Dr. Sam is awesome. I really like how he takes the time to listen and not interrupt. I appreciate having him as my primary care doctor because I truly feel like he has my best interests in mind.The staff are always very friendly and helpful too

Only there to get my medical records as they dropped me as a patient because I was a self pay patient and not on Medicare! I really don't see the difference as long as they got paid but they aren't even taking other insurances! Pretty discriminatory if you ask me

Its entrance is full of pigeon drippings that have been there at since April when I first encountered the germy potentially causing histoplasmosis entrance. U hafta jump over it to enter. If not it gets in your shoes,, wheel chairs or walkers. They should be ashamed. I took these pics today.
