The Service from the Front Desk to communication has been very awful experienced to us.
We need to get a 2nd test done. I went personally to get the test order and the Front desk has been very unhelpful. (Thats your Job: Dont be in a front desk if your not helpful enough to do it.) also, she gave me the wrong test order.

Then, I had to do follow up calls again. And I made 4x call to get the test order nothing happened. We went to Quest and was told that there was no new test order. Seriously! Never again in this Clinic. Bad Service!

This practice has declined significantly. Appointments feel rushed, availability is limited, and the front desk is unwelcoming. Nurses are inattentive. Dr. Nguyen dismissed my child’s concerns and blamed them on sleep hygiene rather than listening, coming across as snarky. Lab orders were incomplete, delaying testing until an outside staff member intervened.

Dr. Mamidi also offered little help, advising us to continue a formula that was clearly causing distress and bloating, despite already trying recommended adjustments. He himself observed and comment on her bloating while on soy formula. Overall, the care felt dismissive and unresponsive.

New system is impossible to get through to a clinic to actually make an appointment. After 2.5+ hours, I was finally connected with the office. Gina/Tina was less than helpful, what she was saying wasn't even making sense... After having her repeat it a couple times. They are not seeing patients or very few patients right now because of their new system. Doesn't sound like a very efficient system to me. My child has Asthma and has been a patient since birth. Asked Gina/Tina to get a message to my daughter's doctor. She claimed she was busy, but would when she had time. I happened to be over in the area after not being able to get through for hours, knowing my daughter needs to be seen. Gina/Tina was not busy and still unhelpful in person. Long story short, if you actually need medical attention or to get in touch with your child's doctor... Find a different pediatricians office. They do not value long-time patients or care about their well being.

We live in Henderson but my child was sick and our regular provider was out of the office. (The #1 reason I use Intermountain pediatrics is because when my child is sick I AM ABLE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT THAT DAY) Dr Nguyen was FANTASTIC and friendly with my 5 year old. So were the nurses and front desk staff. But watch out for this fish! He stays very still until he thinks you're too close to the glass and then he swims straight at the glass and tries to scare small children! He's a very angry fish and the nurse said he was in a tank by himself because he "bullies" other fish! (I think this means he eat them.) Also be prepared, this fish is GIANT for a pet fish.

First off front desk people and who make the appointments very great and they are really nice! Nures are also very great! However, ever since dr Danny has retired I'm very with disappointed with the new doctor that has replaced him. She has no clue how to properly care for toddlers 4 and under. She doesn't recommend anything like Dr Danny did. Doesn't look into detail like Dr Danny. And my son has been in pain going to the bathroom. When I arrived to the appointment, she examined my son and all she said was " I don't know what's wrong with him" I asked is there anything I can give him? Just continue miralax. Then I proceeded that doesn't help I suggested the GI specialist. Not the doctor, I asked. She said oh yea that's a good idea. I'm glad I didn't waste my time on that appointment. I went to a different doctor who examined my son in Detail. Turns out my son has a small fissure in his butt area, meaning a little tear that hurts like glass. I'm disappointed the pediatric doctor could not have not seen it. But she didn't because she wasn't detailed into my son's care. I'm taking my kids to a new pediatric clinic who actually know how treat from new born and teenage years. I'm not the type put or type bad reviews. However these are my kids and seeing them in pain and having to trust a doctor who went to school for this, has really shown me not all doctors are fit for certain things. Doctor Ivana from what I heard is good with older kids. Yes I'm upset because it took awhile to figure out what was wrong with my son and I'm still trying to figure out what's wrong with my daughter. However like I said I heard shes good with older kids. I loved Dr Danny before he retired. He always would take steps, always had something to recommend, always told me about products that could help my toddlers even though they are young. I wished she could of been there longer but understand.

