THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. If I could give them 0 stars then I would. Within the last week I have been disrespected by this staff in multiple ways. I've been laughed at, hung up on, mocked, shown a lack of empathy and Dr. Amber Peterson even rolled her eyes at me and gave a huge sigh while sticking her hand in my face.
I have made complaints to the supervisors but it's pretty apparent that they either can't or won't do anything about the horrible treatment and lack of customer service.
The staff behind the desk laugh, make jokes and curse loud enough so everyone sitting in the lobby can hear them.
This place is truly unprofessional and should be shut down based on how they treat patients like myself who just need help.
The staff refuses to answer questions like "who's your supervisor?" or "what's your name." They seem to think they're above the law at this location and someone needs to step up and make some changes.

Great visit; Matthew the NP was on top of my concerns and issues. I got my medication ordered immediately and all my questions answered. Moreover, a new test was ordered and if the results are not better, I will be sent to a specialist. All the staff was cordial and professional.
