I didn't know moving my appointment to the location on Maryland parkway ment I would experience a whole other style MRI. Apparently, that location is where you go if you want to be... I mean if you happen to be are claustrophobic.🤗
But the girl who I checked in with and the girl running the MRI machine, were both very sweet. They were informative on what I can expect during the entire process. Once the MRI was completed I was instructed to wait for the CD to give to my doctor. We talked and laughed while I waited. Definitely made the experience better.

Small office with great people. Each person was super nice and cared about what the concerns or questions each of the patients had. While waiting for my appointment to start, I witnessed their interactions. I have been to other radiology clinics in the city and the medical administration employees treated the patients horrible, this one had truly kind and caring employees regardless of the way the patient was dressed, if they had insurance or not, and what their primary language spoken was.

My experience at Las Vegas Radiology was absolutely pleasant as the ppl there were on point with genuine professionalism as well good customer service they know how to relax you for test without medication for they are the medicine with their skills and knowledge of how to make a patient feel comfortable!!! I’ am not one for all these test that are sometimes required for some unfortunate circumstances we face in this life to help diagnose our conditions and concerns but,,, they’re the business for soothing your core to let you feel everything is going to be okay by having the skills to relax you and remove the anxiety that comes along with fear from the unknown at least that what I experienced from my appointment with Las Vegas Radiology each time I have gone through testing even the dreadful MRI!!! Unbelievable is all I can say! Had a mammogram done here and was told I need to schedule an ultrasound because of the results. Scheduled it, was then told they messed up and scheduled another mammogram not an ultrasound. Had to reschedule the correct exam. Day before the exam I am told my appointment is canceled because there is no doctor. Now I have to get a referral from my doctor to find somewhere else to preform the ultrasound. This will be months before I am able to get an ultrasound. Way to go healthcare system!

I had an appointment for an MRI today, Aug 24th at the Maryland Pkwy facility. I had a bit of a wait, but no biggie since the receptionist was so nice, fun & easy to talk to and they had HGTV on the Ha Ha. The young Lady who did the exam was also very nice, very professional and clear in all the instructions. Made it a comfortable exam. I was also glad they were open on a Sunday & found out they have late hours as well. Makes it easy for those who work. Thank you Ladies.
