This place has been my kid's Peds since she was born. But last few years the place has changed a bit and the last Doc my daughter saw, she did not feel comfortable at all and requested we change Peds. The guy was a bit creepy talking about personal girl stuff to a 12 year old in front of her dad. This was a strange topic to bring up when the visit was really about her having shortness of breath during PE class at school. My wife and I were even a bit uneased ourselves, but I kept it professional and tried to shield my daughter from the creepiness. Siena was great when it was located at St Rose and Eastern. Ever since the move, things just never felt the same. But I wish them the best.

Went into the office today for my sick daughter and received the best care from such supportive staff members. Nurse Tori truly goes over and beyond and treats her patients with kindness and compassion. Chan from billing was so nice and helpful with all my billing questions and answered everything with understanding and respect. I also had the pleasure to meet Julie the office manager. Julie made me feel heard and understood as an overwhelmed mom and showed such a great amount of love and affection towards myself and my daughters. I hands down love this office and its staff and respect them dearly!

We LOVE Siena Pediatrics! As a Pediatric ICU nurse, I have love the care we have gotten at Siena Pediatrics and would highly recommend them as your Pediatrician!!

The front office staff is quick to check you in, get your next appointment or help you with paperwork. The same-day sick visits were everything we could hope for; with quick in office results from viral swabs.

The nurses were kind and warm to my children. The office was clean and organized well. The medical staff answered my questions and concerns. The kids love the movies and decoration on the walls of the office.

I felt like I was a member of the team caring for my children and would highly recommend Dr. Carrie and her team at Siena Pediatrics.

The doctors are nice but I didn’t feel like they actually listen. On the baby well visits they don’t even look at her ears or mouth. They don’t really give any useful advice. Dr Carrie said my baby is teething without even looking inside her mouth. And no she is still not teething almost 2 months after that appointment. One of the nurses is giving false information. She was arguing with us how to wipe our daughter’s downstairs when changing diapers. She said “always wipe from back to front”. She was also very clumsy, she dropped the needles to the floor when giving shots to my baby. Just something you don’t want to see when someone is taking care of your baby.

If you are looking for a place where everyone is nice then sure go here but if you need help with your kids then run to the other way! The only thing this place will look is the growth chart. If that’s fine then there can’t be any other issues.

We decided to find another doctor because I had a feeling my baby is not being normal fussy baby and I couldn’t trust this place. The other doctor found out she has UTI. I’m so glad I trusted my mama gut feeling and went elsewhere.

My daughter was a patient in 2014 and I left the practice because they kept pushing for the flu shot and I was also never given full informed consent about vaccines, and Its injured my daughter. If Dr. Lilly all those years ago gave me the about the risks of vaccines I would have no done any. It's your job to do no harm to the patient, but you only care about the bonuses insurance companies give you for vaccines completed by a certain age. I am glad I stopped using physical doctor offices and have a great online doctor to use because, forcing vaccines to see a doctor is Unlawful and against the numberg code. Also to the owner, its facts, more people are waking up and I should have said no to all vaccines and not let my child been seen by a doctor who is very pro vaccine. Plus remember your comments are public and screen shots are forever.

Took my special needs child here looking for help with medication. Told we needed a behavioral specialist . Still waiting for a referral after 9 business days and the dr was very aware of how dire my situation is with my child. The front desk people were nothing short of rude and condescending . I love the doctor and the nurses here but the front desk always the one to ruin it. I called to ask where I can take my baby to get her blood drawn for allergies she stated it is a nurses question. She asked for my daughters info so I gave it to her and she asked me if I have the paper and I said yes I was just not sure where to take it and I was ok I see CPL and she said yes and I was like ok where is CPL do I just google it and she said this is why I said this is for a nurse question cause you’re gona be asking me a lot of question and I wont not know the answer. When we visited to get the health certificate signed for school enrollment, the front desk staff told us, “We have a significant backlog, and it may take up to 10 days. However, if you’d like to pay $35, we can sign the document immediately.”

As a physician and new mom it was daunting to choose a pediatrician for my first baby. I was referred here by my obgyn who takes her son here and I have so far been blown away by this office. From the front desk, ma’s, referrals, and billing staff everyone has been really friendly and the office runs very smoothly and efficiently. We have seen Dr shah in the hospital and office and NP Nicole who are both very sweet. There is a bit of a wait to get in to see Dr. Carrie but she is definitely worth the wait. She is sunshine in human form, extremely knowledgeable and welcoming, and I feel like my baby is in good hands here. Since coming here I have realized that neighbors and my favorite nurse from work all take children here and I have since referred my work colleague as well. As a bonus this office is adorable and makes adults and children alone smile walking through the doors.

