I do not recommend this facility. They denied my FMLA paperwork at a very critical time in my life. I have been going there for over a year and they were my primary care provider. I do not recommend give people a chance to take FMLA if it will save their mental health in which they did not and I lost my job. Thank you Health express.

I had a confirmed appointment at this clinic and even called about an hour beforehand to verify. When I arrived, I was told my provider was no longer working there. I had received no prior notice—no call, email, letter, or portal message.
I was offered a same-day appointment with another provider, but told I would have to pay a higher copay because that provider was not my assigned PCP. Since this change was not disclosed in advance and would increase my cost, I declined the visit.
As a result, I was unable to receive care as scheduled. This reflects a lack of communication and poor continuity planning. Patients should be notified in advance of provider departures and not face unexpected costs due to internal changes.
Avoid this place at all cost.

Hello,
My Primary Doctors Office had permanently closed without notice. Well, it worked in my favor because I would not have become a patient of Health Xpress… the most welcoming, comfortable, pleasant, no stress medical office I have ever been to. I was so happy that they were able to accommodate me with an immediate office visit because I was feeling so horrible… Ugh! The whole staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming; I felt like a long-time patient and received immediate attention. The instructions given to me regarding my issue were explicitly explained and they were receptive to any questions I may have had… the visit was not rushed, it was appreciated and welcomed.
I highly recommend Health Xpress to anyone searching for medical attention/provider; you will not be disappointed.

I have never been here before, I called the other day and had some questions I wasn’t sure of. I talked with Genevieve on the phone, she was very unprofessional while speaking and dismissive. She refused to address my concerns and very quickly just said I cannot deal with this right now and just transferred me. I see this company has more good reviews than bad but I no longer will ever come back nor refer any one to this company because of how I was treated on the phone.

I was a patient here for over a year and had a great experience initially, largely because my provider (Cara Rosas) was excellent. My recent visit, however, was handled poorly from start to finish.
When scheduling, I specifically asked whether Cara was still there, whether I could address two concerns in one appointment, and whether my BCBS insurance was still accepted. I was told yes to all three. At the appointment, the provider I saw (also named Cara, but not the provider I previously had) did not meaningfully review my health history. I was then told I would need to pay an additional copay to discuss my second concern, despite being told at scheduling that it would be fine to address both.
After paying and leaving, the front desk called me minutes later to schedule an appointment for the second concern I had already paid for, which reflects poor communication and billing clarity. I was also told my referral would be sent by end of day or the next morning (Tuesday). No one followed up, and I had to call again on Friday before it was finally sent late that afternoon.
Most importantly, my insurance confirmed the office is no longer contracted with my BCBS plan. This was not disclosed at scheduling or check-in, even though I asked directly. The office manager offered excuses about "certain BCBS" being accepted, with no accountability. Since the referral was written by an out-of-network provider, my insurance will not cover the specialist referral, which made this visit a waste of both time and money.
This office has serious issues with professionalism, transparency, and follow-through. I will not be returning.

I've came here for several years and always had great service. Came today to get my knee checked and get a referral. There was one other person in the facility. They put me in the back of the office and I'm pretty sure they forgot I was there. I waited an hour and then decided to leave. No apology from anyone. They really didn't care at all. Will never go back. Not sure if management changed or what but not impressed. Wish I could give 0 stars

Don't have insurance? This place basically saved my life so many times. I needed vaccines for my husband for immigration, they were as cheap as you can get it and their process is so quick and easy. I'm about to go in now for a Kenalog shot for my allergies, flat out of pocket $75, while my primary care doctor told me without insurance that the visit itself would be $163 and the kenalog would be between $300-700 depending on how much they gave me! Thank you HealthXpress for giving people without insurance a way to get what they need in a convenient and fast way.
Only critique I have for this place in general is that after reading some of the reviews, I dont know who at the company is in charge of responding to reviews, but I think that the verbiage they use can be aggressive and unprofessional and often times they just dismiss what people said... not cool as a business, I think it would be smart to let someone else handle the reviews lol. But my personal experience here was great and fast.

