I come here once a month for my treatment and the staff here is AWESOME. They make it comfortable with their kindness, environment, and accommodation. They give attention not only to your treatments progress but the personal lives of their patients. Clint and Julie are the sweetest πŸ‘Œβ€οΈ I highly recommend that if you need this treatment you use this location. πŸ‘

My beautiful spouse has been coming here for monthly infusions for about a year now getting IVIG infusions. I accompany her during her appointmens when I can. We couldn't be happier with this facility! All of the staff is professional and friendly. Julie is absolutely wonderful! The chairs are very comfortable and clean, the restroom is always clean and smells nice, there are multiple TVs, and snacks are always provided. We are lucky to have this facility at our disposal. We recommend it to anyone and everyone who could use their services.

When I first called Life Care Infusion, I was happy that I found an office who seemed efficent and friendly. However once we began discussing insurance coverage, the patient care shifted. I am well informed in my insurance, as well as how medical bililng works. I was told that because my deductible hadn't been met I needed to pay a certain dollar amount (leaving the amount out because everyone's policy is different). I called and verified with my insurance what my portion should be for infusion therapy. I was told that the deductible does not apply to this service. Two different reps called and spoke to Julie to inform her of this. She told the insurance rep "by law the deductible applies" the rep informed her that it does not I am only subject to the 30% coinsurance for this procedure. That it is actually illegal for the office to over collect from a patient whom they are in network with the insurance as they have a contractual obiligation. The second rep informed her of the same information and sent over a benefit breakdown. Analee quoted the benefit breakdown but apparently looked no futher than the first page as that is what she said is showing that the deductible applies. However, on page 3 of the benefit breakdown it CLEARLY states :
Infusion Therapy:
Performed and billed by a physician's office or free-standing facility.... 30% coinsurance.
Performed and billed by a hospital outpatient facility ...CYD/30% cosinsurance.
This is a free-standing facility... therefore not subject to the calendar year deductiable.
At this point Analee told me to contact my isurance to find "an in network provider." They are an in network provider... I have a preauthorization from my insurance for their facility. When I asked her to provide to me in writing that:
1. If you are able to bill my insurance for my visit, yes or no? and
2. If the answer is no, the specific contractual or administrative reason why.
I got zero response, when all other repsonses have been prompt. They are fine if you are okay with fradulent billing practices but if you question their billing or inform them that the information they are providing and trying to overcollect, you'll be told to go elsewhere. I spoke to the owner this afternoon and he simply blamed the insurance and made excuses for the women he has working in his office. The insurance document is literally in black and white, there is no room for interrupretation and even if it were, two representatives called the office and spoke to them to inform them of the insurance policy and what they should be collecting per their contract.
I would recommend finding another practice, that doesn't illegally over collect from patients.

Called to inquire about their services and when they picked up they didn't announce their name so I politely asked "hi, who am i speaking with today?" and immediately got an attitude back with a woman asking "well who are you looking for?"

I said I was just calling about services and wanted to know who I was talking to. She promptly hung up on me.

No idea if their services are good but a front desk staff that immediately has an attitude and refuses to give their name is a huge red flag. Going with another provider.

This place is literally saved my life I have a terrible illness called SPS syndrome and these guys have given me medicine that is restored me to perfect health I'm 100% better and Carmen and Julie and Clint and Cherise, and Cletus have all been instrumental in helping me I highly recommend this place, these folks have compassion, love, and work out of their πŸ’• hearts motivation. Without this medicine my illness is terminal and they work hard with my insurance to see my medicine is available when I need it!!
