I had breast augmentation surgery, and my original implants ruptured after a procedure done by a doctor named Dr. Pancholi, who overfilled them and left them lopsided. Dr. Richard was a lifesaver. I had several consultations before choosing this office, and from the moment I walked in, the staff and doctor made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I had a breast augmentation and chose 560cc implants. I’m 5’6” and 150 lbs, and after doing a lot of research beforehand, I knew exactly what I wanted, which made the entire process smooth and easy.

Brandi is truly the best for Botox. I’ve been coming to her for years and she still measures everything carefully every time. She consistently delivers flawless results. I’ve tried masseter Botox with different providers, and no one comes close to her precision. The injections are practically painless and the whole experience is always comfortable.

Just a small note, I’ve been to places where the Botox is prepared right in front of you. Here it was prepared out of the room and brought back ready, so it would be nice to have it done in front of clients for added transparency.

I tried this clinic for the first time after purchasing a Botox treatment through Groupon. Dr. Richard has a great reputation in Las Vegas, so I felt confident even though I usually go to a different clinic. However, my experience was very disappointing. A nurse named Debbie performed the injections, and from the start something felt off. She seated me in a chair with a small table placed behind me, not in front like other clinics where patients can clearly see what is being prepared and used—especially when paying hundreds of dollars, which is our right. She worked behind me with her back turned and seemed to cover the table, so I couldn’t see anything. I never saw the syringe when it was opened, used, or after the procedure. I usually close my eyes during injections, and after a few quick pricks, she stepped away. I kept my eyes closed, expecting her to continue, but after a short while she suddenly said, “You are done,” which was surprising. In the following days, I developed swelling under both eyes that lasted more than a week. I waited for the Botox to take effect, but even after over a month, there was no real result. From my past experiences, I am confident that the full dose was not injected. It’s very disappointing and unacceptable for a clinic with such a reputation. If they are offering deals on Groupon, they should still provide full and proper treatment. If I Had received a good results, I would have returned and recommended the clinic to friends and family, but unfortunately, I will not be coming back.

I came to him for a revision after living with a previous breast augmentation for 15 years that never healed properly. I found them on Groupon for an unbeatable Botox deal but I’m definitely going back for other services. After the Botox treatment, I inquired about laser treatments as well. They were able to fit me in with an aesthetician and she was wonderful. She walked me through different treatments and recommended microneedling instead. I really appreciated the fact that she wasn’t pushy and trying to sell me something that I didn’t need. I really enjoyed my experience and will be back in a couple months for the microneedling.

I was scammed out of 15k. The doctor told me that I’d get a bigger butt if I got shots of sculptra so I tried it. It was very painful procedure and healing process just for me to only have a fuller appearance for 1 to 2 months.i told her I was unhappy so she offered for a tiny bit more to go in for free and that I would see results I just needed to wait. This review might get long, so I’ll make one statement in case you don’t want to read on. My breasts looked better ONE DAY post surgery than they have since I was 21.
I had wanted breast implants since I knew they were a thing. My body type deserved more than I got. Wide hips, muscular legs, and square shoulders. I used to joke when genetics would come up in conversation that “I got my dad’s boobs.” Well, I finally got the opportunity at 37 years old, to finally get the breasts I had always dreamed of. I was living in my hometown of Milwaukee at the time and scheduled consultations with 3 different surgeons. It wasn’t until one of those visits that I learned I had a breast deformity called tuberous or tubular breasts. It’s nothing serious, it’s just that the lower part of the breast doesn’t round out resulting in more of a pointy shape with little to no “underboob.” So the first doc wanted to do a lift with implants for $12,000. I was shocked and left feeling like my boob dreams had been shattered. There was no way I could afford that. But I went to my next consult, and he basically said that I didn’t need a lift if he put fairly large implants in. Then my third consult was with Lorelle Kramer. She said there wasn’t a need for a lift at that time, and it would be smarter to wait until they needed to be replaced 10-15 years later.
So it happened! I believe I paid $6500 in 2012.
The recovery was brutal. When I saw them for the first time, I looked like Hulk Hogan. She assured me that as my muscles relaxed they would drop down into place. Well, along with what she called “breast massage,” which was basically her standing me against the wall while she pressed the heel of her hand so hard into my chest to push the implant down. It was EXCRUCIATINGLY painful. And I was supposed to continue this regularly at home. It was an awful experience. The implants did drop somewhat. I had good cleavage and looked decent in clothes. Unless they were very form fitting. Then it was obvious that they were high and misshaped.
Soooooo… 12 years later, 13 days before my 50th birthday, I went to Dr. Bryson Richards in Las Vegas, NV where I now reside, to have surgery.