Charged me a ton with no results!
Let me explain. After visiting with a really rough cough that I absolutely can not get rid of, Dr Kulback offered me 2 options, a prescription that may or may not help, as it was admittedly just a guess, or labs that would “be able to tell exactly what is wrong with me.” I opted for the labs even know they were $125 on top of the $150 I had already paid to bee seen.
When the labs came back that Sunday they never called. I had to call after they had had them for 2 days & they told me they couldn’t give me any info over the phone as it would violate HIPAA laws, which is fair. They said I’d have to come in to get them, so I said I’d be in just after open the next morning. They called me before I came & apparently today it wasn’t against HIPAA laws to discuss my lab results… So they went on to tell me all the different test came back negative. Since I am still clearly very sick & the Dr. said those tests would 100% work I asked what the next steps are. I was told I could get a prescription but it was still just gonna be a coin flip on if it would help or not. At this point I was over the guess work & expressed that over the phone. She then said she could send a scrip to my pharmacy but she wanted me to drive back there, pay another $150, just to then go to the pharmacy to get my maybe/maybe not script.
Absolutely ridiculous for them to try & get me to spend $425 on guess work. I cut my losses & said I’d get real help elsewhere. I have no idea how many doctors work at this place but If they all offer this E-Tier work, I’d look elsewhere.

First visit.
Told them I was changing doctors, but I had a prescription for Zepbound due to being pre-diabetic and having a fatty liver.
They told me I had to change my prescription from my normal pharmacy to their in-house weight loss clicic.
My pharmacy charges me $305 monthly, Xpress wanted $350-$400 monthly PLUS a $150 monthly check-in fee.
No option to use my own pharmacy.
Last visit.
I prefer a doctor’s office that cares more about their patient’s health than their bottom line.
Update:
Despite claiming I’m “spreading lies” in their response, I clarified twice with the person I saw. Even asking directly “so I have to buy the medication from you directly, I can’t use the pharmacy I’ve been using?”
Response - “Yes, sorry about that”.
“Can’t a patient choose their own pharmacy? Why would I have to buy directly through you”
Response - “I’m really sorry about that. That’s just how we do it”.
So, either she sat in that office and lied to my face, or you are directly lying now (because with her confidence and my clarification, there is no way she was just mistaken about office policy).
So gross for a Drs office to openly lie.
If you’re going to lie here, where else are you comfortable lying with your patients?

This is one of the worst places you can go! At first they make you feel welcome! The second visit could care less! No communication between the staff! When my wife got her blood drawn the messed up bad, while messing up she continued to talk about how bad she messed up, got blood on her clothes, didn’t clean up, the have no record in their system of who was doing the blood draw. The whole staff just keep pushing back and not helpful at all! You leave that place angry and confused! Please don’t go there for your own health!
It’s not harassment there are multiple bad reviews and they call all of them fake reviews its fake reviews it’s common thread and your office doing a horrible job at and won’t take any accountability!

Do not waste your time, money or any energy n this horrible place. I had the worst communication and experience from this whole place. Every single person I dealt with was not helpful and would not listen. I had to call about everything to get information and the blood draw was like a true crime scene. They have no accountability and need to learn how to communicate with patients and actually listen to them. No wonder my blood pressure is through the roof at this place. The clinic itself is very nice. The facility is clean, the location is convenient, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated that the wait times were reasonable compared with many other clinics in the area.
However, my experience with one of the providers was concerning. While the clinic environment and staff were great, the clinical encounter itself did not meet the same standard. Communication during the visit was limited, and the explanations regarding my labs and testing were wrong. I left the appointment feeling uneasy about the “medical” guidance I received, and the level of knowledge demonstrated during the visit was worrisome.
It’s unfortunate because the clinic otherwise seems well run and convenient for patients in the area.

This is by far the worst experience with a doctor I’ve ever had . The two doctors that work here are very basic and they made me feel very uncomfortable. I would never go back to again. They drew blood and missed my vein, and my whole arm was swollen for three weeks. Never again. Christy, the doctor is absolutely horrible. She makes you feel very uncomfortable. There are so many doctors to go to, you are going to regret going to this doctor I promise. Truly read all the reviews you will see how many people feel uncomfortable going to this doctors office with Christy as the head doctor. Also, I canceled them as my primary doctor and they keep trying to contact me when I told them not to contact me. If you leave them as your primary doctor, they will harass you.

