I’ve been coming to Dr. Lee for years and absolutely love her. She’s so personable and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I had such a great experience today too. They close at 6pm on Mon & Wed! They are open on SATURDAY, 8AM to Noon. They answered all my questions. I am so sorry, I did not get anyone's name only Dr. Boi. This place is spacious, clean and has lots of parking.
The receptionist was so sweet, knowledgeable, helpful and patient with me. The X-Ray Lady was friendly and prfecional. The Dentist, Dr. Boi heard my concerns, addressed then, answered all of my questions gave suggestioons and was pleasant to talk with.
Look, I had a different dentist that is not open 5 days a week, today was my first time at Alexander Dental. I am impressed and feel respected here. Dr Lee and the rest of the staff was nice to deal with for the most part but I had to switch offices after an interaction with the periodontist. I was recommended to see him by Dr Lee’s team and was charged $100 to secure my appointment. It was explained to me that this would go towards any work completed. After my exam I was quoted almost 9K in dental work after insurance and they wanted to complete the work same day. Now i’ve dealt with bleeding gums but that’s the extent of my dental issues. No cavities, bad breath, discolored gums etc. But he was telling me things like I was at risk of losing teeth and needed to have a tooth removed. I was hesitant to proceed so the periodontist offered to discount the procedure by 2K if I agreed to do the procedure that day. That made me very uncomfortable and I told them I would need to get a 2nd opinion. The office I scheduled my 2nd opinion with was very helpful. I used the printout breaking down the cost of the procedure provided by Alexander dental to explain to the receptionist at the new office of what I was recommend at by Alexander Dental’s periodontist. She was confused as to why certain things were even being recommended just from me giving her the codes over the phone. The dentist at her office felt that the procedure was not yet needed and could be managed with routine cleanings and a few deep cleanings to get me started. That led me to believe this periodontist was possibly upcoding and using fear tactics to make money, especially since he offered me a $2000 discount. It’s now been almost two years and I still have all my teeth and my gum bleeding has improved from routine cleanings. I liked Dr Lee’s office but I can’t support an office with someone like that representing them. I also inquired about receiving my $100 deposit back twice. I was told that the medical biller would look into this but I never received it. I’ve washed my hands of this office all together

I am so happy and grateful to have chosen this practice for my dental care. I came to the Las Vegas area from out of state in late 2022 with inadequate habits for home-care of my oral health. Dr. Lee and my Dental Hygienist , Tanaye, have expertly treated me since then and provided clear explanations combined with compassion and respect for their patient. I was referred for successful periodontal treatment that likely has saved some of my teeth and improved my health. They have all the most modern equipment and methods. This practice is a gem!

I have continued to undergo treatment at Alexander Dental Group and Orthodontics and remain fully satisfied and impressed with the care that is delivered. Most recently I was seen for my regularly scheduled cleaning yesterday. I reported that when flossing my teeth, the floss was often breaking in one area of my mouth. Dr. Shannon Lee and her team found the true cause. While I will need to have two crowns, the practice will enable me, as with prior treatment, to set up a convenient and reasonable payment plan. Dr. Lee provided me with copies of the x-rays and pictures so that I could easily explain the situation to my wife. I was treated with the utmost respect and compassion. From all that I can discern, the practice is fully modern and uses all the latest modalities to provide excellent care in all respects.

On november 3 2025 I called to get an appointment .Got appointment for a few days later to see DRLEE.When I got there at 1:00 for my appointment CHELSEA said DR LEE went to lunch either I could wait for 30minutes till she got back or I could see someone else.Seen this dr bui.Then went up to front desk and CHELSEA said she would call me the next morning to let me know what my insurance covered.CHELSEA didn't call.I waited for about a week and called the office and LESLIE answered the phone.I ask why haven't I gotten a phone call.She gave me an excuse and said give me until tomorrow and I'll call you back. Never got a call back from LESLIE either.The last week of NOVEMBER I called the office LESLIE answered the phone and LIED to me saying she called me and CHELSEA in the back ground saying she called me 5 times which was another lie

