Dentist Theresa is excellent, but not so much with the checkout scheduling lady, lost confidence in the place when they couldn’t explain simple dental cleaning procedures and effectively explaining what is covered by insurance or not. Routine cleaning isn’t rocket science. Ilve had it done a million times. They wanted to upsell me additional cleaning procedures, lasers etc insurance considers cosmetic! I just walked out and will rather go somewhere else with better experiences. They don’t even set you up for cleaning same day for a check up come to find out after my check up!

A very kind and transparent office and staff! I have had bad experiences with other dentists in town and felt like they were always trying to tell me things I needed but did not. Dr T and his office are very understanding, especially if you’re on a budget. Also he is the most gentle Dr when numbing you. He’s pretty funny too. Really great experience. Dental hygienist Kristen did a deep clean on my teeth. I opted for all 4 quadrants at once. Lengthy for sure but so easy and comfortable. Kristen is outstanding. Absolutely unacceptable service. I scheduled back-to-back after-school appointments for my daughter six months in advance—specifically timed to avoid pulling her from class and to work around a pre-planned family vacation. This was the SECOND time they’ve unilaterally moved our appointments to midday slots on different days with zero prior notice.
When I confronted the manager, she claimed she “can’t make changes” and would “contact her regional manager, Maria,” to handle it. Refusing to provide supervisor contact info while promising to file the complaint herself? That’s not accountability—that’s a dodge.
This place is a fraud. Don’t expect your appointment time to be honored if they decide to shuffle things around. Stay far away.

If you want to get your apartment canceled two times in a row, 1st day of appointment and second two days before and then be told you have to wait another 3 months to get back in and also be told a manager will call to get you in sooner, who never calls then this is the place for you. I have been coming here for years, the dentist and hygienist are great but if I can’t get in to see them what’s the point. Time to find a new office I guess

5 stars is not enough for this office. I had two implants done about 4 years ago at this office and today I had to go in because I loosened one. Completely my fault. I drove across town to see them because they are just that amazing. My employer didn't give me the right information for my dental insurance and the amazing ladies at the front went above and beyond. Not only did they find out which dental insurance I have, but were able to get a full breakdown of my coverage before my employer could get me a phone number. They are genuinely kind and have outstanding work ethic. The dental assistant was fully engaged and had an active dialog with Dr Tiburcio. It is obvious she is engaged with always honing her skills even though she is already very skilled and knowledgeable. Dr. Tiburcio is just so amazing time and time again. Incredibly friendly and personable, but has some of the best hands! Even after every stage of my implants I was only a little sore. He is efficient and doesn't cause unnecessary pain with outstanding quality of work. 5/5 stars for each person at their office.

The best dentist office in Las Vegas Nv ! I waited so long for my office to get changed to this location . The staff is so friendly and welcoming . My daughter told me today that she love this location . I bring all of my children here for all of their dental needs . My son got his braces off two years ago and his teeth are perfect ! They make sure they keep you on top of your appointments and I love that for us ! My daughter last appt was an ortho and we’re here today for a hygienist appt ! I didn’t even set it up the receptionist did it all for me ! I can’t name anyone particular because every last individual is great and makes you feel so comfortable. They always have good energy. I was scared going in because i had horrible abusive situations with other dentist offices. One had a roach on the wall, the doctor was disgusting. Next one was shady. I was treated with no respect and was shoved around and my calls were ignored. They said they sent a pre authorization. Almost after 8 months i still heard nothing. Insurance said they never got the request. I left. Turns out that office was shut down. Next doc couldnt help me and i lost all hope. Then i found Affordable Dental. I thought they would be the same. I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG!!!! I walked in and greeted with smiles and positive atmosphere. The woman at the front dest. Nikki. Was amazing. She helped me with a mixup with the other dentist and worked very hard to find out the truth to fix it. Turns out the other dentist that i had a serious billing issue used to be a piece of their franchise. They are no longer open. This office is nothing like the other one. Nikki worked hard with research phone calls to get it resolved. She explained everything to me. Then i went to the back. The dental assistant was so nice. She explained everything, and listened to my concerns. Then i met Dr. Don Tiburcio. I was so impressed. He talked to me and listened and said he will help me. He was polite, soft spoken and cares about his patients. Full of smiles and spends the time you need with you and doesnt make you feel rushed. Then Nikki came in the back to tell me an issue with my insurance. She went back up to call them again. My daughter told me thst Nikki was making calls and really working hard to get answers and she did. She came back and told me it was all good. I have never seen anyone work that efficiently and determined to get the answers before i left. She made my experience very happy and content. I came in scared of being shoved around again but i was treated like i was a person who mattered and i left smiling looking forwsrd to my next appointment. Who can say that about a dentist appointment. So look no further, you will not find another dentist office that will make your visit relaxing. I recently had a crown pop off (my old dentist did it) and when I called my old dentist office, they were not the nicest to me. They didn’t want to tell me how much it would be to exam/put it back on (I don’t have insurance and am paying cash). The vibes were off and they have been off there for awhile. My WHOLE family has been going to that dentist for years and they all slowly started to come to affordable dental. Now that I have a tooth emergency, I wanted to reach out to the new dentist my family had decided to go to. They were super nice on the phone and told me upfront about the price (i really appreciated that). They got me in so fast, like 2 days after I called. When I got there, the energy was so welcoming and they took the time to cement my crown back on THAT DAY!! (Even though I was only scheduled for a tooth exam). Even though I hate cleanings, (like, really hate) I always have a very good experience here. Celeste is my Dental Hygienist and she is very patient with me. I have extremely sensitive teeth and I can be difficult at times. Dr Tiburcio is also great. I have had some pretty complex problems with my teeth, and have even had some last minute emergencies . Dr T always tries to get me in as soon as possible and is very empathetic. A someone who has been squeezed in, I have a better understanding if clinic is running a little behind. They are likely squeezing in emergencies and I support that. I appreciate it so much in fact, I moved almost an hour away in far southeast Henderson, and I still make this drive every 3mo. The service is worth it.

