Dr Amy Abraham is so amazing, she was great with my daughters age 6 and 11. She was very knowledgeable, patient and informative. The entire office staff was also so wonderful, and friendly as well! They let me know of the different pricing and what our insurance covered, all three of us got new pair of glasses with ease. They had a great selection also. I highly recommend and I'm so glad that we finally found a great place for my entire family's eye care needs!

Not very happy this year about Clear Vision. Ordered glasses and my insurance had extra money I could spend on upgrades. Worst pair of glasses I have owned. Had to send the lens back 3 times because of scratches and then was told by Shannon that it's because of my insurance and they changed companies that make the lenses. I spent $500 extra dollars to get the cheapest lenses and I felt scammed. I will never go back...

My experience with Dr. Abraham was wonderful! She was very attentive and found a solution when I expressed concern of still feeling like my eyesight was not correct, even though I could technically see 20/20 with my current contact prescription. The office staff On Water Street are extremely rude and unprofessional. The front office staff all need to find a different line of work, put in a back office away from customers. Their lack of professionalism is absurd. The two girls at the front desk are so extremely rude. My daughter and I just looked at each other in disbelief. We’ve been going to Clear Vision Eye Center on Water Street for some time, and in the beginning, the service was excellent—friendly staff, respectful treatment, and a smooth experience overall.

Unfortunately, our most recent visit was a complete disappointment. Despite clearly stating that I did not want my underage daughter to receive a specific examination, they went ahead and did it anyway—and then charged me for it. When I brought this up, the young woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and condescending.

We are paying customers with good insurance, not looking for handouts, yet we were treated like we were an inconvenience or trying to game the system. As a military veteran who served overseas, I find this kind of disrespect unacceptable. No one—especially someone who’s served this country—should be treated like this.

Clear Vision has lost our trust, and we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Only wealthy people deserve the ability to see at this practice. I now have to transfer to an entirely new company as my previous location is no longer accessible. It is absolutely the doctors choice to discriminate against the poor, but its still wrong. Vision isn't a luxury, it's not a cosmetic splurge. It's disappointing that the Dr. here feels the need to gatekeep that precious ability.

As it turns out there are many other locations but the receptionist only mentioned going to the one I previously used. I didn't get the extended location list the first time I searched so I thought there were only 4. A better trained staff to retain customers for the entire company would help. I am hoping the other location takes my insurance but if they don't I will just take my business elsewhere.

10/10 recommend this place. They were able to schedule me for an appointment very quickly. When I arrived, I didn’t have to wait for any amount of time during my eye examination. They’re very efficient and friendly!

When I was settling up, an employee noticed my glasses had some issues (missing nose pad) and asked if he wanted me to fix them. He brought them back three minutes later with two new nose pads and they were tightened up, for free! Everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. :)

Called to see if they repaired glasses. The lady who answered the phone was nothing but nice and said bring them in and they would try. I went down there and was greeted with very friendly staff and they had my glasses repaired in about 15 minutes. On top of all that they did not charge, which was completely unexpected.

They Donated my glasses now I have none. I came in the office multiple times & asked for the frames but since I didn’t bring the old ones with me, I was never given the new ones. Now I have no frames at all. And I just take the loss on my money 🤣🤣 what a joke

Ok loved the Dr but the receptionist was very in knowledgeable about our insurance and very rude about it. Even when checking out, felt like she was reading a book of what to say. I felt very unwanted by the receptionist. She did her job but the bear minimum the technicians and the doctor was awesome.
