My wife has being recieved botox treatment from Richards Cosmetiv Surgery for several years and had wonderful experience but until just recently.... we decide to stop coming to this place for botox injections.

A few weeks ago we made an appointment with the same nurse injector as usual to get botox and came by the office driving 30 minutes to get there.

We were on time for an appointment and lead to a treatment room. We waited quietly for over 30 minutes but the nurse injector never came in which was unlikely to happen compare to previous trips.

We politely asked other assistants what was going on and the respond was "she left early and she tried to reach us at your old phone number..." meaning she was not there to inject botox to my wife any more.

And recommended us to get a treatment from another nurse injector. We agreed and decided to get the treatment from another nurse since we made a not easy travel to here and mu wife needed to get botox asap.

So we waited for another nurse and she came in and explain her service and we agreed to get the service from a new nurse injector. She quickly came back with numbing lotion to out it over mu wife's face and left the room saying wait for 15 minutes.

Another 30 minutes went by but she never came back to our room for treatment. I aksed assistants to help bringing in her back. But surprisingly.. the respond was "we just can't find where she is....". Omg. She left the office leaving us in the room with numbing lotion put all over her face!.

We complained and left the place furious. Of course I got yelled at from my wife all day and the whole week for it.

I made another appointment with the original nurse injector for another day since she had my old phone number.. thinking maybe she had to leave early that day for her own emergency reason.

So it was just today. We went there to get treatment. We were 3 minites late for an appointment. Led to a room and waited for 25 minutes. No one came. So asked whats going on. Was told the nurse is not avaialble and that she would get her right now. Waited another 5 minutes no one came or no follow up from anyone.

I came out to ask again whats going on. Assistants told us "we do not know where she is at".. for a second time we were stood up just like that. Two times in a row and a similar situation twice??? Common.. my wife got furious and told me to lets het out of here.... so we left without asking anymore questions.

On the way driving home I even puked inside of my car. Thats how mich we were upset and furious.

I texted them asking for an office manager. She called me and explained the situation and apologized. Regardless it is very unprofessional and these nurse injectors even if they are all independet contractors... if thry are all working under "Richards" they should have a code of conduct etc to legetimately follow.

Despite of such a great reputation of cosmetic surgery practice.... I would never go back to this place for any service again and would not recommend anyone for botox service at this place.

I hope this place improve on how to follow up with patients more promptly all the time. I really hope this review make this business to make things correct for future visitors.

I came to Richard’s Cosmetic Surgery after a failed neurotoxin experience at another clinic that left me out hundreds of dollars and with no follow‑up support. I wasn’t sure I’d ever try neurotoxins again, but the great reviews here convinced me to give it one more chance — even though it meant driving across town.

They got me in same day, and that’s when I met Rebbie (Rebecca). She is truly exceptional. She let me ask every question, listened while I explained my previous experience, and walked me through realistic expectations and facial anatomy in a way that showed how knowledgeable and caring she is.

My results have been incredible — fast, noticeable, and honestly mind‑blowing compared to my past experience. I finally understand what neurotoxins are supposed to look like, and it’s all thanks to her skill.

I will absolutely be returning to Rebbie for future treatments, including other procedures I’m already considering. And the music she plays in the room makes the whole experience even better.

I debated whether to mention this because it may have been a one‑off, but I believe in honest reviews and constructive feedback. The checkout staff felt a bit dismissive and hurried. Not a major issue, but it did stand out compared to the excellent care I received from everyone else.

I went to see Dr. Richards to have a revision of my implants, which were originally placed in 2007 by a previous surgeon, and to discuss having a tummy tuck. From my initial phone call to my final appointment, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Richards and his staff. The level of professionalism, compassion, and responsiveness is truly above and beyond expectations.

I have friends who have used other surgeons, and they are amazed by the exceptional level of care I received. My body did not respond as expected during the healing process, and I experienced some issues with my incision. These issues had nothing to do with Dr. Richards or his work; my body simply had a mind of its own! Throughout the entire process, Dr. Richards and his staff remained attentive, vigilant, and incredibly responsive, addressing every question and concern with lightning-fast communication and genuine care.

Once I was fully healed and returned for my follow-up appointment, I expressed concern that one of my implants had not settled into the position I had hoped for. Again, this was due to my body's healing process, not his work. Without hesitation, Dr. Richards said, "Let's get that fixed!" I underwent a minor procedure to help the implant settle into place, and I could not be happier with my results. The revision was covered under my original cost and care plan, which speaks volumes about the confidence Dr. Richards has in his work and the pride he takes in ensuring his patients are happy with their results.

Choosing to have cosmetic surgery is a deeply personal decision, and Dr. Richards and his office treat their patients with the utmost respect, compassion, and consideration. I felt supported, valued, and cared for every step of the way.

