Dr does not talk slow enough to be understood in English. Repeats himself constantly telling me to go to ER, does not want to be helpful unless sent to ER. Dr talks too fast to be understood in English, he never has consistent staff and his good staff is fired….or quits…I wonder why?

Dr. Tariq. Saved my brother n law life. He is an excellent Dr in his field. He is very accurate and right on point with precision and if you need any type of heart procedures he is the number one Dr to see. He listens and observe all of your needs on a one on one basis and his interaction with his patients is absolutely awesome and amazing. Thank you

If you get a chance to speak to a doctor, they listen to you and are very supportive, but trying to get an appointment or coming in or getting documentation is a hassle

Dr Shah is an excellent family physician he listens to the patient and takes time to explain to the patient Dr Tariq and Dr Shah are highly professional and have great bedside and patient etiquette. Dr Shah are and his staff are very accommodative and flexible with scheduling of appointments and documents. Dr Shah is easy to approach and he follows up with the patient when requested. I highly recommend Dr Shah and Dr Tariq for internal medicine and primary care.

I love Dr. Shah but after placing a formal grivance complaint on Hana, she certified me a nasty letter then mailed my husband a check in same envelope. Retaliation? Maybe, but I will check with my insurance because he received no statement, nor DOS amounts with his check.

Every time for almost six months, Hana would argue with my husband and I about a $25 copay. We do not have PCP copays. We have self funded PPO and amazing insurance. My husband paid it twice just to not argue with her. She never understood that we had zero copay for our appointments until I had my insurance call her.

***I should have stopped going here last year (2022) because of her arguing with us like that. If she was professional she would have re-verified my insurance like a professional would. This was the first of MANY red flags.****

After that, anytime I would call for an appointment she would then tell me Dr. Shah was not doing teledocs. I would have to call back fatigued days later, sick, upset, on way to hospital, and crying asking to speak to Dr. Shah and then she would magically schedule me.

90% of the past year, I would call Hana answers the phone “hello?” on a weekday afternoon. And I would have to ask “is this the Dr. office?” she would then announce the Dr. office name. Just weird and unprofessional. It sounded like I called someones cell, not a Dr. office, scary.

Once I called and asked why she still after months they were holding my husbands copays, she hung up on me. Called back, hung up on again. Called back, she sent me to voicemail.

Called back again to ask about billing she yelled at me and hung up on me. So I had to file a formal grivance for quality of care with my insurance.

Now, after I called my insurance, I magically get my husbands check, no reason letter with it, and a nasty letter to me.

I will call Dr. Shah and tell him I feel sorry that this Hana lady is retaliating against his patients like this.

Hana gets one star and Dr. Shah gets 10000 stars.

I am writing this review to praise the SHIFA MEDICAL doctors and staff. Try have provided means my wife with first class medical attention and services DR MANE SHAH and DR NADEEM TARIQ are outstanding physicians and they are very thorough in their evaluations and are flexible in getting you an appointment quickly. I would strongly recommend this office for your medical needs and I rate them a 5 star✨

I have been seeing Dr. Shah for several years now and am very pleased with the care I receive. The Dr. actually LISTENS to me unlike most doctors, answers my questions, and actually seems to care. A good place to go if you are seeking competent care. Gighly recommend.

I really love the staff from the front desk to the physicians. Get in and get out. No time spend at all. did I forget to mention very professional, friendly, and take their time to listen your concerns no matter how long you want to talk which is the most we need it but lucks to be listen by many other providers.
