Tried to get my medical records from this office and they are charging .90 cents PER PAGE for email copies! Literally illegal in the state of NV. Shame on you guys!!!

This has been my primary dr office for the past few years. I frequented the Robindale office until they recently closed. So now I come to the Spring Mtn location and Cactus location and I’m not coming back to any locations ever again.

While the NP’s have gotten me further than any doctor in figuring out my debilitating neck pain, I am unhappy with the way they have tried to convince me things are normal, or non existent when they most certainly are not.

The constant push for depression medication and counseling is insulting, especially when I tell them I’ve been cleared by those professionals.

I now have the imaging and specialists I needed all along because of my own persistence and determination.

This last visit, I got annual bloodwork and an IV for Hydration, since it’s something they advertise. When the IV was administered I immediately told the nurse something was wrong. It HURT! My middle, ring and pinky fingers went numb. She inspected my arm and assured me it was fine, so I proceeded. After 30 mins of this IV bag the pain at the IV site became excruciating and I immediately had them remove it. 7 days later and I still have pain and severe bruising at the IV site and up my bicep. I TOLD HER something was wrong. Multiple times. I get IVs 2-3x a year for wellness, and this has never happened to my arm before.

This practice has upset me for the last time!!

First visit and I am so impressed. Everyone made me feel comfortable. I felt less pain when I left out then I have since I have been in Las Vegas! I will be going back tomorrow, and I am so hopeful! My doctor and the entire staff; from the front desk to the back.The physician assistance (Lmp) was professional, and excellent in their individual fields "The best, I believe They are God sent"

I recently visited American Urgent Care and was blown away by the outstanding care I received from Shawna and Jessenia. From the moment I walked in, their warmth, professionalism, and genuine concern made me feel instantly at ease.

Shawna was incredibly attentive, listening carefully to my concerns and ensuring I felt heard. Her kindness and efficiency made what could have been a stressful visit a smooth and reassuring experience. Jessenia was just as amazing, quick, thorough, and incredibly compassionate. Together, they provided fast, effective care without ever making me feel rushed.

It’s rare to find a medical team that combines such high-level expertise with true empathy, but Shawna, Virginia and Jessenia nailed it. Doctors and assistants lack professionalism . The doctor isn't even in the consulting room. They used phone face time. The assistants didn’t told me I need to pay for a doctor's prescription fee first. I just common cold doctor prescription give me x-ray. I'm confused why I need x-ray in my face. Until I ready to left they want me pay two inject $80 and x-ray $50 and flu and Covid test $65 each. I’m very angry why I need pay that?? They doing anything before not let me know any price. I said NO. 5mini after they said give me a discount total pay $100. I call insurance company already. I want to remind everyone don’t come here. If you need money doing right thing. Not like this without prior notice. This is medical fraud robbery.

I already miss the Rainbow and Robindale location. This place is truly unprofessional! Went in and the doctor was not able to prescribe me without Labs and when they got the results, they wanted to charge me again to see the doctor to review the Labs and get a prescription. Lol, I already paid, it's not my fault I needed Labs. Calling my insurance. This is fraud!!!

If you value your time,do not go here. They are incapable of simple transfer of information between clinics. Example, if Desert Radiology requests information to satisfy an insurance company, this clinic does not have the capacity to send a simple FAX. 10 trips ,10 phone calls ,2 canceled appointments, because of incompetence.
If you have an issue, they will schedule only the absolute minimum in testing, so you are forced to test several times to get results. ( blood work done 3 times because they failed to request to right test) .All of this results in hundreds of dollars spent needlessly in copays,simply so they can charge an insurance company for multiple visits. I could go on and on. I saw 2 different people, and still not sure who the Doctor was.

Came in sick, coughing. They ran COVID test. Negative. She gave me a shot in the bum for my lungs, and a Z-pack (antibiotics). I got in and out fairly quickly.

Appt for 930 doctor was late. Second time this has happened with him.
I scheduled at 930 because last time at 9 am(opening time) half hour late.
I left and go a phone call reviewing my results. Lasted less than 3 minutes. Questions like are you taking anything for your diabetes? He the one prescribed it!
Two weeks ago ,
I went in for physical, the first nurse with long beautiful nails was going to pull blood without gloves. She couldn't find a vein.
Second one, receptionist, stuck me but could find a vein either and moved the needle around.
Was sent out to get blood taken. No physical was performed.

Excellent staff and a great and knowledgeable physician. Takes time with the patient to provide the best care. I have been to many doctors in different cities. I have to say this is the most efficient and convenient facility. You can pretty much get all your labs done and get treated at the same facility without all the run around.
