I wish I could leave a MINUS 1000 stars. That's it. I see that there are some four and five stars, with reviews. That's friends and relatives that they know that are leaving these reviews. I've been in Vegas for over forty years
I have never in my life. Ever experience such unprofessional people. Rude arrogant and totally uncaring. I asked for my x rays because I was going elsewhere to have my work done. I made at least 15 calls and emails. When you take dental x rays, they're in a format called IDCOM. It's the type for x rays. You see the head turning etc. Marabell at the Ft Apache office, didn't I have a clue what I was talking about. First of all, she sent me a photograph. Then she sent me it in PDF Format. that's a document format. I have been in computers for over 50 years. The doctor he's a nice Spanish man. Luckily, he had a helper that spoke spanish too. He still couldn't get it right. I have a front tooth that's very loose, I told him so, and what does he do? He starts hitting on the loose tooth. I jumped up in the chair and he said, oh sorry and started laughing. I have a cavity on the number 29 tooth near the back. I knew I had it because of x.Rays last year, with a different dentist. He completed the so called exam. I said to him, what should we do about the number 29 tooth. He said what's wrong with it? Right near the gum line, there is a big black area that is there, not any person could have missed, but he did. The girl who assisted him had a really hard time, just getting the xrays. What a clown show. The online form I refuse to sign because of the wording. I went in and got a paper copy and filled those out. This company is incredibly fraudulent. Look at some of the other reviews. They're overcharging and overbilling. DONT GO TO THIS FRANCHISE. SOMEBODY JUST BOUGHT ABOUT 50 OFFICES IN VEGAS. Read the reviews from every other office.Horrific is the word. The hygiene of the place was horrible too.

Advertise a $39 full exam and X-rays. If you want that just make sure you tell them you have no insurance even if you do. They billed my insurance and received $54 for the exam and X-rays and then billed be for an additional $84. Deceptive business and I won’t be getting any treatment there.

Wow, I love coming to this office!!! My whole family frequents Advanced Dentistry. I went in for my 6 month cleaning and had to have a little filling done. Everyone is so friendly and personable. Often times, people have meh or bad experiences at the dentist’s office, but this dentist and office staff will make you feel like you’re at a home away from home!! I love asking questions to clarify and further understand the process and Dr. Lazar let’s me ask about it all!! The dentist has a horrible attitude. This day he must have been in a bad mood because the entire office seemed to be afraid of him. You could feel the tension. Horrible feeling. The dentist himself was extremely rude, yelling, horrible bed side manner unfortunately. I do not recommend and will certainly not be returning.

This is the best dental location in Las Vegas. Another location wanted to pull multiple teeth. He fixed the mentioned teeth two years ago and I have had no problems. A separate dentist I cost me over a thousand dollars each year for work that "needed to be done." Steve's work does not have to be redone each year. Steve Lazar is the most ethical and best dentist I have found in Las Vegas, NV. His work lasts. He does not try to create work. He is very professional and has excellent customer interface. The good Dr. Halmos, assistant Chelsea and I took a long journey to a place well worth getting to, I was very glad for their help.

Long journeys routinely include a few bumps - the team responded to these with planning, care and execution to minimize the impact while still maintaining a course towards the correct, the excellent, result. Dr. Steve is a very experienced dentist, NOT like the amateur dentists who are trying to get your money and do unnecessary work. Dr. Lazar is by far the best dentist I have ever seen.
If you are scared of Dentists this is the Dentist you want!
Great hygeinest was able to clean up my teeth (haven't seen dentist in 8 years) and teach me how to take care of problem areas due to previous orthodontics.

Dr. Lazar is knowledgeable, funny, wise, and makes sure you are comfortable. He is an excellent dentist.
I had a tooth so decayed I thought it would need extraction (nearly cracked in half) however Dr. Lazar worked his magic and was able to save the tooth. I have a immense tolerance to anesthetics so he made sure I was good and numb before procedure.

I have never had a great experience with dentists but Dr. Lazar has certainly changed that. Thank you so much Dr. Lazar and team for taking such great care of me!

I had a white stain on one of my teeth that couldn’t be removed with anything. I did some research and saw that Dr. Lazar did microabrasions. I was leaving town soon, but the front receptionist Lorena was able to get me scheduled asap! As soon as I walked in I was greeted nicely and the dental assistant, Dwayne was also very nice and helpful. Thirty minutes later Dr. Lazar worked his magic and no more white stains! I’ll be coming back whenever I need anymore cosmetic work done.

