I’ve been here now 3 times I believe my first appointment was the new patient X-rays and talk about treatment plan. I explained my problems and for the first time I felt heard like my troubles wasn’t being dismissed. 2nd appointment cleaning a tooth extraction and fillings. Very kind and very efficient even gave me moments to breathe without making me feel like I was slowing them down which I appreciate. I used to be the patient crying in the chair. But I wasn’t this time and now my 3rd appointment more fillings and let me tell you. My smile is back and I’m so grateful for dr.patel and his team. My teeth weren’t in good shape. Now I feel like I can smile again! They listened they didn’t make me feel judged but he was also honest didn’t fully beat around the bush and I love that. I’m really glad that I took the chance with this dentist!

This is my first positive experience with a dentistry practice and it was thanks to the personnel that interacted with me. I have extreme anxiety, I cried and was shaking throughout my visit, but they were kind to me. They gave me time to work out a payment plan through Cherry with my spouse. Everything was affordable, especially since this was an emergency visit. I was able to have two wisdom teeth pulled same day. I am extremely grateful they contacted me when they opened for the day. I had sent an inquiry through email around midnight due to excruciating tooth pain. My spouse and I will be going back to this practice from now on.

I absolutely have to give this office a one star! I came to this office a few months ago and I simply came because I was having a tooth pain on my top left side and I just wanted to take care of that. A dentist came in and she was like yeah I’ll pull it. I’ll pull it today. I’ll pull it right now. The assistant goes quotes me, gives me the price and I agree to it. I’m down to do it sounds good. I just need to get this over with. Then I went Into another room to see another dentist, I guess? I’m not too sure because nothing is being explained to me. When I get into the second room, the Dentist starts checking me for periodontal disease and then she tells me that I need antibiotics for an infection. So the assistant goes back and quote me again comes back with an even higher price. Immediately, I’m irritated because I’m only here for the tooth pain. Everything else can be discussed later, but I’m literally telling you guys that I cannot even chew on one side of my mouth and you guys are checking me for other things. After I tell the Dentist that I just simply cannot afford it, she starts telling me that I can just do a payment plan. I tell her no I cannot do a payment plan. My credit is not that good And she starts asking me why my credit isn’t that good??? Basically pressuring me to pay the bill to get my teeth done as if we’re not in 2025 literally the worst our economy has ever been? Like honey, I am not making your kind of money. What don’t you get about that? Anyways, I left and got nothing done Because literally that second Dentist discouraged me so much I was irritated and I just wanted to get out of there. Hubby broke a frontish tooth!!!!! Was sent here by another dental office that was to busy to take him, showed up as a walk-in emergency at 9ish and he was in the chair with-in all of 10 minutes max! My favorite thing is it doesn’t smell like a dentist office, the vibe, the music, the staff, the assistants, and last but not least the Dentist himself Dr. Patel were all so kind and accommodating! Karla at the front desk is amazing and went out of her way to talk to us and explain options and the pros and cons of each, before making an ultimate decision, she is truly here to make this experience as easy as possible. I want to especially highlight Liané, the assistant, and Carla at the front desk.

From the moment you walk in, Karla greets you with a very friendly, professional, and organized attitude. She is always ready to help with any questions and makes the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Leanne was amazing throughout the entire visit. She was very attentive at all times, constantly making sure I was comfortable, checking if I felt any pain or discomfort, and explaining each step clearly and patiently. That really builds trust and peace of mind.

I am very upset and disappointed. I scheduled an appointment for today. They text me last night that my appointment was at seven in the morning to fill out all this paperwork that was on their link just to come to my appointment at 10 AM because they are not open at seven in the morning to find out the office is closed and that they were trying to call me yesterday. Nobody left me a voicemail and they did not send me a text saying that they need to reschedule my appointment. The lady on the phone was very nonchalant about the situation. Didn’t even apologize or anything and I’m here walking around with a swollen face thinking I’m going to be help today.

I absolutely love this place. I initially came here for a second opinion after a chop shop chain pulled teeth, wanted to give me full dentures and completely disregarded my thoughts or feelings. At affordable the Dr. listens to you and treats you with care. I have crippling dental anxiety and she is nothing short of patient and thorough. The office staff smile and great you by name. The techs are friendly and encouraging, and the hygienist is so sweet and feels like family. I'm literally watching my smile transform with every visit all thanks to the staff at affordable dental. The manager here who works with insurance is arrogant with the feeling of being superior. She doesn't know how to communicate properly with the patient. I was requesting to double check why they charge me twice. First, I swiped my credit card for the copay. They changed my insurance and they sent me a bill indicating my copay which I already paid before they even check me. When asked why it was so she showed me arrogance. I was pissed and never came back.

