He is absolutely a fantastic surgeon for carpal tunnel. With two tiny incisions he fixed my pain and improved the mobility of both of my hands. It’s been a little over a year and I am still delighted with the procedures. Dr. Grabow is the best.

How can this doctor receive a 4.6 review? They sent me home with a wrist band that was never tried on me. The tech showed me how to use it by applying the wrist band on her own wrist. When I got home, tried the wrist band & realized it was not for me as it hurt while wearing it, I called back the same day & told them that I wanted to return it. I was told that it was not returnable or refundable. I was even told that the payment would come from Medicare anyway and that I would not be responsible for anything. I told them that it was not the point & that they were scamming Medicare. I received my itemized billing from Medicare the following month which stated that they were paid over $200 for the wrist band that probably would have cost $20 from Amazon. This is the reason why Medicare keeps increasing our monthly contributions. It's because of scrupulous physicians that scam public institutions. Beware of this doctor! There are other honest & better physicians that offer quality care for seniors like us.

Grabow my testimonial today. His knowledge of surgery and his caring of his patients is outstanding and got me through my whole dangerous ordeal very comfortably.
A horse actually ate the top of my left ring finger off and also broke the bone.
The wonderful thing about Dr. GRABOW is as a surgeon, he also handles animal bites, not all hand surgeons do..
He did a Revised Amputation and saving as much of my finger as possible. In addition, he spotted an infection from the horse bite immediately and had me to an Infectious disease Doctor Lipman asap. Any bites from animals can be disastrous.
I'm 78 yrs old, happy, healthy and playing golf again !! I am blessed to have been referred to Surgeon Dr. GRABOW who handles hands & shoulders. You may not live in Henderson, but he's worth the drive.
Now I want to spread his great work to others.

My daughter was in a bad car crash and broke her arm and leg. She needed an orthopedist for both, but no one on her plan was available for weeks. I spoke with Patty at Grabow Hand to Shoulder (well, I admit I cried like a baby to her) and she talked with her manager and they squeezed me in that day. Dr. Grabow was incredibly thorough and answered every question we had, even though we clearly had overloaded his patient count. His medical assistants were awesome and stayed late to cast her arm. I am overwhelmed at the compassion, kindness and expertise of everyone we came in contact with during the appt and only wish they treated legs and feet, too!

Doctor grabow and staff are amazing, From day one since I was Referred from the VA They have taken excellent care of me I have always gotten my answers to every question that I've asked the doctor has paid very close attention to what I want but he does tell you what it is and what it's like and what's going to happen if you need to do any surgery for now I don't need to have it but soon I may have to and if I do I Want Doctor Grabow to be able to do it. Dr. Grabow is very knowledgeable and personable. He explains what is happening, the diagnosis and plan to correct in a direct yet friendly way. Was told I had a fracture on my hand across my little finger and ring finger. When I got to Dr. Grabow’s, it was actually a broken bone on my little finger. They splintered me up and i go for my follow up in 4 weeks. Very satisfied with the whole experience. Was able to see my x-rays in real time and was given options on how my healing process would take.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Every person in the office makes you feel comfortable. They were quick with setting appointments, scheduling my surgeries, with follow up, with communication, everything. I never felt like I was being dragged around or having to wait for this or that as is usual with pretty much every other doctor I have to see anymore. Back in 2012 I had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands/wrists and there is no doubt in my mind that Dr. Graybow was the ONLY choice after reading and hearing horror stories about the Brown Hand Center. No one else in this valley will work on anything hand-to-shoulder related for me or my family.

The doctor and facility are fine but where my issue is - how some practices really drain every financial opportunity. This facility felt like Money over the patient needs.
I was seen for about 5 minutes. Did not leave with really any solution but was offered a brace (found at Walgreens for $9.99) and was grateful that I didn’t need to make another stop before heading to work. They billed my Insurance $150 for this cheap brace and I’m charged what the insurance doesn’t cover, which is around half.
I will pay the ridiculous amount but would like to share my negative experience so others can be more careful and don’t take any extras they offer. The car dealership of doctors offices.

The staff is extremely rude and treat you like you are an imposition, not a patient. I've never been stared at and ignored by the same person at the same time before coming here. They continue to bill after insurance had already paid out. They need to be investigated. Shame on Grabow and shame on his employees!

I saw the doctor one time and since that time I have received several bills. I made my payments on time, yet I continue to receive bills.So of the bills are dated months apart for the same amount. I made a call to the billing department and naturally I got a machine. If you don't want to be harassed see another doctor.