I had a very upsetting experience with the office manager at HealthXpress. Before I could even explain why I was calling about my copay, she repeatedly rushed me and demanded my information without listening to my concern. When I tried to ask a simple question, she abruptly said, “If you don’t like my process, then find another PCP.”
This was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Patients should be able to ask questions about their care and billing without being rushed or spoken to in that manner. There was no empathy, no willingness to listen, and no concern for patient experience.
Because of this interaction, I no longer felt comfortable staying with this office. I have since contacted my insurance and changed my PCP. It is unacceptable to be treated this way, and it’s concerning that a patient would be told to go elsewhere so casually instead of being helped.

Used to frequent the old Durango office. It was fine. Ever since they opened the new Durango office, I tried to walk in 3 times over the months and it’s not staffed. We even called beforehand. “The phone line goes to both offices, sorry they didn’t tell you.” So, they send me to the Henderson location.
It’s no better, except for maybe a little because they do have a doctor working. I walked in at 4:06pm. Did not leave until just about 6. It was not busy.
This location is CLEARLY also understaffed. I feel bad for the medical professionals this doctor hires, they are trying their best, but this doctor has no business having two locations.

Cristina helped me get back in my feet good quick and in a hurry when I was sick and down. She knew exactly what was going on with me and prescribe the right medication to get me right. Her bed side manor is top notch and you can tell she actually cares. Update: I filled my paperwork out same day I Booked the appointment and a copy of my insurance card was sent at that time. Your own staff admits they don't verify insurance until the day of the appointment. Go argue with someone else.
Booked a week ago and they said they accepted my insurance. So I arranged to get off early to accommodate the appointment. On my way I received a call that they didn't accept my insurance. I feel it's rude and unprofessional to do this. Insurance needs to be verified earlier than the same day of the appointment! Hire more people. You are doing a disservice.

I have been with this office for a couple of years and it hasn't been pleasant. I had two recent appointments and both were very displeasing. On 10/25 I had an appointment to refill my medicine and check up on my diabetes the appointment was at 1:30 they took me straight back and then took forever to come in, the office was pretty empty but there was one person in front of me. A guy came in very friendly took my blood and said the provider would be in soon. I can hear them speaking to each other and the provider asked something about my insurance and then decided she wasn't going to see me she would wait until my next appointment although I had question I decided they could wait till my next visit. The next Saturday I went back to only be told that I wasn't going to see the provider again she was busy. The lady that helped me ensured that my medicine would be refilled and discussed my blood work with me. Here we are today 11/13/25 and Christina still haven't filled my medicine and when I called they said I would have to be seen again which makes no sense because I've been seen twice and never by the provider. This isn't the first time something like this happened with this same provider but the last time it was with my mom. If she doesn't want to service people with Medicaid maybe this office shouldn't take the insurance. She is very unprofessional. The office staff is very pleasant and extremely nice but the providers aren't. They loss an amazing provider losing Janelle and I wish she was still with the practice because I know she would have made sure I had my medicine and any concerns handled immediately.

UPDATE:
I contacted the billing service utilized by this office to attempt to resolve this issue. Several months ago, they told me they would look into this. I have not gotten a single update on the status since. Meanwhile, they've continued to ping me regarding the bill for the past 5 months. I appreciate Health Xpress replying and giving me the option to contact the owner, but I'm unable to do so without knowing the owner's contact information. This continues to be one massive headache.

First, I would just like to say that I had no issues with the staff I encountered at the clinic. I've decided to write this review based purely upon my experiences with their billing afterwards. I visited Health Xpress several years ago and didn't receive my bill until several months later with my total balance due. After getting a detailed breakdown of charges, I noticed there was a fee for a holiday visit that no one made me aware of and no one told me it was even a holiday (it was not a major holiday). Their billing department was nice enough to remove this fee and charge me the remainder of my balance. I was fine with this resolution. Now here I am several years later and their billing group is attempting to charge me again for the same visit I already paid for. Needless to say, I have not gone back since and have no plans to go back after these headaches with billing. Besides my own experience, I've known others to have issues with changes being miscoded. Just something to be aware of for anyone wanting to avoid billing headaches.