Needed a new dentist since I moved back to Vegas and found this one off my insurance's website.

The lady's up front were nice enough, the guy taking my X-rays was cool, but then the doctor came in and I was not a fan of her at all. she didn't have the best bed side manners and was telling me a tooth I had a root canal on a few years back was infected again. At that point the vibe kinda soured as I was confused how I could have an infected tooth and not feel it.

Then the hygienist came in and ran my periodontals (gum pocket measurements) I got a bunch of 4's and 5's and was recommended laser deep cleaning that would run a couple thousand dollars ($600 out of pocket) this again was even more confusing, as I get regular biannual cleanings, brush and floss regularly, and my last dentist in Reno never said I essentially had gum disease. So I called my old dentist and asked, they gave me my X-rays and perio chart and I saw I had 2's, 3's, and a few 4's! I asked affordable dental if I can have my X-rays and perio chart because I was going to send them over to my old dentist for a second opinion, but they said they'd "have to go through corporate and it'd take 48 hours" and rather I came in instead.

At this point, I was sus'd out, and got a recommendation for another dentist from a family member.

I just had my cleaning done at a different dentist. I didn't need another root canal, I didn't need laser deep cleaning, my periodontals chart was only 2's and 3's with one 4mm. I was fine. Insurance paid for the cleaning and new X-rays, so nothing out of pocket for me, versus the $600+ I would've had done at affordable dental.

I know it's cliche, but affordable dental is anything but.

Please don't try and push dental procedures people don't need. People already hate going to the dentist as is.

I cannot say enough good things about this dental office. I have always had a serious fear of needles, and the idea of getting numbing shots would make me extremely anxious. However, the team here helped me overcome that fear in a way I never thought possible.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, patience, and respect. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt safe and in control throughout the entire process. The dentist was incredibly gentle, and to my surprise, the injection was almost painless. They constantly checked on me and moved at a pace I was comfortable with.

Thanks to their care and professionalism, I now feel much more confident about going to the dentist. If you struggle with anxiety or a fear of needles, I truly recommend this office. They genuinely care about their patients and it shows in every part of their work.

Poor communication, waste of time and money. Everyone at this location was very kind and pleasant. If it weren't for the poor communication from their scheduling department, they would be getting five stars. I am visiting from Hawaii where it is next to impossible to get an appointment for a cleaning. I already have a dentist at home and made it very clear during every step of the process that all I need is a cleaning due to the long wait time where I live. I typically get a cleaning once a year when I'm traveling, and have visited several different dentists in different states who have all been able to accommodate this. The woman who helped me to schedule over the phone assured me that I could get a cleaning done on the same day as the exam, and the exam is required before the cleaning. I called around to several dentists in Vegas to find one who could get me in for a cleaning during my trip. When I came for my appointment, I again repeated that I only needed a cleaning due to the lack of availability for a cleaning where I live. Exam and x-rays are required before the cleaning, and during the x-rays and exam, I also explained that I am just here for a cleaning and so glad they could fit me in. During the x-rays, the technician surprised me by mentioning that they would not be able to do the cleaning today, but it would be possible to get an appointment for tomorrow. After I saw the dentist, I was surprised to find out that a cleaning would not be possible to get done tomorrow and needed multiple appointments. I just had an exam with my dentist at home last week and they confirmed we are able to do the cleaning in one appointment, but I have to wait several months to get it done. Due to the poor communication from their scheduling department, they have wasted hours of my time, and money since I had to pay out of pocket for this appointment. I would have much rather they communicated their process accurately over the phone when scheduling so that I could opt for a different dentist who can meet my needs.

Had to edit my review. Had my 2 front top teeth replaced with crowns. The dentist messed up a gum nerve on my upper left side that is painful and hasn't gone away so now I have to go see a periodontist. Also my crowns throb from time to time and it is very uncomfortable. I would be cautious with this office. I gave it a 2 star because the first time they did a crown on me it went smoothly with no problems. But when I went back it completely messed me up.