If I ever choose to have any additional procedures, no matter how minor, Dr. Richards will be my first and only choice. I wholeheartedly recommend him and his team to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.

My husband and I walked in for a consultation on a Wednesday, and had the procedure 48 hours later on a Friday.

The staff was inviting and friendly from the start. I was surprised by the quick availability for an augmentation procedure. Someone had recently rescheduled. I felt comfortable, and took a leap of faith and went for it!

I found the procedure to be relatively easy, and quick.

The post-op healing has been as expected. A little bit of swelling, some residual slowly diminishing pain. It’s been manageable.

Overall I’m very happy with my decision. The results are already looking fantastic, and Dr. Richard’s has earned an easy 5 star from me.

I had a great experience with Dr. Richards and his entire team for my breast augmentation/lift. The ladies that prepped me before surgery and the ladies that helped me after were so amazing and made me feel calm and cared for.
The anesthesiologist was very funny made jokes and made any nerves go away.

I have been going to Dr. Richards office for a few years now but never had any aesthetician services done. I wanted a laser procedure and was not sure where to start. I had a consultation with Nora, who discussed what my goals were, and what procedures I could do to obtain them. We decided on the Erbium. Nora was well versed and walked me thru every step on the day of my laser. She even texted me later that evening to check on me and see if I had any questions. I had a good experience without doing the planned procedure.
I had scheduled a surgery, paid the money, signed the contract, on the day of my surgery, basically before being sedated I refused to go thru it due to personal reasons.
The OR Manager (BRENDA)was so kind to me that she talked to the doctor and they agreed to return me the full amount, based on the contract no refund were to be given on the same day, but they did.
The OR manager was encouraging and very thoughtful and attentive to my situation, also they had a great nurse there too.
Those were the people who I remember the most and helped the most due to the delicacy of my situation.
I am very thankful that they refunded my funds, as I mentioned they didn't have to.
I canceled the surgery because of my choice, not because I didn't like the place or doctor.
Sometimes experiences are like this, and I think the fact that they refunded me the full amount for the surgery speaks high of them not only as doctors but as human beings who take in consideration some patient's life circumstances without enforcing the contract, which they could.

In my whole experience, every single part was magic. The staff is so caring, and nice. They genuinely treat you like family here. Plus, the results on my boobs has rebirthed me quite literally. My experience with Dr. Richards and his team has been truly exceptional from beginning to end. The facility is beautiful, clean, organized, and welcoming, and I always felt that I was in capable hands. The pricing is also very reasonable for the quality of care, attention, and results provided. Although the wait for a consultation can be long, the office does its best to contact patients when cancellations become available, and I can honestly say that Dr. Richards is worth the wait.

CJ has been with me from the very beginning and has been incredibly helpful throughout my entire journey. She performs my massages and has played such an important role in my recovery. She is caring, knowledgeable, patient, and always makes me feel comfortable and supported.

Dr. Scott Boman, the anesthesiologist, was also amazing. He made the anesthesia process feel calm, simple, and far less intimidating than I expected. His confidence and reassuring manner helped me feel safe and relaxed before surgery.

She helped prepare me for surgery and took excellent care of me afterward. She is knowledgeable, attentive, confident, and clearly knows how to keep her patients calm and well cared for.

Now for Dr. Richards—he is direct, extremely busy, and very straight to the point, but he is also an incredibly talented surgeon. His passion for his work is obvious, and he truly cares about helping each patient achieve the best possible result. He wants his work to look beautiful on your body, and he genuinely wants his patients to feel confident and fall in love with themselves again. His skill, attention to detail, and dedication clearly show that he was meant for this career.

My only disappointing interaction was with Kimora N. at the front desk. During a conversation about questions and scheduling, her communication came across as dismissive and rude. It may have simply been a difficult day, but kindness and patience are especially important in a front-desk position where patients may already feel nervous or overwhelmed.

Overall, Dr. Richards and the majority of his staff exceeded my expectations. I felt safe, supported, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. I am extremely grateful for the experience and would highly recommend Dr. Richards and his team to anyone considering surgery.