I had an agreement with the main NP there Cristina (super nice gal) that I would come in every six months to get my refill for a beta blocker. I don't have a regular doctor and this is the agreement we made.This last refill they only did three months and I can't keep paying the visit fee every three months when we both agreed it would be six months. I can afford this twice a year but not four times a year. I tried dealing with the office manager who is a very rude corporate type who wouldn't help me out when it was their mistake. She has no customer service whatsoever, zero flexibility and shouldn't be running an office like this. I AM THE CUSTOMER WHO PAYS YOUR BILLS BUT NOT ANYMORE! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for any medical attention as this place is all about making money and not caring for peoples needs and wants.

Health Express has been a consistent place for me to get my NAD IV’s over the last year . I appreciate Cristy as she is knowledgeable in answering all of my questions before each IV . If you’re Seeking medical attention this is not the place to go. After going there a while it’s evident that the staff, all RNs, are not equipped to make serious or informed medical decisions. Additionally, the staff is very unfriendly. The owner, Cristy, was one of the most unprofessional and rude medical professionals I’ve ever dealt with. Last year I wrote the business a poor one star review about them on yelp. This was because of the poor service and the fact they would not return money owned to me. The owner said she would only give my money back to me if I erase the review. I believe this was very unethical and sketchy. At best this place is a low in health spa, where you can go to get weight loss medicine, Botox, or maybe hydration therapy. Other than that, I would not go here for any medical problems.

While the in-person service is good, the overall care and empathy of the patients using Health Xpress as their primary care facility is not. It's truly money over patients health well-being.
They insist on new labwork every 3 months to keep you on the maintenance medications for HBP and Cholesterol, and while I can see the point behind that, they make you come in for the lab work, and then physcally come in again to talk about the results, resulting in 2 office visits. Doctors and medical teams, prior to this place, my results were able to be reviewed quickly with a phone consultation and were included in the initial visit. Sure, if there's something concerning the patient should come in, but if the analysis is let's continue on your medications, the plan should be a quick follow-up call and re-fill to the pharmacy.
While I wasn't a fan of the process mentioned above, I stuck with it because I did appreciate the attention from the team during my appointments as they never felt rushed and it felt like they cared. That being said here's where I realized the company is more about money vs. patient well-being....
I called to reschedule my appointment because I am flying back and forth across the country to assist in my mother's cancer treatments. I rescheduled for just 2 weeks later than my initial appointment and kindly asked if they could ask the provider to fill my HBP and Cholestrol with a small supply to get me through until my appointment. I wasn't asking for a full 90-days, or even 30-days..I just wanted to make sure I had my maintenance medications until I could see the provider and initiate new lab work for quarterly evaluation. The answer was a resounding "no" not until we see you....I explained these aren't pain meds or medicine one can become dependant on, these are maintenance medications for conditions, still "no" despite me explaining my situation...
In a last resort I explained how without these medications my blood pressure could spike which is not safe (especially while already under stress with mother's cancer treatments) and there was no empathy, no care, no anything. Sometimes if it's within reason, we need to do what's best for the patient. I literally had an appointment in 2 weeks and a provider could easily prescribe a short-term supply until that appointment.
Needless to say it's 2025, so I was able to EASILY obtain a re-fill from a Virtual Doctor, and I have an appointment with a much more caring facility in a few weeks.
Health Xpress has to do better, especially when managing a patients health. They act like they care, but in reality it's only about dollars to them.

I used to have a lot of respect for this practice, but unfortunately, it has gone significantly downhill. Long wait times have become the norm — even with an appointment, you can expect to sit for well over an hour. What’s worse is how dismissive and unprofessional the staff has become. On my most recent visit, I experienced rude behavior and a complete lack of accountability. Shockingly, a staff member even admitted to another staff member having made a medical mistake without showing much concern for the impact.
This used to be a dependable office that treated patients with respect and care, but something has clearly changed — and not for the better. I no longer feel safe or valued as a patient here, and I can’t recommend this practice to anyone seeking competent, compassionate care.

Wow. As you can see by the response written to me by Health Xpress, there is NO accountability by whomever does the billing in this clinic about the codes that THEY charged to my insurance. Insurance can only respond to claims that were sent to them by a provider. The balance being 'small' should not affect the fact that these codes were used at all. I don't care about the bill amount and would have been willing to pay any balance I had if there was a valid reason and a TRANSPARENCY about what they were going to charge for. They told me my patient portion was my copay, which I paid all three times. I was not told I was going to be charged for anything else more than that. Why is a clinic blaming me OR my insurance for things they added to my appointment after the fact? Also I think it's amazing they responded back to me within an hour of posting a negative review when I had waited a month for any kind of correspondence after emailing and leaving voicemails. They want me to review the clinic? They are a nice looking facility, are quick and have hours suitable for a lot of people -- but be ready for a surprise bill and to be told its your fault that your insurance doesn't want to cover everything they charge.

