The most inefficient and unprofessional staff. I am also an office manger for several health care providers right up the road from Dr.Prem Kittysamy. I took an entire day off to get all my annual appts done. I called office to confirm appt. date and time and was informed they moved my appt from 04/2/2024 to 04/16/2025. On 04/01/2025 I have received 2 confirmations/and early check in notice FOR AN APPT ON 04/02/2025 from their office. I called office back again to confirm appt date and time once again 04/16/2025. I called left message for office manager because she does not pick up phone. When I called back again to let front desk know what was happening and to please cancel my appts. The girl that answered phone stated “ fine I will cancel appts” and hung up the phone. No, I am sorry for the confusion, can you send me screen shots you have with appt showing nope nothing then CLICK. If she worked for me I would FIRE her! Shame that’s what a new patient or established gets prior to seeing the doctor!!!!

I moved here from Washington state and found Dr. K. He is wonderful, answers all my questions and is very professional. He stays on top of my heart health, and orders the proper testing. I'm grateful to have found him, and his nursing staff is friendly and kind as well.

If I could give ZERO stars I would the lady who answers the phone who says she is the office manager but then would not give her name. Was very rude. My husband needs to be fitted for a heart monitor and was trying to make the appointment the woman would not look up the referral, woulkd not give her name and hung up on him twice. This is why people say that doctors in Las Vegas do not care about the patients. I advise anyone who needs a heart doctor to not go there. How good can any doctor be that employs people like that to conduct front office like that. Worst office EVER!!! I will be escalting this matter with my doctor office and my insurance company.

In the last month I've been to more than a dozen doctor's offices. The young ladies that run this office are cut above everything I've encountered up to this point. They supplied exceptional service and went out of their way to accommodate me. Great job A+!

Tried to make an appointment but the scheduler was extremely rude!!!!!! There are too many better choices for a cardiologist in this town. Lucky for me I wasn’t there in person or I’d have knocked her teeth out and dragged her out in the parking lot by her tacky stringy hair. DON’T TRUST THIS DOCTOR

I spent half a day calling and waiting for a callback to schedule an appointment for my father. When she finally called I asked the smart mouth rude little girl was it always so busy and she said yes that she’s the only one answering the phone. She didn’t like me asking if she had any help. She gave us an appointment time and we waited for a week. I took off work to take him and once we got there the same rude chubby girl I think it’s Ari said she didn’t have us listed as having an appointment. She said she’s the only one making appointments and she would remember if she’d made one for us. I work for LVMPD and tried this place even though a coworker told me about a better cardiologist because I’d already set the appointment. She was right! Obviously my dad has heart problems and talking so rudely to me and denying us the appointment she lied about was upsetting for us both. I doubt she would’ve pulled that stunt if I was in uniform. If my father had’ve had an episode, stroke or heart attack because of her hateful rude behavior just because she thinks can’t get fired no matter what she does she would’ve had some trouble that day. I love my father more than I love my freedom. After our terrible nightmare experience he’s now with a clinic that cares. I guess this doctor Kittusamy doesn’t have an inkling of how his front office is running his business and dragging his name and reputation through the mud. This is an incident I’ll never forget and I’ll tell it every time a heart problem comes up in conversation. This is a cardiologist office not a place for headaches. I’ve read all the reviews of this place and they all seem fake. This idiot is probably leaving fake reviews about herself. She better educate herself on on respect and one other thing because it’s ultimately coming for her…KARMA.

Great staff, very efficient and very short wait times. Dr. Kittusamy spends time with you and is very thorough when going over your case. Also Danielle is there when you need her, she gets things done in minutes that normally takes days, you can always get in touch with her ( no recordings) you always get to talk to a person.
