Dr. Lim is a very caring doctor. She was very caring and willing to take all the time needed to care for me. She was very thorough. All the referrals I needed were taken care of quickly. She also took the time to explain everything in a way that I could understand. I really felt like she cared about my problems.
Both the nurse and the front office were so helpful in getting everything set up. It is such a friendly and professional office. So glad to find a great doctor's office in Las Vegas.

I have had a hard time finding the right doctor for me this has been the best decision I made after coming to Las Vegas. Dr Butista has been the best decision and the staff are very supportive and kind it’s sad my insurance is changing, but if you need a great doctor I encourage you to go see them at the Maud clinic Spring valley location.💕🌹

Their professionalism and the way they provides their assistance to their patients are way beyond 5 Star. I'm very pleased with Intermountain Healthcare, Select Health Medicare Advantage Insurance. Always a professional courteous experience. I just started seeing Johanna Lim ,NP at Maule office near Durango and 215. Again friendly personal experience. Johanna Lim, NP was very pleasant and professional. I had a good appointment. Her assistant, Jennifer was just as nice and helpful. Also Melinda at the front desk was great. She made sure I had my next appointment and asked if I had any questions that she could help with. Perfect all around! Thanks again Melinda.

Johanna Lim and her medical assistant are amazing. It was my first visit and I wasn’t feeling all that well. They were able to get me a same day appointment. Everyone from the front office to the back office were very professional and provided excellent care. The practice manager personally escorted me out and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my visit. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Exceptional service!!

I dread going to Dr’s office for yearly check up. The wait, the unhappy staff’s the full waiting room with sick people makes me don’t want to go.
But my experience with this place was all the opposite.
Check in was a breeze. Pleasant people. Very efficient. Clean office (barely new)
NP Lim is empathetic. So happy to have found this place and they will be my healthcare provider.
I’ve been to many clinics in Las Vegas and so far, this place has been the best.

Yesterday was my second appointment & this is definitely my spot! The entire staff is amazing...professional, knowledgeable, conscientious and just all around friendly too. Everything you could possibly want from a Medical Clinic, Doctor, Nurse Practitioner and Staff....from the time you enter to the time you leave. They know how to treat people, professionally & personally...your not a number there!
oh, and they know all the ins & outs of your insurance...none of the insurance headaches & confusion at all.
They really know their stuff!

This beautiful young lady Nurse Practioner is a Godsend to the medical community. She is the most caring, compassionate Nurse you could ever ask for. Kind, lovely, patient person. Very knowlegable, precise, takes time to care about you and your concerns. Answers all questions. I don't even make appointments with my primary physician, I only ask to see her. InterMountain Health Systems is very fortunate to have her, as she would be an huge asset to any medical group. She goes above and beyond providing and exceeding excellence!