I really hate writing bad reviews but I feel it’s important to address so that other people are more aware to check their billing statements. Preface by saying I work in healthcare field and needed a new pcp. I have been to Health Xpress 3x now bc my husband liked how fast and efficient it was to get in, which I agree with. I paid my $30 copay for primary care every single time I went in so I was surprised to get an outstanding bill. Come to find the charges were for crazy medical (CPT) codes that I have never seen charged before at a Drs office. For instance, they covered one appt but charged me extra for another appointment…why? Then that charge for BP? That’s for blood pressure “education” and calibration? (Literally every dr takes your blood pressure…imagine getting charged for that!). I saw two other reviews that discussed a “Holiday/Weekend Charge” which is crazy…so I will also enclose screenshots of my bill to show that I am not making anything up. I also had another charge that I will not enclose because it will expose some of my health history, but they charged me with an “education and training session” which is laughable because I absolutely got no training or education on anything. I was written prescriptions and told to eat healthy and exercise. I actually had a bad experience on one of the new medications and when I called in to talk to a nurse or provider they said I had to physically come in for an office visit (which I had to pay another $30 copay) to have them even listen to my concerns.
I chatted with their inbox health portal, and called both the billling department and the office themselves (who as of recently never pick up their phones). I was told by the billing agent there was nothing they could do so then I called and left a couple messages now with Health Xpress and no one wants to discuss with me these charges. I contacted them a month ago now and gave them a chance to remedy this situation but with no success. Also out of those three times I went I saw two different providers and was informed at my next follow up they were switching me again. This is a business that cares about profit more than it is healthcare and that makes me really sad. Please check your bills carefully

This clinic I had no issues with. The staff I encountered at the clinic are great. I've decided to write this review based purely upon my experiences with their billing afterwards. I visited Health Xpress more than a year ago and didn't receive my bill until a yr and 1/2 later with my total balance due. Also they charge for a holiday which they do not tell you upfront. This is so sad as I do not think I will be back again as there are a lot of choices for medical care that is upfront and honest with billing.

It was my first time visiting Health Xpress or any urgent care, so I didn’t know what to expect. But I had a very positive experience both with Health Xpress and provider Christina Kulback.
Late Friday afternoon, I developed a severe acute condition and it was too late in the day to see my primary doctor. New in town, I didn’t know where else to go. Google.com led me to Health Xpress, the closest urgent care to my home. And I’m so grateful that I found it. From calling to make a booking to seeing the provider Ms. Kulback, everything exceeded my expectations.
The clinic was clean. The front desk was cordial. Instructions were clear and easy for me to follow as a new patient. The nurse was capable and efficient. Two lab tests were done right on site (much to my surprise). The wait to see Ms. Kulback was a bit long but was necessary because it took time for her to wait to see my test results. And when she finally came, she provided diagnoses which were both professional and effective. Since it was a reoccurring condition for me, I knew her diagnosis was accurate. With the antibiotics she prescribed, my condition improved instantly overnight.
Although she is so much younger than I am, she also impressed me with much of her wisdom of conventional remedies. In addition to the medicine she prescribed, she also recommended me to drink a specialty fruit drink OTC-available. With that, the unbearable symptoms I had been suffering were mostly gone overnight.
I went back to Ms. Kulback on Sunday for a followup check. She reaffirmed my test results and refined instructions. On top of that, she also provided remedies for me to take for longer term with an aim to eliminate my condition going forward. This shows how much she cares for her patients’ long term health.
I went in there not knowing what to expect; but left feeling grateful that they are there and effective! Compared to the hassle and costs one could experience with visiting a hospital ER, Health Xpress is really there for its community, doing a great job in what it is meant to do: express relief! They have provided a great conduit for me to go back to my primary doctor next week for a more thorough and informative examination.
I’m grateful and I would not hesitate to recommend Health Xpress to anyone who needs an urgent care. Thank you.

