I was in an out in an hour and on a holiday weekend, as a walk-in. The doctor was very kind and gave me a precption. It was showing “less than busy” and I saw two taken back when I first walked in. Wish every doctor’s office, let alone a quick care, was this easy!

I've been here 3x in less than 2 months, just kept getting sick with whatever is going around. The medical staff are very friendly and helpful, doctors are definitely empathetic and highly qualified. Medicare patients beware! I was seen at this UMC Quick Care at Rainbow/Flamingo for an urgent respiratory condition. Registration clerk assured me that my Medicare B would be accepted for payment, and any small copay that I’m responsible for paying would come in the mail in 30 days. Great experience with the doctor, he prescribed appropriate meds to clear my condition. About 12 days later, I got an email bill from UMC’s billing dept showing I owed $186 and payment was immediately due. The following day, their billing dept sent me a 2nd reminder notice that I owed $186 and it was immediately due. Promptly, I sternly disputed this large, surprise bill with an email to UMC’s billing dept. Some 1 1/2 weeks later, I get a response from their billing dept saying that my balance was zero, and that they are awaiting pending Medicare payment! Outrageous inefficiency & consumer fraud! If you choose to be seen in this urgent care facility, and you’re paying your bill with Medicare B, beware of impending billing errors & incompetency of billing dept. Doctors are nurses were terrific!

Before checkin, I have a happy confirmation with A lady by call cs no., she is professional to study my appointment case and my insurance policy. And confirmed that no copay for my annual checkup this time, but I still experienced an unhappy checkin, another lady requested me to pay $35 because I was a new patient and she was not patient to my questions. And I have no choice at all and paid. I called again cs number , fortunately it is the lady again, she helped to communicate with the office who requested me to pay. Finally the office said that they would refund if it is unreasonable. Today I got the refund after almost one and half months . Thanks for your customer service team. Thanks for your help us as a new patient. You are great!

I called to ask about x-rays as my obgyn recommended me to a quick care to get them done as my birth control cannot be felt, and she kept explaining to me about the doctors needing to order it. While traveling from out of state for work, I needed some quick medical care and was recommended by a local to visit UMC Quick Care. I was so glad I took the recommendation. They were very welcoming, patient, and calm. I was checked in quickly and had a very short wait before I was seen. The staff members I encountered (Ceale AR, Cecille RN, and Dr Zarrini) were friendly and good listeners and they knew exactly what to do. I was in and out within an hour, feeling much better. Nurse Cecille was so personable and funny, which really helped take the anxiety out of my visit. Big thanks to them all for their care!

Doctor should not be practicing medicine - she completely failed to listen toe or treat my injury.

We had an unexpected visit today, we were both very scared my 5 year old trip and hit her head On the edge of my bed causing a lot of blood , the umc team treated us immediately and made us feel at home, Vic, mary ann, and cecille were just awesome nurses 🥺 they were so gentle and caring.

I have been coming here over a decade now! Yes, I said over a decade each and every interaction that I’ve had whether it’s on urgent care side or make an appointment has been nothing but pleasant. Everybody is kind, courteous professional, to say the least. I have never even waited one full hour to be seen and I mean fully seen from checking in to leaving out with my prescriptions. I’ve never waited over an hour in over 10 years. I am not exaggerating. Today I was seen by E. Tadina NP VIC RN and Mary Ann RN. When I tell you each one of these ladies gave me the upmost respect, I am not exaggerating they were professional, kind and courteous, dealing with something that may be a little embarrassing for others. I recommend coming here to each and every person reading these comments that live in NEVADA or possibly even visiting! You will be more than happy with such great care, kindness, and above all professional medical care given.

Wish I could give ten stars! I'm still in shock from how quickly they helped me. The most shocking though is how friendly everyone was. I had called with questions and Anna was awesome. Then when I arrived that is who helped check me in, so friendly. I have never experienced such fast service when it comes to healthcare. The gentleman that got my vitals was also awesome. Everyone moves with urgency. Dr. Nguyen and Anthony helped make sure I had the right prescription and was out the door in about 30 minutes. Added bonus was the CVS across the street!