Update: I want to give a special shout out to Suzetta, the referral/prior auth coordinator. She is extremely fast, has excellent and clear communication, and is on top of her stuff. Because of her we had an ultrasound on a Monday at 1 pm, stat referral placed later that afternoon once resulted, referral authorized by Tuesday morning, and we were in to see a specialist on Thursday. Absolutely unheard of. Fast coordination and dedication to patient care like this is what saves lives and we appreciate her and the whole staff.

Dr Carrie was the first pediatrician I met at the hospital after having my oldest and she was so warm and loving towards my baby that I knew she was the pediatrician we wanted to see. Stay far away from this place. The nurses are robots they repeat the same questions you already answered constantly call my daughter a boy because they can’t take 1 second out of their day to look at my baby or her chart.

The nurse had an attitude when my baby wasn’t stripped down to a diaper when the nurse didn’t tell me to. She then asked if I breastfeed her as I had my daughter currently breastfeeding on my chest at the time. I had to change her diaper because they took so long coming to the room and the nurse acted like we were such an inconvenience and we should’ve done it before. Mind you, we waited an hour before seeing the doctor with a newborn she gets needy and sitting in an office that long is very inconvenient.

When the nurse took us to get her weight we were just standing in the hallway with a naked newborn fussing for 5 minutes because they only have 2 areas to measure and they both had people in them and they measured my newborn with another family in the room. Very unprofessional.

We did like Dr. Carrie and that’s why we came to this practice but the rest of the staff is just incompetent.

After years of attending Siena I attempted to make an appt for my kids. For the receptionist to speak over me. Inform me that I have to book all my kids on different days. And that they were just informed of the policy, i didn’t ask for the same time frame i simply asked for the same day. Four kids and four days of appointments is just not possible.

Dr. Carrie and her team are absolutely amazing. My son had been struggling with constipation for a while, and as a parent, it was really stressful and hard to watch. From the very beginning, the team took the time to come up with a thoughtful treatment plan and they are always kind and patient, even when we had lots of questions.

The staff is just as wonderful—every visit felt calm and supportive. The office manager, especially, is incredibly kind and compassionate. She always made us feel welcomed and went out of her way to help us. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my son got the care he needed—and thanks to them, he’s doing so much better now.

We have been going here for 5 years. Dr Carrie is absolutely amazing - she listens and cares about her patients. When both of my kids were born, she checked on them at the hospital, especially when my daughter was in the NICU. It meant the world to me. We've had great experiences with the other current doctors as well. The nurses are incredibly helpful and we always get help after hours when we call. The office staff are friendly and helpful, too. I love the environment in the lobby and how kind everyone is.

We left for a very short time and ended up coming back because nothing is like Dr Carrie's office! We felt more comfortable here and loved the atmosphere. At the time, the office staff were not as friendly and the phones were not answered as often. Those issues have changed! We will never make the mistake of leaving again.

One star because the admin staff was great and my wait time was always less than 5 min. However, I couldn't stay because I didn't trust the pediatrician, Dr Carrie, or the nurse practitioner, Nicole Cash, with the overall health of my baby boy. My 3 week old was showing text books symptoms of pyloric stenosis and after bringing this up to the np brushed it off as a paranoid first time mom and instead prescribed reflux medication. Later that night I trusted my gut and took him to ER pediatrics and they confirmed my suspicions, he no longer could digest anything and required surgery within hours. Had I listened to the np his situation could've been critical. After hearing about our experience the doctor promised me I would no longer be seeing the np but then after a couple of appointments she was back to rescheduling us with other staff. She also started recommending things I couldn't get behind like introducing solids at 2 months (he couldn't even hold his head up at this point). Not being able to trust your child's pediatrician is not a good feeling so we switched. Always trust your gut, you know your baby best.

What can I say siena pediatrics is the best I came in as a walk in and was accepted right away yes can you believe that same day appointment and the providers and all the staff were amazing. Since I starting bring my children to Siena Pediatrics there has been a lot of changes. We seen Dr. Beatrice recently and we love her. Absolutely highly recommend especially if you want the best care. We’ve been with them since 2018 and I’m always in awe with how amazing the entire staff is. No matter what kinda doctor visit you are going in for or who you are seeing. They make you feel heard, important I always tell parents how important it is that you advocate for your kids. I’m happy to say they also have gone above and beyond with any concerns I have. My kids also feel comfortable with talking about any concerns they have. I trust them not just because they are doctors but because of the love they so very clearly have for their practices.

