I love it here. They took good care of me from the time I arrived and during my procedure. I didn’t feel anything other than the anesthesia shot they gave me. It was quick and smooth. My appointment was at 9:30AM and I was out of there by 11AM.

Excellent service! The receptionist Jerry was awesome very helpful. The nurse Taylor was great. So was the two doctors they explain the procedure very understandable. At the end of it the nurse Courtney was also awesome and very helpful she was very careful with my mother pushing her on the wheelchair outside to the car. And it was are first time there. Only issue I had was a 10:30 appointment for a surgery and waited 3 hours to have surgery.

Went in for my dialysis appointment the next day.... CAPITOR DOES NOT WORK. Waste of my day off waiting at Azure to have them fail at an attempt to replace a Capitol that was bad with one Azure can't even put in correctly.

Be very cautious... wait 3 hours to have Azure fail at doing something they are supposed to know how to do!!!

Larry said he hated me in the morning but after the procedure he told me ghe ladies like to touch me a lot. He enjoyed the comfort and care they provided. He was relaxed and comforted by the ladies. Everything went well with the surgery to remove the catheter, the only thing is the waiting time. I got there at 6am and didnt go in for about a hour and a half. When I went to get my fistula I waited 4 hours before going in for the surgery. That was annoying but everything else was good. Staff is nice.

I love the charcter of everyone who works here, they are extremely nice and I can tell they love what they do for people. The surgical team are exceptional. They play music inside the OR and when the surgery is done they sing their hearts out and sing along with the music they play. What a cool people! The doctor is so wonderful too. The Filipina nurse, I think her name is Trisha, reminded me of my own niece who works in Germany as a nurse, she' s so nice and sweet. She attended to my needs so well especially with giving me some snacks when I know I can eat an elephant from fasting for almost 20 hrs. It's no fun but she made sure I have food to eat. Thank you Trisha. God bless everyone who works at Azura Facility in Fire Mesa! You guys rock! 💪❤️

My experience at the Azura Access Center was excellent. The nurse, Ashley, was friendly and stuck around to listen to me babbling about random life stories, with no complaints. During my surgery the doctor, Dr. Peilin Wei, was attentive and did his best to stop the pain with no questions except where I was experiencing the pain. He too, asking with the nurse, Kyle, listened to my non-stop blah blah blah. Kyle was so kind, he held my non surgery hand to comfort me. Dr. Wei even said he was glad I was talking so much because it reaffirmed him that I wasn't nervous. They ALL were fabulous!

Starting at check in maybe they could be a little more friendly and crack a smile at least. I don’t know who does the scheduling but they need to revise their system. Next the prep for surgery people were fine. Felt bad they have to make excuses for delays due to surgeon being late. We waited 2 hours for Dr Wei who proceeded to tell us he would not be operating on my husband. Said he did not need surgery and told us to go. Very obnoxious and disrespectful . I will avoid this surgery center in the future.

Facilities, receptionists, intake folks, surgery team, and doctor were professional, and friendly. The surgeon explained the procedure and why it was necessary. He proceeded with care and expertise. Because of I was not tolerating well he discontinued the procedure. He had me come back the following morning where he completed the procedure without issues. He explained clearly what he did and why. I have complete confidence in the care I received.

They'll give you an appointment time of 11, you'll get there at a respectful 10:50 as most of us do for appointments, and then you will sit there until almost noon before you even get to the back. It takes 15 minutes to even get through the check-in process. The front crew really needs some work, bedside manner is just lagging on some staff here, kind to patient but not the caregivers who do everything for the patient. A bit nonsensical. Speaking of redundant, can someone explain to me why if someone is on diaylsis and visiting your kidney center for surgery why you would give them ham gor a sandwich? When they are on a strict salt free, and low phosphate diet? AND YOU GIVE THEM HAM!? That is literally offsetting them for recovery.. hmm??!

When you do get to the back (finally), you may be disappointed when you are sat in front of everyone for personal conversations - the doctors and nurses are far more attentive, kind and very knowledgeable. BUT its inappropriate repeating my address out loud in front of patients and strangers.

Also, Patients that come in wearing oxygen, DO NOT HAVE the capacity to sit and wait at the times your clinic leisurely places upon them.

You may need initiate a job sensitivity course across the board. I praise a handful of nurses, and the doctor but man some you can tell just do not care, at all. That's unfortunate.

This is not the place to go for a dialysis fistula. My 93-year-old grandfather was there today they instructed him to be there at 7:30 AM for a 3 1/2 to 4 hour time block. He did not see a doctor until around 9:30 AM and was not done for the day until after 1 PM. The office staff des not clearly communicate, they do not care about your time or your well-being, and they should be ashamed of they way they operate. If I needed this procedure done, I would go anywhere except for this location.

The nurses and PA’s who took care of me were very nice and professional. There were two issues with my name. Even on this email you have my last name as JR. My last name is Ellis. This problem prevented me from checking on line and to complete the forms in the office.
In addition, I had brought an up to date list of prescriptions for the nurses. None the less she kept naming drugs that I haven’t taken in over a month. She said they got the list from a 3rd party. This issue along with name made the processing in over 30 minutes. Like I said. Everyone was very nice and professional .