A bit of attitude when you first walk in (they behave like if you were to ask for a free favor ) at least they get the job done somehow , but NEVER pay with a card for any reason they will keep charging on it over and over month after month , also if you happened to paid them in cash they will keep charging your insurance or sending never ending messages that you still have a balance to pay but they never itemize nor explain a detail of the new diferent charges every 2 weeks even when you came only once about 6 months ago

If I could give a negative star I would. First time coming here. Older male doctor with white hair was sleazy to me. Experience that I never thought would happen to me. The office also charged me additional charges after the fact that I was not notified would occur. When I reported the conduct of the doctor & the charges, they said I received "service" so owed the money despite not being notified that that would occur. They said they "looked into" the doctors conduct and the matter was closed. I have tried for months to dispute these things, but because I'm a girl on her own against their "system" nothing could be resolved. The woman I spoke to said there is no higher authority to appeal to and that she was it. It's not like it was a million dollars I owed to them, but it was the principle of what occurred to me. They don't care.

I came in for my appointment today and had a really disappointing experience with the receptionist. I changed insurance recently, and her tone and manner just to say that my doctor “technically” shouldn’t see me today was off putting. She could’ve just told me to call my insurance next time to list my doctor as my primary instead of what she said. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, making my BP high and it stayed high when I was finally called in. I like the rest of the staff, but I hope the office can work on improving and professionalism with the front desk.

Excellent Service! Almost no waiting, great medical staff (nurse and doctor) and really really sharp admin staff. I took my 75 year old sister-in-law, who is a cancer patient (in treatment elsewhere) who had developed a persistent dry cough. The nurse and doctor were both very thorough, attentive and highly professional. They did a chest X-ray and all the normal diagnostics and prescribed a med to ease the coughing urges. My sis felt better, and was very relieved that this was a temporary and normal outcome of her condition.
This location will always be my first choice!!!!

This place is the best. Yesterday we went to CareNow, it's totally different (no star for them). UMC staff are very nice and kindly no one moody at all. We came at 6:30pm and Doctor came in to see and diagnosis my husband finished around 6:50 pm. This never happened at any urgent care we had visited. I was told all my expenses were covered by my insurance and paid my copay. I got a bill for about $10 in the mail. The service was for a screening for depression/mental health issues. I was not screened for that at all. I went in for a chest pain issue. I contacted the billing to run a dispute as I was never sat down and asked any questions regarding my mental health or if I’ve used any drugs etc. and billing told me they would dispute and for me to not pay the bill. Today I get a notice telling me it’s gone past due and to pay it now. I paid it to avoid my credit absolutely tanking, but I am very upset about being charged for services I never received. Regardless of the price it’s the principle. Just avoid this place if you don’t want to deal with a headache afterwards

My husband and I live right around the corner on flamingo and Jones. This is our regular, go to place for when we are sick… We normally don’t see the doctor, as we are healthy and working full-time, but every time we go into this particular location of rainbow and flamingo, we usually see Dr. Vu. The team he works with on weekends, particularly on Sunday are awesome! They get you in, and out within about 1/2 hour. I highly recommend them, especially for when you’re going to see them for a nasty cough or cold, as they usually prescribe an anabiotic and a tessalon pearl to get you to stop coughing. They are always quick to recommend vitamins that help you as well! I have nothing but great things to say about this location! Keep up the great work.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My 15 yr old is sick. Actually sick the last 2 days before Winter Break. She asked to go to quick care like we have many times in the past. Everyone was nice but when it came to actually being cared for, they missed the ball here. First, the doc only tested for Strep and nothing else. Said the test was negative that she had a virus. Sent her home with no medication. Fast forward 8 days later. My daughter is even more sick. Took her to the pediatrician. Whom was throughout and tested for Strep, COVID and the flu. Come to find out my daughter has both Strep and Flu B. I think the doc at Quick Care got his medical degree from a cereal box and should never practice medicine. My poor child has been sick her entire Winter break so far because he failed to do his job. If you want to actually have a doctor take care of you. I repeat DO NOT GO HERE!!!