Different staff. I went in yesterday for a few issues I am having. The front desk lady asked for a urine sample-ok-done(I even mentioned I changed the toilet paper roll because it was empty.) Within the 45 minutes I was there 2 other females entered my room at different times to ask for a urine sample-umm y'all had it in the restroom on top of the toilet. Did it get lost -who knows- but my result was negative. The nurse for vitals was trying to leave the room with me still connected to the arm and finger- HEY I'm connected still. She says well be lucky I didn't drag you(I laughed) you can tell her mind wasn't in JOB MODE. I was informed I would get a ultrasound-if I was negative, then a swab was mentioned that would cost me $15(yes do it.) neither was done so all in all I paid $145 for nothing. The doctor stayed right by the door. I thought I booked with Christy as she was my doctor the last visit and was awesome(VERY CARING.) I should be receiving a referral for imaging-im very much in pain and feel this visit was a waste of time and funds. Next time I'll call to make sure Christy is there prior to booking. I'm also going to see if I can get results from imaging as I'll have to pay again for the visit. Being self play- all staff should inform visitors of costs for each item like Christy does.

This young practitioner is the best PCP I ever had. She is a go-getter. She took care of my pain like I was her mother and freed me from a neck and back pain just after one visit. Been going to this place for some time because they were able to do bloodwork for me in their office to continue my blood pressure meds. They have been good with me up until recently. Needed to get bloodwork done because I knew I needed a refill. Unfortunately, I became ill and was not able to get it done in their time frame and I was going to run out of my medication, which they told me not to stop abruptly. Called the office and asked for 1 week extension until I could go the next week so I can get it done. I was told by office staff that I needed to get bloodwork done In order to do my medication. I told the front desk I understood and I was sick and not able to come. She stated she would ask the “provider” and she came back and stated the provider was not comfortable with refilling my blood pressure medication because I needed to do bloodwork. I stated I was doing to run out and I was told not to and I became ill. She still insist that the provider would not refill without bloodwork. I was hung up on because she didn’t like that I was not happy and didn’t understand why they did not seem to care about my health. Would not recommend this place. The good ones are no longer there and I can see why. Only want money. Found another place to go and was amazing and very caring. Refilled my medication no questions asked other than if I was out. Told me to do bloodwork but didn’t let me run out.

As someone who has struggled for years to find a doctor that genuinely cares and takes the time to understand its patients I can say I have finally struck gold. Not only is the staff friendly and genuine, especially my favourite nurse miss Abby who I always adore my time with, but Cristina takes the time to source the root cause of the patients ails and is very professional and efficient. Coming here doesnt just feel like coming to a cold, sterile doctors office as you are always greeted warmly and the staff here genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. I've also had 5 spine surgeries and have mobility issues and have had a VERY hard time trusting anyone and going to medical appointments makes me freak out. My daughter just went there. They wanted to draw blood even though she was there for pain in her foot. She has massive anxiety with shots and drawing blood. She is a young adult trying and was trying to be brave. She advised them she has major anxiety with shots to the point where she passes out. I am sure they could see her anxiety as well. They proceed to draw blood from her HAND! She has good veins, no reason to draw blood from her hand, especially when she suffers from anxiety. Well, of course, her arm flinched as she was getting blood drawn from her hand, which hurts. I am 52, the only time I got blood drawn from my hand when I was going in for an operation. My daughter is 22 and has good veins. In addition, when she left, she was distraut and felt like the staff was talking about her instead of being concerned. Anyway, they told her they could not draw blood as they bruised her hand. FYI, doctors and nurses, we don't come back when you hurt us. Well, today, my daughter got the short end of the stick. This stuff happens sometimes. I just wanted to share with the public that this was obviously an inexperienced staff. I would stay away from here if you have any anxiety with having blood drawn.