At this location, I got my first crown placed in Aug 2022 and it fell out this December 2024.
My molar was extremely sensitive that every little touch with dental tools or fitting the crown was so painful. The young dental assistant was clumsy and I was so frustrated that I wanted to quit. The young dental assistant looked like a teenager and she claim that she's been placing temporary crowns for years. I'm disappointed that the average crown last 5-15 years. Mine lasted 2 years 4 months. I will not be coming back here.

I just started going here and so far it’s been really positive and the dentist, Dr. Tiburcio, really made me feel like he was listening and made sure that I felt like all my concerns were addressed. The two women up front, Nikki and Vanessa, are really personable and friendly as well. They all make the environment feel welcoming and safe which I think is an important quality for a dentist office.

Those 2 ladies are your first introduction to the experience you’re about to have. Taken to the best of the best Kristen, the hygienist. Kristen provided an exceptional cleaning. Hands down WORST dentist office (Painted Mirage Rd location) I've ever been to (and that's saying a lot as I grew up on a reservation with terrible dentists!!) I had not great teeth but not too bad until they decided to pull all my back teeth so I could get a bridge mouth piece-they talked me into it by saying if it didn't fit just right, I could keep coming back to adjust. It was a terrible experience from start to finish (I was choking on the huge globs of goo to fit bridge, had to try to make myself throw up to get out of my throat) I FINALLY received the bridge they made me, but it HURT SO BADLY! I kept trying to go back but they talked me into waiting and keep trying it, said I'd get used to it. I finally got fed up in 2023 and called to insist on an appointment to adjust. The regular receptionist answered and when I gave my name she said, "what you haven't been here since 2018!" I was so dazed, I just hung up. Immediately after getting off the phone (thinking I was going crazy!) I searched for just a few minutes and immediately found several receipts for the CURRENT YEAR!! I guess they wanted to gaslight me, to get rid of me and not take responsibility for the HORRIBLE job they did on my teeth!! Subsequently without the bridge able to be worn, and the dentist not properly assessing placement of my remaining teeth, one was not supported and broke off. Now, I'm left with fewer than 20 teeth with one missing right in FRONT. I'm SO ashamed of my teeth thanks to what they did, that I can only go out in public with a mask on. PLEASE be aware how MUCH you will regret trusting them

I was referred to Affordable Dental by a family member who has been going to the office for years. I am not a fan of Dentists, especially the costs incurred and I expect transparency with billing. I love this place. Dr. Tiburcio is the best! The office staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. My dental plan changed this year and Dr. T. is not a provider for that plan. But I will pay out of pocket so he can still do the major work I need. I highly recommend him.

Horrible. The dentist is always canceling the same day, and so is hygienist. The receptionist (I believe her name is Nicole, but I may be mistaking) will try to over talk you so it's hard to even get a word in. Unfortunately I am stuck dealing with this place for another year since I made the horrible decision to get my braces put on here.
The hygienist canceled same day NUMEROUS times. This place is a complete joke.

The service at this Dental office is awesome and the prices are very reasonable. Everything is explained in detail and my Dentist Dr. Don Tiburcio is the best I have ever had. I have recently gone through major dental surgeries and I have to say I have always felt comfortable and safe.

I recently had a followup appointment and I had great service as always. My appointment was at 4pm and I came in early. Ever though I was early I was called in to the dental area only after a 10 min wait. Awesome care from the Dentist and the dental assistant!!!!

I HATE going to the dentist, they don’t check to make sure you’re actually numb before they start, they can be curt, rude and judgmental. I hated my smile, I knew I hadn’t taken care of my teeth and was afraid of what they would say.

Dr. Tiburcio was understanding, kind and empathetic. He guided me through the process I’d have to take and eased my anxiety a lot. Most of all he was excited to go on this journey with me.

During the procedures he was very comforting, making sure I had plenty of numbness before he’d start and would make sure I didn’t experience pain.

After working with Dr. Tiburcio and his assistant Aaron I LOVE my smile, I’m not afraid to laugh or take photos anymore.

Dr. Tiburcio is such a great dentist! I used to avoid going to the dentist but he’s changed all that. Very easy to talk to, gentle and I never have dental pain even with extensive work being done. His staff is wonderful too. I first found him back in the early 2000’s. I eventually lost dental insurance and lost touch. When I got insurance again I could not find him since he was no longer at the same location. During this long stretch I refused to go to the dentist. Fast forward to 2021 and I finally found him while Googling. I will forever be a patient of his.

This place was fantastic. I called on Thursday with an issue and was able to be seen Friday. I needed a root canal. Dr Tiburcio explained everything to me and was able to do it the same day. Explained everything he was doing along the way, so that I had no surprises. I cannot stand novacaine and when he did the injection, I never felt it. The cost was $2000 less than I was previously quoted at a different dentist. I would recommend Dr Tiburcio to anyone. I found my new dentist!!