I am incredibly frustrated with the complete lack of organization and professionalism at this office.
Over the last three days, I received three separate automated reminders confirming an appointment for today, July 16th. Because of these persistent confirmations, I physically called out of my shift at work to make sure I could attend, completely losing out on my wages for the day.
When I called the office, I was told my appointment was canceled and pushed to next year. They do not know why they kept sending me reminders.
For a premium clinic that charges thousands of dollars for surgical procedures, having a broken and misleading reminder system is completely unacceptable. It shows a total disregard for patients' time, careers, and income. If they cannot manage a basic scheduling calendar, I do not trust them with my healthcare.
Save yourself the lost wages and the headache, and go to a clinic that actually respects its patients

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Mine was a special case and Dr. Richards didn’t hesitate to help, when many others said no. I was recovered from a botched procedure, with several failed attempts to correct and he stepped in and made me feel good in my skin again. If you are looking for breast augmentation, and more specifically reconstruction, I highly recommend him. His work is exceptional and everyone one in the office is genuine and kind. I traveled from out of town for my breast augmentation, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I would do it 100 times over.
From the very first phone consultation, I knew I was in good hands. Every phone call, every question I had, my pre-op paperwork, labs, prescriptions—everything was handled so smoothly. The entire office was incredibly communicative, and I never felt like I was left wondering what came next.
The day of surgery exceeded every expectation I had. I got to go over my implant sizing, met with both Dr. Richards and Dr. Boman, and they made me feel so comfortable and confident going into surgery. The OR staff was absolutely amazing. As someone who works in the OR/medical field myself, I know what great patient care looks like, and this team is truly exceptional. I think I was awake in the operating room for maybe a couple of minutes before I was peacefully asleep. When I woke up, I felt great—no nausea, just a little sleepy—and I was on my way very shortly after.
My post-op appointment the next day just confirmed that traveling here was the right choice. Every single person I interacted with was kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best experience possible. That’s something you don’t always find, even in healthcare.
I’m still early in my recovery, but I already love my results and couldn’t be happier with my decision to choose Dr. Richards and his team. Knowing I can call the office with any question and receive a prompt, helpful response gives me so much peace of mind.

I really wanted to love my experience at Richard’s Plastic Surgery because the practice has such an outstanding reputation. From the moment I walked in, the office was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The check-in process was seamless, and every staff member I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. Customer service was excellent, which is why I’m especially disappointed with the outcome of my Botox treatment.

I’ve been receiving Botox in my forehead for several years and have never experienced eyelid ptosis until this visit. A few days after my injections, I developed a noticeable drooping of my right upper eyelid, which has been uncomfortable, affected my vision, and has even caused me to miss several days of work. While I understand that ptosis is a known, though uncommon, risk of Botox, it has been a very frustrating experience.

One aspect that surprised me was that the injector did not mark the planned injection sites or take pre-treatment photographs before injecting. At other aesthetic practices I’ve visited, including Advanced Aesthetics, those steps have always been part of the process. I found that approach reassuring because it helps document the treatment plan and ensures clear communication before injections begin.

Given Richard’s Plastic Surgery’s reputation and prestige, I expected that same level of attention to detail. In fact, I had been seriously considering returning for additional services, including IV therapy and eventually cosmetic surgery, because of the practice’s excellent reputation. Unfortunately, this experience has made me very hesitant.

My hope in sharing this review is not to discourage others but to provide constructive feedback. The staff and facility truly deserve recognition for their professionalism and kindness, and I sincerely hope the practice will continue supporting patients who experience complications and consider reviewing its injection protocols to help minimize the risk of outcomes like mine in the future. I also hope they will work with me to help manage this complication while it resolves.

After having two ruptured implants within only 4 years from a surgeon elsewhere, I called dr Richard’s office in hopes of coming in for a consultation about removing and replacing for new implants. Annette spent 30 minutes with me on the phone addressing my concerns & was able to get me in the very next day for my consult with dr Richards himself and a surgery date for the very next month. I’m now 5 days post op, feeling very little pain and very happy with him and his staff. Will definitely be back!!

I had several consultations before choosing this office, and from the moment I walked in, the staff and doctor made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I had a breast augmentation and chose 560cc implants. I’m 5’6” and 150 lbs, and after doing a lot of research beforehand, I knew exactly what I wanted, which made the entire process smooth and easy.

Surgery was quick, the recovery has been amazing, and Dr. Richardson even personally texted me the night after surgery to check on me, which meant so much and made me feel truly cared for. Brandi is truly the best for Botox. I’ve been coming to her for years and she still measures everything carefully every time. She consistently delivers flawless results. I’ve tried masseter Botox with different providers, and no one comes close to her precision. The injections are practically painless and the whole experience is always comfortable.

I tried this clinic for the first time after purchasing a Botox treatment through Groupon. Dr. Richard has a great reputation in Las Vegas, so I felt confident even though I usually go to a different clinic. However, my experience was very disappointing. A nurse named Debbie performed the injections, and from the start something felt off. She seated me in a chair with a small table placed behind me, not in front like other clinics where patients can clearly see what is being prepared and used—especially when paying hundreds of dollars, which is our right. She worked behind me with her back turned and seemed to cover the table, so I couldn’t see anything. I never saw the syringe when it was opened, used, or after the procedure. I usually close my eyes during injections, and after a few quick pricks, she stepped away. I kept my eyes closed, expecting her to continue, but after a short while she suddenly said, “You are done,” which was surprising. In the following days, I developed swelling under both eyes that lasted more than a week. I waited for the Botox to take effect, but even after over a month, there was no real result. From my past experiences, I am confident that the full dose was not injected. It’s very disappointing and unacceptable for a clinic with such a reputation. If they are offering deals on Groupon, they should still provide full and proper treatment. If I Had received a good results, I would have returned and recommended the clinic to friends and family, but unfortunately, I will not be coming back.