M Arsulo, NP was a great provider. she was able to remove palm needle (2.2 cm) that has been stuck in my finger for 2 months now. I was seen at Spring Valley ER and i was told they could not find anything on my finger with xray. i suffered for 2 months until M. Arsulo took it out today. She was great, excellent Provider and she did a wonderful job. The staff and nurses are great as well, Vic, Cecille and Mary Ann. Excellent work and service was provided to me. I will recommend this QC to everybody i know. Thank you so much.

On May 24th I brought my 5 year old daughter to Spring Valley Quick Care with severe stomach pain. Our intake nurse CC was so patient and caring w/her very helpful with everything. We ended up seeing Dr Dilauro who was also very caring, and patient a very good Dr. We were also helped by nurse Marianne who was also helpful, sweet, kind, caring. Once again Nurse CC thank you so much for being so delicate and caring with my daughter in such a painful situation for me and my daughter. Stay far away from this quick care service - it's a disaster waiting to happen. The service is beyond terrible, and I mean beyond. I'd rate it 0 stars if I could, but unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest. Honestly, this place should come with a warning label. Save yourself the headache and find a different place to go unless you're in a life-or-death situation. Trust me, this is the worst quick care you'll ever encounter - believe me, you've been warned.

My daughter is sick and we came in close to closing around 6:45 pm. The lady up front was extremely nice and got us taken care of quickly. It probably helped there were no other patients. We got called to the back within 5 minutes. It's now 7:40 and still no doctor. I peeked my head out to see why we are still not seen. Both nurses were rude, gave me attitude and lied to my face. Saying they were busy. Yet they are sitting in the same spots when we walked in. I highly suggest for people to be in this line of work. To have better personalities and actually want to help people. I went today to UMC urgent care with a sinus, allergy ear infection along with a positive result for UTI, the first person m mistreating me was the nurse who spent about 30 mints + asking questions that didn't make sense and inquiring about medications I haven taken for a long time. They didn't care about my headache or ear ache much les the UTI. When the asian practitioner nurse enter the room he wanted to do a covid 19/coronavirus test. I said no I don't have a cold I have a sinus/allergy, head aches and ear ache plus I feel like I had a UTI which results came up positive. This practitioner nurse prescribed me 3 medications, one of them the insurance didn't cover and I had to pay full price. The only medication that had to do with my symptoms was the ear drops. He gave me no antibiotics for sinus and Uti infections but for bladder spasams that I don't have and red pills that we can buy over the counter like uricalm. To all this he got paid for doing nothing. When I asked him what antibiotic he's b given me he said the urinal red pills would help with sinus and blather infection. He lied straight on my face. What is the government and medical system doing to us? I am home now with terrible symptoms a headache and UTI. Those quick care with their practitioner nurses should be close down.

My son and I were seen at the location on Sunday, April 7th. We got in right away because no one was there. I was not the promptness that I have issues with it was the check in and the staff. My son and I showed with signs of bronchitis, poss strep throat and flu. Before the doctor left us, he advised that he would be prescribing us antibiotic, steroids, vials albuterol for our nebulizer, cough syrup and allergy meds. When I go to the pharmacy, they only had 2 scripts for us each, cough syrup and allergy meds. I call the quick care and asked that someone call us back or call the meds in for us. I was told someone would call. Nothing. Next day called again and was advised that they were too busy to call us back, but they had the message to call us, again, Nothing. This morning my son and I went to a different location and they were wonderful. We felt heard and helped, finally! My son and I will not be returning to the Spring Valley location ever again. They were Nothing but a waist of time.

Went in for my 2 boys and my self front desk — Awesome people did not wait long at all quick visit Issue was and main concern was I took my kids for coughing and congestions gave them the medicine the doctor had provided ( Maria Barlaan, Np) she literally prescribed a medication for a stomach issue I had spoken about to her that they had already been treated for previously when asking for medical history in the last month .. gave my oldest the medicine she gave us it’s been 8 days today and he did not get any better had to give them a call to reach their attention on what had happened and had to take my pocket money so my son can get over the counter medication late night while they have insurance.. my self as well had to visit twice after I finished my first set of medication and it didn’t help at all went yesterday to get checked out in 24 hrs since taking my new meds feel 70% better already thank you ( Marie Po, Np)! overall just very unsatisfied with an uneducated Doctor in this location who prescribed literally wrong medication for my self and my kids and had to come back for a second time when this economy is hard to be wasting money left and right ! 👎🏻 will be taking legal action!

