I recently had my annual physical with Dr. Anurag Singh, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Singh was friendly, approachable, and very easy to talk to. He took the time to get to know me and thoroughly review my past medical history, which made me feel heard and understood.
What stood out most was how systematic and organized he was. He carefully noted every concern I brought up and developed a clear, thoughtful plan tailored to my needs. His knowledge and professionalism were evident throughout the entire visit.

They make you fill up long forms where you put all your issues, then when the NP sees you they will only talk about some of your issue and disregard the rest. They’re also in a rush. No compassion, no care, just pure business.

The only person who is knowledgeable, professional, and competent in the clinic is Reyg.

UPDATE: I got sick before I was able to change provider. I came in and they did a test on me. Note that this is my primary provider. My primary provider is Lady May Panelo NP. The bill came from my insurance and was notified that the test was out of network and I am being billed the whole amount. Now it’s taking a lot of time to fix that. How can my primary provider send my test to an out network and I was not even informed? Also I was referred to a specialist. I waited a month for an appointment. I even called them to send the referral order again and medical notes to have a smooth check up. I came in my appointment and was informed that Reliant did not send out the right referral. I called to fix that while on the waiting room and the front desk Latoya don’t know what referral order to send. I had her talk to the front desk of the specialist office just to fast track things and even the front desk from the specialist office told me that the Reliant front desk sound lost. I can’t even get a hold of my primary care provider for help with her own referral and I was left to deal with a unknowledgeable front desk who’s excuse is she does not know what to send, basically kind of like telling me i’m on my own. I ended up being refused for the specialist appointment because the Reliant front desk Latoya don’t know what referral to send and keep sending the same wrong thing. This clinic has been nothing but headache and problems. I HIGHLY recommend to look somewhere else for a professional and competent clinic instead of settling for this disappointing and incompetent clinic.

I met Dr Pellnitz when I was in the hospital . His care, attention, and attitude was phenomenal. I also looked into his credentials and found them to be OUTSTANDING! So after I was discharged I followed up with Dr Pellnitz .

The hospital stay and follow up was years ago. Since then , Dr P has joined this practice and I have followed him because of the outstanding care I have received from him.

As far as this office goes I find it excellent.

Office is clean. Front desk personnel are efficient and friendly. When you're on time for your appointment , you don't have to wait long.

As somebody that has lived in the valley, 25 years, has a variety of medical conditions,I can not recommend Dr Matthew Pellnitz, and ReliantHealth any more highly.

It's very rare in this valley to be seen on time every time by a primary care physician. I was fortunate enough to find this office over a year ago and every experience has been a positive one. Mr. and Mrs. Doctor Kumar are a winning team and both will show you the respect and time you deserve. Their professionalism is beyond your wildest expectations. They actually listen to you as an equal- not a superior with a God complex.
The staff is equally amazing. Prescription refills are easy and so is scheduling appointments. Everyone in the office seems genuinely happy to be there and have a kindness unseen in most doctor's offices. I do not dread coming here in the slightest.
I would also like to give a shout out to one of the nurse's aids whom I met for the first time today. Her name is Grace. She was extremely polite and her bedside manner was incredible. She went over my lab results with me and addressed all of my concerns with a very comforting and confident demeanor. Additionally, she clearly explained all of my needs and apprhensions prior to the doctor coming in so I didn't have to repeat myself. Great job, each and every time, Reliant Healthcare Team! Jocelyn Huerta has been exceptionally caring , skilled & Efficient in providing assistance to me . For weeks I could not get an appt with a referral procedure. She faxed, called , and emailed them the referral twice Without her help I was totally bewildered. I had done everything, she had done what was needed but she never gave up. Weeks after the procedure I could not get the results , again Jocelyn came to my aid . She could have just said wait they will mail the results sooner or later but she did not she allayed all my anxiety and concern by solving the problem! I also think Dr Anugh Singh is a highly skilled and caring Physician, finding a new Doctor moving here from Calif was not easy ! I feel blessed to be his patient and in the Reliant practice. My old PCP was just ok and I was always ok with it because since I moved here everyone told me the health care sucks, well that's not the treatment nor the vibe you will get from Dr. Anurag Singh and his staff. He was able to go over my numbers give me a few details to take me off meds. Anurag looks at everything and takes all the precautions necessary and is never in a rush to finish with you. I found out about Reliant Care and Dr. Preethi Ravichandran Kumar while talking to a patient at physical therapy. I've had terrible experiences with other doctors before, so I did my research before making my appointment. I arrived 30 minutes early as requested to fill out forms for new patients. Everything was smooth, unlike other doctors where appointments are made but I end up waiting at least an hour. She spent time addressing my health issues and concerns and I can tell that she actually read the forms I filled out with my information because she discussed it with me. It's amazing and wonderful how thorough she was. The one quality missing from a lot of doctors is emphathy which she definitely possess. It helps when communicating my needs for medical care. The staff are all helpful and friendly as well.

