My primary center is Craig Rd and Decatur and they are outstanding each h and everyone from the front desk assistants to the doctor's on staff. This is the best clinic and doctor I have ever had. Dr Z looks at the whole person, including what is happening with my other doctors. She reduce dosages of some meds I’ve been on for a long time and took me off others entirely - with excellent results. She answers my questions and gives me great advice. It's always such a nice visit when it's time to come to centerwell.S at the front desk was so quick to get me checked in and was very polite.
The nurse Erica that helped with vitals and other stuff needed was so nice and very patient. Dr. Kordick I have loved from the first time I met her. She is sweet and patient too! I had to do labs and I hate needles and my veins are so small that anyone who takes blood has a hard time. but Tenisis was marvelous and got blood work on the first try! Mrs.Shadae is always a lovely worker at Centerwell Senior primary care & The facility is clean that’s one of the many things i adore about the establishment and i don’t care for coffee personally but I think it’s perfect that they put hot chocolate and also coffee for patients at this Location ! Today was my first time coming in for a cardiology appointment. Juan was great. He was very kind and personable. We chatted while he did my EKG and found we had a lot in common. Since I left with a monitor, he explained everything to me, what to expect, what to do, and when to do it.
Marquita is a lovely, patient young woman. I was the last patient of the day and I felt bad keeping her past closing. But, she was very professional, scheduled my upcoming appointments, and made me feel welcome.
I look forward to going back for my follow ups at this office. It was nice to feel like I matter.

This place is amazing. The staffs are all courteous and knowledgeable. Dr Kordick takes time to know her patients, listens and just like a sister, friend who truly shows concern. I’m a new patient and I not only recommend Dr Kordick professionalism but her terrific staffs, too, like Crystal who makes you feel special because of her demeanor and concerns about your medical issues, Veronica was when I was over, very friendly and showed me all orders and paperwork’s ready. Sharina was at the front desk, who prepared all necessary orders, prescriptions, a need to call someone maybe of past records and any concerns I have. She was so petite, beautiful, very efficient at her job and really made sure that we have everything all set and then even called me later( fast actions) regarding my prescriptions and which pharmacy the medicine prescriptions be forwarded to. Really an excellent place to go to. No wonder seniors flock and choose to go there due to their amazing and wonderful service and staffs. I highly recommend this place for me because of Dr Kordick and the excellent, friendly and knowledgeable staffs.

Today I saw my cardiologist, Dr. Li. His medical assistant, Que, was very nice and helpful. Dr. Li is great! He listens to me, he never cuts our visits short and today he even printed out other reports to assist me. He is truly a warm, caring, top notch doctor. His scheduling coordinator, Marquita, is always friendly and helpful in scheduling my appointments. The entire staff is knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I am always treated with great respect.

Have been coming for about 3 years now. The staff have always been very professional. I never have to wait. I am seen very close to my appointment time. I went with mother to see Dr. Kordick. She knew my mother well and her medical history. We addressed the current issue right away, and then Dr. Kordick took extra time to listen to additional circumstances and check in on other issues. The office is clean and they’re organized.

And, RN Veronica is polite, friendly, knowledgeable and she makes patient feel comfortable.

I appreciate that Dr. Li is an “in-house” cardiologist. He is comprehensive & thorough in his exams. It saves me a few steps in following up on tests the doctor orders when I don’t have to leave CenterWell. My husband and I had an initial visit there with Brenda to get information and a tour, at that time we both scheduled appointments. We went there on the day and time we had scheduled and they said that I had called after our initial visit and canceled saying I didn’t think they were the right fit for us. I never called and Brenda said I must be confused that I did call her which is not true I never called her. Why in fact would we show up for an appointment we canceled? I believe she is confused and if this how you do business then it’s a very poor way to gain patients. Will never step foot in there again.

Every day I've called, and for atleast 3 days or so their number hasn't been working. You call, you press 1, then you press 1 again for returning patients & it says something is wrong & hangs up. Then on the Healow I can't even email my provider because it says she isn't at that facility when she is I just saw her a couple weeks ago. They want me to do all these things I can't do because they can't get their act together.

Waited all day for the doctor to prescribed medication. Facility closed at 5 and never got the scrip. Said the doctor was too busy to get at it. That is one inconsiderate and uncaring doctor who can't take a few minutes to order a prescription.
