By fa the best doctors I have ever had. I was with my previous doctor for about 8 years and he was an in and out doctor. You’d mention something concerning and just provide medication with no interest and getting to the root of the problem. With Prince the first day I met her she diagnosed me, I literally cried of relief and felt so heard and understood. Even when using the patient portal you cant get any clear answers, its always "ask at your appointment" and when you get to the appointment its "well why didnt you prepare better?" I did. I called, I messaged, I used MyChart and they told me to bring nothing, to ask when I got there, but when I got there they said "you need backup, paperwork, and a blank form for us to fill out" NOW?!? I ASKED what was needed a week before!!! Now my paperwork deadline has passed, they wont help AT ALL, and they wont even apologize! Ive been with SWM over 10 years and I regret every day switching doctors and comming to this office.

I went to this location following Dr. Yuson, who is a great doctor. She is always very kind, takes her time with each patient, and listens to the parents. I had a bad experience at another location, but Dr. Yuson and her team made it all better. She is a doctor who has knowledge, experience, and love for what she does. Besides, everyone at the Nellis location was very nice. Please, Southwest, stop moving, Dr. Yuson around town. It is hard to keep track of where she is at. We mainly go there because of her.

I went to get a referral to a gi. I have alot of bleeding and lost almost 30lbs in a month. Dr Boone sent me to the office by the door to get my referral. The lady doing referrals was busy taking lunch is what I got told while waiting. I got told to go home. 3 months later she never called or mailed my gi referral. If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff in person and over the phone are very unhelpful and rude. My experience with them through being sick has made me leave their practice to seek other medical attention. It has taken over 2 weeks to get back my results that were promised to me in 2 to 3 days. They are unapologetic and don't care about any individual. I would highly recommend you going elsewhere. There are plenty of other quick cares and urgent cares in the area. So I went to Urgent Care twice due to a tear in my meniscus. It was so painful but I wasn’t getting very far with just going to urgent care. I was in need of immediate care and this location on Nellis had a opening, so I took it. To my surprise I was extremely impressed on how friendly and professional the whole staff was. My new Doctor Avendano was hands down the best provider I have encountered. She understood the pain and agony I was going through, she took her time and explained why these things happen and what I can do to make it better. Not only that she provided me with a knee brace that has helped me so much. Besides being a very outgoing with a great personality, she is very diligent and has the compassion that all doctors should have. I would be recommending this place to all my friends. Thanks southwest for the care you give to those in need.

Came in this afternoon as a walk in (convenient center ) I had an appointment with the Saturday Doctors regarding my cough , I had for almost 3 weeks. I decided to come in because I did not want to wait .. anyways I checked in with the lady Desiree, she was really caring , funny and overall awesome.

When I came in the back office the medical assistant was very caring and sweet. Then saw a PA but she needed another Doctor so Dr. Kvist came in , Dr. Kvist was very informative , he actually listened (which is very rare for me to encounter) I felt very comfortable asking questions . I totally recommend him and the team. I’d give more then 5 starts seriously!!

Arrived at 11:40 for a simple x-ray, was told that they were at lunch from 12:00 to 13:00, which left 20 minutes for them to do a procedure that takes 10 minutes. Waited until 12:50 to go to the desk again and was told they were at lunch until 13:30. Who gets a 1 hour 50 minute lunch break? The x-ray was just part of the normal wasted time and expense physicians order for patients knowing fully they can't see soft tissue problems. I spend $700 a month on medical insurance and haven't used it in 20 years. This is why premiums are so high. Ineffective costly procedures that show nothing but generate revenue.

This is the worst health care facility I have ever visited. The doctors are not caring at all. It takes forever to see your PCP, that's if you even get the chance to meet him/her before they leave the company. Awful treatment to patients coming from Doctors. Urgent care employees tell you to go see your PCP. PCP that will be available months after you end up feeling better because you either found the cure to your symptoms or because you ended up dying.
I had it with this place. I am totally changing my insurance and ditching this clinic.
I am ready to go back to my old doctor that really cared for all his patients.

On November 9, 2017, we had a 2:40 pm appointment and came about 15 minutes late because we received an incorrect address. Then, when we came here, I was punished for being late. We waited for over two hours, which we were promised to be called in a hour. Two hours later, a male African American patient screamed at the Asian receptionist because of the time. She was completely rude and racist to him. I complained about the two hour wait. There was only my family, and a male patient with his special needs daughter in the waiting room for over 40 minutes. The receptionist told me there was other people ahead of me and that I will have to wait. All the receptionists laughed and belittled us as I was reading an article on Facebook. A security guard made my family feel frightened when he tried to steal my cellphone from my hands. He demanded, “Are you recording us?!? Give it to me.” So we walked out because we didn’t feel comfortable at all. I was confronted by a head nurse named Nicole, which tried to solve the problem they caused. Nicole said to pull my chart, which wasn’t pulled in the first place. If you are thinking of scheduling An appointment here, I would go to another place. This location in my opinion is zero stars and will not solve any medical problems you might have. They are completely arrogant, incompetent, and insufficient.

The hours are 7am-5pm Monday through Friday for regular appointments. Walkins and other types of appointments are from 9am-5pm. The counter and security staff are very friendly and helpful. The wait times here are what you would expect so no big deal there. My main issue is the hours.

This clinic is in a working class neighborhood but the open hours are only during business hours, and they're closed on weekends. There is only one clinic off Craig open late during the week and it's really far from here. This clinic needs to be open after 5pm or at least open on Saturday for limited hours.

After my primary care doctor quit without telling me, I was told this would be my only option to renew prescriptions without waiting over 60 days.

I was happy I could set an appointment and continue working until my appointment. I arrived about 15 min early to handle paperwork. Everything was going well then after being called into the room, having my vitals checked i was told the doctor would be in shortly.

I sat and waited another 80 minutes all to renew a prescription. This is definately convenient or care.

Doctor came in was brash took my prescriptions out of the room, comes back and says he will give me a month. Then tells me I did not need to come in I can just call as number to renew my prescriptions then walks back out. This is third world.

Terribly disappointed with the lack of service Southwest Medical offers... especially for the amount I pay every month!

Dr. Orr, tech Lisa and RN James - thank you all!

Highly recommended by 3 friends who had seen Dr. Orr, I made an appt for a follow up to a dog mauling. The front staff was brusque but well-meaning. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the experience. Dr. Orr spent a generous amount of time with me discussing wound treatment and follow up care. He is friendly, courteous, knowledgable and approachable. There are doctors out there who care and Dr. Orr is one of them. Special standouts in his office are intake tech, Lisa, cheerful and reassuring and nurse James who did everything he could to make the stitches removal easy for me. I'd gave Dr. Orr and staff a TWO THUMBS UP.

I like the new location service faster then before. Easy for me to bring my Mother. Fast friendly and courteous. No fire arms allowed on this property, no smoking and no WiFi that's why I give you guys 4 stars

if your really in pain or have a serious illness you better off going to umc quick care or paying out of pocket to see your own doctor. I think you would get better care in jail. This place is awful. I plan to change my ins. .