I can honestly say that this practice is very warm and friendly! We used to see Dr. Carrie with my first daughter. Loved her, but she’s POPULAR & hard to see. When my second was born, we started seeing Dr. Spencer and she is equally if not more amazing! She always is so enthusiastic, kind, and warm when we see her. We’ve had to see her a lot since my second child is so young, and one of my favorite things about her is that she always listens to and includes my eldest, who always wants to be included and “given a check up”. We always too forward to seeing her and her turtle (iykyk).

In the few years we’ve been going to Siena, my only complaint would’ve been that it used to be SO HARD to get someone on the phone there. However since I’ve had my second child, that issue has been remedied and their front desk staff is so lovely, kind, and helpful! We love Siena!

We only keep coming back here because of Dr. Carrie. When I had my first son in 2021 she was so helpful and kind to me as I was having a rough time with a colicky child. She did everything she could to help. However, the office staff is absolutely horrid and this has been my experience the majority of the time. They rarely answer the phone, the nurses line does not call back, the receptionist has picked up the phone and sent me straight to voicemail multiple times. Because of this if I have had an emergency I have had to just show up because I can’t get through to anyone via phone. Wait times can be really bad, one time i was in the lobby with a crying baby for over an hour. Additionally have had issues with billing in the past and it was exasperated because the lady didn’t speak great English. Again, I have only kept putting up with this because I love Dr. Carrie and I have not found another doctor that has made it worth the switch for me.

I have not have much of any problems with this pediatric office. I was sad to see Dr. Chase leave, but I love working with Dr. Carrie and Dr. Ann as well. I want to take a moment to also mention Nika, who works up front. Every time we come for an appointment she’s always super helpful and even when I call she picks up and will take care of my issue/ concern super quick ! 10/10 all around office !

Our journey with Siena Pediatrics began on a high note with Dr. Chase. She is well reviewed and her bedside manner was excellent. Tragically, this beacon of trust quickly dimmed, leaving us navigating a storm of unprofessionalism, deceit, and sheer disrespect.

During the 10 months we were a part of Siena Pediatrics, we had 3 unannounced Doctor changes. We were not told our assigned pediatrician had left the practice until we arrived at the next scheduled appointment. However, the already unnerving frequency of unannounced doctor switches was eclipsed by an alarming episode during our latest visit. The nurse's lamentable communication skills aside, it's the blatant lack of professionalism that truly appalls. Overhearing a nurse and a supposed “doctor” engage in an egregiously unprofessional conversation about our valid concerns is not only unacceptable but a slap in the face to every patient trusting this establishment with their child's well-being. (Office Tip: Don't say unprofessional things about patients when your office's walls are paper thin).

The saga took a darker turn when “Doctor” Matt entered the scene. To our dismay, we learned he was not a doctor at all but a Physician Assistant. There’s no issue with consulting a PA; the issue is the audacious deception from both "Doctor" Matt and Sienna not informing us we were seeing a PA. His brazen introduction as a "Doctor", the clear misrepresentation of his credentials, is a breach of trust that borders on the unforgivable. How does Siena Pediatrics justify letting a PA masquerade as a doctor? Is this their standard?

When coupled with the inexcusably flippant and dismissive manner with which they addressed our vaccine concerns, it paints a grim picture of an establishment in dire need of both ethical and professional overhauls. (Siena accidently gave the wrong vaccine to a child not long ago, and all we asked for were a list of vaccines manufacturers so we can make sure they don't give the wrong vaccine to our daughter. In every other field this is called due diligence, at Siena it's apparently taboo).

The continuous shroud of secrecy, the palpable lack of integrity, and the sheer audacity to deceive and belittle concerned parents is an indictment of Siena Pediatrics' failing standards. It’s more than a service misstep; it’s a violation of trust, a scar on the very face of medical professionalism.

We're unequivocally done with Siena Pediatrics, and we'll ensure our experience is shared far and wide. Perhaps they should reflect upon whether they should even be operating if this is the “care” they provide.

