My brevity was intentional. I was highly pleased on many levels! From meeting me at my car, to the intake process, to time spent with the doctor, to the friendliness and professionalism the nursing staff- all was impressive. I’m a retired physician and didn’t want to go into treatment specifics or my specific needs.. but suffice it to say that all aspects of my care were of a caliber that let me know that I was safe.. having gone through a life threatening experience and still not being out of the woods!!!

I saw Colleen Bruhn yesterday… my original appointment was with Renee del Carmen my Primary and I was late due to unforeseen circumstances and had to wait to be seen by Colleen. This was my annual and seeing as how I had been out of state caring for my Granddaughter I was finally home to get to my doctor. Colleen was Excellent!! Listened to my concerns - asked appropriate questions to each topic discussed and recommended appropriate actions… was extremely thorough on each item - referred to past history and we charted a positive set of action items to get me on track and follow up items once results of testing was completed… while I was set to see Renee who I also thoroughly trust was extremely pleased that Colleen was available to complete my annual and would highly recommend both of these Doctors. I am an 80 year old female who is fortunate enough to have pretty good health but the last 2 years have been very difficult with family death and multiple family cancers which have taken a physical and mental toll on mind and body as caretaker… Both of these compassionate and competent women physicians have been straightforward and caring in their approach and have regained my trust and belief in current health services provided by Intermountain Health. Having had other services in this valley I would highly recommend these doctors to anyone looking for great service and care.

I was very impressed with my visit on 05/09 - I have been trying to find a good healthcare facility & doctor/nurse practitioner for a long time now. This was without a doubt a very very good choice.

I believe overall healthcare in Las Vegas is absolutely terrible & it is - for the most part - impossible to get in to see a doctor without waiting months or they do not take new patients.

My experience with with myGeneration Clinic was in my opinion a very emotional experience. When Dr Nida Bonuel walked in the exam room there wasn’t verbal exchange either friendly or foe. She opened her lap top and started saying this that and anything about my history or whatever was needed. She didn’t allow me to say anything and when I pushed forward about a mammogram she just said” you can handel that when you get to the mammogram even though it was a totally different test. She has absolutely no empathy or warmth in her mannerisms. In my opinion she made me feel incompetent and invisible that I had nothing to contribute. The visit was rushed and my blood pressure was taken after she said I had a Heart murmur which made my blood pressure very high. She kept saying it’s not a big deal don’t get upset you are making things worst you are bringing this on yourself. Granted I hadn’t seen her for 2 years because of Covid-19 plus I hadn’t felt sick or been sick. I was there for a 2 question DMV form. I was very upset with my visit when I left. Needless to say when I see a Doctor in the future I will definitely walk out before I am in that position again and not feel so belittled. She might be great for other patients but for this 72 year old woman it’s not going to happen again. The office staff was excellent and the nurse who helped me with the test (not Bonuels male nurse) she was VERY nice.

Intermountain Health, My Generation clinic in Henderson NV, has a great system in place for health issues. They provide phone advice 24 hours.

January 14, 2022, my best doctor visit to Doc Glenn Diaz' clinic. From the desk reception, the staff welcomed me with a bight smile on her face, wonderfully checked me in , respectfully asked me for my ID cards and she checked me in in less than three minutes. in about five minutes time, the assisting nurse named LIz called me to get processed in, weighed, height Bp and all that stuff, Very wonderful lady
This doctor visit I was in very good mood, very happy, and positive everything.
With Doctor Diaz , he's a very easy doctor to talk to. No stress, Doc Diaz is a very fun doctor to talk to as if we are just chatting but going thru my health issues, fully explained about what health improvement can be done and all the educational advice. Overall , Dr Diaz and his staff were very courteous, very respectful and in the happy mood, . The office and clinic areas were thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, very clean environment. I will defrinitely recommend doc Dia.z to my friends, the best doctor I ever had.
