My father has been a patient of Dr. Wagner for a while, and we are pleased with his care. Dr. Wagner is great and thorough. The office staff, on the other hand, are rude and get frustrated when asked for help. My elderly dad was referred over to a pain management doctor and is dealing with severe pain. The pain management Dr. couldn't schedule until Dr. Wagner’s office sent over the x-ray and Dr. notes. I called Dr. Wagner’s office and spoke to a nice lady who spoke to me and said she would send them over. The next day, the office got nothing. I called back Dr. Wagner’s office and spoke to another lady who told me that they faxed them over the day before. I told her the office didn't get them and if she could send them again. This lady said I would have to give her the fax number and call back. I asked if she was able to look it up because the First Lady was able to. The office lady seemed frustrated and pulled it up and confirmed she had the number. Then, she proceeded to tell me it was already faxed and sometimes it takes days for a fax to come in. My pain management Dr. said a fax never takes days to come in and have her resend it. So, I call back, and with sounding annoyed with my request, she said she would fax them again. This morning, I call pain management, and they still do not have it. They checked the faxes and said they had no pending faxes and were thorough with checking. So, now, day three of trying to get my dad’s paperwork faxed, I call back Dr. Wagner’s office. I ask for an office manager. I am told there is none available to talk to me, but she could help. I start explaining the problem, and she's telling me the problem is we chose a Dr. who we were not referred to. So, I told her it's not true, and Wagner did refer him there, and the office even got the referral. They just need the x-ray and clinical notes. Ella, I think her name is, then all of a sudden gets upset, over talks me, and says due to HIPAA, she can't talk to me anymore even though her and the previous women had talked to me. I explained how the office talked to me the past 2 days, and how my elderly dad, who doesn't know how to do any of this, verifies it's okay to talk to me, would she finish up? She talked over me loudly while asking and refused. Now I'm angry because of the rudeness and inability for them to do a simple task. My dad gets on the phone and is struggling to understand what she's saying, so in the end, Ella says we have to go to the office and pick up the records, and they won't be sent again. Wow! This is a senior care doctor, and this is how they handle patients?! I definitely am thinking this isn't the care that represents Dr. Wagner, and I don't know if I feel comfortable having my dad continue at a place with such rude employees. And no office manager is available, so you're stuck dealing with Ella! Now I have to drive to pickup records and take them across town to another office. I would double think your office staff Dr Wagner because they definitely are giving your office a bad look.

Zero stars to be honest I would never recommend this place.
The physician my mother consulted was inadequate; she was excessively preoccupied with her niece life. When my mother inquired about her condition, expressing her inability to walk, the response was to visit a podiatrist, accompanied by a referral, despite no issues with her feet, and the suggestion to get Hoka shoes. I requested a change of physician, resulting in the assignment of Dr. R. This decision proved to be a significant error, as he stated that he observed no issues with my mother, Celeste, who was in good condition. Two weeks later, she was hospitalized. This physician merely came to collect his payment and never visited my mother, who ultimately succumbed to cancer. Two doctors failed to recognize her need for a pap smear, despite her having had one with her previous doctor before Medicare but once she got Medicare she got the worse doctor’s on earth. It appears that many physicians prioritize financial gain over patient care.

Absolutely the worst! They do not care for Seniors only. They care for every family in Las Vegas. The location we went to was dirty, disorganized and completely serviced those that do not speak English not specifically seniors. I noticed that lately they are advertising everywhere that they are the best Senior Care. What a joke that is. The care we recieved was marginal and their staff is rude, uneducated and should never deal with Seniors. Centerwell Doctors do not treat you they refer you to every other Doctor in Las Vegas. And their referral department will take weeks to refer you. Not the care they advertise, not the care senior patients can rely on. Not for my husband and I.

I was hesitant on leaving this review until my issue was resolved and I credit this to Janet for taking my issue head on and providing me the proper follow up for my mom. She went above and beyond for me and it is more than appreciated.

The reason I could not have given a 5 star is the e lack of attentiveness by the front desk staff. I believe when walking in to the clinic I should be acknowledged and cell phones should not be out while I am waiting to be spoken to. I found it extremely inappropriate that a group of ladies are huddled around each other listen to videos when I as a customer had concerns needing to be addressed.

I had my first appointment with Dr Wagner yesterday. She is amazing, caring, compassionate and has great communication skills. Finally I have found the perfect PCP for me. It's very difficult to find a good provider in LV. If you need a doctor who will listen and not be rushing off to the next patient, I strongly recommend Dr Wagner.

Thank you I finally found a place that not over crowded with appt. I love the atmosphere. I love to see the smiling 👩🏼‍💼👨🏼‍💼👩🏻‍💼faces at the front desk. 👩🏽‍⚕️Dr Kristi Asante is very thorough and she don't rush and will answer any question you may have. She goes through your test reults and give answer you need to know. The staff are kind and you can feel like they want to help. This is going to be a long good relationship.I'm glad I chosen CenterWell. Fabulous!!!😊💯

Me and my grandma went to the center well clinic 4 days after she went to the hospital for an emergency refill of her medication we got there and the doctor described her as narcotic dependent and was having a hard time writing the prescription we left being reassured that she would get her prescription two days later we are still talking to a pharmacist and center well clinic not so much Centerville clinic because I constantly keep getting put on hold my grandmother has had two limendectomies but obviously that wasn't enough evidence for them to fill the medication she's been off it for two days now and she's in constant pain I keep trying to get the pharmacy and the clinic to communicate and get this medication to my grandma but the clinic just does not seem to want to cooperate it seems like they didn't want to fill my grandmother's prescription so they're just blowing her off and a lot of their good reviews appear to be faked and all the responses are automated to the reviews

IM recently to centerwell and I was so mad after my 2 minute appt with a bujee doctor who talked to me like I had dementia or stupid . Kept asking same question over and then just left without even telling me what she was going to do . DR Tran I will never go to him again , I give him 1 star like he gave me no respect or barely 2 minutes of his precious time .

Centerwell should clean house at this location. Everyone is pleasant, but nothing got done. Referrals went undone. After months of requests for referrals I gave up. Dr Kasey Abanonu was nice but ineffective as a health care provider. His follow up was non-existent. After telling me 2x that he would consult with one of my specialists, he completely blew it off. I lost all confidence in him as a provider.
The staff repeatedly lost paperwork I turned in, including a two week blood pressure study the Dr asked me to do.
Repeated requests for a needed medication were ignored or forgotten. When they did fill my prescription, it went to the wrong pharmacy twice. Centerwell needs to look at this location and make adjustments to make it work better. Right now, this ranks at the bottom of all Dr's offices I've ever been to. 67 years of medical care and this one is the worst.

Centerwell incentivizes insurance agents to set appointments for their clients. They promise agents a ccommission. I made an appointment August 2023 for one of my clients to date I have not been paid. Centerwell has not kept their word. As a matter of fact, I have been ignored, If they are ignoring the people who drive business to them, then will they ignore patients?

It is rare to find good doctors and good medical staff in the same location. The staff here always have a smile for you. They are professional and caring. The doctors listen to what you have to say and together decide the best course of action. I wish my entire family could be taken care here

This office was very nice. Took my mom in for her first visit and we had a smooth time from start to finish. It's especially nice that Labs are done at the doctor's office. As the primary caregiver to my mother I found the whole experience to be super nice for both mom and I. I highly recommend CenterWell Senior Primary Care.