Furthermore, this isn't an issue we're taking lightly. Given the gravity of the breaches we've experienced, both in trust and in professional conduct, we're compelled to escalate our concerns. We will be reporting this entire incident to the medical board. It's imperative that regulatory bodies are made aware of such disturbing lapses in judgment and ethics. No patient or parent should ever be misled or treated with such blatant disregard, especially in a sector as crucial as healthcare. It's our hope that by shedding light on these practices, we prevent other families from experiencing the same disappointment and betrayal that we faced at the hands of Siena Pediatrics.

Just a friendly suggestion to the gentleman that answered my call a few minutes ago that the next time he gives his excuse as to why he doesn’t take a certain type of insurance to make sure that it’s a believable lie because he doesn’t know who is on the other end. it could be oh, let’s say a biller for a medical facility that knows about what pricing is for an office visit for a new patient. Let’s not confuse the person and try and scare them with the possibility of “having to pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars” after the visit. Just be actually honest and just say you don’t like the fee schedule. As you stated primary pays and secondary picks up what primary didn’t and let’s not forget the 80 20 rule 70 30 rules so by the time that secondary picks up half of that charge is already gone so your hundreds actually is $10 but he was nice about it.

My sons have been seeing Matt (PA) since 2020. We moved here from California and it was really tough finding a reputable Pediatrician and office. We were referred to Siena Peds by a friend of ours and we had such an excellent experience every time. But sadly, they change their staff around frequently and our experience this last physical appointment was horrible. I want to say that this review is not for Matt. He is excellent and has always been. This review is for one of the medical assistants in the office. I'm unsure her name, I was so offended and upset that I just wanted my sons' physicals to be done so we can leave. She was Nicole Cash APRN's assistant. A tall Caucasian or Hispanic older woman who was wearing royal blue scrub pants that day. I was running late for their appointment and called the office. I spoke with Oscar who was kind enough to let me know that there is a 20 minute grace period and that as long as I make it, we will be fine. I asked him to communicate this with the doctor or NP and he assured he would. I'm a nurse myself (in Pediatrics too!) and I understand how important it is to keep appointments and to show up on time. But sometimes things happen that are out of our control and I was courteous and called in advance to notify this office. As we walked in, I was asked to sign in by a gentleman in the front. My sons sat down in the lobby like they always do and waited patiently. The front desk was going through things with me at the front and asked me for some updates. While engaged in conversation, I hear a medical assistant (assuming Nicole Cash's assistant for the day) yelling at my children while others watched. I asked her to stop and said "excuse me" in a firm voice. She yelled at my children and told them "You guys are already late. Why is your other brother not here. Where the hell is your mom". I asked her to stop and to direct her conversation towards and me and not my kids. I guess there was a mix up with the appointments, which was not my fault. This is the scheduler's fault and was not communicated to the clinical staff. I work in pediatrics as well and I know how important it is to be patient and kind. This assistant was the complete opposite. My sons are teenagers and although they don't look like little babies, they are very much pediatric patients and deserve to be treated with respect. I asked her not to speak to us and there was another assistant who came out to get my sons and I from the lobby. She was an African American medical assistant (sorry I did not get her name but wanted to give her kudos) and was so respectful and was amazing with my sons. Nicole Cash APRN was amazing as well and was very caring during our visit. I'm not sure who this new assistant is or what her name was. This is the first time we have ever been treated like this. I'm still so upset with the way she treated my kids that I'm going to make sure that I call the managers on Monday to make sure she does not do this again to any other family. She should not be employed in a pediatrics office nor any medical setting with the way she displayed her anger in front of everyone. I'm sure there are cameras in the lobby and footage can be easily replayed. We will be going to another office from now on because of her and I will make sure to get the word out in the community as well. I also want to say, don't ever judge people by how they look, what they wear etc. I knew this was the case as soon as she saw my kids and I. Both my sons are top athletes at their school, get excellent grades and I have been in nursing for over 10 years. But because I look young and my sons are teenagers or maybe because we are minority, she treated us like we were trash. Such a same that's how society is now and this woman is a part of the problem.

Worst dr office experience I've ever had! I thought it night just be a bad day here and there but the last three times I've had to take my son in it's always the same. They dont ever answer the phone, they dont have open spots for sick apts., you get a different dr. everytime you go, the staff is rude and miserable, and to top it all off the dr doesnt even tell you hes done with the appt. and walks out without asking if you have questions. After two appts having issues with getting prescriptions, the rude nursing staff gave me three different excuses before finally telling me that they do not order the prescriptions until they close. One of those times they never did and I had to go to urgent care overnight just to get some medicine. Save yourself some time, money, and frustration and look elsewhere for a better practice.

