I’ve received such an unprofessional customer service in this office and the front desk staff acted rudely. My wait was longer than expected. Despite my appointment time having passed, two to three other patients who arrived after me were seen. The front desk staff’s conversation about their lunch plans with the provider was audible in the waiting room and, in my opinion, lacked professionalism. During my visit, Dr. Heller unexpectedly left the room without a word, returning a few minutes later to explain he needed to blow his nose. The atmosphere was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I inquired with Dr. Heller about the cause of or remedy for my bunions. His response about it “being bad luck” completely stunned me. My next step is to consult a new podiatrist for a second opinion. This office visit proved to be a waste of my time.

No one at the front desk mentioned that the wait is at least an hour. My appointment was at 1:45pm, so I arrived at 1:30pm and I didn’t get called up until 2:30pm to be put in a room. The doctors assistant asked me a few questions and left the room. The lab tech came in to take an X-ray of my foot. I didn’t see the doctor until 3pm. Please implement a system when we book a appointment we are given a heads up

Dr. Heller is the best foot and ankle specialist I have been to I have been in pain for a long time and he knew exactly what to do and it was easy to trust him because he was very positive and he gave me 2 cortisone shots and I’m doing great! And he has a great bedside manner, he’s very fast but very efficient!

My wife had her ankle that was previously broken 6yrs ago looked at by Dr Heller. He was very nice,professional but friendly.He came upwith a treatment plan and gave her a cortisone shot which resolved the swelling. Staff was nice.very happy with their group.

Very busy office with many moving parts. Dr.Heller was busy as well, but took a fair amount of time listening to my concerns and ordered an x-ray in house but ultimately an mri will be needed to fully diagnose my issues. I was given an Rx for a pain medication Meloxicam which i shouldn't take since I'm on a blood thinner. My medical history was filled out including my medication list, so not sure why this was prescribed. Hopefully this treatment can progress to the next level on my second visit.

Friendly staff
Long wait time, 30 minutes in waiting area and 20-25 minutes in treatment room. Each time I have been here. The department requesting treatment authorization was incompetent. It took me calling 2 times to get it started. Difficult to call into office. Maybe get more staff or book less appointments

Staff was friendly and efficient. Loved Dr. Heller...he took time to explain things. My only disappointment was that I couldn't go to my normal imaging place for X-rays because I was told I needed a CD of the results, but upon arrival was told it wasn't needed.

Dr Heller is a good Doctor and I have been with him for many years. Unfortunately his administration and billing people are not doing him justice and they have very poor service. My apptms were canceled several times and no one in his office bothered to call and notify me. Also the billing department billed me for last year's visit that was already paid by my Insurance. hadSo
