have a couple issues with the new PA at West Charleston Clinic - Senior Primary Care. I had my annual check and she could not see all of the blood work from my specialist. Not sure why ‘cuz never had that issue before. When I pulled up the blood work on my phone, she was not interested in looking at it.
The other issue was with my wife’s interaction. She was feeling bad and she had a appt but not for a month. She called and they sent in for some bloodwork. The data came back with some disturbing finds but never a call back from the PA.Two days later we called the response was to go see her specialist. For the specialist said your PCP handles those issues. Finally got back in touch with West Charleston Clinic - Senior Primary Care and the response sounded like the PA never even looked at it. As of today still no response.

I’m done with this place. The doctors don’t seem to care as usual. But what made me not want to have them as primary was the fact that you can never get a hold of them via telephone. Now they have a new system that leaves you on hold forever with the purpose of pissing you off so you can hang up. They really don’t want to take calls anymore. They want to force you to do everything online as if that was easy for everyone.

I arrived 10 minutes early and I was called almost immediately by the nurse who got my weight and temperature. Then I was ushered in a room where the nurse took my blood pressure and oxygen levels. Horrible threatening service. This is a horrible primary care physician office. Went in a handful of times and they can’t seem to get anything correct or consistent. FMLA forms have been filled out incorrectly multiple times by Dr. Hayes, having me going back and forth to get the actual correct information submitted to my workplace. Dr. Hayes is non caring and always seems like he’s very rushed in the appointments I’ve had. Very unprofessional and I’m unhappy with my experiences here. Office is threatening to send a $45 dollar bill to collections, they had provided incorrect/non-detailed FMLA information filled on the forms provided by my work. Putting me at risk of being fired due to their negligence. I wouldn’t recommend or advise anyone to seek any type of services at this primary care physician office. They are certainly greedy and won’t work with you at all. I explained they put non detailed/not enough information on my FMLA forms and that I didn’t appreciate the bad service, they refused to work with me at all.

I feel sorry for their Staff trying to work cross-culturally with Seniors. English receptive and expressive skills are poor. They seem worried about making mistakes and not managing care adequately. They have lots of cross-cultural issues and need more culturally sensitive classes and understanding the language skillls of AARP Citizens who are educated. Medicare likes feedback on deliverers of medical care.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I changed insurance just to be able to get better care at this office but so far not so sure. I brought in the DMV form for disabled placard to be filled out & faxed. Then found out at DMV they no longer accept faxed forms. So I called to get original form sent to me, after 3 calls & 2 weeks later I finally get the form. Only to find out after 3 hour wait that form was filled out wrong!!!

Dr. Suneetha Chinta, MD and the nurse - Lakeisha, are absolutely wonderful. Dr. Chinta always takes the time to actually listen to my concerns and gives her advice on what's going on, and Lakeisha makes you feel like family. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else - Thank YOU Dr. Chinta and Lakeisha!

Great first time experience. Easy checkin with friendly front desk. Nurse was quick with vitals and friendly conversations. The doctor was great and onboard with the routine exams. After checkup the discharge nurse setup followup appointments and blood work order. Overall a pleasant experience.
