My 1st visit since our lose of Michelle, very emotional. Loretta is very good in making me feel welcome and listened to. Went over last times blood work again, asked if i had questions or concerns. Addressed my meds and discussed next appt. I felt very comfortable with her & staff. Renewed my meds & gave me paper copies as requested for my records. Left feeling calm and reinforced to return. I never will forget the day that we lost Michelle, how could I, it was June 17, my 63rd birthday.I was in the Hospital getting my toe amputated and she called to check on me and was going to visit me when she got time, unfortunately time for her was no more. I was devastated. Loretta has some big shoes to fill but I believe she is up to the task. She listens and is very helpful and fits right in. Welcome aboard. Michelle told me I would live to be 100 maybe Loretta will be here to help me do it. Again Loretta Welcome.