I had called to schedule a complimentary consultation in October of 2023. The first available appointment was August of 2024. However, they will, and did call if something opened up sooner. I almost scheduled a consult with another surgeon, but I had already waited this long, and I knew several women who had surgery with Dr. Richards that were very pleased.
I am so happy I waited. Dr. Richards is pleasant and no nonsense. He took one look and said that he has done many repairs like this, I did not require a lift, and the surgery would take 45 minutes to an hour. We opted to take out my over-filled saline implants and replace them with gummy silicone for a softer and more natural feel and appearance. After the initial consultation, you are paired with a skilled assistant who works with you through the whole process. I worked with Misty, and she was lovely. I put down a $500 deposit to hold a surgery date, and paid the remaining $7000 at my pre-op appointment 2 weeks before. I also opted to purchase a vitamin supplement kit for around $100. I am happy I did, and highly recommend it. The nurses were great, the anesthesiologist was great, the surgery was great, and all I wanted when I woke up was a smoothie.
I had read that the second time is much easier because your muscles are already stretched. Speaking for myself, it was the least painful and easiest recovery of any surgery I have had. I went back the next morning to have the wrap removed and be put into a front zip sports bra. I could not believe how beautiful my breasts were the very next day! I can’t say enough good things. Have your surgery done here. If you don’t live here, it’s a great excuse to come to Las Vegas. 😘

I shopped around with different surgeons to get an idea of what I was going to need for a breast augmentation and how much it would cost. Dr. Richards was the 5 surgeon I went to and the last. It’s a wait to get a consult with him, but for good reason!
His staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I felt listened to and as though they had the perfect solution for what I needed. Once I met Dr. Richards (during the consultation which isn’t the case for all of the surgeons in Vegas so I loved that he actually comes in to meet you) he made me feel very comfortable. I can’t recommend Richards Cosmetic Surgery enough! I was an out-of-state patient, and Dr. Bryson Richards’ office made the whole process such a breeze from start to finish. Misty is amazing with communication, she always responds so quickly to my questions through both email and text. CJ was super comforting on surgery day and helped calm my nerves, and Dr. Scott Boman (the anesthesiologist) was just as kind and reassuring.

Dr. Richards himself is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel so confident about the size I chose. He gave me exactly what I wanted! The whole procedure went perfectly and was honestly so quick. I had breast implants and developed capsular contracture. I subsequently had the breast implants removed last year by a different doctor .I was hoping after the explant I would be happy and would look better with my natural breast. Unfortunately, the breasts looked deformed and very small, much smaller than my original breasts. I was hoping that Dr. Richards could perform a different procedure to correct my dilemma without having to install more implants.
I had to wait almost a year to have a consultation with him; he was brutally honest about what he could do to help me. I was contemplating having a fat tranfer, but he didn't recommend that and could only give me the option to having another breast implant procedure.
I decided to proceed with getting new implants; everything went well and one week into the recovery everything is going smoothly.
I let Dr. Richards select the size of the implants, and I am so pleased with the results. I love it💓
I only spoke with Dr Richards in my initial consultation, but he has a great team that made me feel very confident and comfortable throughout the process. Misty is absolutely fantastic, the anesthesiologist, nurses, front desk were very nice and professional as well.

I’m only one week post op, so I felt it was a bit too soon to write a review. Dr Richards already has over 800+ reviews, does he really need another one? There are statistics and academic studies showing people tend to read and focus more on bad reviews than good ones, lol.

Anyway, the surgery results so far look really good and the office is beautiful. Misty is awesome, she answered all my questions and even responded to my post op question on a Saturday. If she’s doesn’t own a percentage of the company already then please give her a nice bonus.

That said, there are a few things I wish were different. This is a high volume practice, they add a 3% fee if you pay with a card and you have to purchase the vitamins separately. How about built into the overall cost and maybe offer a discount for cash instead. The receptionists weren’t super friendly, and I was surprised Dr Richards never came by for any of my post-op visits. That has never happened from any of my previous surgeries from other surgeons.

I had a breast re-augmentation with Dr Richards almost 3 weeks ago. I had saline implants for 15 years that I wanted to switch out for silicone and go up a full cup size. Dr Richards suggested an implant size for me. (I’m not 100% if I feel like I’m a cup bigger yet. But, it’s still very early.)

One of my implants hasn’t dropped as the other one has. I was concerned and reached out to the office. Dr Richards saw me right away and addressed my concerns and offered to revise if I wasn’t happy in a few months. Initially I was sad that I wasn’t going to be happy. But, after talking to Dr Richards I feel like he truly does care and will do whatever makes the patient happy! He’s a very busy man for a reason! He’s great at what he does and offers a solution when needed.

He explained everything and he actually cared that I had been dealing with a leaking implant and helped me immediately. He's a dr that does amazing work and actually cares about his patience! All of the staff and Dr Richards are professional and super approachable. The instructions prior to and after surgery are made clear, and staff are available to respond same day by email or text if I had any questions. I'm one week post op and feel and look great! I went in for my consultation thinking I wanted a lift with implants for breast augmentation but was provided education that a lift wasn't needed and ended up with just implants for what I think is the perfect augmentation for me. Everything from consultation, surgery, and post operative appointments happen at the same location. If you are considering breast augmentation I 100% suggest you go to Dr Richards!

Beautiful and sophisticated office in a nice and convenient location. The receptionist was professional and welcoming. The wait was super short.
My injector, Jordan, was very personable and knowledgeable. He did a great job with the Botox. Precise and hardly any pain. Now almost 2 weeks after tx, my face looks natural and refreshed.