My saving grace! Dr. Kumar and his front office ladies are kind, caring, genuine, supportive and selfless ❤️. From start to finish I felt like I was in good hands.

Nina answered my phone call; I expressed my concerns and health related issues/symptoms. Nina listened and immediately took action to scheduled me to see Dr. Kumar same day.

I walked into that office with a Dark Grey Cloud dripping rain of Anxiety and depression. I'll just say it: I was off the charts filled with emotions. I spent the whole visit crying to Dr. Kumar expressing what has been bottled up for many years.

Dr. Kumar listened and gave me medical licensed professional answers to help me on my journey to recovery. What stood out the most to me was the first thing he said when he walked into the room was "I read your chart," that was like a weight lifted off my shoulders. Finally! A Doctor who verbalized that he read my chart/medical history before coming into the room.

As patients we can only speculate that doctors do so, and as a patient (like myself) who has anxiety, those key words make all the difference in the world, they place your mind at peace. Not only did those words bring me peace of mind, but they also watered my soul. I felt rejuvenated.

Wait! My experience doesn't end there!...I am a firm believer in actions speak louder then words..right? Most of us seek out answers for our body and mind ailments, and when we meet a Doctor who not only verbalizes but physically through there actions confirm they are present in the moment with you and genuinely listening to your cries for help you can't help but rejoice!!!

I have faith to believe; I am on my way to self discovery and recovery. Thank you Dr. Kumar from my heart to yours and onwards to your wonderful staff...thank you and God Bless you all 🙏 see you all in a month 😊 🙏

Dr. Aaron has been our PCP for a few years now. That's hard to say with how often our insurance has changed. But they take a lot of different kinds! Truly feel heard & understood by him, not rushed. Our lobby wait time usually isn't more than 20 mins. They can get pretty busy but you still get great care whenever you are seen. A true gem in the SW Vegas area!

Two things I judge a doctors office by and that is wait time and communication. Kuehl excels at both factors. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes and have been able to book appointments at convenient times. Kuehl listens his patients and takes a holistic approach to medical care. I saw Aaron Kuehl today as a new patient for a wellness checkup. He was highly recommended by a friend and I can see why! I truly have never had a healthcare professional talk to me with so much care and sincere interest for my well-being. Aaron has a calm and reassuring bedside manner. He listened to me with genuine interest and took the time to answer my concerns and questions without making me feel rushed or pushed aside. He also respected my views and took the time to educate me on my lab results. It felt like talking with an old friend.

My husband has also seen Aaron and agrees he is "one of the gems". It is evident that he sincerely cares for his patients and wants them to be as healthy as they can be. That is so refreshing to find in a healthcare professional! We are big fans!

The front office was also kind and considerate, though I have had troubles reaching them by phone in the past, they seem to be more responsive now. We're really glad we found Aaron Kuehl!

I have given this facility ample time and opportunities to demonstrate an ability to service their customers/patients however I've had enough!
You will rarely get a live person to answer the phones during normal business hours so your only option is to leave a message. This would be acceptable in a "normal" business environment but this facility does not return phone calls.
I've had to make a personal appearance whenever we need anything done (prescription refills / lab slip requests).
Our upcoming appointment in a week or so will be our last one since we will be looking for a new provider.

My son struggles with mental health and hates going to Drs. Doesn’t matter, male or female. He has not been to the Dr in at least 4 years. He’s been to see Dr Aaron at least three times in the last month. He’s actually following up with his appointments, finally at almost 21, because in his own words. “The Dr makes you wanna come back just to see him”. This place has been so frustrating to deal with, I would not recommend them.
1) They don't seem to follow guidelines. Very pushy on getting a PAP yearly, although guidelines state every 3 yrs if normal is fine. Then they performed a urine sample even though I had zero symptoms of UTI.
2) the phone followup was 5min, my questions were not answered and it cost me over $200.
3) they use a laboratory that is out of network (not quest or LabCorp, which is in network). They did not tell me this and it cost over $300.
4) very pushy on testosterone for my husband, although blood work said it is within normal range.
5) it's been over 2 months and I have yet to receive a copy of my lab work as requested.

(Not sure if the 5 star reviews are honest since they seemed to be from reviewers that have only 1-3 reviews.)

This is a wonderful office. The medical staff Aaron Kuehl PAC and Jalisa are very helpful and extremely supportive through this process. They offer counseling regarding diet and exercise. Susan who works the front desk is extremely kind as well! This office offers semaglutide — the same drug in Ozempic — at a reasonable price and makes it accessible.