I should charge them for an hour of my time. Reported the so called appointment to my insurance company. 😞

I needed an emergency visit and found this clinic near me. I took time off of work because I know how long doctor visits can be. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Cecille and she immediately started collecting my medical insurance info. Shortly after, I was called back by a wonderful RN Vic. She recorded my medical history and took me to a room where I would meet Dr. Jaojoco. He listened to my concerns and prescribed treatment on the spot. LPN Maryann came in next to deliver what was needed. I left the clinic with my problem resolved, and surprised that the appointment took less than an hour start to finish. I highly recommended this clinic. Not only is everyone here very professional, they are also respectful of your time.

Maritess Arsulo is a terrible “doctor” (she’s not an MD or NP). She told me my heart problem diagnosis I’ve had for 5 years was incorrect and tried to un-diagnose me. My cardiologist wanted me to come here for Iv Fluids and instead I was told my diagnosed heart problem is “probably anxiety”.
I really liked the check in ladies and the last man who gave me my discharge papers, they were really nice and caring. Too bad I left in tears. Steer clear.

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Please do not go here! Save yourself a headache! Andrea narag was the worst! She rushes thru everything!( with a horrible fake attitude) They make you feel like ur taking their time! Specially if you are a new patient! The doctor will take like 6 months to see you! They even canceled my appointment and they never called me! When i went to my appointment they said i had to reschedule again and it would be another 5 months!! They are extremely unprofessional! I was never able to see my actual doctor! I had to find a new doctor!

Did not look clean. Did take me 3 1/2 hours in and out. They are really slow. I was super thirsty so I did ask for a water. Yes I was told, however they had to bring it from the back. It never came. So sat there over 1 hr later dehydrated and not feeling well. I will definitely pick another UMC next time.

Front desk was great. Intake nurse was good too. Doctor I saw was trash. He rushed through everything. He wasn’t in my room for more than 5 min. And it wasn’t even busy at the clinic. One person was in front of me when I checked in. Doctor also told me he didn’t know what a Covid home test was and what they do when I asked for a more accurate Covid test than the one I used at home. He then proceeds to give me a rapid test, but they swear “it’s the better one that’s more accurate than the home test”. Okay, sure.

We moved do Spring Valley a few years ago and started coming to this UMC during COVID. The office has friendly staff and doctors and the wait is almost always tollerable. We come often on the weekends when our regular doctor’s office is closed. We are usually in and out in less than 90 minutes. I am usually here with my daughter and they are great with kids.

I had a dog bite and just needed to get to a quick cafe. I came here because it was close by. However, everyone here has been so nice, calm, super explanatory, and gentle with my hand. From Vic the RN that was there tonight, to MarryAnn the LPN, and Steven Gish the PA, everyone was so soft, kind, and again gentle with my wounds. They were all super nice people, and took the edge out of “going to the doctors”. I know it’s not much, but thank you all for being so kind. This is my go to now for anything, a friendly staff goes the entire way for me, and especially in a setting where no one really wants to be there. I don’t know anyone who is excited to go to the doctor. Thank you again, have a great rest of your shift.

Dr. Samuel Auerbach helped me with my ear I somehow got a huge piece of cotton inside my ear that had been in there for at least a few months before I even realized it and nurse Cecile and Maryann flushed my ear out, and when the wax came out, I was dizzy I had an imbalance that’s how bad it was. Thank God they helped me because I have three children at home who need me this place is very clean fast and caring. They also listen to my life story with so much care if I ever need to come here again I will definitely do so, and I will also bring my children here and trust them. I am not a person to write reviews but I am so upset by the way I was treated by Elsie in Registration . It is unacceptable to receive this kind of treatment in a medical facility, i came here because I need to be seen , I have medical insurance. she said she couldn’t just search it and to me she didn’t want to help me and as I am getting on the phone with my insurance she says she found it . I simply told her it’s a matter of wanting to help and then she started to treat me even worse . I will take this upon higher management because it is very rude and unprofessional of a person. To give anyone this kind of treatment! Just because I decided to speak up , I have insurance and I did not want her to register me without inputting it in .
