My mother saw Dr. Eudy regarding knee injection few weeks ago , and at the time of the appointment everything seemed straightforward—he said he would order the necessary medication and complete the required consent forms.
Unfortunately, what followed has been weeks of complete lack of communication and follow-through from the office. We have called numerous times, left multiple voicemails, and even made the long trip to the office in person, trying to reach his assistant, Adriana, without any success. None of our calls have been returned.
The pharmacy has also attempted to contact the office repeatedly, leaving messages with no response. Even the insurance company has tried to reach them, again with no reply. Because of this prolonged delay, the pharmacy is now canceling the order, and my mother will be forced to start the entire process over from the beginning.
This situation is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Delays like this directly impact patient care and quality of life, especially when someone is waiting for treatment to manage pain. We have had good experiences in the past with Intermountain Health, which makes this experience even more surprising.
At this point, we simply expect timely communication and basic follow-through. I hope the office improves its responsiveness so other patients do not have to go through the same experience.

I was referred to Dr. Eudy by a Nurse Practitioner I had met when we first relocated to Las Vegas from the Bay Area. In 2025 I had a hip replacement by Dr. Eudy. By the time I arrived for my two-week post surgery appointment, I actually felt amazing. I was not even using a cane or walker. This was truly a great experience and I honestly did not realize how much pain would be relieved. Thank you Dr. Eudy and your amazing staff for the fabulous care I received. I sincerely recommend Gloria his services to anyone who is looking for a highly skilled and excellent surgeon.

Dr Eudy ordered x rays of both knees & gave me a few options to choose from. I opted to have physical therapy & wear a brace on one knee & had a cortisone injection on the other & will have a follow up appointment in 2 months to see if this was the right choice for me.