It’s not so much that we left after being there for 10+ years, it’s how we left that you should read.

My son had an appointment. As usual, they were running late. No biggie, it happens. After waiting in the room for over an hour, I left as I had appointments for work that afternoon too.

I spoke with the manager whose words will forever be etched into my head as bad service personified: “you should have scheduled your visit on a day when you don’t have appointments”

She didn’t have an answer when I asked her why they can’t keep to a schedule. When I asked why they don’t let parents know if they’re running 1+ hours behind, she said they didn’t have the time to do that.

So if you’re looking for a place who will absolutely value their time over yours, you’ve found it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for that attitude you’ve come to expect at 3am at an IHOP.

Dr. Matthew is incredible and it’s a shame he’s limited by the incompetence of this office staff.

We have been coming here for the past 10 years, since my daughter was born and I'm sad to say it's gone drastically down hill. The receptionist/s seem to change often and some seem to even lack training or knowledge for being in a medical setting and dealing with insurance coverage. For instance, demanding an insurance card and each appt and stating it's because the insurance requires it when submitting a claim is laughable. I've been working in the same field for a lot longer than some of these girls have been out of diapers, and I can tell you with 100% assurance, this is not true. copy the card once for you files. There is a claims mailing address on the back of the card.. , then you submit your claim there for payment. That's it! No card needed each time! I have learned to deal with this incompetence unfortunately over the years, what really angers me is when I call with a sick child and they are booked out days if not more than a week for an appt. You have how many providers in your office? I have NEVER been able to get my daughter in for a same day sick appt.. what's the point in having a well side and a sick side in your office if you can never accommodate the sick kids?! Your office needs to look at how it's scheduling and perhaps overbooking other appointments since you are not able to accommodate sick children in a timely manner.

Dr.Chuck is THE absolute best. We were late to appointment so the manager said they could only see one child, once Dr.Chuck saw us having both kids in the room, he said he will see both. Recently we moved to north west and was thinking of changing pediatricians, not anymore, although we are 40 minutes away from here, it’s worth the drive to continue getting care from a caring healthcare provider. I’m literally in awe of this place. I switched from an overbooked, inattentive pediatrician told to this dream office full of people who never seem to be running late, yet always give you all the time and care you need for your child. This is especially important when you’re freaking out over your sick child and don’t want to feel like they don’t have time for every question you have. One time my 2 y/o son didn’t like one of the doctors and seemed scared of him (even though he was super nice, he was large and hairy), so they brought in another doctor within 3-4 minutes tops to evaluate him. We love love love this place! Dr Chuck is so wonderful and gives our bubba the very best care. We love the girls on the front desk and all the nurses. Everyone has always shown us kindness and worked hard to help us any way they can. I feel safe and reassured knowing Dr Chuck is there to care for our son. We have been taking our son to Siena Pediatrics since we moved to Vegas in 2013. We love the doctors and staff. We have always felt like we picked the best doctors in town. Our newest doctor to our family is Dr Chuck, my son really likes him and he has great bedside manners. The only negative I have is that you can never get a same day sick appointment, even if you call first thing in the morning. That was not the case a few years ago. It is hard to not be able to get your child seen when they are sick. Then my only option is to take him to urgent care which is an unfamiliar place and not his doctor. Hopefully, they see this review and can improve that one area. Otherwise, we can’t eat enough good stuff about the place.

I have had such a wonderful experience at Siena Pediatrics. My first appointment was a prenatal appointment with Dr. Carrie. She spent about thirty minutes speaking with me and I knew right away that Siena was the place for us. When my son was born, she happened to be rounding at the hospital that day. When she came to our room, she instantly lit up with excitement because she had met me before. She did an exam of my son and also discussed what we had talked at the prenatal appointment. I was shocked and so thrilled to hear that she had remembered EVERYTHING we had spoken about six weeks prior.
My son is now 14 months old and we have had numerous well and sick visits. The front office staff is always kind and accommodating and the medical assistants are very helpful. Whenever I call in a panic, they calm me down with facts and information. I have also had to deal with Tracy in the billing deparment, who has gone above and beyond for me.
We have seen most of the providers at the practice. We are partial to Dr. Carrie and Dr. Chuck because they are wonderful, but have had an overall great experience with everyone.