Called before to ask if they can fill out an health statement for my daughter child care..the lady looked over her profile and said yes bring the paper that’s no problem. I am beyond upset with the Durango facility. I have been calling them since 8am this morning as my daughter and son are sick. They haven't been able to sleep due to their cough. First phone call at 8:30a spoke to front desk informed the whole situation asked to check for any appointments on either of their 3 campus. No appointment available. Asked if they have anything tomorrow afternoon ,nothing. Asked if they can have the Dr at least send over the prescription or do an over the phone. Was told we will get back to you. I verified to have them call me on my cell. I have also Informed the office on multiple occasions to contact my number first. My husband only as emergency or secondly as he works till 4am and isn't fully aware till like noon. Asked this morning at 8am to please call me back. All day waited 3 hours later I called back was close to 12pm. Spoke over the whole situation to the person that picked up. Again the same situation we will have the nurse call you. Verified again my contact details. Waited again. Called back at 4pm as all day have not heard back from the nurse. Finally get told oh yeah the nurse reached out to your husband at 10:30a and he stated you would call if you need an appointment. I mean seriously so why didn't you tell me when I called again at noon to follow up. Also why would you contact my husband when I clearly stated call me as I have the kids and am trying to get them seen by the Dr. Such poor careless service. I used to love this location. Even though I live across town we drove there for the Dr but this type of service when I clearly called multiple times explaining how sick and miserable my kids were and even had asked should I just take them to urgent care and was told no wait we will have the nurse call you. Verified my contact details multiple times. Been going to this clinic for the past 3 years and this is the level of care they have towards your sick child. It is so ridiculous. Now I have been waiting at the urgent care with both my sick kids for the past two hours waiting to be seen. All thanks to the 3 different front office people and the nurses at the Durango location.

Best pediatric doctors in town. Dr Mamidi and Dr Donni are highly intelligent and the best part is that when you talk to both these doctors they do not rush you unlike other doctors. Dr. Dani is a gem! Hands down one of the best pediatricians in Vegas. So great with the kids and always references their siblings. He's very thorough and always speaks in terms that you can understand. The staff is better than a year ago. The wait times can vary. Dr. Mamidi was great, he was very kind, thorough, and we didn’t feel rushed. We came in initially to give my daughter peace of mind about her stomach issues (I thought she had nausea due to stress) but Dr. Mimidi sent us to have an X-ray because he believed she was backed up despite her using the restroom daily. On our drive home he called to confirm the findings and pointed us to over the counter medicines and gave us simple dietary actions to take. I really appreciated him and his care.

Inter mountain health Durango location is absolutely fantastic. The front office staff are friendly as soon as you walk in the door, they are smiling. The Medical assistants are super nice and helpful. You can tell they love what they do. They talk to the little ones to make them feel more comfortable. Then there’s Dr. Dani….he is absolutely an amazing pediatrician! My daughter has been going to him since she was a newborn and now she’s 8 years old. He is such a smart doctor and he is thorough with every single child he sees. My two step kids also go to him and they love him, all three of my children don’t ever mind going to see him even when they’re sick, becuase he’s that awesome. I hope he never retires or at least waits until my Children are old enough and no longer need to see him. I definitely would recommend that office to all my friends and family and will continue to recommend them because they’re a well run office. They truly care about their patients and thei families.

Dr. Dani has a very nice way of treating and talking to your children. He explains everything and answers any questions he takes his time he doesn't just run in and out of the visit.

We’ve been taking our 4 year old to this practice since he was a newborn. The staff and nurses have always been kind and make him feel comfortable. Gave them my insurance twice- once over the phone and in person, both times they said it was accepted. 5 minutes after our appt ended the front desk called and said our insurance is not accepted. During the appointment, the office is pretty ran down and not super clean. The “doctor” Mamabi, did nothing during my baby’s first doctor visit. He didn’t check her, didn’t ask about her feeding, didn’t ask for any hospital paperwork. He said she looked like she had jaundice which tests came back negative and she didn’t look yellow to us or any family. Wasting money and trying to charge us because he knew our insurance wasn’t accepted. He spent maybe 3 minutes with us. The front desk lady spoke to me and my husband over the phone separately and she told me my husband was very upset I said well yeah you lied to us and she even admitted she did not run our insurance like she said she did over the phone and apologized. Incompetent front desk and doctor! Stay clear from this doctor and do not trust the front desk with doing their job.

They did not submit a bill for an office visit for my son, they sent me a bill so I called on 1/6/2021 to correct the situation, surprised when I received a bill from collection agency wanting me to pay an office visit that should have been covered and submitted to my insurance. GO Elsewhere or you will be stuck in limbo with arbitrary bills that you can never fix, I have called several times to attempt to correct situation, the collection agency is more helpful. BTW I am responsible for all the interest that accrues on this debt until it is resolved

My daughter’s grandmother always brings her to her appointments. Every visit was with two different doctors- Dr. Dani & Dr. Mamidi. Both are very good with children. They definitely earn their name as Children’s physician because they are kind, entertaining, and compassionate. Check in is easy. There never is a problem with our office visit. Not a good place for kids. My kid was reconmended to there by the hospital, and we went to there for 3 times. but everytime we have unhappy feeling from there different aspects.