Steve Lasar the Dentist/owner charged me almost $2,000 to repair teeth that "2 other dentists told me could/should not have been repaired "after he refused to get me in to take a look at "his failed work" I was forced to go in and get 2nd and 3rd opinion for documentation and for proper repair of the new crowns that broke off "only 30 days post repair" I put my trust in the wrong dentist because the teeth didn't even last a month before they broke off inside my mouth and when the crowns broke they also chipped my other "good teeth that were not previously damaged." I have to fly in out of state to have the work completed because of my terminally ill child living in Las Vegas and they knew this and said they could easily accommodate my travel schedule and that they do it all the time with clients that work or live out of state and it wouldn't be a problem at all. I scheduled my travel and flights around getting my mouth and teeth fixed/repaired and they not only cancelled multiple appointments after I was already in Las Vegas "one of the cancelled appointments they called me when i was in the parking lot/doors were locked and nobody was there for my 1030 appointment and i didn't find out my appointment was cancelled until after driving all the way there and sitting in the parking lot for over an hour! The work was terrible and caused additional damage to my mouth and his secretary flat out lied to me about the reason for her canceling my appointments. I confronted the owner Steve Lazar and he was dismissive of my emails and fb msngr msgs and also refused to refund my money or fix my teeth. I had to find a new dentist and all the teeth he worked on need to be pulled now because of the poor job he did on them and he took my money and ran. I also have new damaged/cracked/chipped teeth from his repairs failing. I also saw what I consider unsafe mask practices. I will be reporting this to the cdc and the better business bureau websites today as well and let them decide. I would not recommend this dentist or his dishonest secretary who puts her own schedule and needs in front of a patient who flew in from working out of state and cancels already scheduled appointments so she can go to her own appointments and then blatantly lies about it on 2 separate occasions. The guy never even returned my messages when attempting to resolve the matter and never even completed all the work "additional crowns" which he he intially charged me for. Ill be hiring a lawyer next and directly contactingmany other of the negative reviews I have found online for a possible class action law suit. The worst experience I've ever had. Now I have $$$ thousands more worth of damages to my mouth due to the immediate failure of the work that was only half completed. Now the rest of the work he did is or has failed as well and all I want is my money back and for people to know that this dentist and his secretaryare dishonest people.👎👎💉🦷🔨👎👎

I went with a really bad pain and I was sitting with the doctor for 40 min and the all time the doctor was blaming me for not taking care of my teeth
After that he just give me a plan without explaining anything about it and when I wanted to ask about he told me that I can go to see another doctor

Front reception, dental hygienists, and of course Dr. Lazar are all amazing! Clean office and very CDC compliant during pandemic. Dr. Lazar really means what he says when he says he is not just going to do work that is not necessary and he will tell you the truth. This was important to me when first moving to Las Vegas because truthful good dentists can be hard to find. I personally know from previous experience. Lorena always makes sure you have reminders for your appointment and makes accommodations when she can and always greets me with a friendly smile. What stood out to me was their level of attentiveness. From the time I walked through the office door to the time I walked out. everyone has always been prepared to help me. They know why I am there, they are familiar with my benefits, and they never keep me waiting for a long period of time. Nor do they have their waiting room swarming with people. I called to schedule a teeth cleaning. Since this would be my first visit with them I was informed that I would needed a complete examination first with X-rays. I expressed that a full set was just taken three months prior. It was implied that new X-rays would be needed anyway. It was stated that the Doctor dictates what services are needed for new clients.
They would not quote pricing over the phone. So my question is. How can I spend MY money (HSA funds)wisely and effectively? I can't and neither can anyone reading this. They really don't want new clients unless you are willing to spend your money their way!

I went to this place because I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed and didn't have a normal dentist. Well, I do now. The saw me for a consultation, i scheduled a cleaning, and then got my wisdom teeth removed. They used laughing gas and local. I was really anxious about the whole process, but Dr. Lazar was amazing. He made me feel so comfortable. The extractions were so QUICK...my recovery has been easy and honestly, quite painless. He did such a great job. He even personally followed up on Sunday to make sure I wasn't in any pain and that everything was OK. When I got my teeth cleaned a week before the extractions, the dental tech was also really nice. I'm not great about flossing. She didn't shame me at all, she didn't even say, "you need to be flossing everyday" which really bothers me because...well duh, obviously I should be. Instead, she asked me questions about why I don't floss, and suggested that I just start slow, like 2-3 times a week until it becomes routine, then add more days. I really liked her no-shaming approach, it made me feel like incorporating flossing wasn't this huge thing. I really can't recommend this place enough.

Dr. Lazar and his team at Advanced Dentistry did a fantastic job today. I needed to find another dentist to take care of my teeth after moving to Las Vegas. I'm so glad to have found his office. I absolutely love this place! Dr. Lazar is amazing the best Dentist I have ever seen. His Assistant is great at taking x-rays and he’s really good with kids. The Hygienist Lilia is wonderful and very gentle. Lorena at the front desk always greets me with a smile and makes me feel right at home as soon as I walk in! Office staff: Friendly courteous and efficient. Lorena gives 5 star service she is friendly , fast and efficient . Scheduling was fast and easy.
Office : is clean and accommodating as well as the patient rooms.The waiting room is nice,with a TV on and reading material . We were offered water while we waited , though both times I went the wait was not long.
Dr. Steven Lazar was very patient with me as I was super nervous to get my procedure done and actually had to reschedule it for a later date. Rafael helped put me at ease before the procedure offering music or a movie and going over what would be happening and how long it would take. Then Dr.Lazar was awesome during the procedure regularly checking if I was okay. I would recommend this dental practice for sure.

Life is a process of learning from our mistakes by accident I stumbled onto advance dentistry with Steve Lazar, talk about changing my life, from the first consultation over five years ago my teeth are strong healthy but not only that, I have all the knowledge to keep them for the rest of my life because of advance dentistry. Steve is caring but tough he tells it as it is, he really makes you want to take care of your teeth . I have a friend that had really horrible issues with her teeth after year I tried to get her to go see Steve finally yesterday she did, from the outside looking in Steve provided such care, it made me feel so proud to bring somebody that I truly care about to them, "BUT" it seems too late that she may end up losing many of her teeth. I just want everybody to know how glad I am to say that advanced dentistry and Steve Is my dentist, thank you so much now my friends Health is on track to be better😊

Came in for a crown buildup , ended up just with a filling! The doctors job was amazing, I did not feel any pain, I was in and out!