I’ve had both good and bad experiences here. Mostly good. I used to see Dr. Rema a LONG time ago before she opened her own practice and she was amazing. Then we saw whoever. The bad: brought my 1 year old in last year because he fell off the couch and cried whenever he put weight on his arm so we thought it was broken. Ali didn’t think it was broken because it didn’t FEEL broken. She wanted us to give it a few days but my husband is a PA and he insisted they give us the X-RAY order. We went in and got it X-rays immediately and sure enough his arm was broken. The good: We see Dr. Chuck and he is the BEST. He connects with my kids. He listens to all my concerns and doesn’t rush us. He’s very kind and a great provider. We’ve never had to wait too long either. But I know every day differs.

Best doctor in Las Vegas. Dr. Carrie squeezed my newborn baby into her schedule although they were closing in an hour. Dr. Carrie is so sweet and personable. She took her time and asked questions about my eldest daughter and newborn baby’s medical history. The office is very clean. The theme is so cute, it is like your under the sea. Every doctor we have seen at Siena has been AMAZING! As a first time mom, I have so appreciated that they answer all of my questions, never judge me for coming in for even the smallest things, and always treat my son with the best care. I have pretty severe anxiety and really needed someone who would listen to my concerns about my NICU baby- if I’m asking the mail question it’s because I have literally lost sleep over it. He is so thoughtful in the way he speaks to me, is always thorough, and has such an upbeat personality. My daughter is a colicky infant and it’s been hard for me to navigate what’s normal and what is not as a FTM. I will admit I’m sure I’m annoying, sometimes calling a few times a month to leave a message for the nurse. There have been a few occasions where I feel like they are annoyed at me or just straight up don’t call back. Trust me the last thing I want to do is call, it’s embarrassing but if I’m calling I’m genuinely concerned about my baby and need help. I just wish I wasn’t afraid to call because I’ll figure it out eventually but need support for this first little bit to find out what’s normal. Anyways, Dr Chuck saves this practice for me and for that reason I’ll always recommend.

Completely non-responsive from 8am until 12:30pm. Did not respond to multiple messages and phone calls. My child had to completely miss a day of school because this office was unable to be reached until after lunch time.

Tried reaching the nursing department regarding my two daughters that tested positive for COVID and it always goes straight to voicemail, also tried the "Supervisor" on duty, left a message with all my info on her voicemail too and same thing no answer.
You know something's going on when you don't even get a call back from a Supervisor who's supposed to be there to make sure everything is resolved and find solutions

We been going there for 12 years sin my oldest daughter, now we have a 3 year old girl as well with Siena, we been calling since Monday to ask what precautions we should take since she is positive for COVID and so far is been 4 days and the nursing department is not even able to return our phone call, I ask to speak with the supervisor and they told me she should be there at 9or 9:30 is about to be 3 pm and no answer as well, we will lol for some other place that really cares about the little ones not like this place

Was hesitant to share my review here but seeing as I’ve received NO acknowledgment or reply from the office after I reached out through email TWICE, I feel compelled to share my first appointment experience. I decided to bring my daughter here for her 6mo checkup and when the male doctor (not PA- the office doctor) examined her he did not wear gloves at any time, even when examining her private areas. Thinking about this makes me extremely upset comfortable and I wanted to reach out in hopes that the office policy will change for ALL medical professionals to always wear gloves when examining patients. Super disappointing as I’ve heard great things from neighbors about this office however after only 1 visit I will not be back and definitely do not recommend this place.

My daughter loves coming to see Dr. Chuck! He takes the time to answer all my questions and great with my 2 year old. Never waited more then 10 minutes in the lobby. My daughter loves the small tables they have in the waiting room and the books. Oh, and I can’t forget about the decor. She loves looking at the “fishies and sharks”. Highly recommend 👍🏻

I really love the doctors here, all of them are great and they have been wonderful with my daughter, however the down fall is apparently with the front office staff, i don't know why i can't get anyone to answer the phone during business hours or why if they do pick up I'm being hung up on. It's pretty frustrating when you have a kid that's sick and you can't talk to anyone at their pediatricians office.

I have brought my kids to see PA Matthew Padgett since 2016. Matthew is always kind, polite and extremely professional and personable. We rarely ever wait more than 15-20 minutes and he is really great at connecting with my kids and genuinely wants to know how they are doing. I would also say that the supportive staff up front is always friendly and courteous and the medical assistants in the back have always been kind and helpful. Whenever we have needed a prescription it has always been taken care of quickly and efficiently. If you’re looking for a down to earth provider who is present and helpful I would highly recommend PA Matthew Padgett at Siena Pediatrics.

