I see Dr. Odobo and sometimes Dr. Jones from the Veterans Health Van that travels to sick veterans.

Wow, in general im not a fan of thevVA Healthcare system but these two doctors, and their nurses and staff, do such a great job treating me, and doing it well, which is all anyone wants out of a clinic.

My favorite doctors work here, thank you toball that work there

The staff would rather argue, show they are in control then help. This is not the employee clinic, its for veterans to get help. Dont sit me in a freezing room and leave me for half hour with no blanket. I moved to lobby to get ablanket but the veteran that i suppose to help ignored me util i rised m oice then i got the female doubleteam of course blaming veyeran. The polic seeing a piyential problem went in back adresolved issu while the gustapo continued to bea me up. Hw pittyful peopke act.
Get me help. Had to wait again in freezing room. Why make appointmwnt .Had to go to outside hospital. 50 years been going to VA. Just gets worse. Ill die first before I ever go therre again. I a a 100% disabled war veteran forced to be disrespected by peole that the mlitary wouldbt ece accept. Employees good with standing there an blaming veteran rather than getting help. The police did their job for them just because they love getting mean mouth but lack any compassion. The ER in hospital immediately ordered , 2 xrays, blood, urine, 2 cat scan and severe pain relief. 5mg every 8 hours thatbyou gave me is stupid for my pain but nurse rudely said as she left ..no pain meds.... . I guess a doctor that has not rrea files and has not talked to me made a decision not to do pain control. Who want a doctor that can diagnose you magically.Completely unprofessional, rude. Police great, too bad employees arent

I stopped using marijuana 7 months ago I feel so much better. I even saved up several $thousand . I have over 5 years rental history in the same apartment, and a Navy Federal Federal Credit Union Checking, and Saving account. I use Instacart,and door dash ,and I recent purchash a hp Victus laptop for gaming. I am really blessed, and thankfull for the VA for helping me, it took major medical surgery to appricate the blessing I have.

Thank you NP Teodoro Manalang one vist less than 20 minutes and he handled an on going issue that I been trying to get handled at Veterans Hospital on Pecos for a year plus. but they flag my files and alter medical records and to busy trying to cover up their shenanigans than treat veterans whom are entitled to health benefits

The facility is clean, The staff was polite and service was quick for the lab, X-ray check in & out. Sabrina The medical assistant was our favorite for the visit, Thank you.
The Dr was fine, but will switch PCM for future visits.
We do Like the Las Vegas NE clinic better than many other VA facilities.

In the last year and a half the pay has gone from $80 a visit to $60 a visit. Octapharma knows people will keep coming because they need the money. The only bad thing I can say about this company is that they don’t care what they pay you, people will still come.

NP Jodi Granello needs to learn some respect and how to properly care for Veterans. I had a terrible knee injury while serving in the Coast Guard and when I went to see her to ask about some pain management options she basically scolded me and made me feel like I should be ashamed for asking about such a thing because I’m 31 years old. I am in extreme pain and she had no care in the world. She should be ashamed of herself. I told her I never wanted to be seen by her again and she walked away with a huge scoul and yelled “that’s fine!” I will be taking this complaint further than google and be talking to a supervisor. If anybody has an idea of where to start please let me know. Other than that terrible “care provider” everyone was really exceptional!

Okay I made an appointment 3 months ago and was rescheduled 2 times I live 200 miles from the V.A. I left 2 hours early which made us 5 hours from Apt there was an accident on Hwy 93 we had to wait I called several times to up date. My husbands apt was at 4:00 pm we were arriving at 4:37 according to maps they would not wait for us 400 miles round trip 7 mins away....but that's policy (Jorhome) I get it it's your job but 7 minutes.....so we will go to V.A hospital emergency and hopefully get some assistance there. War time Veteran...

Dr. Graniello walked into the room, didn't introduce herself, walked over and grabbed my ear, looked at it, looked at my other ear, still did not acknowledge me but talked to the NP, she then looked at me and recommended I not lift heavy things, can't help sneezing, & coughing, what are you going to do she asked.

At this point I told her I didn't know who she was, she replied she had seen me before, I told her that was not the case and that I felt her tone was extremely loud and condescending, felt like I was being talked down to. She said she was there to educate me. I told her I had never seen her before and that her tone was extremely abrasive and unprofessional. I told her I would like to be seen by someone else.

She turned away from me, told the NP I'm done with him. Completely ignored me. Then she turned and glared at me with a threatening look. I felt very unsafe to be in the room with her.

All this can be verified with the NP that tended to me.

I have visited this location many times, and I’ve always received professional, swift and timely service and appointments. All of the staff is very invested in making my experience the best.

I have expressed concerns, and they have always made sure that my needs are a top priority.

All of the conversations I’ve had with all of the different departments has been clear and great. I actually look forward to attending my appointments.

I really like the greeters at the door they make you feel like family and help you through the registration process. The small conversation really breaks the ice and puts you at ease.

The service is streamlined and appointments have always been right on time. I feel comfortable communicating with them all of my healthcare needs. Thank you for being a great resource.

The northeast Las Vegas VA clinic is very clean up-to-date and Have security. You are still required to wear mask to enter this VA Clinic. There was plenty of parking and the facility was slow at the time of The Visit which was 1:00 p.m. midweek. Was a walking for a regular blood test and only had to wait 20 minutes.

My left hand is numb and I tried the telehealth option to speak to nurse. I was informed nurse would call me in an hour. It has been two hours and no call. If no call today I storm in to clinic tomorrow demanding assistance. Worst primary. Care services.

Clean, nice atmosphere, and they have a free snack bar here. Just simple snacks with coffee and tea.

Has medical services for veterans. There are no emergency services here.

They have mental health counseling here as well as regular health care.

There is a booth to assist in filing for disabilities and a booth to assist in finding housing.

I've been coming here for a few years now and they're definitely not how the VA is perceived.

The staff is friendly and wait times are minimal. I've never had any issues with them. I get served promptly and efficiently.

I came here most recently to get a couple immunization shots. I walked in without an appointment, talked to the clerk, waited less than 10 minutes to see the Doc, and was finished soon after that.

They will accommodate you as best as possible. All you have to do is communicate and be reasonable with your demands.

The negative image the VA currently holds does not hold with this clinic.

My friend is a veteran and needed some lab work dropped off, so I volunteered. When I arrived I wasn't sure which section inside to deliver the samples, and the reception desk was vacant. I walked up to an available intake clerk and he very kindly pointed me towards a kiosk. I looked at the screen and it was quite simple, I pressed the button to turn in lab work. I then took a nearby chair to wait... But it wasn't even one minute and the lab technician came out to collect the sample. This was the quickest trip to a lab I had ever taken! They were all very helpful and welcoming. I hope everyone knows how good the VA on Charelston, in Las Vegas really is! Thank you to all who served our country!!!

I called the VA because they did a hernia operation in 1999 and the hernia feels like it is ripping open, most likely my fault because I have lost 60 lbs in the last eight months . The help that I got from the lady was so very professional I am sorry that I didn't get her name because she deserves recognition. The website says it opens at 7:00 AM - this is wrong. Doors don't open until 7:30 am. What is unfortunate is that no one appears willing or able to change information on the website.