They were able to fit me in with an aesthetician and she was wonderful. She walked me through different treatments and recommended microneedling instead. This review might get long, so I’ll make one statement in case you don’t want to read on. My breasts looked better ONE DAY post surgery than they have since I was 21.
I had wanted breast implants since I knew they were a thing. My body type deserved more than I got. Wide hips, muscular legs, and square shoulders. I used to joke when genetics would come up in conversation that “I got my dad’s boobs.” Well, I finally got the opportunity at 37 years old, to finally get the breasts I had always dreamed of. I was living in my hometown of Milwaukee at the time and scheduled consultations with 3 different surgeons. It wasn’t until one of those visits that I learned I had a breast deformity called tuberous or tubular breasts. It’s nothing serious, it’s just that the lower part of the breast doesn’t round out resulting in more of a pointy shape with little to no “underboob.” So the first doc wanted to do a lift with implants for $12,000. I was shocked and left feeling like my boob dreams had been shattered. There was no way I could afford that. But I went to my next consult, and he basically said that I didn’t need a lift if he put fairly large implants in. Then my third consult was with Lorelle Kramer. She said there wasn’t a need for a lift at that time, and it would be smarter to wait until they needed to be replaced 10-15 years later.
So it happened! I believe I paid $6500 in 2012.
The recovery was brutal. When I saw them for the first time, I looked like Hulk Hogan. She assured me that as my muscles relaxed they would drop down into place. Well, along with what she called “breast massage,” which was basically her standing me against the wall while she pressed the heel of her hand so hard into my chest to push the implant down. It was EXCRUCIATINGLY painful. And I was supposed to continue this regularly at home. It was an awful experience. The implants did drop somewhat. I had good cleavage and looked decent in clothes. Unless they were very form fitting. Then it was obvious that they were high and misshaped.
Soooooo… 12 years later, 13 days before my 50th birthday, I went to Dr. Bryson Richards in Las Vegas, NV where I now reside, to have surgery.

I had called to schedule a complimentary consultation in October of 2023. The first available appointment was August of 2024. However, they will, and did call if something opened up sooner. I almost scheduled a consult with another surgeon, but I had already waited this long, and I knew several women who had surgery with Dr. Richards that were very pleased.
I am so happy I waited. Dr. Richards is pleasant and no nonsense. He took one look and said that he has done many repairs like this, I did not require a lift, and the surgery would take 45 minutes to an hour. We opted to take out my over-filled saline implants and replace them with gummy silicone for a softer and more natural feel and appearance. After the initial consultation, you are paired with a skilled assistant who works with you through the whole process. I worked with Misty, and she was lovely. I put down a $500 deposit to hold a surgery date, and paid the remaining $7000 at my pre-op appointment 2 weeks before. I also opted to purchase a vitamin supplement kit for around $100. I am happy I did, and highly recommend it. The nurses were great, the anesthesiologist was great, the surgery was great, and all I wanted when I woke up was a smoothie.
I had read that the second time is much easier because your muscles are already stretched. Speaking for myself, it was the least painful and easiest recovery of any surgery I have had. I went back the next morning to have the wrap removed and be put into a front zip sports bra. I could not believe how beautiful my breasts were the very next day! I can’t say enough good things. Have your surgery done here. If you don’t live here, it’s a great excuse to come to Las Vegas. 😘

I shopped around with different surgeons to get an idea of what I was going to need for a breast augmentation and how much it would cost. Dr. Richards was the 5 surgeon I went to and the last. It’s a wait to get a consult with him, but for good reason!
His staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I felt listened to and as though they had the perfect solution for what I needed. Once I met Dr. Richards (during the consultation which isn’t the case for all of the surgeons in Vegas so I loved that he actually comes in to meet you) he made me feel very comfortable. He wasn’t salesy and just got right to the point without a bunch of extra fluff.

My surgery went great! I’m currently still healing but so far everything looks great and I feel as though I could reach out to the office at anytime if any issues were to arise.

Lynette is the best when it comes to facials and will continue to be my go to. I visited Jordan for the first to get Botox and lip filler. He did an outstanding job. I found Dr. Richard through google and then found out a family member went to Dr. Richard’s for a tummy tuck. I researched for a while before making my Choice to go to Dr. Richards .