So far we've met Dr Chase and PA Allie and they are both absolutely wonderful and very attentive to our newborn daughter. We have never felt rushed and all of our questions have been answered thoroughly. The rest of the staff is incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Appointments are easy to change and to schedule. I have 100% confidence in this practice and look forward to visiting them again.

Me and my husband found Dr. Matt about 9 months ago, he is absolutely the best doctor there. He is soooo friendly with his patients, very involved, knowledgeable, caring, super nice and energetic. Also he is sweet to our baby Grayson. The moment we had our first visit with him , I was blown away by how he interacted with our son. Grayson loves him so much and we would recommend anyone to this doctor.. we are moving to Texas next month and we have already decided that we will definitely be making the drive back here to see Dr. Matt. Unfortunately I had the displeasure of attempting to make appointment with this establishment. Even if your child is special needs, you will be refused. I mentioned on the phone that we are not pro vaccine. However my child has no health issues and just simply needs a check up for paperwork. The receptionist on the phone and what has be the rudest way possible let me know that my child would not be seen. I asked her you’re going to discriminate against my child? If all the other children in the practice are vaccinated then how can someone unvaccinated affect them? Isn’t that the whole point of the vaccination to make them un susceptible? She then told me that the doctor would refuse to see me without hearing any additional information.I attempted another time to call because I figured maybe, this just happens to be one bag egg in the bunch. But when I called again it was a different receptionist with the same judge mental condescending and close minded tone. Legally if there is a loophole that you can figure out on how to discriminate with the patients that you see even if their children. Then OK fine. But if your entire staff is rude to potential clients. Who are humbly seeking medical treatment for the children I’m only left to assume that they are trained to treat people this way over the phone in an attempt to make them feel judged, or shamed based on managements personal views. Differences in a medical approach or in medical care are part of the world.And should not be discriminated against. As a parent I am really needed the help for my child. And I was unable to find a single respectful medical professional at this establishment.

We are elated to finally find a pediatrician's office we love and trust to take good care of our son's health. After our horrendous experience with Horizon Ridge Pediatrics (see my review), we finally found one whom we trust, whom our son immediately liked, and whose staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. From the moment we called to make an appointment to the time we walked out the door, our experience was five stars. We were greeted immediately when we walked in by the friendly office staff. The wait time was minimal; the medical assistant was friendly, professional, and put us immediately at ease. Unlike Horizon Pediatrics, we were made to feel welcome; the office was very clean and inviting. The best part of all was our meeting with Matthew Padgett. From the minute he walked in the door, my son and I liked him. He put us at ease; he interacted with my teenage son in a way that was professional, kind, easy-going, full of positive energy, knowledgeable, and he was very thorough and professional. He took time to explain things, gave us good information, and had such a great rapport with my son. Sometimes, people are awkward when interacting with teenagers. Matthew knew how to connect with my son, and he earned his respect (and mine). We talked about Matthew all the way home and shared with my husband what a great experience we had. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a pediatrician! We are former patients of Dr. Joe Nacion (rest in peace, Dr. Joe), and since he passed away, we have been floating here and there...never quite finding a doctor we could call "our pediatrician." I am happy to say we have finally found one.

Our daughter loves this place and loves her doctors—which is rare—she does not like doctor visits because of histories of getting the needle, but this time around she was calm, responsive, and willing to take examinations. She loves the place because she thinks we're in an aquarium. She was so active in this place, she was moving around the floor and climbing on me like a cat.

I absolutely adore this place. Matthew is awesome also! Hes fun and caring and makes the kids feel so comfortable during exams almost like a game. Very personable and compassionate about his career. I recommend this dr office to everyone who asks. Morning appointments seem to go a little faster than evening but either way they make you feel at home. Front desk is also very nice and accommodating. They also have a well side and a sick aide so they arent mixing patients together.

My husaband and I always felt like the doctors were talking down to us and treated us like we were unintelligent. They seem prideful and egotistical, and never admit fault. There was a time when they were getting a blood sample from my one year old and the nurse dropped the tube on the ground, picked it up and kept collecting blood from my son. The doctor we saw that day said it was "ok" that the tube dropped on the ground but this seemed very disturbing to us. When we finally decided to leave this office and find a new pediatrician, they gave us the wrong child's vaccination record.

If you are looking for a doctor with a sense of urgency or bedside manner, look elsewhere. My baby has a problem passing a stool, which is causing him extreme pain and discomfort. We called the nurse line and they never returned our call, so we drove down to the office and were sent away, being told "We don't do walk-ins". A doctor or nurse would not even speak with us. This is not what I expect from a good office.

