I had such a great experience with Dr. Stefanova at Red Rock Family Clinic! She is incredibly kind, attentive, and truly cares about her patients. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and respected, which made the whole visit even better.
One of my favorite things is how convenient everything is—I’m able to get my appointments, care, and lab work all done in one place. It really makes a difference when you have a busy schedule.
I also appreciate that Dr. Stefanova speaks multiple languages, allowing her to connect with and care for a diverse range of patients.
If you’re looking for a primary care provider, I highly recommend Red Rock Family Clinic!

Terrible staff and service!!!
The doctor was dismissive during our first appointment, didn’t ask questions, and didn’t seem to care much. We were also told this was a Spanish-speaking office, but no one on the staff speaks Spanish.
The staff has a terrible attitude, and instead of solving problems, they act like we are a bother. They are terrible at problem-solving and don’t have the skills to deal with patients or technology!
After a long and frustrating journey with this office, we were still unable to get the proper care and support needed to treat diabetes. Even getting a prescription filled for insulin was nearly impossible.
Save yourself the headache and do not come here!

Dr Stefanova is so attentive and caring. She made me feel very comfortable with my issues due to her extensive knowledge!! I highly recommended her for your gynecological needs as well as being a primary physician!

Amazing Dr. Stefanova! I have fought the thought of having to start seeing a PCP for years, but as 40 approaches it was time to start getting checked up! She listened to all my concerns that I had neglected over the years & she is getting me on the right path to take better care of myself. Her staff was very professional & kind, it was a huge sigh of relief and i wont hesitate to continue seeing her again!

Dr. Stefanova and the staff are very nice and helpful, but it’s very hard to get through to someone to make appointments, which can be frustrating when you need to see the doctor asap.

If I could leave 0 stars I would , I have never seen a place where the nurses and receptionist and the doctor are incompetent or just don't care , I went in on the 6th of March here it is the 15th I still haven't heard from the doctor nor do I have a care plan ,mind you I am a diabetic no meds nothing ..they wonder why I don't go to the doctor they do not care ..Dr. Nina Stevnova hmm I don't know what to say!