Just Run Away! Super rude upon entrance until exit, asked to have a seat , didn’t mention if someone would be with me shortly, then he obviously wasn’t listening upon arrival to busy being sassy I had to I tell him my name again, im not sure if room #3’s door was broke or if they where slamming it on purpose because I didn’t hear any other door slam . “Give her a swab & send her out!” Not to mention I just walked past door number 2 which was open with 2 females. So now they know I need to get swabbed as well as anyone else there! Nurse comes in moments later and tells me to literally swab my own self after It was collected she said I was free to go. What if I didn’t do it right? Was it because I didn’t want to pay for the rapid test Cristy asked me about I had to service myself? Never have I experienced such waste of a medical staff . Now I have to call & change my primary care because they wouldn’t accept my insurance otherwise for what I was getting .. And also made me get a reference number to change it but didn’t ask for it when I arrived!!! I mean I might as well work there for free like they are if I’m going to be doing medical work on myself . Not sure if the red stuff was medicine or what . I guess I was supposed to ask. Weird people like them discourage people from going hence why people spread shit around!!

They are a business first, medical facility second, I guess they are all trained to ,, up sell,, the poor sick patients who put their faith in them.... My husband had serious symptoms and was suffering from type A flu virus, instead of giving him just the necessary medicine and treatment they took complete advetage of his poor state of being, selling him some drugs that the Medicaid wouldn't cover! They told him he has to pay $110.- after they administered the shot into his arm .....

If you dare to question you will get a hell of a treatment with attitude and mean comments..... I am a native Californian that just moved to Henderson, NV and on a mission to take care of many major health conditions. I can not say enough good things about this place. Every single employee from the front office to the back office was extremely kind. The young man at the front desk was great and the RN who did my labs was amazing too! Blood draws have always been hard to pull from me due to chronic anemia and she hit the vein within the first poke! Nurse Practitioner, Jenelle, was extremely thorough and really listened to me when I discussed my medical history. My daughter had a meltdown in the examination room after listening to me go over all of my health conditions and concerns. Jenelle, actually got up and hugged my daughter. It was the sweetest gesture I’ve ever seen displayed by a medical professional. I am extremely grateful that I found this practice and won’t be going anywhere else as they will now be my primary care provider!

Christy is hands down the worst medical professional I have encountered. This is my second time having to see her and now I finally fired her! She is rude, catty and doesn’t listen. If you want to be treated and feel like a cash cow. Definitely go to her. Get a new career because this isn’t it. You do more damage than good. The other medical professionals are awesome and actually act like they want to help.

Umm...Dunno how people are not satisfied with the medical staff here but, this place is awesome! Christina and her assistant are easy to talk and converse with regarding issues you may have.
I'd have to say that people in general are not mind readers and there has to be a connection when dealing with issues like health. To give a review for just one visit isn't a solid one...it's just an assumption of what you see as a first visit...on anything.
That being said i've been visiting Christina and her staff since last year and have been very much informed on how my conditions are and how I should proceed... ... ...by asking questions!

This place was horrible. Honestly, I have not seen a doctor in years so I was nervous about that.I am Mom of 2 I barely have time to see the doctor. I Talked to Dr. Hussain for my first appointment she was nice told me about what I needed.Schdelued a followup appointment she was not there as I found out she was off then DR. KULBACK I had an appointment yesterday with her first of all let me say she was completely rude.Went over my blood work tells me "I see you been having yummy things in past 3 months".Ask her about everything else she just was rushing me telling me.I am not gonna go over the same things.Honestly I tried to call after my appointment no picked up.But I'm so upset I want a new doctor. Doctor bashing each other.

So refreshing to work with a NP who listens and seeks to get to the root cause and doesn't just treat symptoms. My wife and I saw her together and she answered all of our questions, ordered the tests we needed and spent a good amount of time and offered some great advise on how better to take control of our health. Giving this 3 stars because I went to this place for probably an issue that should have been brought to a specialist but with that being said I do feel like bed side manner could have been better. There was no reassurance or comfort from the doctor it was very strange, I felt very very unheard.

I went to the Health Express on a Friday when other doctors and staff closed their doors. I needed to see Christina about possible Covid situation. She prescribe a medication which did miracles for my cold and other related symptoms. She was interested in my needs and took the time needed to talk to me. She was available while my normal doctor was closed on a Friday. I was impressed with her knowledge and her medical training. Yes, I will go back with my aches and pain because I believe she will give me good advice and help eliminate issues that other medical professional here in Nevada are too busy to care!