This places its so bad starting from front of the house receptionist veronica super rude. Receptionist tells you something diffrent everytime and backs of the house talking about clients in the back. Horrible customer service Veronica had extremely sour attitude! I had a simple question where I asked if they can take my xrays they said no they have take some in house. I then asked if they could look up my second insurance and see if I’m covered with them and they seemed like they didn’t want to even try and look up my insurance. This place is based off commission/ sales and I know this because I’m in that industry. All around would never recommend them to anyone. That’s coming from someone who was recommended to go to them. They even had the nerve to say as I was walking out that they would charge my insurance a no show up fee. This office told me I needed $1000 in dental work, which is fine but then had me take out a $5000 loan instead of just the amount for the loan and told me I had to do it that way and then over the course of the next year every three months when I went in they told me I needed another deep cleaning and use up my entire $5000 in a year telling me I needed that twice twice and they kept telling me I needed these deep cleanings I mean deep cleanings in one year Just wanted to use they are extremely shady they are so many dentist out there who are transparent and honest, please stay away from these people they do not care about who you are or what you have. They will take everything. They will walk over you to get revenue for their office. Stay away from them.

Had a problem with a tooth and went to Affordable dental. We decided to have the tooth pulled rather than go thru a root canal. Took forever before I was given novacaine so the procedure could start. Once pulled I was asked about getting a bridge. Not knowing what was involved I advised them to see if my insurance would cover it and if approved I would discuss it with them and with my wife. They took that to mean I did not want the bridge despite the dental assistant having basically confirmed that I could make an appointment to discuss it with the dentist. I called back when I did not hear about the bridge application and was put on hold for almost 15 minutes before getting the answer that they did not believe I wanted the bridge. I have dealt with 5 dentists in my life and all 4 others were excellent. I have never received worse treatment in my life and would not go back there if they were the only dentist in the valley.

I had a crown done on one of my teeth. The front desk was very helpful and friendly and the staff overall are very cooperative. As for the crown, it was a temporary for today however the procedure was done very well and carefully by Dr. Mitra. On the other hand of the procedure, Mariah who was also friendly and considerate, took her time to make sure everything was comfortable and fitting with the final placement of the temporary crown along with great hospitality while being there. I needed 13 extractions. I never felt a thing during them. These folks are highly professional, unfailingly friendly and polite, and just all around good. Also, like their name says, they are affordable.

High turnover, no consistency with staff or procedures. I told them not to allow a dentist to come in who seems to want to make issues with your teeth and they did anyway. Even the hygienist questioned what she was doing. I and my 2 adult children go here and every time we leave we have issues, after having approximately 4 appts, I am not returning. I finally realize why private dentistry costs, and for someone who takes pride in their teeth and visits a dentist every 5 months, not 6 - I need to go back to private dentistry. You do get what you pay for. This location DOESN'T LISTEN AND STATES THINGS THAT THEY DO NOT COMPLY WITH just to get you in. I tried and tried, but if I continue what I take pride in will become a chop shop for them. No, thank you. I will say this. EVERY HYGENTIST AND DENTAL ASSISTANT has had excellent customer service!

I've been terrified of the dentist I have seen many dentist over the years.Dr Mitra Nikpour is by far the best that has helped me from extractions to fillings. Very nice and very helpful. Going to dentist is always nerve wrecking if you feel like that you need to go to this place they numb you up really good and when they pulled teeth it was fast and no pain

Mitra nikpour is very unprofessional. She should have her license taken away. She put my teeth crooked in the wrong size and went a told her I was not satisfied she was very angry and unpleasant to deal with. I well report her to the BBB .

I cannot believe I had this horrible of an experience here. I have been going to Dr. Morris for the last few months and he did great work on my teeth along with making me feel very welcome. I referred my husband to Affordable Dental and we made an appointment with Dr. Morris because he’s in network with our insurance. On the day of the appointment we came in and were not told that Dr. Morris had been replaced by another dentist and that Dr. Morris was no longer at this location. I asked why we weren’t notified that our dentist was replaced to which the front desk lady replied that if the requested doctor is out they will replace your dentist with someone else and they don’t have to notify you of the change even if the new dentist is out of network. So my husband went through the whole appointment just to find out after the appointment, the doctor he saw was out of network. They knew that the whole time and didn’t say anything until it was time to pay. While we were there my husband also requested that I go in with him but they asked me to sit in the waiting area until his X-rays were done and then they would come get me after. Surprise surprise, no one came to get me. I have no problem with an office policy that states only 1 person in the room but don’t lie and say you’ll come get someone if you don’t intend to do so.

Another thing we can’t wrap our head around is that the cost of my appointment was $49 and for his it was $120. My initial visit was without insurance and my husband put our new insurance down and was charged double that. After all of that we had to pay the $120 out of pocket because the doctor they replaced Dr. Morris with is out of network. This office lost two patients because of their dishonestly and shady medical practices. I will stop recommending this place to friends and family.

I have been coming to Affordable Dental at flamingo now for over 5 years and have always had amazing care here! Everyone is extremely professional and I have never run into any problems. Get my cleanings and had my braces done here as well. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a new dentist or orthodontist!