Vannesa is a great assistant I had an amazing visit here at Alexander dental group jasmine also helped me with my x rays and made it very fast and comfortable. Vannesa was very friendly and awesome to talk too she went over oral hygiene instructions and even showed me the benefits of a water pick. Do not go to this place or take your kids to have any long term dental procedures like braces here. Doctor’s come and go within weeks. My son started his treatment in 3/2021 when Doctor Amid Hassan Abdalla was there and he was the reason why I stay because he assured me he was going to be there throughout the procedure, but 1/2 way in he left and our nightmare started. They have different Doctors coming in to filled up the position until they could find someone, that meant longer wait for next visit and different opinions of how to proceed. Today my son went in to what I thought was to finally remove the braces even though it doesn’t looked any better but I just wanted it over, but they said he needed 6 more weeks for them remove it and make the mold for the retainer, while tightening the brackets on the right canine tooth the assistant broke the filling on the tooth, they just send him home with no explanation or follow up to be seen to repair the damage done. When I got home from work and he was crying telling me what happened I called the office where the receptionist told me “ let me put on hold and see what happened” when she got back on the line she flat out said “ My Doctor and the assistant said it was like that when he came in” I didn’t know how to respond to that when my son is telling me the lady broke it and I felt it when it happened because it made a cracking noise and the assistant just said “ do you know you have a broken bracket” the doctor saw what happened and said they couldn’t do anything. So now my son has a broken tooth and braces for almost 4 years and you can’t even see the difference. They had no remorse for what happened I feel impotent to the situation and the sad part is that I know I’m going to have to look for another dentist and paid to fixed what they did. The receptionist is rude on the phone and rude in person. Also make sure you take an appointment card when next appointment since they don’t added it in the app and would said you never had an appointment when you showed up. I was reading other reviews where people were hyping up this place, talking about Doctor Lee and Doctor Bui as I know neither one work permanently at the Martin Luther king location in north last Vegas they were just “helping out until they could find a permanent doctor after Doctor Amid left. And my experience with them was less then mediocre. Maybe they need to stop having their family write reviews for them. I hope this review would prevent any other families from experiencing what my family is going through now.

I was very impressed with the Alexander Dental Group office when I walked in. Very clean environment and receptionist greeted me. Hector was amazing as he did all of my x-rays and scans and prepped me for Dr. Shannon Lee, coming into do my first check up and assessment. Dr. Shannon was incredible in laying out a Prevention plan as well as long-term plan for the dental work that I needed. Was very thorough and explaining all the procedures. When I came in for the deep cleaning, laser, treatment and irrigation, the dental hygienist, Tenaya was very thorough in her explanation of the procedure. Very gentle touch as she gave me the desensitizer and injections and cleaning was done very efficiently. I’ve already recommended several people to Alexander dental group and Dr. Shannon Lee,. I recommend this Dentist to everybody. Their hygienist Astrid did such an incredible job and made me feel comfortable throughout my deep cleaning. She was very gentle and professional. I've been coming here for 20+ years, and have seen numerous dentists and hygienists come and go. Dr. Lee, Dr. Bui, and Tenaye are the best. I've had many issues with my mouth over the years, and they've treated me with nothing but kindness and gentleness.

(I would not however recommend Dr. Radmall, their periodontist. I had an experience with him, where he told me I would need upwards of $6,000 worth of work done on my gums, and if I didn't, my teeth would fall out. Very upsetting as a person to hear that.)

3 days ago my husband went to this office as a new patient. He had x-rays and a new patient visit with the doctor. We have Delta Dental Premium Insurance, and I reviewed his quote for deep cleaning and noticed the total charge to our insurance would be over $2111, which did not include the $727 out of pocket if this procedure is done. We decided to go with another dental office, and they reached out to Alexander Dental to send his x-rays to their office. Alexander Dental told the new office that they can only send PDF COPIES and not a 3D IMAGE File of his x-rays. I was told that a dentist cannot diagnose a patient with PDF COPIES from another dentist. The total cost for his x-rays and office visit at Alexander Dental will cost our insurance $1490 with a $50 copay. Since Alexander Dental is unable to produce 3D IMAGE File that the new office can use, my husband will have to get another set of x-rays to which Delta Dental will not cover. I tried to speak with someone from Alexander Dental to explain what happened and they were rude and hung up the phone. This office is UNPROFESSIONAL and unless you plan to have all your dental work done there do not use them. I may file a complaint with the dental board so this does not happen to someone else.
