues between now and our next appointment to call the office and they would get me in ASAP.

ACV Centers deserves a 10-star review for the level of competency that was on display during my appointment. A thank you and good review just doesn't seem like it's enough for me to give.

I couldn’t be more disappointed in my treatment by “Dr” Pilagas at ACV Centers. I was previously treated here, medically, by Dr Bernstein and his team – all very friendly and qualified, as was “Dr” Pilagas’ assistant Kim. “Dr” P. himself is very outgoing, perhaps overly so, with a really strange, quirky sense of humor. So I didn’t take him too seriously when he told me to lower my expectations for his sclerotherapy. MY BAD. I have done this many times before with great results although I don’t know that I have had Polidocanol injections? I probably should have investigated that more. We did do a test patch on the back of my leg. When I returned several months later, I was told it healed sufficiently enough to proceed with my other varicose and small spider veins.
Prior to the procedure we discussed my age (I’m in my 50s) and the fact that my veins would always return – which they have - as mentioned above I have them treated every few years. We noted that the procedure might not have the results I expected and I’m familiar with the side effects.
Fast forward over 2 months later, and following the post-procedure instructions given to me. Not only have my veins not healed, there is still bruising. And they have gotten worse - going from blue to purple! I also have new veins where I didn’t before leaving my legs unsightly. I called “Dr” P who invited me in for a complimentary follow up. What a waste of time.
I live across town - it’s an easy 30 minute drive – only to be told I was growing new veins - duh - based on my advanced age and my fair skin –WTH? Talk about adding insult to injury – literally. I didn’t have these issues before my treatment and I didn’t age that much in 2 months!! Perhaps this French formula is not good for me? When I told him I was actually in the best shape of my life, he scoffed in my face and just kept up with all kinds of B.S. I asked why he made me drive across town just to tell me how it was my fault? He said “I wanted to see you!”
At no time did he take any responsibility for the botched procedure or offer any recourse medically or financially. He just kept up the B.S. and saying it’s ok, it’s alright. No actually it’s not. I paid out of pocket as this was a cosmetic procedure.
I would strongly advise avoiding “Dr” Pilagas at all costs – medically and cosmetically. This guy is a joke and so is his work. I don’t understand why Dr. Bernstein is lowering his credibility working with this clown.
Lesson learned. I will not return.
