Hands down the best doctor office I have ever been to. Im a new patient. Dr Guillen is my PCP and I couldn't be happier.

Ive been in 2x. Once to establish a relationship and get yearly physical and blood tests, and once to follow up after tests were complete.
Doctor Guillen and staff have been wonderful. Dr Guillen went over my medical history and is working with me on a couple medical issues. She does a great job with her knowledge and experience, plus she has a great "bedside mannor" as well.

The entanglement between modern-day healthcare clinicians seems more like Abbott & Costello paradox. A simple appointment will have you wondering who treated who. What job title is on their badge. And thirdly, you don't even know your doctor's name.
A 3 week wait for a yearly physical should have been routinely simple. Instead, the front desk duo insisted on an 85 dollar payment for an unconfirmed missed appointment. Although they claim to be in a position of billing and scheduling. They refused to rectify the situation, stating i needed to call a third-party billing department. Furthermore, they refused to allow me to speak to the primary physician about this eronous billing issue.
Today was the day i fired Reliant as my primary provider. Another example of how a company fails to provide reliable healthcare do to unethical and incompetent gatekeepers.

I’m a new patient at Reliant Health ,and I couldn’t be more impressed. My first visit was with Dr. Dave, and I was immediately struck by his professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Today, I had my second appointment with Dr. Singh (since Dr. Dave was out of the office), and once again, I was blown away. Another amazing doctor in the same clinic!

Both Dr. Dave and Dr. Singh have an excellent bedside manner and are incredibly knowledgeable. They make me feel like they truly care about my health — without over-treating or rushing through the visit. It’s such a refreshing experience these days when so many clinics make you feel like just another number.

We normally go to another Reliant Health office but they did not have any same day openings. Thankfully there was a cancellation at this location and my husband was able to get an appointment this afternoon. The staff was friendly and Dr. Singh was outstanding! This review started as a five stars when I met Dr. Mit Dave and went all the way down to three stars after three days where it felt like it’s impossible to get my refills. Let me start by saying after three years in Las Vegas, I was finally able to find a good Doctor who is knowledgeable and who takes his time listening to your concerns. The front desk people as well seem to be nice dealing with patients and answering the phones. But there is an issue with getting my meds called in to the pharmacy. I hope this issue gets taken care of asap.

Really Incredible! Far exceeded my expectations! Wonderful, warm, and helpful assistance from patient, friendly front office staff like Hugo and Lily. The back office is equally smiley and proactively aid you while going the extra mile. Nurse Stephanie is very compassionate, takes vitals professionally, truly listens and asks the right questions for your history to make sure your records comprise all your concerns. Dr. Kumar knocked my socks off with his true human concern and dedication to using his expertise to further your goals for your care. Within just minutes, I decided he would be my new primary care doctor because he is an excellent listener, takes time with you, addresses you with respect, and is kind. He addressed my needs for leave documentation for work, a medication refill, and referrals to specialists with Superhero Speed! By the time I walked out to the front desk to check out...just a few short minutes...the paperwork was finished, the prescription called in and the referrals in progress with first contact already made with the specialists. Everything was incredibly impressive and I highly recommend!

I booked my appointment through ZocDoc, looking forward to getting advice and help for long covid.
I was booked with Dr. Kumar but changed to Dr. Mathew Pellnipz. The doctor discussed the current status of treatment for long covid, explained options and was through and knowledgeable. My only complaint was having to complete new patient information twice, as online papers were not recorded or found by receptionist. Dr. Pellinipz has excellent communication skills, is through, thoughtful and provides pertinent information.

Dr. Dave is nice and thorough. Front office staff is nice and professional. I don't know what it is about back office staff or whoever handles the prescriptions but you'll wait about a week and a half for medications to be sent to your pharmacy. I know prior authorizations can take some time but common now. Everything else could have been sent over correctly with out me having to call 2x to correct it. I will be switching back to southwest/optum where I don't have issues like this.

As the fat girl, I've had very poor experiences with doctors in that they rarely look at me and blame EVERY ailment I may come in for on being overweight. That was not the case at all coming here. The office was clean and welcoming. The front office staff was kind and helpful, she smiled and was very patient. The providers in the back listened to what I had to say and answered all of my questions thoughtfully. My concerns weren't written off and I was offered a good starting place I'm helping to get myself better. Very nice staff here and NP Edelaine was sweet to our family, who uses both locations since we are located in part of town near South Point. We go to see Reliant at their Fort Apache location also. They take most insurances and usually have really good availability if you need to be seen quickly. Also I like that their team is able to see you in the hospital next door if needed.

My provider Marlena Robinson left the facility. She is a PA, not a doctor, who has been my medical provider for over a year! Put me on medication for my thyroid which has totally messed up my body. Had hypothyroidism now have hyperthyroidism due to over medication. Taking 150 mcg of Levothyroxine and has destroyed me. Have called Reliant health 6 times over the last 3 weeks to find a new doctor in their clinic…no response. I have lived in Vegas for 29 years and prior had the same doctor for 27 years. This is the worst facility in the city!! So sick of the medical field dismissing patients like they are garbage!! DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY. I have to now find a new doctor to fix what they screwed up!!