We recently switched to Dr. Rema a few months ago. I honestly can't say enough good things about her! She goes beyond expectation for my anxious son who has, unfortunately, had too many bad experiences with doctors.
Dr Rema has stolen his (and my) heart, completely.
The whole office blew me away from the moment we first walked in; so clean, fun, and super adorable.
I've yet to meet a non friendly staff member... it's like night and day to our previous office.

I had such high hopes for this office! We came here for the first 3 months of my daughters life after being recommended by family, but after this last time, and needing to be seen about some tummy problems for her, we won’t be back. Dr Carrie is amazing and so is the rest of the staff everyone is sweet and and caring.. They actually show care and concern for the patients and families.. My experience coming here makes it hard to change Dr's despite being completely out of the way. Lol.
I gotta say tho that over the last few years it's becoming a bit of a hassle to get am appointment because they've gotten so many clients now...
All but Dr. Lillie Hidaji who always seems to be the equivalent of nails on a chalkboard. Personally I don't have any experience with this one other than those that leave me in angry tears..That woman doesn't like to be wrong and she doesn't show compassion let alone understanding...

Dr. Rema and Dr. Matthew are the ones who ussually see my kids and I have nothing but wonderful comments about both of them. I changed my son's peditrician when he was 3 months old to Siena pediatrics and now he is 3 years old and I also have a 7 month old girl, we have continued to come here and we are very happy!

My daughter has been a patient at Siena Peds for about 12 yrs. and There’s no doubt in my heart, that my daughter has been cared for by each doctor, P.A., and M.A. each and time we are there. The entire office has always made my daughter, and myself feel important, safe, understood, heard, but most importantly very, very special.
My daughter has been very ill for over 2 yrs, and if it wasn’t for that entire office sharing my frustrations, as well as feeling of constant weight of helplessness, I truly don’t know where we would be as a single mother dealing with my sick child all alone. Thanks to them, we were never alone.

I work within the hospitality industry, so writing reviews and giving compliments is something that I take seriously and I feel is especially important to companies or individuals who wholeheartedly deserve the recognition.
This office is always professional, and has always gone above and beyond to to give the BEST possible care to my daughter, and that’s all I hope for every time we walk through their door. I personally feel that it’s managed like a well oiled ship, which is what I expect from any medical office, but haven’t always found at other medical facilities.

Awesome staff. We have seen every doctor and PA and haven't met one that we didn't like. There are times we get stuck waiting but we are always given as much time as we need during our visit and never feel rushed. I have never had a hard time getting my son in the same day and we have had a handful of "emergency/last minute" appointments.

I really don't get the hate.

My three kids have mostly seen Matt Padgett whose awesome knows no bounds. Dude is an oasis of calm for a scared kid, and very plainspoken and open to discussion with me as the parent.

Dr Carrie heads the practice, and she's solid. Lots of learning and experience and genuine concern for a child's well-being.

The other doctors are also very good, as is the new PA with a baby on the way. They're all sweet, caring people.

The front desk staff is EFFICIENT. They manage the zoo that sometimes happens in the lobby of a pediatric office. They are not there to hold your hand or wipe your nose. They do their best to get you and your children into the exam rooms so the lovely nurses, physician assistants, and doctors can do their best to make it all better.

If you're going to judge a busy medical practice based on how much the front desk kissed your *** and ignore the truly superior medical care - a rarity in Las Vegas - then you're doing your children a disservice.

I gave this office another chance, however I had an emergency with my granddaughter and once again was told they have no appointments until Monday. This is a 2 year old that is crying when they urinate, a uti maybe, I don't know. I will find another pediatric clinic, even though I do like the drs. This is the 2nd time they haven't seen her for an emergency. I talked to Dr W last time and thought it was resolved. Bad staff, = bad office.

Horrible customer service by whomever answers the phone and instead of coming up with a solution for scheduling a time for my sick son, she would rather argue with me that even though they don't open until 8:30 and I have been calling since 8:15, they are all booked and have been answering calls since 8:00 am but it's a miracle that they answered my 8:30 call when they open but none of my other 10 calls prior to 8:30!

I think Siena deserves more then a 3.7 rating! My son has been seen here since before he was 1! He will soon be 10. They ALWAYS have been accommodating when it comes to short-call appointments. I am in and out quick. I live on the other side of town now and I still drive to Henderson because I refuse to have another doctor see him.