I first started coming to this clinic when I just needed some quick testing. They were a great alternative to urgent care and I still recommend this place as such. However, they began establishing themselves as being PCPs. I liked Cristy so I agreed to switch to her as my PCP. Cristy is nice enough but she barely spends any time with her patients which is not ideal for a PCP.
My most recent appointment, she came into the room and the first words out of her mouth were "5 minutes. I have 5 minutes. We have a full clinic." I didn't need rapid testing. I'm having ongoing health issues and need someone who is going to listen and actually help me figure out what's going on. Her saying that made me feel like a burden. It was not a great experience.
I still recommend this place so long as your expectations are limited to urgent care or rapid testing (i.e. COVID, strep, STD panels, etc.) I do not recommend this clinic if you're looking for a patient caring PCP.

I recently took my daughter to the best urgent care in town, and I couldn't be more grateful for the experience. She was feeling unwell, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. We were seen right away, and they quickly diagnosed her condition and called in the necessary medication. It really felt like they genuinely cared about her well-being. I love the clinic… love the staff… my problem is a person I’ve never meet Kristen who claims to be the manager … she’s Rude shows no compassion doesn’t care if you leave there clinic to find another absolutely unprofessional this is my 3rd run in with her over the phone and I get the same treatment all the time … no phone etiquette whatsoever… and I’ve been a patient when they very first opened so sad…when I said should I be looking for a new provider and she I’ll email your medical records now and hung up.

Went there for std testing they were not upfront about the fees involved. Christy o connell whatever her name is comes in the room to tell me about spending more money. She told me she would be back and left me in the room and had one of her colleagues stick me with a needle. I guess she didnt want to deal with me because i am the only black one in the office. Everyone else is Caucasian. I am not recommending this facility to anyone makes me sick that this provider is around with no real skills.

Absolute worst medical practice in Henderson. Condescending, complete lack of medical training and incapable of ordering a basic test like iodine. They were not only provided the lab code but agreed to add to the blood draw. The owner is a disgrace, wouldn’t take one once of accountability. She had the audacity to tell me there is no such test.
So if you live in Anthem, Sun City or anywhere near this facility, keep driving.

First appointment with Kulback was not great. She was rushing like the building was on fire. Gave benefit of the doubt, maybe they were running behind, maybe she was having an off day. Next appointment was a bit better. Felt she listened a bit more. But then when I went to get my prescription it was wrong. I reached out and asked it be changed and got no response. Called and left a message asking for it to be changed and it wasn’t. So I went elsewhere to get my medication at the proper dosage. Had a follow up scheduled for today 11/4 that I forgot about until I got the reminder text last week. Called them on Saturday 11/2 to cancel the appointment. Then I get a call today saying I no showed and will be charged $25!!!!!!! Terrible experience all around.

I use to love the providers that I saw here but ever since the expansion it seems as though the quality of care has diminished drastically and it is unfortunate to see because I referred all of my employees and parents we work with to this practice and they too have confirmed with me that they have changed providers and left this practice due to the diminish in quality of care and feel as though they just want you to get in and get out. I've been trying to be patient because being a business owner myself and running a medical practice is not easy as I work with children who have Autism and have my own practice as well and one thing that should never fall through the cracks is quality of care due to the nature of the business we are in. I hope that at some point things get better but I unfortunately can longer support this practice as I constantly have felt dismissed and not heard and also feel as though my appointments have been rushed. The front office staff, however, have been AMAZING through every encounter and I love them to death but I will unfortunately no longer be coming to Health Xpress Medical Center particularly the office on 10925 S Easatern Ave #120, Henderson, NV 89052 and will be searching for a new provider.

This place is terrible at following up with referrals!
They sent a referral for Rheumatology over 7 weeks ago, immediately after the referral was sent back to them with a list of "more information needed". Well, they haven't looked at the referral since then. I called them today to follow up on it and they have no clue what's going on, the first person who answered the phone basically told me to call the Rheumatolist and asked what info was needed and called them back (essentially asking me to do their job). So I call the Rheum and they tell me it should be Health Xpress calling them not me. They said, "we listed the information that's needed and sent the referral back to them, if they have questions they can call us". So then I call Helath Xpress back and after I've given her my information the person who answers asks "what's wrong with the referral?" Really??? I asked her if she's able to see what info is needed and she answers "I'll look into it". What's that supposed to mean? Can you see the information yes or no??? They really make this process so complicated for no reason. In the mean time Im here going through all sorts of symptoms waiting for help and these people don't seem to care. I'll be changing my PCP to a competent office.
