I've been going to Community Family Doctors for many years. The staff are friendly and will see to it that you know what will be happening during your visit. If you have questions, they will find the answers. I feel comfortable there.

This is definitely not a facility for your loved ones. The staff plays too many games with peoples lives and not care one bit about your family member. I was having a high heart rate of 122 with a pulse ox level of 91 this is not good at all I contacted the doctors office 2:28 PM on a Tuesday and told them that this had been going on for seven days and I was wondering what my doctor thinks I should do about it. My friends and family were telling me that I should go to the emergency room. That evening I did not receive a call back from the doctors office so I called them at 4:51 PM after being hung up on once I called back and finally got to talk to someone. They said the doctor was saying his last patient and would call me soon. I got no calls for that evening so I spent the rest of the night suffering. The next day I waited it until 10:20 AM Hoping that the doctor would call me back but no return phone call. So I called back the doctors office and told them my situation that I was feeling really bad and I was expecting a call back from the doctor. So they put me on hold for another 32 minutes. After wedding and suffering for all that time on the phone I finally got to talk to somebody and the first thing they said is could you wait five more minutes. This is a palling how could they do this to me or one of your family members. An elderly person does not need to be treated like this I would highly suggest you do not attend this place or let any of your family members and find some other place where people care. All my phone calls have been recorded and are being filed with Medicaid for a possible Medicaid fraud case.

I called from Florida to make a appt for me and my husband as we are seniors with health problems. The lady was so nice on phone. Worked with me to get our appt together within a week of arrival. So far hands down great. Coming from Florida I hope all the customer service is this great. I will post after I see doctors and let you all know how it goes. I have great hopes for the Perez family there.

The doctors here are absolutely amazing and very thorough, my only complaint is the older lady during check out is very very rude. All the other MA’s are polite.

I have been a patience for 12 years and since they became Health Care partners it is like they don't care. My appoints have been cancelled twiced by them and it take an additional 2 months or better to get an appoint and then your prescriptions need to be filled and they can't do it because you need to see the doctor. I was trying to see the doctor but they have cancelled twice.

Receptionist are sweet person!

But, on the phone they put you on hold for so long !
Besides that, really good!

Hours: 8am to 12:00 pm they re-open at 1:00 pm and close at 5:00 pm Mon-Fri

I don't see why there are 2 bad reviews. I've been going here for a few years even through their transition of names and doctors. All 3 doctors I've had have been absolutely INCREDIBLE! I now have Dr Anthony Marlon (Dr AJ) there and I recommend him, hands down! The receptionist is so sweet and always smiling and the phlebotomist is very talented (no pain ever!) and so sweet as well.

I trying to find a new doctor because I from a another state i called this doctors office and got put on hold for 10 min. and it just start ring again, Isabella picked up the phone and put me back on hold for another 10 min. I asked her to held see what kind of Medical i had and she told me she couldn't! I was told that the doctors office could. She told me i will have to make appointment why would i make appointment if Im not sure if i can go there. She said she cant because she was checking in people.... Well yiur in the wrong line of work because you should be trying to get new people but your running them away because i dont want to deal with you to see the doctors.
I asked to speak to some one else she put me back on hold for another 10 min and the phone just rung. 30 min. Wast of time!😣

Awful front end people. They can't get your appointments correct. They had everybody fill out new paperwork for healthcare partners and still used old information so I didn't get a call that my appointment was cancelled and I took off work. However Dr AJ is a great doctor just wish they would send front end for training.

My mother and I have seen Mike Yabut since 2005. He was by far the best doctor we have visited in our entire lives. My mother is 77 and I am 43 years old. This is the first doctor that actually reads your medical history and background because when he walks in to your room, you can feel, sense that he knows you and everything about you including your medical needs. You don't have to repeat yourself over and over about your medical needs or background as with many other physicians. With him, you get that personalized feeling instead of just another patient. If you were hospitalized recently, make sure you provide his information and request they fax it over to him or when you check in. So, upon your next visit or follow up, when he walks in to you, he knows ahead of time. He is awesome, caring, well-informed, excellent, and an updated medical doctor. He takes his time, is extremely thorough, and really cares about the progress, health, and well-being of his patients. He will call you out if you are not following his requests, suggestions, and referrals. Unfortunately for us here in Las Vegas, he relocated. His new patients gained a great, perfect medical physician whether a PA or PH, he is terrific and exemplary. Our loss, another society's gain!

After this past year and dealing with several medical issues I owe a debt of gratitude to A.J. at community family doctors for handling any and all of my issues and today I am feeling much better thanks to his help.
I would strongly recommend him to anybody that is looking for a GREAT doctor.

Dr Daulat and Dr Anthony are absolutely awesome!!! I have been going to this office for 13 years and have seen several doctors there. All of them and the staff are absolutely wonderful, attentive, caring, personable and very professional!!! I would definitely refer others to this facility!!!
